CIP 4 Work Flow의 현장 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Acting Application of CIP 4 Work Flow)

  • In the past few years, the printing industry has witness a trend that has become ever more defined: due to the advent of digital technology, the production of short print runs has continued to gain in importance. An important initiative for the support of digital work flow in the manufacturing of printed products is CIP4 consortium. CIP4 stands for "International Cooperation for Integration of Prepress, Press and Post-press, it is an association of around forty international companies, mostly manufacturers of prepress, press and post-press, as well as suppliers and users. In this paper, we studied on the acting application of CIP4 work flow.

  • In this paper, we presented a modeling of the power line channel and a new digital communication system over the channel. Firstly, we proposed a new tranceiver structure with DS-CDMA spread spectrum technique and convolutional coder and block interleaver against severe noisy power line environment. Also, QPSK modulation technique was used to get bandwidth efficiency. And then we performed a simulative evaluation of the system using MATLAB communication/simulink toolbox. According to the simulation results, the proposed system gives $10^{-6}$ BER at 20dB SNR.

Heterarchical SFCS를 위한 ICPL 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of ICPL for Heterarchical SFCS)

  • This paper deals with the design and development of a real-time integrated communication architecture for heterarchical SFCS(Shop Floor Control System). In autonomous agent-based heterarchical SFCS, each functional unit of parts and resources is equipped with an intelligent controller (agent) that acts as the representative of the entity. The controllers communicate and negotiate with other controllers on a real-time basis through message passing and bidding protocol to achieve mutual agreements for task sharing. ICPL(Integrated Communication Protocol and Language) is proposed for this purpose. ICPL is a language and a protocol for supporting communication among intelligent controllers. Based on the speech act theory, this paper proposes a semantic description for ICPL that associates the description of the cognitive states of controllers with the use of language primitives (message_type). Semantics for the basic set of ICPL messages is described. Eventually, an ICPL-based communication architecture can provide the implementation of the distributed and heterarchical SFCS, and makes the intelligent controller transparent to the negotiation problem.

간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 의사소통 자기효능감 및 의사소통교육요구도 (The Relationship of Communication Skill, Communication Self-Efficacy and Communication Related Educational Needs)

  • 본 연구는 임상실습 전 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 의사소통 자기효능감 및 의사소통교육요구도를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 K시에 소재한 4년제 간호대학생 206명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 의사소통교육요구도 조사결과 대부분의 간호대학생(172명, 83.5%)은 임상실습 전 의사소통교육이 필요하다고 하였고, 역할극 형태의 수행중심의 의사소통교육을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 간호대학생의 언어적 의사소통능력과 의사소통 자기효능감(r=.408, p<.001), 비언어적 의사소통능력과 의사소통 자기효능감(r=.327, p<.001) 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 본 연구를 통해 임상실습 전 간호대학생의 대상자와의 긍정적인 관계형성을 위한 의사소통증진프로그램 개발의 기초를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

  • The applications of information and communication technology (ICT) into real industrial fields are getting great attentions in recent years. More and more industrial practitioners and scientific researchers are conducting studies and trying to adopt the technologies into diverse industrial fields. The purpose of this study is to review the technologies such as big data and smart sensors and to provide application cases in order to facilitate grafting the 4th industrial revolutionary technologies onto the safety and health systems. Based on the comprehensive reviews on literature, reports, and industrial cases, we found that big data technology has been used in industries for investigating work related disease. In addition, digital image technology and drone have been applied to establish safety system in construction industry. Lastly, some companies have tried to apply the technologies to build their own safety and health system.

실시간 산업용 통신을 위한 Switched Ethernet의 성능 평가 (Performance Evaluation of Switched Ethernet for Real-time Industrial Communication)

  • The real-time industrial network, often referred to as fieldbus, is an important element for building automated manufacturing systems. Thus, in order to satisfy the real-time requirements of field devices, numerous fieldbus protocols have been announced. But the application of fieldbus has been limited due to the high cost of hardware and the difficulty in interfacing with multi-vendor products. Therefore, as an alternative to fieldbus, the computer network technology, especially Ethernet (IEEE 802.3), is being adapted to the industrial environment. However, the crucial technical obstacle for Ethernet is its non-deterministic behavior that makes it inadequate for industrial applications where real-time data have to be delivered within a certain time limit. Recently, the development of switched Ethernet shows a very promising prospect for industrial application due to the elimination of uncertainties in the network operation resulting in much improved performance. This paper focuses on the application of the switched Ethernet for industrial communications. More specifically, this paper presents an analytical and experimental performance evaluation of the switched Ethernet and a case study about networked control system.

사례기반 SBAR 의사소통 교육프로그램이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통 자기효능감, 의사소통능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Case-Based SBAR Communication Training Program on Critical Thinking Disposition, Communication Self-Efficacy and Communication Competence of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사례기반 SBAR 의사소통 교육프로그램이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통 자기효능감, 의사소통능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위함으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 D시 소재 일개 간호학과 2학년에 재학 중인 학생 112명을 대상으로 2017년 12월 18일부터 2018년 1월 4일까지 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. SBAR 의사소통 교육프로그램은 사전 교육프로그램 개발, 사전조사, 3회기 의사소통 교육프로그램, 사후조사의 단계로 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 program을 이용하여 빈도, paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 일반적 특성에서 대인관계 정도는 만족함이 75.0%, 전공만족도는 만족 54.4%로 나타났으며, 사례기반 SBAR 의사소통 교육프로그램은 비판적 사고성향(t=-2.734, p=.007), 의사소통능력(t=-4.237, p<.001)이 교육 전보다 교육 후에 상승하였으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 의사소통 자기효능감은 점수는 향상되었으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 따라서 사례기반 SBAR 의사소통 교육프로그램은 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향과 의사소통능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 중재임을 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • 통신 및 디지털 연산 기술의 비약적인 발전은 변전소 내부의 정보를 공유 및 통합시켜 변전소 자동화 시스템을 등장할 수 있는 계기가 되었다. 그러나 변전소에 적용된 자동화 시스템은 152 종류의 서로 다른 프로토콜이 사용되어 IED(Intelligent Electronic Device)간 통신이 어려움에 직면하게 되었다. 따라서 이종 IED간 원활한 정보 공유가 가능하도록 변전소에 표준화된 통신 아키텍쳐로서 IEC 61850 통신 프로토콜이 규정되었다. 이 논문은 변전소 내부에 IEC 61850 통신 프로토콜을 이용한 IED간 통신 클라이언트 모듈을 개발한 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

Industrial IoT를 위한 5G-TSN 기술 동향 (Research Trend in 5G-TSN for Industrial IoT)

  • The 5G system standardization body has been developing standard functions to provide ultra-high speed, ultra-high reliability, ultra-low latency, and ultra-connected services. In 3GPP Rel-16, which was recently completed, this system has begun to develop ultra-high reliability and ultra-low latency communication functions to support the vertical industry. It is expected that the trend in the adoption of mobile communication by the vertical industry will continue with the introduction of 5G. In this paper, we present the industrial Internet-of-Things (IIoT) service scenarios and requirements for the adoption of 5G systems by the vertical industry and the related standardization trend at present. In particular, we introduce the 5G time-sensitive networking standard technology, a core technology for realizing 5G-based smart factories, for IIoT services.

  • In this paper, network management system(NMS) was developed using Ethernet network for several devices. Recently, due to the development of the information communication, network has been constructed several place. And management system using network has been studied due to the increment of necessity of remote control for industrial device. Agent board that necessity of NMS, was developed using general micro-controller, it operates like stand-alone network device, supports TCP/IP protocol suite, has the ability to connect to industrial device and communicates each other. Also manager base on MMI was developed, it operates with agent board and supports effective management. To prove this system UPS(uninterruptible power supply) is selected as the example of industrial device. Finally, experimental result verifies the communication between agent board and manager.
