요양보호사의 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Care Workers on Job Satisfaction on Organization Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사의 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 전라남도 동부지역의 노인장기요양기관에서 근무하는 요양보호사 230명을 대상으로 우편조사를 실시하였으며, 결측값을 제외한 141부를 분석자료 활용하였다. 조사자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, t/F-test, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 요양보호사의 개인적 특성과 직무특성에 따른 조직몰입 차이는 개인적 특성 중 연령과 직무특성 중 기관유형, 근무형태에 따라 조직몰입이 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 요양보호사의 개인적 특성과 직무환경 변인을 통제한 상태에서 요양보호사의 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 직무만족이 조직몰입에 가장 큰 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 요양보호사들의 조직몰입 수준을 결정짓는 것은 자신의 직무에 대한 만족에 따라 달라짐을 의미한다.

농촌주민의 역량이 농촌개발의 참여확대에 미치는 영향분석 (An Impact Analysis of Rural Residents' competence in Expansion of Participation of Rural Development Projects)

  • This study is aims to voluntary participation in rural development projects, voluntary participation by analyzing the individual competence factors, how the what and how much influence affect the continued involvement and participation as a concept of strengthening community capacity the plan for it to present. The results of survey, through factor analysis and reliability analysis for extracting the components of individual competence areas and life satisfaction, self acting capacity, was extracted with recognized competence, was the factor analysis and reliability analysis for ongoing involvement and participation. Personal competence was a multiple regression analysis, the participation of three elements as independent variables as dependent variables to evaluate the impact of continuing involvement, and the resulting Regional and life satisfaction (${\beta}=0.301$) have the greatest impact It showed. In addition, regional analysis and life satisfaction (${\beta}=0.247$) on the impact of enlargement on the individual capabilities showed the highest participation. The elements of local life satisfaction and personal competencies exerts the greatest influence on the continued involvement and participation in the study was obtained. It based on the results in rural development for the voluntary participation and participation of the population should be considered with a plan to enhance the regional and life satisfaction, "the software business, which is carried out in rural areas developed for them by local residents the measures to increase life satisfaction will be provided.

근무환경 특성에 대한 선호도 및 인지도에 따른 중환자실 간호사의 직무만족도 (Job Satisfaction among ICU nurses according to the Preference and Perception of work Characteristics)

  • The purposes of this study were to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction for ICU nurses and to analyze group differences in job satisfaction based on the nurses' preference and perception of the work environment with an enhanced professional role. A total of 231 nurses who had been working in Intensive Care Units at least for 6 months at selected university hospitals participated in the study while head nurses or those with administrative positions were excluded. The study participants had an average of 33 months of clinical experience with an age range of 23 to 40 years. The data were analyzed by utilizing SPSSWIN and the results are as follows. 1) Hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that work characteristics defined by Job characteristics theory and nurses' preference / perception of ideal work environment together explained 33% of variance in job satisfaction. Skill variety, task identity and autonomy as well as individual perception of work environment were significant variables for explaining job satisfaction. Job satisfaction was not significantly related to age, marital status, education, and clinical experience. 2) The groups classified by nurses' preference and perception of work environment were significantly different in their job satisfaction. Nurses with high preference and high perception showed significantly higher general and specific job satisfaction than other nurses. The nurses who showed high preference but perceived their work environment as not reflecting ideal job characteristics reported the lowest job satisfaction among the groups. In conclusion, the role of individual preference and perception of the work environment in explaining the relationship between the redesign of work environment and job satisfaction was supported by the study, The preferences of nurses to the innovative work characteristics should be considered in the process of enhancing job characteristics to lead job satisfaction and low turnover and ultimately to improve quality of care.

건강가정·다문화가족지원센터의 아버지참여 프로그램 현황 및 만족도 분석 (Analysis of Satisfaction with the Fatherhood Programs Provided in Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Center)

  • The demand and supply of programs of parenthood programs for fathers are increasing with changes in the image of male parents. Under this backdrop, a necessary requirement is to analyze the current status of father programs that are spearheaded by governments and the satisfaction with them to determine if they actually meet the needs of fathers. This study conducted such an examination for the fatherhood programs that were provided as a mandatory public service by the Healthy Family & Multicultural Family Support Center in 2017. To this end, the research analyzed performance and satisfaction data on 776 projects, including 1293 programs that were required for provision in 101 integrated centers nationwide. The results showed that satisfaction with fatherhood programs differed according to the project area, the location of a center, the period of implementation, the methods of proceeding, the participation unit (whether an entire family or an individual family member), the number of participants, and the number of sessions. Overall, the level of satisfaction was higher in "fathers meetings" (under the community domain) than "support for the father role" (under the family relationship domain). In relation to implementation period, satisfaction with the programs was high in the 4th quarter of implementation. Satisfaction with the programs was also higher for culturally based initiatives than education-oriented programs. Satisfaction was higher when the participation unit was the family than when such unit was the individual. The smaller the number of participants, the higher the satisfaction level. Finally, the number of sessions was deemed satisfactory when it was completed in more than four sessions. This study is meaningful in that it provides the basis of effective use of the government budget by analyzing the status and satisfaction of the fatherhood programs, which have been implemented since the integration of the Healthy Families & Multicultural Family Support Center.

Alibaba 모바일 결제 서비스 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 중국 사례 (Factors Affecting the Intention to Use of Alibaba Mobile Payment Service: A Case of Chinese Users)

  • 본 논문에서는 중국의 모바일 결제 시장에서 가장 높은 시장 점유율을 차지하고 있는 알리바바(Alibaba)의 모바일 결제 서비스 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인 및 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 모바일 결제 서비스 특성(즉시접속성, 보안성, 이용편의성), 사용자 개인 특성(혜택, 개인화), 사용 만족도, 수용의도 등의 연구변수를 도입하여 구조방정식모형을 설계하고 중국의 Alibaba 모바일 결제 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 변수들 간의 인과관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 검증결과에 의하면, 모바일 결제 서비스 특성인 즉시 접속성, 보안성, 이용편의성은 사용 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사용자 개인 특성 중 개인화는 서비스 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 혜택성은 사용 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 없었다. 또한, 사용 만족도는 수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

부부의 개인별 덕목과 부부 덕목이 결혼만족도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Individual Virtues and Couple's Virtues on Marital Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 부부의 개인별 덕목이 결혼만족도에 미치는 효과와 부부 덕목이 결혼 만족도에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 개인별 덕목이란 개인이 지닌 가치 있고 바람직한 핵심 특성을 의미한다. 부부 덕목이란 부부가 함께 공유하는 덕목을 의미한다. 한국인 부부 107쌍(남 107명, 여 107명)이 연구에 참여하였다. 축약판 개인 덕목 척도(Values in Action-Inventory of Strengths: VIA-IS), 개인 덕목 척도를 바탕으로 연구자가 문항을 재기술한 부부 덕목 척도, 부부의 전반적인 결혼 만족을 측정하기 위해 한국판 결혼만족도 검사 중 전반적 불만족 척도(K-MSI, General Dissatisfaction Scale: GDS)를 역채점한 척도가 사용되었다. 부부의 자료가 상호의존적인 특수한 관계임을 감안, APIM(Actor-Parter Interdependence Model) (Cook & Kenny, 2005; Kenny, Kashy, Cook, & Simpson, 2006)을 적용하였고 이를 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 개인 덕목 대비 더 다양한 부부 덕목이 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 부부가 덕목을 개인적으로 지니기보다는 함께 공유하는 것의 중요성을 논의하였다.

농촌마을 유형에 따른 거주환경 분석과 만족도 연구 (An Analysis of Residential Environment and Satisfaction by Rural Area Types)

  • This study analyzed the types of Rural Villages, divided the areas with six criteria such as geographical environment and selected three target areas to observe them. Through these target areas, it attempted to analyze the difference and correlation of satisfaction with the residential environment depending on the characteristics of the Rural Village. In investigating and analyzing the satisfaction of the residents in the Rural Villages, it divided it into 'satisfaction with rural village life', 'satisfaction with housing' and 'satisfaction with village environment,' and compared and analyzed them with the physical environment of the Rural Village. Based on this, according to the type of local Rural Village, it analyzed with what part there were high relations with resident's satisfaction with the Rural Village. As a result, there was no significant difference between groups by the Rural villages, but residents were more satisfied with the natural environment of the village rather than individual housing. The analysis of the correlation between satisfaction with Rural villages and various factors, the more distance there is between the individual housing and the meeting facility, the lower their satisfaction with the Rural village became. In the future, when a community center or meeting facility is planned, it would heighten the resident's happiness when it is located at the physical center of the village rather than at the entrance of it.

머신러닝과 설명가능한 인공지능 SHAP을 활용한 사범대 과학교육 전공생의 전공만족도 및 학업만족도 영향요인 탐색 (Exploration of Factors on Pre-service Science Teachers' Major Satisfaction and Academic Satisfaction Using Machine Learning and Explainable AI SHAP)

  • 본 연구는 사범대 과학교육전공 재학생의 전공만족도와 학업만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 머신러닝 모델인 랜덤 포레스트와 그래디언트 부스팅 모델과 SHAP 기법을 활용하여 탐색했다. 연구 결과, 그래디언트 부스팅 모델의 성능이 랜덤 포레스트보다 우수한 것으로 드러났으나 그 차이는 크지 않았다. 전공만족도에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 '본인 전공 교과에 해당하는 고교시절 과학교사 만족도', '교직 동기', '나이' 등이 있으며, 학업만족도는 '나이', '성별', '내신 과학 전문교과 이수여부'의 영향을 크게 받는 것으로 드러났다. SHAP value를 활용하여 변인의 영향력을 밝힐 수 있었고, 그 결과가 집단 전체에 대한 것과 개별적 분석으로 각각 도출이 가능했고, 서로 보완적 결과가 도출이 가능함을 확인하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 과학교육과 재학생의 전공 및 학업 만족도를 지원하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

세대별 개인·직무차원 만족이 이직의사에 미치는 영향 - 직장(일자리) 만족의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (Study on the Effect of Individual and Job-Level Satisfaction by Generation on Turnover Intention : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Workplace Satisfaction)

  • 이직은 노동시장에서 중요한 화두이며, 최근에는 다양한 세대들이 함께 일을 하면서 세대간의 마찰 등으로 인하여 조직 관리에 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 세대별로 개인차원의 변수(미래전망, 생활만족)와 직무차원의 변수(전공-일 수준, 직무만족)가 이직의사에 미치는 관계에서 직장만족의 매개 역할을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 한국노동패널 제22차 자료를 활용하여 관련 변수를 선정하고, SPSS를 활용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Z세대는 다른 세대와 다르게 직무차원의 직무만족의 변수만 이직의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

보건소 정보시스템의 평가에 관한 실증적 연구 (The Evaluation of Information System Success Factors In Health Center)

  • Factors influencing the success or failure of information systems9IS) have been discussed in many literes. However, little thertical development or empirical research has examined effectiveness of information systems in health center. This study evaluates several model that contribute to IS success in bealth center. In this study, we propose a process model that exhibits several variables influence one after another. These can be classified into six different dimensions. These inclube system aspect, invidual effect. The system aspect is classified by system quality, information quality and service quality. On individual and organizational aspect, this study uses computer self-efficacy and support of top management. The results of this study are as follows: according to multiple regression analysis of user satisfaction, information quality and support of top management are statistically significant influence on user satisfaction. System quality and service quality are a partially significant influence on user satisfaction. Hypothesis 5, proposing that computer self-efficacy would relate positively to user satisfaction, ws not supported by the questionnaire results. Based on these results, information quality and support of top management are very important variables for IS success.
