The purpose of this study was to search the concept and meaning of performance assessment(PA) in the classroom, and the to proposed some strategies to apply PA. The result of this study was presented below. First, differentiation strategy is necessary in the evaluation goal. Individualization will be an example of differentiation strategy in the evaluation of group goal. Second, various strategies are needed based on the subjects of evaluation. Self-evaluation, peer-evaluation, and small group-evaluation are some examples evaluation for the subjects. Third, there is a need for phase-strategy assessment. For the class associated performance assessment, we have to consider the evaluation activities based on the time likes before (pre), on, and after class. How to select the evaluation task is also one of the key sucess factors for improving the class associated performance assessment.

Open education is more relevant to the current educational reality which requires the liberalization, individualization and creativeness, and the effectiveness of open education will be maximized with the full utilization of instructional media. As well known, there are many different types of instructional media to promote open education such as print material, audio material, still picture, movie, computer, and multimedia. The main criteria to choose effective instructional media for open education depend upon easiness of supply and retrieval of information, and promotion of more frequent interaction among participants. In addition, utilization method, cost, curriculum contents, as well as school culture are also elements to consider in the selection of right instructional media.

The purpose of this is to evaluate the contents through the anal us is of the merits and demerits, and its special quality of the Cutter-Sanborn Three-figure Author Table. table. The abstract of this study is as follows : With the results of the analysis of Cutter-Sanborn's Tabls, several advent-age were found in the area of enumerative-ordinal numbering system, mixed notation, and information retrieval. A defect is that each corporate author and serials and reference book's titles are difficult to be numbered, and there is serious diviation in percentages of the numbers assigned to each letter because each letter apportion rate was applied without any criteria. Such phenomenon decrease the effectiveness as author notation in several letters. The separation of headings are seriously unbalanced because the separation of heading is not consistent with actual publishing trends. This phenomenon made difficult individualization of materials in several letters.

Since the advent of growth hormone(GH), children with a wide variety of growth disorders have received GH treatment. In GH deficiency(GHD), Turner syndrome, chronic renal failure, children born small for gestational age, Prader-Willi syndrome, and idiopathic short stature, the therapeutic effects and safety profile of GH are reviewed. GH therapy has been clearly shown to improve height velocity and final adult height in a variety of pediatric conditions in which growth is compromised irrespective of GHD. Early initiation and individualization of GH treatment has the potential to normalize childhood growth. The supra-physiological doses of GH have been shown to increase height velocity during childhood and final height in non-GHD conditions. Adverse events during GH therapy are uncommon and often not drug related. However continued surveillance into adult life is crucial, especially in children receiving supra-physiological doses or whose underlying condition increases their risk of adverse effects.

This study examined the overall relationship between information privacy concern, need for uniqueness (NFU), and disclosure behavior to explain the personal factors that drive data-sharing on Facebook. The results of an online survey conducted with 222 Facebook users show that among diverse data that social media users disclose online, four distinct factors are identified: basic personal data, private data, personal opinions, and personal photos. In general, there is a negative relationship between privacy concern and a positive relationship between the NFU and the willingness to self-disclose information. Overall, the NFU was a better predictor of willingness to disclose information than privacy concern, gender, or age. While privacy concern has been identified as an influential factor when users evaluate social networking sites, the findings of this study contribute to the literature by demonstrating that an individual's need to manifest individualization on social media overrides privacy concerns.

As the economy grows rapidly and the national income level increases, the service industry has become more important and its size gets larger. Especially, the food industry undertakes a continuing growth of consumer expenditures through no nationalization of food, consumers varying patterns of eating out, and individualization. However, it includes many problems with improving service quality towards customers owing to the absence of systems and philosophy to realize customer satisfaction management. Therefore, this study conducted a study with Korean traditional restaurant customers to measure their perceived service quality, to verify what factors most influence consumer satisfaction, and to suggest ways to meet the costumer needs by integrating the study results and developing high service quality.

This study explored principles of child education in such traditional Korean child education books as "So Hak", "Dong Mong Sun Seup", "Kyuk Mong Yo Kyul", and "Sa So Goel". Principles of child education presented in those traditional Korean child education books can be identified as (1) modeling and identification, (2) integration of knowledge and behavior, (3) spontaneity of learning, (4) learning by doing, (5) early education with consideration of critical periods, and (6) individualization. From those findings, we can conclude that traditional Korean child education (1) emphasizes learner characteristics and principles of child development, (2) gives good guidance to significant adults around children, and (3) suggests implications to modern child education practices which are mainly concerned with knowledge and function.

사이버커뮤니티의 발전상은 까페, 싸이, 블로그, 휴대폰 등의 형태로 개체화와 나열형 정보에 주력되어, 정보홍수로 인한 역설적 정보빈곤의 부작용 또한 커지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 나열형 정보의 단점을 극복할 수 있는 공유형 정보의 구현방안으로서, '의미소개체화 기반 게임형토론시스템'을 제안한다. 기존에 나열형 정보의 대안이자 웹 2.0의 모델로 주목받아온 위키(wiki)방식의 원론적 공유에서 나아가, 구성개체 간 상호평가가 수치로 교환되고 그에 따른 가중치가 활용되는 방안이다. 이는 시맨틱 웹과 웹2.0의 통합적 논의이며, 인터넷의 자연스런 발전방향이다. 이 시스템이 구현된 인터넷(Internet)을 포럼넷(Forumnet)이라 부를 수 있다. 포럼넷은 현실적, 기술적으로 개인기반평가에서 개체기반평가로 구현되어갈 것이다.

The article discusses the pedagogical support for the formation of ICT competence assumes the individualization of students' training, due to their personal and professional needs and interests, and the provision of the necessary conditions and means to implement this process. This study focused on the spirit to becoming the true "I" as a human, and it attempted to pay attention to the "images" sent by the unconscious to prompt the reality of that spirit. The purpose of this study was to identify the symbols in myths and folk tales that appeared in the individual's dreams and to shed light on how the universal experiences of humankind are re-experienced and integrated into an individual's life. This study used a total of 105 mandala paintings collected through the researcher's own dreams from February 2019 to September 2020. Among them, repeated symbols were classified into basic shapes, squares, crosses, triangles, circles, and spirals, as suggested by Riedel. The study truthfully described the discovery of a practical layer of psychology as a human's individualization and changing, resulting in autoethnography, which is a type of qualitative study.
