건축설계 성과물 품질향상을 위한 BIM활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of BIM for Improving the Quality of Architectural Design)

  • BIM technology accomplished quantitative development being utilized in various disciplines. However, it is necessary to develop environment and requirement for qualitative improvement of BIM-based project in current transitional period of adopting BIM. The purpose of this study is to develop and apply of quality control requirement for improving the quality of BIM-based architectural design through case study. In particular, by focusing on BIM quality control and its relevant subjects, the minimum standards for BIM quality management are suggested. Also, BIM template is suggested to support the effective application of BIM-based architectural design.

지속적으로 향상되는 공정에서 기하 조정 관리한계를 사용한 $\overline{X}$ 관리도 ([ $\overline{X}$ ] Chart with Geometrically Adjusted Control Limits under Continually Improving Processes)

  • An adjusted control limit of the $\overline{X}$ chart is proposed for monitoring the continually improving processes. The continual improvement of the process implies the decrease of the process variance, which is represented by a logistic curve. The process standard deviation is estimated by the exponentially weighted moving average of the sample standard deviations from the past to the current times. The control limits are adjusted by the estimated standard deviation at every sampling time. The performance of the adjusted control limit is compared with that of the standard control limits for various cases of the decreasing speed and size of the variance. The results show that the $\overline{X}$ chart with the adjusted control limits provides better performances for monitoring the small and moderate shifts in continually improving processes.

남강 중권역의 효율적인 유역관리를 위한 중점관리 대상지류 선정 (Selection of Priority Management Target Tributary for Effective Watershed Management in Nam-River Mid-watershed)

  • The major 24 tributaries in Nam-River mid-watershed were monitored for discharge and water quality in order to understand the characteristics of the watershed and to select the tributary catchment for improving water quality. According to the analytical results of discharge and water quality monitoring data of 24 tributaries, the mean value of discharge below $0.1m^3/s$ was 62.5% among the monitored tributaries and it mostly exceeded the water quality standards of Nam-river mid-watershed ($BOD_5$ = 3 mg/L, T-P = 0.1 mg/L over). According to the stream grouping method and the water quality delivery load density ($kg/day/km^2$) based on the results of tributary discharge and water quality monitoring, the tributary watersheds for improving the water quality were selected. In the Nam-River mid-watershed, tributaries in the GaJwaCheon, HaChonCheon catchment (Group D, $BOD_5$ = 3 mg/L over) and in the UirYeongCheon, SeokGyoCheon catchment (Group A, T-P = 0.1 mg/L over), which have a small flow (and/or large flow) and a high concentrations of water pollutants. The various water quality improving scheme for tributaries, in accordance with the reduction of potential point source pollution by living sewage and livestock wastewater, should be established and implemented.

Kano 모델 및 잠재적 고객만족 개선 지수를 이용한 화장품 매장 서비스 품질 개선 우선순위 (Quality Improvement Priorities for Cosmetic Store Service Using Kano Model and Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index)

  • 본 연구는 Kano 모델의 이원적 품질분류와 잠재적 고객만족 개선 지수(PCSI Index)를 기반으로 드럭스토어와 백화점 내 화장품 매장의 서비스 품질을 비교, 분석하여 서비스 품질 개선 우선순위 요소들을 파악하고, 제시함으로써 화장품 매장의 서비스 품질 개선을 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 하였다. Kano 모델 분석의 평가이원 표에 대입하여 품질 특성을 분류하고, 고객만족 계수(CSC)와 PCSI 지수를 이용해 화장품 서비스 품질 요소들의 개선 우선순위를 진행하였다. 그 결과, Kano 모델을 활용한 분석에서 드럭스토어와 백화점 화장품 매장 서비스 품질 요소에 대한 대부분의 항목이 매력적 품질 요소로 평가되었다. PCSI 지수 비교 결과, 드럭스토어 화장품 매장의 경우 '신뢰성', '반응성', '공감성' 항목이, 백화점 내 화장품 매장의 경우 '공감성', '신뢰성' 항목의 품질 요소들이 개선 우선순위가 높은 것으로 나타나, 해당 요소가 개선될 경우 고객 만족도가 향상될 잠재력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 드럭스토어와 백화점 화장품 매장의 서비스 품질 분류 및 고객 만족도 향상을 위한 개선 우선순위가 파악됨으로써 실무적인 시사점이 제공되어, 향후 고객 만족도 향상을 위한 지침 수립에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

우리 나라 여성정보화의 현황분석과 정보화를 통한 여성 삶의 질적 변화전략에 관한 연구 (Strategies for Improving the Quality of Women′s Life through Informatization)

  • In this paper, we investigate the various opportunities of women informatization, which we believe to be major contributors for the high quality of life for women. We first justify various efforts for women informatization, which needs to be based on the analysis of the problems and the status quo. We have also examined the related government policies and programs as well as the programs of non-profit organizations for woman, and identified key problems areas. Integrating the results from this analysis, we have developed the vision and the framework for women informatization. We also give a list of strategic alternatives for improving quality of life through informatization, and promoting full-time housewives to become aggressive information users, information producers and information specialists. We use the expert Delphi method and fish-bone chart analysis to generate the priorities of specific tasks and target-based strategies for successful implementation of women informatization. We conclude this paper with various recommendations for empowering women to enjoy high-quality living through the process of informatization.

  • There are an almost infinite number of states of health, all with differing qualities that can be affected by many factors. Each aspect of health has many components which contribute to multidimensionality. Cancer and its' related issues surrounding the treatment plan contribute to the variety of changes of quality of life of cancer patients throughout their life. The objective of this article was to provide an overview of some of the issues that can affect their quality of life and initiatives towards successful care in Malaysia by reviewing relevant reports and articles. The current strategies can be further strengthened by prevention of cancer while improving quality of service to cancer patients.

  • The image quality of the color laser printer is highly related with the motion quality of actuators. However, the high precision system requires high production costs in general. The proposed design method in this paper improves image quality without increasing production costs. Using the synchronization method, time gap between exposure and transfer in organic photo conductive (OPC) drum and the period of driving gear revolution are synchronized. The proposed method is verified by computer simulations and experiment, and showed by printed images.

구조품질 향상을 위한 로드맵 제시 연구 (A Study on Suggesting a Road-Map for Improving the Quality of Rescue)

  • Along with the increase in demand for rescue services, the types of rescue services are also diversifying. Accordingly, rescue workers are exposed to various unpredictable dangerous situations, and the possibility of safety accidents is increasing, so the need for systematic management of safety accidents by rescue teams is emerging. It is necessary to present a roadmap for improving the quality of rescue services. An integrated technology roadmap tool that can be used immediately to improve structural quality was applied. The driving elements of the roadmap are composed of three elements that constitute the improvement of structural quality. It can be divided into safety management, professional competence and other (policy support) fields. This study intends to present a long-term and short-term roadmap by dividing it into safety management, professional competency, and other (policy support) fields.

  • Dispatching rule for parallel machines with multi product is proposed in this paper, In current market,customer's request for higher quality is increasing, In accordance with such demand, manufacturers are focusingon improving the quality of the products. Such shift in production objective is risky. The possibility ofneglecting another important factor in customer satisfaction increases, namely due dates. From the aspect ofimproving quality, frequency of product assignment to limited number of high performance machines willincrease. This will lead to increased waiting time which can incur delays, In the case of due date orientedproduct dispatch, Products are assigned to machines without consideration for quality. Overall deterioration ofproduct quality is inevitable, In addition, Poor products will undergo rework process which can increase delays.The objective of this research is dispatching products to minimize due date delays while improving overallquality. Quality index is introduced to provide means of standardizing product quality. The index is used toassure predetermined quality level while minimizing product delays when dispatching products. Qualitystandardization method and dispatching algorithm is presented. And performance evaluation is performed withcomparison to various dispatching methods.

  • 소프트웨어 제품의 품질을 높이는데는 소프트웨어 개발프로세스 중심과 제품 중심의 2가지 접근방법이 있다 CMM, ISO 9000 패밀리나 ISO/IEC 12207, SPICE 등이 프로세스의 인증을 통해서 소프트웨어 품질을 향상시키려는 시도라고 할 수 있다. 그렇지만 ‘좋은’ 프로세스만으로는 ‘좋은’ 제품의 품질을 보장하기가 어렵다. 최근 독립적인 제3자에 의한 소프트웨어 제품의 품질을 평가하기 위한 필요가 점점 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 제품의 품질을 평가하는데 SQC 기법을 응용하여 평가프로세스의 효율을 기하고 평가결과의 객관성을 확보하는 방안을 다룬다. 랜덤추출법에 의한 테스트 케이스를 선정하는 방법을 소개하고 소프트웨어 제품의 품질에 대한 적합성 기준을 선정하는 방안을 제시한다.
