  • The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that affect menu navigation time and consumer trust in food and beverage(F&B) restaurants to analyze the menu's effect on impulse buying behavior. Based on the results of the analysis, this paper derives theoretical and practical implications to improve the growth and development of F&B restaurants located in airports. According to empirical analysis, it was proven menu browsing time has been found to strongly influence passengers' impulsive order behavior. A passenger with a strong "consumption ability" navigates the menu for a longer period, which increases the likelihood of impulsive purchases. Service appeal also has a significant influence on menu navigation time. Third-party certification did not appear to help build passenger confidence, thus yielding contradictory results compared to previous studies. Word of mouth had the strongest influence on trust formation. Finally, when passengers were satisfied with the menu items of F&B restaurants they had previously ordered, they tended to believe that the menu items they had not tried would also be good. In sum, impulsive menu orders have a direct impact on the profitability of F&B restaurants.

  • In this paper, we established the general comparison principles for IVP of impulsive differential equations with time variables, which strictly extend and improve the precious comparison results obtained by V. Lakes. et.al . and S.K.Kaul([3]-[7]). Whit the general comparison results, we constructed the monotone iterative sequences of solution for IVP of such equations which converges the maximal and minimal and minimal solutions , respectively.

  • In this paper, we study the existence of mild solutions for double perturbed impulsive neutral functional evolution equations with infinite delay in Banach spaces. The existence of mild solutions to such equations is obtained by using the theory of the Hausdorff measure of noncompactness and Darbo fixed point theorem, without the compactness assumption on associated evolution system. An example is provided to illustrate the theory.

  • In this paper, we consider two-species periodic Gilpin-Ayala competition system with delay and impulsive effect. By using some analysis methods, sufficient conditions for the permanence of the system are derived. Further, we give the conditions of the existence and global asymptotic stable of positive periodic solution.

  • We investigate a three species food chain system with Lotka-Volterra type functional response and impulsive perturbations. We find a condition for the local stability of prey or predator free periodic solutions by applying the Floquet theory and the comparison theorems and show the boundedness of this system. Furthermore, we illustrate some examples.

  • This paper is concerned with the neutral impulsive functional differential equations $$\{{x'(t)\;+\;a(t)x(t)\;=\;f(t,\;x(t\;-\;\tau(t),\;x'(t\;-\;\delta(t))),\;a.e.\;t\;{\in}\;R, \atop {\Delta}x(t_k)\;=\;b_kx(t_k),\;k\;{\in}\;Z.$$ Sufficient conditions for the existence of at least three positive T-periodic solution are established. Our results generalize and improve the known ones. Some examples are presented to illustrate the main results.

  • In the recent several years the theory of impulsive differential equations has made a rapid progress (see [1] and [2] and the references there). The questions of stability and periodicity of the solutions of these equations have been elaborated in sufficient details while their asymptotic behaviour has been little studied. In the present paper the asymptotic behaviour of the solutions of linear impulsive differential equations is investigated, generalizing the results of J. W. Macki and J.S. Muldowney, 1970 [3], related to ordinary differential equations without impulses.

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the controllability of certain types of second order nonlinear impulsive systems with statedependent delay. Sufficient conditions are formulated and the results are established by using a fixed point approach and the cosine function theory Finally examples are presented to illustrate the theory.

  • A new approach to impulsive noise rejection and background normalization of digitized electrocardiogram signals is presented using mathematical morphological operators that incoporate the shape information of a signal. A brief introduction to these nonlinear signal processing operators, as well as detailed description of the new algorithm, is presented. Empirical results show that the new algorithm has good performance in impulsive noise rejection and background normalization.
