대졸 청년층의 내일배움카드제 참여경험과 노동시장 성과 (A Study on Individual Training Account System Experiences and Labor Market Outcomes of the College Graduate Youth)

  • 본 연구는 대졸 청년층의 내일배움카드제 참여현황을 살펴보고, 참여경험이 대졸 청년층의 노동시장 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2012년 대졸자직업이동경로조사 자료를 활용하였으며, 다중회귀분석과 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 내일배움카드제에 대해 들어본 경험이 있는 경우는 2,707명(27.6%)이며, 이중 실질적으로 참여한 사람은 695명(25.7%)으로 나타났다. 내일배움카드제의 참여경험이 노동시장 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 참여경험은 취업여부와 고용형태(정규직취업)에 있어 긍정적인 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 월평균임금에 있어서는 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 연구결과의 함의를 도출하고, 내일배움카드제의 정책 효과성 향상을 위한 정책 과제를 제안하였다.

  • 본 논문은 정부가 2011년 9월 15일부터 시행하고 있는 내일배움카드제훈련의 제도개선내용을 직업훈련위탁사업의 성공조건의 이론적 틀을 토대로 평가한 후 추가적인 발전방안을 모색하고자 한다. 정부가 개선한 내일배움카드제는 기존의 직업훈련계좌제가 가지고 있었던 내일배움카드제훈련시장의 불안정성을 부분적으로 해소하고, 계좌 발급과 고용서비스 간의 연계를 강화하여 계좌의 남발을 억제하며, 내일배움카드제훈련의 운용과정에서 발생해온 경직성을 부분적으로 해소하는 등 그동안 지적되어온 여러 가지 문제점을 해소하는데 상당히 기여할 것으로 평가되었다. 그러나 아직도 훈련시장의 불안정성을 해소하면서 경쟁에 의한 더 나은 훈련 서비스를 유도하기에는 크게 미흡하고, 계좌 발급과 고용서비스와의 긴밀한 연계를 통해 필요한 사람에게 필요한 훈련서비스를 맞춤형을 제공하는데도 한계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 적합훈련과정의 심사, 훈련의 품질 평가 및 모니터링, 훈련비의 적정성 검증 등을 강화하기 위한 인프라도 크게 확충하여야 내일배움카드제훈련이 정착될 수 있을 것으로 평가되었다.

직업능력개발계좌제훈련의 발전방안 (A Study on Development of the Individual Training Account System in Korea)

  • 직업능력개발계좌제는 정부의 가장 핵심적인 실업자훈련으로 자리잡고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 선행연구의 이론적인 틀을 활용하여 현행 직업능력개발계좌제가 갖고 있는 문제점을 분석하고 향후 발전방안을 모색하였다. 분석결과 현행 계좌제훈련은 훈련상담과 고용서비스와의 연계 미흡 등으로 인하여 지원대상과 산업계 훈련수요와의 연계 측면에서 심각한 문제가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 훈련기관 및 훈련생에 대한 관리체계가 미흡하고, 훈련의 질을 향상시키기 위한 제도적인 장치도 미비하며, 훈련기관이 훈련의 질을 높이기 위한 투자를 하도록 유도하는 측면에서도 문제가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해서는 계좌발급 이전에 고용서비스 제공과 훈련상담을 내실화하여 계좌발급 대상을 산업수요 및 훈련 필요성과 연계하여 훈련 필요가 있는 실업자를 대상으로 발급하고, 훈련기관 및 훈련생에 대한 관리 감독체계를 마련하는 한편 훈련의 질을 높이기 위하여 계좌제훈련에 참여하는 민간위탁훈련시장을 양질의 훈련기관을 중심으로 구조조정할 필요가 있다.

시각적 기술 학습과 전이에 미치는 개인차의 효과 (Individual Difference Effects on Perceptual Skill Learning and Transfer)

  • 본 연구에서는 순차적으로 자극이 제시되는 시각 구별 과제에서 개인차가 기술의 습득과 전이에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 여기서는 개인 차이를 세 가지 측면에서 측정하였는데 인지 양식의 차이, 작업 기억 용량의 수준, 그리고 의사 결정 방식의 차이를 가지고 개인 차이를 분류하였다. 시각 구별 과제에서는 크게 훈련 과정과 전이 과정으로 나누어 훈련 과정의 난이도가 전이 과정에서 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았는데, 특히 훈련 난이도는 인지 양식과 그리고 작업 기억 용량과의 상호 작용을 통하여 전이 과제에서의 정확도에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 시각 구별과 관련한 인터페이스를 디자인하는데 있어서 개인차를 고려하는 것이 필요함을 시사하였다.

컴퓨터를 활용한 수학학습에서의 사회적 측면 (Social aspects of computer based mathematics learning)

  • Computer with various powerful functions has profound potential for mathematics instruction and learning. As computer technology progress, its applicability to mathematics education become more comprehensive. Not only its functional development but various psychological positions also changed the way computer technology utilized in mathematics education. In behaviorist's perspective, computer viewed as a teaching machine and constructivist viewed computer as microworld where students could explore various mathematical contents. Both theoretical positions emphasized individual aspect of learning because behaviorist tried to individualize learning using computer and constructivist focused on the process of individual construction. But learning is not only a individual event but also a social event. Therefore we must take social aspect into account. This is especially important when it comes to computer based learning. So far, mathematics loaming with computer weighed individual aspect of loaming. Even in microworld environment, learning should be mediated by teacher and collaborative learning activities. In this aspect, the roles of teacher and peers are very important and socio-cultural perspective sheds light on the computer based learning. In socio-cultural perspective, the idea of scaffold is very important in learning and students gradually internalize the social dimension and scaffolding is gradually faded. And in the zone of proximal development, teacher and more competent peers guide students to formulate their own understanding. In sum, we must take following points into account. First of all, computer should not be viewed as a medium for individualized teaming. That is, interaction with computer should be catalyst for collaborative activities with peers. So, exploration in computer environment has to be followed by small group activities including small group discussion. Secondly, regardless of the role that computer would play, teacher should play a crucial role in computer based learning. This does not mean teacher should direct every steps in learning process. Teacher's intervention should help student construct actively. Thirdly, it is needed to conceptualize computer in learning situation as medium. This would affect learning situation and result in the change of pre-service and in-service teacher training. Computer to be used effectively in mathematics classroom, researches on assessment of computer based learning are needed.

아동의 문제해결능력 : 표상과 평가능력의 역할 (Young Children's Problem-solving : The role of representation and evaluation)

  • The present study examined preschooler's (3-5yrs) representation and evaluation skills in a puzzle completion task. The puzzle contained panels of four children dressed for each seacon and the key to success was using a body scheme to reconstruct the panels (head, torso, legs, feet and sky on top). Baseline data (Study 1) revealed a developmental pattern of increasing bydy scheme representation along with more careful attention to season consitent construction. Spontaneous verbalization also shifted from more guiding statements (where'the head?) to move evaluative statements (this isn't right). Study 2 examined different intervention techniques for increasing representation (verbal laveling) and evaluative processes (error detection practice), along with a control group that had unassisted practice. Three year olds benefited from verbal labeling, four year olds from both types of training. Verbalizations also showed appropriated shifts toward increasing evaluation, particularly for the older children. These findings are discussed in terms of a developmental hypothesis that representation precedes evaluation skills and that training techniques should take into account the relative balance between representation and evaluation skills in the individual for the task at hand.

Stochastic Mixture Modeling of Driving Behavior During Car Following

  • This paper presents a stochastic driver behavior modeling framework which takes into account both individual and general driving characteristics as one aggregate model. Patterns of individual driving styles are modeled using a Dirichlet process mixture model, as a non-parametric Bayesian approach which automatically selects the optimal number of model components to fit sparse observations of each particular driver's behavior. In addition, general or background driving patterns are also captured with a Gaussian mixture model using a reasonably large amount of development data from several drivers. By combining both probability distributions, the aggregate driver-dependent model can better emphasize driving characteristics of each particular driver, while also backing off to exploit general driving behavior in cases of unseen/unmatched parameter spaces from individual training observations. The proposed driver behavior model was employed to anticipate pedal operation behavior during car-following maneuvers involving several drivers on the road. The experimental results showed advantages of the combined model over the model adaptation approach.

  • Information and communication technologies used in the social sphere are born due to the development of computer technologies. The main task of the distance learning process in higher education institutions is not to provide information, but to teach how to obtain and use it. The purpose of the article: to identify innovative approaches in the training of specialists in higher education institutions in the context of distance learning. Various innovative approaches to organizing the work of students of higher educational institutions in the context of distance learning are considered. Based on the conducted research, it is concluded that each of the approaches described by us outlines the study of the phenomenon of professional training of a specialist in the condition of distance learning. All the described approaches significantly contribute to the improvement of professional training of specialists, encourage students to self-improvement, professional development and enrich their professional competence in modern conditions. The emergence and spread of innovative technologies means not only a change in the activity itself and its inherent means and mechanisms of its implementation, but also a significant restructuring of goals, value orientations, specific knowledge, skills and abilities. Therefore, the current stage of the development of civilization, scientific and technological progress requires the emergence of such specialists who would have broad humanitarian thinking, would have good psychological training, would be able to build professional activities according to laws that take into account the relationship between economic productivity and creativity, as well as the desire of the individual for constant renewal, self-realization. Only such qualities will help you master the specifics of innovative technologies well. We see the prospects in the study of innovative approaches to training specialists in higher education institutions in the condition of distance learning in foreign countries.

Deep learning in nickel-based superalloys solvus temperature simulation

  • Modeling the properties of complex alloys such as nickel superalloys is an extremely challenging scientific and engineering task. The model should take into account a large number of uncorrelated factors, for many of which information may be missing or vague. The individual contribution of one or another chemical element out of a dozen possible ligants cannot be determined by traditional methods. Moreover, there are no general analytical models describing the influence of elements on the characteristics of alloys. Artificial neural networks are one of the few statistical modeling tools that can account for many implicit correlations and establish correspondences that cannot be identified by other more familiar mathematical methods. However, such networks require careful tuning to achieve high performance, which is time-consuming. Data preprocessing can make model training much easier and faster. This article focuses on combining physics-based deep network configuration and input data engineering to simulate the solvus temperature of nickel superalloys. The used deep artificial neural network shows good simulation results. Thus, this method of numerical simulation can be easily applied to such problems.

연수시설 단지의 계획특성 연구 - 2000년대 이후 국내 현상공모를 통해 계획된 연수시설을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Planning Characteristics of Training Facilities Complex - Focusing on Training Facilities Planned through the Domestic Competitions after 2000s -)

  • Planning and designing training facilities has been developed from educational facilities, and increasingly diversified society has raised a need for facilities dedicated to training and education in a differentiated space separate from the one for regular works. This particular need of our times has led to the expansion of training facilities nationwide although they have something to be desired when it comes to planning and designing with sustainability associated with the locational characteristics of urban space as well as the unique types of facilities taken into account. Against this backdrop, this study will examined a variety of training facilities that have been established since 2000 through theoretical review and conduct intensive analysis on the characteristics of the planning aspects to suggest their significance and implications and to present the overall meanings and ramifications of planning approaches in consideration of new challenges modern training facilities are faced with, which have been revealed through architectural design competitions in recent years. The relevant implications are as follows. First, one of the locational advantages of training facilities, which is commanding beautiful scenery of the surrounding area, can be considered as intent to stress the aspect of a resort, one of the functions of any training facilities. As this study has demonstrated, many training facilities are located near around a beach or a lake. Second, training facilities can be classified into three different types in terms of their location: urban, suburban and resort and such locational characteristics are directly related to intended programs and differentiated links with target users. Third, the architectural styles of training institutes are differentiated in terms of harmonious arrangement between beautiful natural scenery and buildings in consideration of the layout characteristics of major facilities and the distance of ramps in and out of the facilities along with architectural features, including the transparency of building elevation and the type of slopes of roof structure. Fourth, the individual lodging buildings feature a variety of types depending on the design concept with different roles depending on the directional aspects such as the connection of ramps and the relations with the outside. Fifth, outdoor space plans are differentiated according to the intended purpose of training facilities. When it comes to gym facilities, for example, different outdoor space plans are found to be made depending on the original design concept such as outdoor playground-centered planning or golf facilities.
