  • An account book of medical treatment is a form of collection materials for diagnostic standardization, and it is a basis of standardization, standardization of medical records is a preconsideration of each standardization. But an account book of medical treatment is only a kind of form for recording medical treatment, therefore standardization of medical treatment eventually holds the key to the standardization of recording charts. However until now we have gradually reformed medical records in accordance with individual characters of medical treatment, and didn't have even standard sheme of medical records, also medical terms for medical records had an inconsistency of redescription and reiterative representation for an identical terms in all parts of the East learning, medical terms for medical records didn't unity. To make better this realities, standardization study used orginated system in the process of existing study, it can get ready the basis of discussion between O.M.D and O.M.D. it can make analysis of diagnostic course and can clearly understand usable information by diagnostic course. for that reason we hope that the basis of standardization is accomplished. And in advance of study for this standardization we have to analysis the course of medical treatment with demonstration of roof, first of all we have to study term definition by diagnostic course and prepare basis by diagnostic course. because this study have limits of indivisual study, it needs to long and synthetic investigation in Association levels. Although we cann't completely alternate with methods of measurement which relyed on individual mastery, if we exclude erroes of individual measurement through mechanization and verify results of diagnosis through keynotes, we can realize standardization of medical treatment with demonstration of proof and in this process we can use medical records as a tool collecting exact data, also we can realize standardization of drawing up medical records.

  • Internal dosimetry is a discipline which brings together a set of knowledge, tools and procedures for calculating the dose received after incorporation of radionuclides into the body. Several steps are necessary to calculate the committed effective dose (CED) for workers or members of the public. Each step uses the best available knowledge in the field of radionuclide biokinetics, energy deposition in organs and tissues, the efficiency of radiation to cause a stochastic effect, or in the contributions of individual organs and tissues to overall detriment from radiation. In all these fields, knowledge is abundant and supported by many works initiated several decades ago. That makes the CED a very robust quantity, representing exposure for reference persons in reference situation of exposure and to be used for optimization and assessment of compliance with dose limits. However, the CED suffers from certain limitations, accepted by the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) for reasons of simplification. Some of its limitations deserve to be overcome and the ICRP is continuously working on this. Beyond the efforts to make the CED an even more reliable and precise tool, there is an increasing demand for personalized dosimetry, particularly in the medical field. To respond to this demand, currently available tools in dosimetry can be adjusted. However, this would require coupling these efforts with a better assessment of the individual risk, which would then have to consider the physiology of the persons concerned but also their lifestyle and medical history. Dosimetry and risk assessment are closely linked and can only be developed in parallel. This paper presents the state of the art of internal dosimetry knowledge and the limitations to be overcome both to make the CED more precise and to develop other dosimetric quantities, which would make it possible to better approximate the individual dose.

  • A linkage map for Japanese red pine (Pinus densiflora) was constructed on the basis of two DNA marker systems of random amplified polymorphic DNAs (RAPDs) and inter-simple sequence repeats (I-SSR). Haploid genomic DNAs were extracted from megagametophyte tissues of 96 individual seeds in a single tree. A total of 98 DNA markers including 52 RAPD markers amplified by 25 primers and 46 I-SSR markers amplified by 18 primers were verified as Mendelian loci showing 1 : 1 segregation in 96 megagametophytes which were ${\chi}^2$-tested at 5% significance level. Of them, 63 segregating loci turned out to be linked into 20 linkage groups by the two-point analysis. However, 35 loci (17 RAPD and 18 I-SSR) of the 98 segregating loci did not coalesced into any linkage groups at a LOD of 3.0. The linked 63 loci were separated by an average distance of about 25.5 cM, which were spanned 1097.8 cM as a whole. The minimum and maximum map distances of the linkage groups were 4.3 cM and 54.9 cM, respectively. Incorporation of I-SSR loi into linkage map of RAPD loci resulted in extended and partially more saturated linkage blocks.

  • A semi-greenhouse experiment with field grown soybean (Glycine max L. cv Deawon, Uram, Jinpong, Soyon, Pungsangnamul, and Haewon) was performed in 2018. The experiment was aimed to investigate individual impacts of drought stress on soybean characteristic and seed yield. The three treatments were used in non-water stress (Control) during the soybean growth season, vegetative stage stress (VS), and flowering period stress (FS). Leaf number, LAI, leaf nitrogen concentration, and leaf biomass were decreased by drought at R4. In our study, the number of pods was 33.6% and 40.5% lower, respectively, in control than in VS and FS. In 100 seed weight, was 16.1% and 10.1% lower, respectively, in control than in VS and FS at R8. As a result, seed yield was 39.8% and 45.1% lower, respectively, in control than in VS and FS. Depending on the drought period, Daewon and Haewon showed a large decrease in yield, while Soyon did not change. The results of this study showed that flower and beginning pod setting stage responded more sensitively to the drought period than vegetative stage. Overall, these results demonstrate soybean seed yield formation more sensitive the during the flowing and beginning pod setting stage. We conclude that adequate water supply for pod setting stage, guaranteeing a high seed yield.

  • Ergogenic aids are substances, devices, and practices that enhance an individual's energy use and production, and recovery from fatigue. L-carnitine increases enhance performance and aerobic capacity by stimulating lipid oxidation in muscle cells during long term exercise. L-carnitine is a well known and widely used ergogenic aid. In the present study, the effect of L-carnitine at concentrations of 100 nM, 1 μM, 10 μM, and 100 μM on the amplitude of field potential in rat cardiac muscle slices was measured using multi-channel extracellular recording (MED 64) system. In the present result, L-carnitine was shown to enhance field potential as a does-dependent manner. The increasing effect of the L-carnitine on field potential was not affected by application of the glibenclamide, an ATP-dependant K+ channel antagonist. The increasing effect of L-carnitine on field potential was suppressed by application of the diazoxide, an ATP-dependent K+ channel agonist. Present data show that L-carnitine potentiates field potentials by inhibition on ATP-dependant K+ channel in cardiac muscles. The enhancing effect of the L-carnitine on the field potential in cardiac muscles can be suggested as one of the underlying mechanism of ergogenic aid of the L-carnitine.

  • This paper suggest a methodology for representation of findings which can be called as signs and symptoms. A finding consists of unit signs and unit symptoms, and moreover findings which appear in one individual patient have so many different relationship each other. So, it is nat appropriate to list all of possible findings as medical standard or to fill findings as independent things in paper for medical record. We try to distinguish finding item from finding list, and suggest the methodology by which we can make finding list from finding items. That is, we suggest finding item[Concept], value types, relationship, logical operator, and syntax as a component of representation. And by using urinary symptom, we make the example for representation methodology. Finally, we mention the background knowledge, brief research process of related area.

  • Pulse diagnosis is one of the typical examination methods in traditional oriental medicine. However, it is necessary to obtain the objectivity for the standardization of this diagnosis. For this purpose, the pulse analyzer has been devised and studied, and the tonometric pulse analyzer displaying the pulse wave and its variables was developed recently. In this study, we investigated the effect of the sexuality of the individuals on the differences of the pulse wave as well as the correlation between the weight and the pulse wave to interrogate whether the pulse difference is not caused by the difference of sex but the size of individual.

  • A series of in vitro experiments was conducted to investigate response of rumen bacterial deamination to the ionophore salinomycin. Addition of salinomycin to the inoculum, strained rumen fluid, depressed ammonia production from casein, while increased accumulation of ${\alpha}$-amino acids. This suggests an inhibitory effect of salinomycin on ruminal deamination. When the effect in washed bacterial suspension was monitored with individual amino acid, aspartic acid degradation was markedly inhibited by salinomycin. This inhibition was not observed when the mixed rumen bacteria were ultrasonically disrupted and used as the enzyme source. Extent of the inhibition tended to be higher in the bacteria source from sheep on a high roughage diet. From these results it was speculated that the inhibition of deamination with salinomycin is caused by a decreased transport of amino acid into the bacterial cells as well as a decreased proportion of deaminating bacteria in the rumen.

  • Human alveolar bone cells were isolated from alveolar bone fragments obtained from normal individual undergoing third molar extractions. Alveolar bone fragments were cultured as explant. Cells began to migrate in the first $5{\sim}7$ day and were confluent in $5{\sim}7$ week. Matrix mineralization was observed by 4 week. Our studies utilize established protocols for the characterization of these cells as osteoblasts by means of alkaline phosphatase activity determination, identification of osteocalcin antigens, establishing the presence of cells expressing type I collagen and determining the ability of cells to produce calcification. Transmission electron microscopic observations confirmed the presence of a collagen matrix undergoing a mineralization process. This new model, using human alveolar bone cells, may provide a tool to investigate alveolar bone development and physiology and to set up new therapeutic approaches.
