  • It is required to network to make more intelligent packet processing and forwarding for increasing bandwidth and various services. Classification provides these intelligent to network which is acquired by increasing number of rules in classification rule set. In this Paper, we propose a classification algorithm efficient to scalable rule set ahead as well as Present small rule set. This algorithm has competition to existing methods by performance and advantage that it is mixed with another algorithm because il does not change original shape of rule set.

CONVEX SOLUTIONS OF THE POLYNOMIAL-LIKE ITERATIVE EQUATION ON OPEN SET

  • Because of difficulty of using Schauder's fixed point theorem to the polynomial-like iterative equation, a lots of work are contributed to the existence of solutions for the polynomial-like iterative equation on compact set. In this paper, by applying the Schauder-Tychonoff fixed point theorem we discuss monotone solutions and convex solutions of the polynomial-like iterative equation on an open set (possibly unbounded) in $\mathbb{R}^N$. More concretely, by considering a partial order in $\mathbb{R}^N$ defined by an order cone, we prove the existence of increasing and decreasing solutions of the polynomial-like iterative equation on an open set and further obtain the conditions under which the solutions are convex in the order.

  • To meet the demand increasing passengers in railway vehicles, railway transportation service companies are increasing the numbers of cars per train-set. Two solutions, Variable train-set formations and Multiple train-set operation, are common way to increase the transportation capability. These kind of long distance train-set can effect train-set command and control system, and sometimes the digital signals using train line from master cabin can not reach to the systems located the other extremity slave car. This is so called Voltage Drop. This phenomenon is originated from the electrical power consumption and electrical cable resistance, and cause to the equipments or cars located end of the electrical cable way, malfunction or abnormal operations. This voltage drop happens not only in train lines but also Battery Power Lines. The purpose of this investigation is to design high reliability railway vehicles by clarifying the possibility of happening these events case by case, by analyzing the reasons, and finally by finding the best solutions.

  • The set of priors in the representation of coherent risk measure is expressed in terms of quantile function and increasing concave function. We show that the set of prior, $\mathcal{Q}_c$ in (1.2) is equal to the set of $\mathcal{Q}_m$ in (1.6), as maximal representing set $\mathcal{Q}_{max}$ defined in (1.7).

Machining Tool Path Generation for Point Set

  • As the point sampling technology evolves rapidly, there has been increasing need in generating tool path from dense point set without creating intermediate models such as triangular meshes or surfaces. In this paper, we present a new tool path generation method from point set using Euclidean distance fields based on Algebraic Point Set Surfaces (APSS). Once an Euclidean distance field from the target shape is obtained, it is fairly easy to generate tool paths. In order to compute the distance from a point in the 3D space to the point set, we locally fit an algebraic sphere using moving least square method (MLS) for accurate and simple calculation. This process is repeated until it converges. The main advantages of our approach are : (1) tool paths are computed directly from point set without making triangular mesh or surfaces and their offsets, and (2) we do not have to worry about no local interference at concave region compared to the other methods using triangular mesh or surface model. Experimental results show that our approach can generate accurate enough tool paths from a point set in a robust manner and efficiently.

천연고무의 일정 하중 영구압축률에 대한 온도와 가교 시스템의 영향 (Effects of Temperature and Curing Systems on Compression Set of NR Compounds at Constant Load)

  • 천연고무의 일정하중 영구압축률에 온도와 가교시스템이 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 다양한 가교시스템과 가교밀도의 고무시편을 만들기 위해 여러 가지 함량의 황과 dicumyl peroxide(DCP)를 사용하여 배합하였으며, 가교된 천연고무의 일정변위 조건에서 측정된 영구압축률과 일정하중에서 측정된 영구압축률의 차이를 비교하였다. 일정하중 영구압축률은 일정변위 영구압축률에 비해 가교밀도의 변화에 따라 상대적으로 큰 차이를 보였으며, 이는 영구압축률 측정 시 공급된 변형에너지가 다르기 때문이다. 또한 일정하중 영구압축률 측정에서 황으로 가교시킨 시편의 경우 하중과 온도증가에 따라 영구압축률이 크게 증가하였고, 이에 반해 DCP로 가교시킨 시편의 경우 하중과 온도증가에 큰 영향을 받지 않았다.

Vulnerability model of an Australian high-set house subjected to cyclonic wind loading

  • This paper assesses the damage to high-set rectangular-plan houses with low-pitch gable roofs (built in the 1960 and 70s in the northern parts of Australia) to wind speeds experienced in tropical cyclones. The study estimates the likely failure mode and percentage of failure for a representative proportion of houses with increasing wind speed. Structural reliability concepts are used to determine the levels of damage. The wind load and the component connection strengths are treated as random variables with log-normal distributions. These variables are derived from experiments, structural analysis, damage investigations and experience. This study also incorporates progressive failures and considers the inter-dependency between the structural components in the house, when estimating the types and percentages of the overall failures in the population of these houses. The progressively increasing percentage of houses being subjected to high internal pressures resulting from damage to the envelope is considered. Results from this study also compare favourably with levels of damage and related modes of failure for high-set houses observed in post-cyclone damage surveys.

삼각벨트 클러치의 성능 향상에 관한 연구 (Performance Improvement of Triangular-type V-belt Clutch)

  • This study was conducted to provide a direction for improving the performance of triangular-type belt clutch. The power transmission characteristics and the wear of belt were investigated for two types of pulley set theoretically and experimentally. The results of research were summarized as follows: 1) Based on the theoretical analysis for the life time of belt, the wear of belt could be reduced by increasing the sizes of driving V-pulley and tension pulley, and by decreasing the tension on V-belt. 2) The pulley set # 2 could transmit more power than the pulley set # 1 could at the same slop rate. While the slip rate was 2.36% on the pulley set # 2 at the maximum power transmission, the slip rate on the pulley set # 1 was increased up to 12.2% at the same condition. 3) From the 16 hours' fatigue test, the wear of belt used n the pulley set # 1 was observed severer than that in the pulley set#2. Also, it was found that the tensile strength of belt used in the pulley set # 2 was greater than that of belt used in the pulley set # 1.

교량 구조물 손상탐지를 위한 Open Set Recognition 기반 다중손상 인식 모델 개발 (Development of Open Set Recognition-based Multiple Damage Recognition Model for Bridge Structure Damage Detection)

  • 현재 국내 교량 구조물은 지속적으로 증가 및 대형화되고 있으며 그에 따라 공용된 지 30년 이상 된 노후 교량도 꾸준히 늘어나고 있다. 교량 노후화 문제는 국내뿐 아니라 전 세계적으로도 심각한 사회 문제로 다루어지고 있으며, 기존 인력 위주의 점검 방식은 그 한계점을 드러내고 있다. 최근 들어 딥러닝 기반의 영상처리 알고리즘을 활용한 각종 교량 손상탐지 연구가 이루어지고 있지만 교량 손상 데이터 세트의 한계로 인하여 주로 균열 1종에 국한된 교량 손상탐지 연구가 대부분이고, 이 또한 Close set 분류모델 기반 탐지방식으로서 실제 교량 촬영 영상에 적용했을 시 배경이나 기타 객체 등 학습되지 않은 클래스의 입력 이미지들로 인하여 심각한 오인식 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 균열 포함 5종의 교량 손상을 정의 및 데이터 세트를 구축해서 딥러닝 모델로 학습시키고, OpenMax 알고리즘을 적용한 Open set 인식 기반 교량 다중손상 인식 모델을 개발했다. 그리고 학습되지 않은 이미지들을 포함하고 있는 Open set에 대한 분류 및 인식 성능평가를 수행한 후 그 결과를 분석했다.

  • 상온에서의 충격 흡수특성과 compression set 특성을 향상시키기 위하여 ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA)와 styrene vinyl isoprene styrene triblock copolymer (SVIS)를 블렌드하여 발포체를 제조하였다. 발포제 및 EVA/SVIS 블렌드비가 발포배율 및 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. SVIS 함량이 증가함에 따라 블렌드의 점도는 증가하였고 가교 속도는 감소하였으며, 발포배율은 감소하여 비중은 증가하였다. 발포제 함량 증가, 즉 발포배율 증가에 따른 반발탄성은 변화가 없는 반면에, SVIS 함량 증가에 따라 발포체의 상온에서의 tan ${\delta}$ 값은 증가하였으며 따라서 반발 탄성은 감소함을 알 수 있었다. EVA/SVIS 블렌드 발포체에서 SVIS 함량 증가에 따라 가교밀도와 비중이 증가하므로 compression set 값도 낮은 값을 나타내었다.
