유비쿼터스 응용 서비스를 위한 공간 데이터 스트림 처리 플랫폼 (Spatial Data Stream Processing Platform for Ubiquitous Application Services)

  • 지리정보를 기반으로 하는 센서들은 첨단 정보통신 인프라 구축을 통해 종합적인 정보기술 서비스를 제공하는 미래형 신도시 개발 프로젝트인 u-City 사업 등과 같은 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 응용 서비스를 실현하기 위한 핵심 기술로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 센서들은 지리적으로 광역의 분산된 형태로 설치 운영되므로 센서로부터 수집되는 데이터들은 대량의 실시간 연속 데이터로 구성된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 다양한 u-GIS 서비스의 효율적인 구축을 위해 지리정보를 갖는 센서들로부터 실시간으로 입력되는 대량의 공간 데이터 스트림을 효과적으로 처리할 수 있는 플랫폼을 제안한다. 또한, 제안 공간 데이터 스트림 처리 플랫폼을 이용하여 미아방지서비스 구축하여 제안 기술이 유비쿼터스 응용 서비스 구축에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 보인다.

멀티미디어 이동통신서비스를 위한 주파수 수요예측 모형 (Frequency Forecasting Model for Next Wireless Multimedia Services)

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient forecasting methodology of the mid and long-term frequency demand in Korea. The methodology consists of the following three steps: classification of basic service group, calculation of effective traffic, and frequency forecasting. Based on the previous studies, we classify the services into wide area mobile, short range radio, fixed wireless access and digital video broadcasting in the step of the classification of basic service group. For the calculation of effective traffic, we use the measures of erlang and bps. The step of the calculation of effective traffic classifies the user and basic application, and evaluates the effective traffic. Finally, in the step of frequency forecasting, different methodology will be proposed for each service group and its applications are presented.

  • After being introduced "4th Industrial Revolution" in the Davos Forum 2016, it is continuously talked about "4th Industrial Revolution" as an industrial and social innovation momentum for solving structural problems of economy and society. In this situation, our government established "the Committee of 4th Industrial Revolution" as a control tower and announced a policy "4th Industrial Revolution recommendation for government" in 2019. The Ministry of National Defense is pursuing "4th Industrial Revolution" policies and organizing a team "4th Industrial Revolution Smart Defense Innovation Team" in accordance with government-wide policies from 2019. In this paper, I will look at the background and status of the Smart Defense Innovation policy. And I am proposing development plans to create practical results as like "Strengthening governance for the Smart Defense Innovation" and "Implementation of the budget for the Smart Defense Innovation" and so on.

복수 경로 탐색을 위한 휴리스틱 알고리즘에 대한 연구 (Heuristic Algorithm for Searching Multiple Paths)

  • Telematics is expected to be one of the fastest growing businesses in information technology area. It may create a new emerging market in industry related to automotive, telecommunications, and information services. Especially vehicle navigation service is considered as a killer application among telematics service applications. The current vehicle navigation service typically recommends a single path that is based on the traveling time or distance from the origin to the destination. The system provides two options for users to choose either via highway or via any road. Since the traffics and road conditions of big cities are very complicated and dynamic, the demand of multi-path guidance system is increasing in telematics market. The multi-path guidance system should allow drivers to choose a path based on their individual preferences such as traveling time, distance, or route familiarity. Using the Lawler's algorithm, it is possible to find multiple paths; however, due to the lengthy computational time, it is not suitable for the real-time services. This study suggests a computationally feasible and efficient heuristic multiple paths finding algorithm that is reliable for the real-time vehicle navigation services.

빅데이터 서비스 유형에 따른 개인정보 제공 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Intention to Provide Personal Information by Type of Big Data Services)

  • Recently, big data services have been used in various fields. In this situation, this research studied the intention to provide personal information from users, which is necessary to provide useful big data services. A survey was conducted on college students and ordinary people who have understood big data services. And path analysis was performed through Amos' structural equation. As a result of the study, it was found that privacy risks, trust in service providers, individual innovativeness, service incentives, social influence, and service design are major variables influencing the intention to provide personal information. And it was found that trust in service providers plays a mediating role in influencing the intention to provide personal information. In addition, big data services were classified into types for information acquisition and types related to purchase. Accordingly, it was further analyzed whether major variables differ in the path affecting the intention to provide personal information, and new implications were found. Companies that actually develop and provide big data services should establish different strategies by reflecting research results depending on the type of big data service provided.

오프라인에서 사용자 관심정보 수집을 위한 아키텍쳐 (An Architecture for Collecting User Interest Information in Offline)

  • 웹 서비스 및 모바일 서비스에서 개인화 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 사용자에 의해 처리되는 정보를 수집하고 분석해야 한다. 일반적으로, 사용자에 의해 수집되는 정보는 시스템을 사용하는 온라인 측면에서 관리되는 정보이다. 온라인에서 수집되는 정보를 이용하여 개인화 서비스를 제공하기에도 충분할 수 있다. 그러나 현재는 온라인 서비스와 오프라인 서비스가 혼재되는 O2O 서비스 측면에서 오프라인 상에서의 사용자 정보도 중요한 개인화 서비스의 정보가 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 더 정밀한 개인화 서비스를 제공하기 위해 사용자 관심 정보로서 오프라인 상에서의 사용자 관심 정보를 수집하기 위한 아키텍쳐를 제안한다. 아키텍쳐의 핵심 요소로서 노드 분석기, 거리 체크기, 유지시간 체크기, 그리고 교차분석기를 기반으로 수집 아키텍쳐를 정의한다. 또한, 제안된 아키텍쳐를 구성하는 핵심 요소들의 처리 알고리즘에 대해서 제안한다. 제안된 아키텍쳐 및 알고리즘을 검증하기 위해 BLE 기반으로 오프라인 상에서 사용자 관심정보를 수집하는 사례연구를 수행한다.

산업재 물류에서 환경 불확실성과 물류자원역량이 관계규범과 물류서비스를 통하여 물류성과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Enviromental Uncertainty and Logistics Resources Capabilities on Logistics Performance through Relational Norms and Logistics Service in the Industrial Products)

  • 본 논문의 주된 연구목적은 기존연구에서 거의 고려되지 않았던 산업재 구매시장에서의 물류환경특성과 물류자원역량이 관계규범과 물류서비스를 통하여 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 제안한 연구가설들을 검정하기 위하여 H중공업 및 HSD엔진의 구매부, 자재관리부, 수출입관리부, 외주관리부, 수입검사부 등의 물류관련부서에 종사하는 핵심 응답자로부터 272부의 설문지를 수집하여 자료분석에 이용하였다. 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 알아낸 분석 결과를 연구주제별로 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산업재구매에서 환경의 역동성, 이질성 등의 물류환경 불확실성은 기대와는 다르게 가용성, 적시성 등의 물류서비스와 정보교환, 유연성 등의 관계규범에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물류자원역량은 구성요인의 특성에 따라 효과가 다르게 나타났다. LIS 등의 물류정보화는 직접적으로 물류서비스에 영향을 미치지 못하고 관계규범을 통하여 간접적으로 물류서비스에 유의한 영향을 주었고 반면에 물류 거래특유투자, 수송서비스 능력 등의 물류자원은 관계규범에는 영향을 주지 못하고 직접적으로 물류서비스에 유의한 영향을 미치었다. 셋째, 거래당사자간의 합의된 관계규범은 물류서비스를 유의하게 높이는 것으로 나타났으나 물류비용절감, 배송의 질 등의 물류성과의 제고에는 별다른 효과를 나타내지 못하였다. 넷째, 많은 선행연구들의 결과와 일치하게 장기적 관계를 기반으로 하는 산업재구매자와 자재공급업자의 거래에서 관계규범을 바탕으로 한 우수한 물류서비스는 리드타임 일관성, 배송품질 향상 등의 물류성과에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 마지막으로, 본 논문에서 밝혀진 물류환경, 물류정보화, 물류자원, 관계규범, 물류서비스 및 물류성과 간의 연관관계에 대한 분석결과들은 산업재 구매자들에게 이론에 근거한 전략적 물류관리 실천방안으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • As the market becomes increasingly globalized and competition among companies increases in severity, various specialized organizations are participating across the process plant lifecycle, including the stages of design, construction, operation and maintenance, and dismantlement, in order to ensure efficiency and elevate competitiveness. In this regard, it is an important technical issue to develop services or information systems for sharing process plant data among participating organizations. ISO 15926 is an international standard for integration of lifecycle data for process plants including oil and gas facilities. ISO 15926 Part 7, a part of the ISO 15926 standard, specifies an implementation method called a facade that uses Web Services and ontology technologies for constructing plant data repositories and related services, with the aim of sharing lifecycle data of process plants. This paper discusses the ISO 15926-based prototype facade implemented for storing equipment data of nuclear power plants and servicing the data to interested organizations.

가상현실 서비스 산업 분석을 통한 서비스 분류체계 개발 및 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development and Application of Service Classification System through Virtual Reality Service Industry Analysis)

  • With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, virtual reality, a technology that has recently attracted attention, is emerging as a core technology that will lead the future industry by changing the paradigm of various industries. The development of 3D rendering, computer graphics, and mobile technologies enabled the development of various smart devices and led to the popularization of virtual reality services using them. Recently, with the development of virtual reality-related technology, various devices and contents such as VR-related HMDs are being developed and released. However, since the classification for VR technology has not yet been established, it is difficult to define a range of industries and services to which VR can be applied. Therefore, in this study proposes a service classification system in terms of industries that can apply VR technology and services that can be provided based on the studies on industries and services of VR technology related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. VR's industrial classification consists of eight industries including entertainment, media, education, medical care, architecture, manufacturing, distribution, tourism and each service is divided into two service categories and composed 16 services. Through the collection and analysis of virtual reality service cases, the service distribution and characteristics of each industry can be analyzed. In addition, we can develop a virtual reality new business model and present a service case for the intersecting areas. This study is expected to be used as a basic research for the activation of virtual reality services in the future.

대학도서관의 산업체정보봉사 (University library information services for small and medium sixed firms)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate into possibility of the university library information services for small and medium sized firms. The study is based entirely upon general means of information gathering used by industrial user analyzed by industry su n.0, pporting institutes and university library statistics. The results of the investigation are summarized as follows: 1. Locational convenience is a factor influencing use of libraries, either because libraries are close to work, or because users are used on an o n.0, pportunistic basis. University libraries are located throughout the country. 2. It is investigated that university library services should be more specific in their promotion, clearly stating their strengths and special or unique aspects of their services. 3. When university library does establish fees, good service is implied and must be provided through suitable procedures and staff arrangements.
