Before avionics equipment are installed in aircraft, several environmental tests such as temperature, vibration, lightning, fire etc. must be conducted. One of the environmental tests is to substantiate protection designs of lightning indirect effect. It can be showed through RTCA DO-160G, section22 "Lightning Induced Transient Susceptibility" test. An additional test of aircraft level is required as well after installation of avionics equipment.

이 연구는 조세특례제한법상 세액공제 및 세액감면 등의 직접감면과 준비금 손금산입 등의 간접감면의 세제혜택이 기업가치와 관련성이 있는지를 Ohlson(1995)모형을 토대로 1999년부터 2001년까지 3개년도 제조업을 대상으로 총 497개를 대상으로 실증분석하였다. 연구결과 주주지분 장부가치측면에서 직접 감면제도에 의한 기업합리화 적립금(누적액)과 당기전입 기업합리화적립금이 기업가치에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 세제지원의 성격과 사후관리제도의 정도 및 지속성의 차이로 인하여 기업가치 관련성에 있어서 서로 차이가 있을 수 있음을 보여주는 것이라 할 수 있다. 특히, 주주지분 장부가치측면과 회계이익측면에서 각각의 감면제도가 기업가치에 미치는 정도의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정책당국에서 간접감면제도의 조세정책적 실효성을 재검토 할 필요성의 여지를 가질 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.

Though the brand management of trade shows are increasingly important, there are few studies with this theme. This research studies what factors have an effect on the brand loyalty of trade shows. To this purpose, we conduct empirical study on the relationship among perceived quality, perceived value, image of the trade show with attendee's satisfaction and loyalty of trade show. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Perceived quality has a direct effect on perceived value and satisfaction of trade show and indirect effect on attendee's loyalty of the trade show. (2) Perceived value has a direct effect on attendee's satisfaction and indirect effect on attendee's loyalty of the show. (3) Trade show image has a direct effect on perceived value, attendee's satisfaction and loyalty of the trade show. Especially, image has the greatest effect on attendee's satisfaction and loyalty of the show. This means that the trade show image a critical variable in the brand management of the show.

경로분석은 변수 사이의 관계를 규명하는 방법으로 회귀분석에서 파악하기 어려운 직접효과와 간접효과, 의사효과를 파악할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 골프경기에서 가장 중요한 경기력 요소를 이용하여 평균타수에 어떻게 직접, 간접적으로 영향을 미치는가를 경로분석을 통하여 연구하였으며 자료는 2010년 남자프로골프선수 상위권 186명을 이용하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the determinants of economic contributions of home-based family businesses. The results suggested that positive effect on direct contributions of home-based family businesses was associated with a male manager, more family members, more employees, non-family employees in the business, engaged in food and restaurant business, located in Seoul area, and higher perceived success of the business. Positive effect on indirect contributions of home-based family businesses was associated with a female manager, a child under age 6, only family members as employees, and greater initial investment in the business. Working hours were negatively related to the indirect contributions. Greater total economic contributions of the home-based family businesses was associated with a male manager, more family members, more employees, non-family employees in the business, engaged in restaurant business, located in Seoul, and higher perceived success on the business.

An one-zone heat release analysis was studied for a 4 cylinder indirect diesel engine. The object of the study is to calculate the heat release accurately including the effect of specific heat ratio, heat transfer and crevice volume and to find out combustion characteristics of an indirect diesel engine cosidering the effect of both pressure in the main and swirl chambers. The integrated gross heat release values were close to the measured fuel energy at various full load operating conditions.

This study grasps the structural relationships between temperament, social support, and school adjustment by adolescents as well as investigates the mediating effect of positive psychological capital from relationships between temperament, social support, and school adjustment. Participants in this study consisted of 763 students in the second grade of five middle schools. Productive correlation analysis were conducted on data collected for this study using PASW statistics ver. 18.0 program; in addition, structural equation modeling analysis was conducted using AMOS ver. 18.0 program. The main findings are as follows. Paths appeared in different ways according to the investigation of mediating effect of positive psychological capital under the impact of temperament and social support on school adjustment of adolescents. Investigation showed that harm avoidance temperament had a statistically significant indirect effect on school adjustment with a medium of positive psychological capital. Novelty seeking temperament and persistence temperament had a direct impact on the school adjustment of adolescents; however, it appeared to also indicate an indirect impact through a medium of positive psychological capital. Social support seemed to indicate a direct impact on school adjustment of adolescents as well as an indirect impact through a medium of positive psychological capital. This study provides basic data to help in the school adjustment of adolescents using personal, environmental, and psychological variables that proves the importance of positive psychological capital in adolescence.

Purpose: This study was to examine the fitness of a path model based on the objectification theory and to expand it by including the new variables to explain eating disorder symptomatology (EDS). Methods: The subjects consisted of 444 college women. Data was collected through self-report questionnaires that measured self-objectification (SO), social physique anxiety (SPA) and EDS as the original variables in the objectification theory, and influence of mass media (IMM) and sex-role attitude (SRA) as the new variables. Data was analyzed by SPSS/WIN 12.0 and Amos 5.0 programs. Results: IMM and SRA showed direct effect on SO. IMM had direct and indirect effect on SPA and EDS. SRA had direct and indirect effect on EDS, but only indirect effect on SPA. SO and SPA influenced EDS directly, and SO influenced indirectly EDS. Conclusion: Path analyses indicated support for the original theory and the expanded theory. It is necessary for repeated studies including various age groups of women to clarify the applicability of the objectification theory to Korean women's eating disorders. And it were recommended that we should promote womens' criticism of the image and message about the perfect female body presented in the mass media, and to highlight the relationship of gender equality to women's eating disorders in health education.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships of mother's childrearing behavior, children's behavior problems, locus of control and peer victimization. The subjects were 360 children of 4th and 6th grade and their mothers. The instruments were Peer Victimization Scale, CBCL, Locus of Control Scale for Children, Childrearing Behavior Scale. The major findings of this study were as follows; (1) The type of peer victimization had a significant difference between girls and boys. That is, boys were more focused on overt victimization than girls. There was no significant gender difference in relational victimization, And there was no significant grade difference in overt and relational victimization. (2) Mother's rejection-restriction childrearing behavior, children's social withdrawal behavior problems, extemal locus of control predicted children's peer victimization. 24% of the variance of children's peer victimization was explained by these variables. (3) Mother's rejection-restriction childrearing behavior was the first contribution factor and had a direct and indirect effect through children's locus of control on children's peer victimization. And children's social withdrawal behavior problems was second contribution factor and had a direct effect on children's peer victimization. Children's locus of control had a direct and indirect effect through children's social withdrawal behavior problems on children's peer victimization. Mother's warmth-acceptance and permissiveness-nonintervention childrearing behavior had indirect effect through children's locus of control on children's peer victimization.

This study attempted to evaluate the direct and indirect effect of emotional labor, job and psychosocial stress, and fatigue of beauty industry workers on their musculoskeletal diseases. The findings of this study showed that, among the workers with perceived symptoms of musculoskeletal diseases, the body part with the most commonly occurring symptom was the shoulder, followed by neck, low back, wrist, arm, foot and knee. As for the effect of work-related psychological factors on musculoskeletal diseases, it was found that the workers with musculoskeletal diseases were more affected by emotional labor and fatigue than non-symptom workers. It was also shown that when their job stress increased, the fatigue level also increased, though their psychosocial stress decreased. In addition, it was found that both direct and indirect effects of emotional labor on fatigue were high, and the indirect effect of job stress through fatigue on musculoskeletal diseases was significant.
