교통안전을 고려한 도시부도로의 돌발상황 교통관리전략 수립에 관한 연구 (Development of Traffic Management Strategies for Incident Conditions on Urban Highways Considering Traffic Safety)

  • PURPOSES : This study aims to investigate the direct and indirect influence areas from incidents on urban interrupted roadways and to develop traffic management strategies for each influence area. METHODS : Based on a literature review, various traffic management strategies for certain incidents were collected. In addition, the relationship between the measure of effectiveness and the characteristics of incidents was explored using an extensive simulation study. RESULTS : From the simulation studies, traffic delays increased as the number of lane closures increased, and the impact of lane closures was reduced to the direction upstream from the incident site. However, the magnitude of the delay change depended on the degree of saturation. Using these characteristics, the direct and indirect influence areas resulting from incidents were defined, and traffic management strategies were established for each direct and indirect influence area and for each level of incident. CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study will contribute to the improvement of national traffic safety by preventing secondary incidents and by effective adaptation to incident events.

고속도로 돌발상황 지속시간 예측모형 개발 (Development of Freeway Incident Duration Prediction Models)

  • 반복정체와 함께 돌발상황은 고속도로 교통혼잡의 주요 원인이 되고 있다. 발생된 돌발상황에 대해 즉각 정보를 제공하고 신속히 교통류를 관리하는 정도는 그 교통류관리시스템의 수준을 의미하는 것으로, 돌발상황에 의해 차로가 차단될 시간을 속히 예측하는 것은 돌발상황관리에서 매우 기본적인 사항이라 하지 않을 수 없다. 돌발상황에 따라 교통류관리대책을 수립·실시하고 교통정보를 제공하자면 돌발상황으로 인한 교통영향(지체와 대기행렬 길이)을 먼저 산정해 보아야 하며 그러기 위해서는 지속시간의 예측이 반드시 필요하다. 통상 돌발 상황의 지속시간은 그 유형 및 심각도에 따라 다양해지며 교통, 도로, 환경 등과 같은 복합적인 조건에 영향을 받는다. 따라서 돌발상황 지속시간 예측모형에 사용되는 독립변수는 돌발상황 확인시점에서 수집 가능한 변수이어야 하며 모형의 현장적용을 위해서는 해당도로의 교통관제시스템의 수준과 함께 정보원(CCTV, 순찰반 등)의 특성을 고려하여야 한다. 본 연구는 고속도로 돌발상황 지속시간 예측모형 개발을 목표로 하며, 한국도로공사 수원지사의 교통사고발생 속보 21개월 분의 자료를 정리하여 본선에서 발생한 각종 돌발상황 168건을 사용자료로 추려냈다. 이를 DB화하여 통계분석을 수행하였으며 고속도로에서의 돌발상황 지속시간 예측을 위한 다중선형회귀모형을 구축하였다. 그리고 모델링에 사용되지 않은 자료를 이용해 개발모형의 정확성 평가를 수행하였다.

  • This paper presents the experimental results at slamming phenomenon. The air pressure cylinder was used to ensure repeatability of the impact. The results showed that the adopted experimental technique was very excellent in terms of repeatability when is compared to that of the free drop tests. The pressure time histories, magnitude of peak pressure and the behavior of jet spray were obtained. The flat specimen was tested for various incident angles. To estimate the incident speed of the specimen high speed camera was used. The high speed camera was also useful tool in understanding the behavior.

슬래밍 충격 압력에 대한 연구 (A Study on Slamming Impact Pressure)

  • This study presents the results of a slamming experiment using a pneumatic cylinder. The employment of the pneumatic cylinder showed a relatively good repeatability when the results were compared with those of other slamming devices. The experiment was done for various incident angles. An air pocket was believed to cause a reduction in the magnitude of the impact pressure with an incident angle of $0^{\circ}$ for the water entry. A high speed camera was used in an attempt to locate the time of the contact between the bottom of the specimen and the free surface. It seemed that the maximum pressure occurred before the water contacted the bottom of the specimen.

ARIMA-Intervention 시계열모형을 활용한 제주 국내선 항공여객수요 추정 (A Study on the Air Travel Demand Forecasting using time series ARIMA-Intervention Model)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of intervention variables which may affect the air travel demand for Jeju domestic flights and to anticipate the air travel demand for Jeju domestic flights. The air travel demand forecasts for Jeju domestic flights are conducted through ARIMA-Intervention Model selecting five intervention variables such as 2002 World Cup games, SARS, novel swine-origin influenza A, Yeonpyeongdo bombardment and Japan big earthquake. The result revealed that the risk factor such as the threat of war that is a negative intervention incident and occurred in Korea has the negative impact on the air travel demand due to the response of risk aversion by users. However, when local natural disasters (earthquakes, etc) occurring in neighboring courtiers and global outbreak of an epidemic gave the negligible impact to Korea, negative intervention incident would have a positive impact on air travel demand as a response to find alternative due to rational expectation of air travel customers. Also we realize that a mega-event such as the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup games reduced the air travel demand in a short-term period unlike the perception in which it will increase the air travel demand and travel demands in the corresponding area.

소방공무원의 직무스트레스, 자아탄력성 및 사건충격 정도 실태 조사 (A survey on job stress, ego-resilience and incident impact on firefighters)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to analyze job stress, ego-resilience, and results of the impact of event scale in order to verify the actual job stress of firefighters and provide baseline data for developing resolution programs. Methods: Data were collected via e-mail from 270 firefighters working at 119 safety centers and firehouses in the regions of Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Busan, and Gyeongsang-do between the $1^{st}$ and $30^{th}$ of July, 2017. Results: Regarding gender differences in job stress, women ($2.16{\pm}0.65$) showed statistically significant job stress compared to men ($1.93{\pm}0.57$). As for the results of the incident impact of event scale statistically significant differences were observed (p=.001), and ego-resilience in men ($4.15{\pm}0.54$) was significantly higher than that in women ($3.79{\pm}0.75$) (p=.006). Depending on the work period, there were statistically significant differences (p=.000) in job stress, ego-resilience (p=.002), and impact of event scale (p=.000). Conclusion: Since job stress, ego-resilience, and results of the impact of event scale were closely related to dispatch frequency and work period of the firefighters, detailed and continuous stress management programs that consider these factors need to be developed.

Impact Analysis Modeling Development for CANFLEX Fuel Bundle

  • The nonlinear dynamic analyses were performed by newly developing an appropriate impact modelling for the evaluation of the CANFLEX fuel bundle structural integrity during the refuelling period. The initial load under the refuelling condition is considered as initial velocity at impact incident, and the impact of one bundle contacted another bundle for at short time is studied by performing several dynamic analysis method. The impact analysis shows to predict an appropriate velocity and acceleration profile according to load time history for two bundles impact.

윈도우10 환경의 디지털 포렌식 기반 침해사고 진단 및 대응 (Computer Security Incident Inspection and Response based on Digital Forensics in Windows10 environment)

  • 최근 다양한 원인으로 실시간 사이버 위협이 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 대부분의 기업들이 내부 중요정보를 디지털화해 중앙집중식으로 저장하고 있는 특성을 가지고 있어 침해사고 발생 시 영향도가 매우 높다고 할 수 있다. 침해사고 대응 과정에서 수집 및 분석하는 모든 전자기기의 정보들은 수시로 변경이 일어날 수 있는 특성을 가지고 있다. 향후 수사 및 법정에서 관련 증거 자료의 제출이 필요하게 되는데 이때 무결성의 원칙, 절차 연속성(Chain of Custody) 원칙 등 디지털 포렌식의 기본원칙들을 지켜 증거자료의 정당성, 정확성 등을 확보해야 한다. 또한 내부 기밀자료, 개인정보가 유출되어도 모르는 경우가 있으며 디지털 포렌식 기반의 침해사고 진단도 주기적으로 진행해 침해사고의 사전 방지 또는 사고 후에 빠른 인지가 가능하도록 해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 침해사고 발생 시 수집 및 분석한 디지털 증거자료의 정당성 및 정확성 확보, 침해사고 사전 방지 및 사고 후 빠른 인지를 목표로 하는 윈도우10 환경의 디지털 포렌식 기반 침해사고 진단 및 대응 절차를 제안한다.
