In this study, we would like to suggest a virtual model house where the users participate in the planning of the apartment directly in order to supply the apartment which is suitable for the fast change of the resident's characterization, multiplication, and preference in this like high-speed information society. The users have various preferences and demands in the high level information society. It is necessary for the architect to communicate with the users in order to suggest the various styles of habitats that one can treat various life style and life cycle which reflects the demand. In addition, the object of this paper is the construction and using of the participating virtual model house that the resident can plan the preferred space design of the main house before moving Into the apartment and change space design of the main house after moving into the apartment following the variety of life style and the changing of life cycle. Regarding the effect of this study, firstly, it is possible to supply the plate type following the user's preference in order to enhance the quality of uniformed type apartment. Secondly, it is possible to maintain and control the high quality building using sharing the building information with planning, construction, maintain, interior, and related company by constructing the database. Thirdly, the unified database which is constructed by XML can supply the effective environment of apartment information exchange between other companies.

Presently, digital information society that we live in is changing the world rapidly and it is making a human style of living more complicated into various ways. Also the change of human life style in general society has expedited the transition of the housing design. Therefore, this research will illustrate the future housing in Sweden to show more realistically the changeable houses in digital informational society

Many researchers conducted the effort for improving the classification accuracy of satellite image. Most of the study has used optical spectrum information of each pixel for image classification. By applying this method for high resolution satellite image, number of class becomes increase. This situation is remarkable for house, because the roof of house has variety of many colors. Even if the classification is carried out for many classes, roof color information of each house is not necessary. Most of the case, we need the information that object is house or not. In this study, we propose the method for detecting the object by using Genetic Algorithms (GA). Aircraft was selected as object. It is easy for this object to detect in the airport. An aircraft was taken as a template. Object image was taken from QuickBird. Target image includes an aircraft and Haneda Airport. Chromosome has four or five parameters which are composed of number of template, position (x,y), rotation angle, rate of enlarge. Good results were obtained in the experiment.

Existing model houses have played an important role in allow the customers to choose apartment. As the information technology has been advanced (e.g. a high-speed internet available in unit), customers' personality and preference to the design of apartment and the purchasing pattern have been changed. Construction firms have introduced VR(Virtual Reality) model house (e.g. Quick Time Virtual Reality) to meet the customers' expectation and need. The reality-based QTVR model house does not provide enough quality to satisfy the customers' expectation. To complement the shortcoming of the QTVR model house, this study presents a web-based cyber model house developed by using Turntool and Javascript. The cyber model house allows to communicate between supplier and customer over the internet.

건설 기업을 포함한 대부분 기업의 운영의 최우선 목표는 이윤 창출로 볼 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에 이러한 목표를 달성하기 위해서 수많은 기업들은 기업 환경의 변화와 발전에 적응하고자 스스로 개선하고 진화를 거듭하고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 공동주택 공급사들이 공동주택 입주자들의 주거만족도를 향상시킬 목적으로 CRM 활동을 수행하고자 한다. 향후 이를 기반으로 우리나라 공동주택 공급에 대한 시책 수립에 대한 기술적 정보를 제공하여 산업적 기여할 수 있도록 정보를 제공할 것을 목적으로 한다.

It has been reported that 50~70% of child asthma, bronchial asthma in adult, and allergic rhinitis are caused by house dust mite. The antigen extracted from house dust mite has been used for effective treatment against allergic diseases and for clinical test. This house dust mite antigen has been entirely imported from abroad. However, the composition and content of all the antigen imported vary from a brand to other brand. Thus, we need to standardize the composition and content of the antigen by developing it domestically. We proceeded pre-clinically general pharmacological test and toxicological test that are required for the eventual human use by utilizing the house dust mite cultured in Korea. In order to obtain information on general pharmacological tests such as its toxic signs in tissues or organs which are mainly affected, we examined the effect of house dust mite on the tensions of the isolated tissues and heart rates of cardiac muscle by recording with force displacement transducer of polygragh (Glass Model 7). We determined lethality of antigen extracted from house dust mite in mice and guinea pigs. We examined acute and subacute toxicity by administrating house dust mite extract of 500, 100, 20 times of the expected clinical dose. In male and female mice and guinea pigs, given a sigle intraperitoneal dose of antigen, $LD_{50}$ values were over 5.0 $\textrm{m}{\ell}$/kg, respectively. In animals administrated with house dust mite, there were no significant change of clinical symptom, body weight, food consumption, water consumption, eye examinations, urinalysis, blood biochemistry, and histopathological examinations in any animals tested. We found no toxic effect of this house dust mite. These results show that the house dust mite cultured by us could be used in the development of medicine against allergic diseases caused by the antigen of house dust mite.

Model house play an important role in the sale of apartments. However, model house can create social and environmental problems. Virtual reality's (VR) use for the creation of model house has been studied as a possible counter measure to these problems. Existing models don't satisfy consumers' queries. A virtual model house can give the experience of seeing a real home through simulation. Also, a virtual model house can allow a home buyer to change the furniture on display or the color of the walls to reflect the consumer's taste in the construction. The internal present condition system using absorption style virtual reality and open style virtual reality are the indispensable tools that are going to take the place of the current model home. A virtual model house is more profitable than a physical model house because of reduced costs and time savings. In addition, a virtual model house can offer new kinds of information that a physical model home can not. This study's purpose is to discuss the desired direction of the virtual model house in this crucial and dynamic period of development.

본 연구는 설계 과정의 분해, 시공 과정의 조립, 공사비 적산 등 공사의 계획과 관리에 걸친 모든 공사 관리의 업무를 체계화할 수 있는 공동주택의 공사정보분류체계를 제시하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 이 공사정보분류체계를 작업순서에 따라 관계형 데이터베이스(Data Base)로 구축 방법을 제시하였고, 구축된 데이터베이스를 근거로 적산 자동화 시스템 개념 모형을 구축하였다. 이러한 적산 자동화 시스템 개념 모형은 기존 적산 시스템들의 근본적인 문제점이었던 부적절함을 해소하여 공동주택 건설현장에서 효과적으로 적용가능한 과학적인 적산 시스템으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

KIGAM(Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources) has finished to digitalize geological maps of 1/50, 000 scales in 1999. This project is supported by the Korea Ministry of Information and Communication under the name of "Knowledge and Information Resources Management Project". And via geo-clearing house, KIGAM has begun to sale the geological maps that are modified more correctly now June, 2002. The objective of this paper is to evaluate the status of digital geological mapping in Korea. And to introduce Clearing House and future plans of KIGAM.

Through the computer simulation of virtual reality techniques, prospective clients can experience the surroundings such as the view, traffic and convenience facilities in advance. Also, consumers can reflect their own tastes in the real apartment Interior construction through their own work in relation to furniture arrangement, color choices, etc. inside the apartments. The virtual model house not only replaces the function of the existing model house but it can also provide some services that could not be provided easily due to some restrictions under real conditions. More, it can provide a precise view of the outside appearance and surrounding environment as well as inside the house, as virtual structures on the computer. Consumers can search for the information through the Web in advance and consumer-satisfaction type of apartments can be built. For this purpose, smooth communications among the designers, server managers, and consumers should be achieved as a prerequisite to the delivery of the necessary information.
