Since learner-centered, participatory, real-situation education is stressed today, we need a new creative method for teaching computers to elementary school students. Nevertheless, there is scant research in this area. Therefore, in my study, I have analyzed the state of the methods of teaching computer literacy in the elementary schools. My aim is to develop a method of computer teaching in the real situation of elementary schools which will greatly improve the learning process. Creative teaching method gives students the initiation. And lead for then to join the activities for using the student's reciprocity. It is the students centered method. As a result of this study offering the educational teaching method of the creative teaching method for the improvement of computer literacy and learning attitude in the school society which has no knowledge brings the practical effects of computer attainments. Some limitation of the subject and theme of this investigation. Then requires the continual study for the of development creative teaching method with the extension experimental groups and educational subjects.

Universities that offer architectural engineering programs in Korea are making efforts to introduce innovation teaching methods to cultivate teamwork, creativity, flexibility of thought and practical skills needed for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, there is a lack of specific measures to support them. In this regard, this study investigated a method of application development for building construction courses applied with the innovation teaching methods. It mainly focused on 'improvement directions for existing learning management systems' and 'online learning support plans using the innovation teaching method' as research contents. It is expected that these improvement directions can be applied to the field of education through the development of mobile and web-based applications. In the follow-up research, the development of specific software for field application will be carried out.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to survey the needs of oriental medical students about the existing teaching methods and to investigate satisfaction of student-oriented teaching & learning method on the oriental medical ophthalmology & otolaryngology class. Methods : 1. Oriental medical ophthalmology & otolaryngology were studied by student-oriented teaching method with 36 persons( 4th grade, school of Oriental medicine). 2. The satisfaction of school lesson was surveyed with questioning paper before & after applying student-oriented teaching & learning method. Results : 1. 88.9% students replied that the general teaching method is a lecture at school of oriental medicine. 2. They replied that Problem based learning(36.1%) & Team based learning(22.2%) are more effective teaching methods than lecture(19.4)%). 3. 66.6% students replied about the necessity of improvement of major subject's teaching method. Conclusions : 1. The interest & understanding degree were improved compare with other class by lecture. 2. It was positive about the interaction with professor and students(64.8%). 3. It was positive about the diagnosis and treatment of patients in the future(64.7%). 4. It was negative about the present national examination(67.6%). 5. Meditation was helpful at classwork(64.7%).

Distance teacher training is on the increase raplidly because of its merit. But distance teacher training's weak points with its quantitative increasement has been proposed. Especially many study said commonly that distance tearcher training has weak points for contents, teaching method, evaluation method. So in this study, we will develop the teaching method of distance teacher training to solve weak points of distance teacher training with microteaching, cognitive apprenticeship model, teacher evaluation method. We think this teaching method will improve a teacher's teaching ability.

Probability and statistics is an important section in mathematics which is deeply related to everyday living, natural science and social science. In spite of its importance, many students will throw away it because it becomes very harder as its step(stage) deepens and probability and statistics' relative importance is very small in Korea-SAT(the test of college entrance in Korea). Therefore, by analyzing the involvement carefully between the curriculum in the elementary, middle, high school and the text book, by studying the problem and improvement direction, it is necessary to investigate an effective teaching method. This study intends to give the students the confidence, interests, and accomplishment motive about probability and statistics field and to make a rational and creative decision-making through mathematical speculation by proposing an effective teaching method through analyzing an existing facts in school's probability and statistics field. The contents of this study are composed of four chapters. Chapter three looks into the mathematical curriculum in the elementary, middle, high school and its teaching meaning, the outline of contents, some tips on teaching and problems and presents an effective and concrete teaching method on the basis of the theoretical background in the chapter two. Chapter four is a conclusive part and gives the general improvement and intentional direction in educating the probability and statistics.

The purpose of this research is to explore the effects of the POE(Prediction-Observation-Explanation) teaching-learning model on the academic achievement and the capability of scientific inquiry of elementary school students. POE teaching-learning model is a three stage process modeling scientific inquiry : Prediction, Observation, and Explanation. This research is to see the effectiveness of the POE method in earth science class by applying this simple practical strategy out of various methods in science teaching with the purpose of improving the capability of scientific inquiry and the academic achievement of learners. The findings of the study are as follows: First, the POE strategy in science teaching-learning was found effective for the improvement of learners' scientific inquiry capability. Second, the POE strategy in science teaching-learning is effective for the improvement of learners' academic achievement in science. The findings mentioned above suggest that using the POE strategy in science class of elementary science education has significant effects on improvement of scientific academic achievement and scientific inquiry capability of learners compared with the general science teaching-learning strategy. It also shows to be highly recommendable for use in science class.

The main purpose of this study is to find out what teaching method is more effective than others through experiments for college students. Therefore, this study aims to review various effective methods of vocabulary teaching. According to the results of the experiments, the methods of teaching vocabulary through the process of word formation and meaningful words led to the high scores at the posttest regardless of the scores gained by the individual subjects at the pretest. However, the method of teaching vocabulary through context showed that the improved scores at the posttest generally reflected the individual differences of the scores at the pretest. That is, in the latter, it is recognizable that the subjects who achieved the high scores at the pretest did very well at the posttest as well. In conclusion, judging from the mean rate of improvement, the method of teaching vocabulary through word formation seems to be more effective than that of teaching vocabulary through meaningful words and context.

The environment of the world becomes deteriorated rapidly as the result of the development of technology, the increase of the standard of living, and the growth of population. These circumstances called for environmental education in Korea, creating an environment course in the middle and high school in 1995. Despite the increasing importance of environmental education, however, the situation has not developed in its favor because of the current system of the university entrance examination. The school has failed to develop the curriculum of environmental education in the secondary education. This paper solves this problem internally in terms of the improvement of the contents, organization, teaching method (role-playing game), and teaching materials of environmental education, with a case study of the “noise” unit in 10th grade. This case study expects to change the attitude toward noise, increase the interest and knowledge in environment, and lead to responsible environmental behavior.

This study investigated the effects of the project approach in science teaching on scientific knowledge and attitudes, science related attitudes of the 6th grade students. Students engaged in the study were divided into comparison group and experimental group. The project approach was applied to the experimental group with various activities while the traditional teaching method was applied to the comparison group with science text book and teacher's guidebook. The data were statistically analysed by SPSS WIN 8.0. The results are as follows: The students of the project approach in science teaching made significant progress in scientific knowledge and attitudes, science related attitudes (p<.05). The students in the project approach was more effective in improvement of curiosity, critical thinking, positive thinking than the traditional teaching method. And the project approach was good for causing interest and helping student's science learning.

The purpose of this research is to study the effectiveness of applying Information technology to education, so-called education informatization. Education informatiantion consists of building information infrastructure, educational course operation and improvement of the teacher's ICT ( Information and Communication Technology) ability to consolidate and teach educational information development and diffusion. In this study, we've studied the effects of the use of IT on the improvement of student's class Participation and understanding level, We set the hypotheses and tested them. A method of teaching and learning using IT influences the degree of class participation. Educational courses and a method of teaching and learning have been proved to affect the understanding of a lecture. Also, we validated the educational effectiveness on the educational course and class teaching by setting WIS (Weighted least square) on the IT utilization time.
