This paper present a learning controller for repetitive gate control of biped robot. The learning control scheme consists of a feedforward learning rule and linear feedback control input for stabilization of learning system. The feasibility of learning control to biped robotic motion is shown via dynamic simulation and experimental results with 24 DOF biped robot.

As nation's infrastructure is getting old, nondestructive evaluation of existing structures and construction quality control are getting important. In this paper non-destructive evaluations of concrete members using impact echo and SASW methods are introduced. Both techniques are based on the stress wave propagations. Experimental tests were performed using beam type concrete member where voids and cracks are included. Within reasonable accuracy, void locations were detected using impact echo method and the dynamic modulus of concrete were measured using SASW method. Both NDT methods showed a feasibility for the implementation into quality evaluaton of concrete members in practice

In this paper describes the feasibility study on a single-phase / three-phase voltage-fed inverter using 1GBTs, incorporating voltage-mode quasi-resonant DC Link and the instantaneous Sinusoidal Current tracking adaptive control implementation under zero voltage switching resfriction. The simulation and experimental results are shown here and discussed for single-phase voltage-fed and three-phase voltage-fed inverter in order to verify the new operating principle of the Inverter topology proposed here.

This paper proposed a web-based open architecture monitoring system using the Java language. The proposed system can be implemented in any platform and the status of the process can be monitored in a remote station. The proposed scheme have been applied to a steam generator level controller for a nuclear power plant. The result shows the feasibility of the proposed system.

So-called multiple nominative constructions (MNCs) in Korean are quite theoretically as well as computationally puzzling. This paper shows that a grammar allowing the interaction of declarative constraints on types of signs - in particular, constructions (phrases and clauses)-can provide a robust and efficient way of encoding generalizations for two different MNCs. The feasibility of the grammar developed has been checked with its implementation into the LKB (Linguistic Knowledge Building) system.

This paper provides a method to analyze the dynamical system. It considers the fact of realistic delay in dynamical system analysis for the first time. The method uses timeline and state space to emulate the inhibitive coupling nodes evolving procedure in transmission delayed environment. The resultant finite state machine shows the system predictability and hardware implementation feasibility.

This paper proposes a home control system architecture that have network configuration function. The proposed home control system architecture is implemented with partly hardware and software. For implementation of this system architecture, we developed ECONICS which is home automation controller. ECONICS consists of main board and communication modem. This communication modem supply the power line communication. The physical layer and the MAC layer software of EIA 709.1 standard protocol are implemented in communication modem. The upper layer software of EIA 709.1 standard protocol and home configuration software for home network installation, management, diagnostics, control and monitoring are implemented in main board of ECONICS. We verified the commercial feasibility of the proposed system through the home network configuration and operation. As a result, we have concluded that the proposed home control system architecture provides all the key function necessary to easily manage and control home network nodes.

This paper deals with the design and implementation of wireless sensor network protocol for smart power outlet system capable of fire detection, power monitoring, standby power cutoff, and home automation. The proposed protocol integrates both the CSMA and the TDMA protocols for low power consumption and good scalability. A prototype smart power outlet system employing the proposed protocol and a simple home automation network including the power outlet system have been implemented for evaluating the feasibility of the proposed protocol The result shows that the proposed protocol allows the power outlet system to be scalable with high power efficiency.

The current paper presents the design and implementation of a low-profile dc-to-dc converter developed as a power supply for the sustain driving: circuit inside large-area wall-mount ac PDP application systems. Details on the design and implementation of a 500 W prototype dc-to-dc converter, miniaturized within a 230 mm$\times$ 130 mm area with a thickness of 25 mm while still achieving a 95 $\%$ conversion efficiency, are presented to demonstrate the feasibility and application potentials of the proposed low-profile dc -to-dc converters.
