This study was designed to examine the satisfaction of high school students with different types of foodservice management programs. The importance and the performance of foodservice management programs were evaluated based on the perceptions of high school students about food service characteristics affecting customer satisfactions. The average score of the attributes affecting the importance of school food service program was $4.27\pm0.49$ and the most important attribute was identified as 'the food safety $(4.68\pm0.67)$', followed by 'the taste of food $(4.66\pm0.65)$'. The average scores of all performance dimensions were lower than 3 point. 'Menu dimension' was rated as the lowest dimension $(2.61\pm0.89)$ and 'Food dimension $(2.79\pm0.70)$' was rated as the highest dimension. Significant differences among different types of foodservice management were perceived by respondents in the overall performance (F=40.244, p<0.001). Students who served by contract-conventional management rated significantly higher performance score on all of the performance attributes than the students served by other types of foodservice management. The results of the importance and the performance analysis present that student satisfaction is affected with the type of foodservice management programs and substantial differences lies between the perceptions of foodservice operations and students.
Objectives : In this paper, we proposed a method to comprehensively examine the roles of medical insurance review nurses' by analyses of task importance and task performance. Purpose: This study is descriptive survey research on the analysis of nurses' perception of the 4th industrial revolution and the importance and performance of future core nursing competencies in a tertiary hospital located in Seoul. Methods: Data were collected from 149 nurses with more than a year of work experience and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Importance Performance Analysis(IPA) with the IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: The nurses' perception of the 4th industrial revolution was 3.23±0.71 out of 5 points. The importance of future core nursing competencies was 4.31±0.48, and the performance of it was 3.47±0.54. The analysis results of IPA showed that A (area of continuous maintenance) included critical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork and collaboration, evidence-based practice, communication, quality improvement and safety, professionalism, self-regulation and self-management, and personal literacy. The specific competencies were not included in B (area of priority improvement). Creativity, informatics, healthcare policy, leadership, research ability, and continuing education were included in C (area of progressive improvement). Knowledge and patient-centered care, ability to manage resources as well as professional, legal, and ethical responsibility were included in D (area of overinvestment). Conclusion: The nurses seemed not to be fully prepared for the 4th industrial revolution. However, they were well aware of the importance of the future core nursing competencies. Therefore, if nurses increase the performance of core competencies in order of priority according to the IPA results, they will be able to independently lead the changing nursing field.

This study aims to analyze the important role of business analytics capability, information quality, and innovation capability in influencing organization agility and organization performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data was collected from 76 companies from various sectors in Indonesia. Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between variables and test a series of hypotheses. Importance-Performance Matrix Analysis (IPMA), a useful analysis approach in PLS-SEM, is used, which extends the results of the estimated path coefficient (importance) by adding a dimension that considers the average values of the latent variable scores (performance). The IPMA approach examines not only the performance of an item but also the importance of that item. The results show that business analytics capability has a significant effect on information quality and innovation capability which then affects organization agility. Organizational performance is influenced by organizational agility. IPMA results show that organizational agility has the highest level of impact on organizational performance. This study will assist companies in planning business analytics, improving information quality, increasing innovation capability, and ultimately increasing agility and performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study will add to existing knowledge about previous literature, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic situation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in importance and performance of the university start-up support system focusing on D university students to grasp the perception of the start-up support system provided the university from the perspective of students who are real users. Through this, a plan for qualitative growth and advancement of the university start-up system was derived using the IPA (importance-performance analysis) analysis. The findings are as follows. The importance of all elements of university start-up education and start-up support system is higher than the performance, which means that the start-up education and support programs currently implemented by universities are recognized as important, but do not play a big role in terms of performance for students. In addition, the highest priority factors for improvement in the importance-performance matrix were funding and investment support, start-up space and facilities support, management advisory, patent and intellectual property support, and entrepreneurship field practice. Therefore, This study can be used as objective data to identify the factors that universities should focus on and establish a start-up support system from a long-term perspective, and to build and operate a start-up support system that reflects the needs of students.
Objectives: This study aimed to assess the improvement of teachers' sanitation performance and food distribution environment at Centers for children's food service management after a sanitation education program. Methods: The subjects were 119 teachers working at child care centers registered in the Daejeon Center for Children's Foodservice Management in Dongu and Jung-gu, Daejeon.
