Environmental impact assessment (EIA), which predicts, evaluates, and manages the influences on natural landscape, plays a role of monitoring natural resources for systematic management of natural landscape. However, the function of verification and correction of the system is still insufficient and feed-back, one of the most important features of EIA follow-up, has not been introduced in Korea's EIA system yet. As a procedure, it is required to check if the opinions of the evaluators are properly reflected to the outcomes of the project through a reviewing process after assessing environmental impacts of a development project. In reality, despite the awareness about the importance of follow-up inspection of the conformity with, the system mainly focuses on the agreement during the planning stage of the development project and fails to continuously manage after its completion. There have been various preceding studies related to prediction, evaluation, and management of environmental impacts on natural landscape for better management. They primarily dealt with the problems in the EIA process and suggested improvement measures, including directions for institutional development, step-by-step goals, and operation methods, to address the problems which arise in the EIA follow-up process. However, suggested measures are not actively applied with the focus only put on institutional operation, there are virtually no standardized methods to predict and assess landscape changes due to the development project and to manage landscape after the project. Against this backdrop, this study aims to explore the existing methods to analyze the impacts natural landscape and to establish a system where landscape management is continued after the development project. To this end, we will suggest reducing methods according to the predicted changes in landscape for post-project management of natural landscape. Characteristics of reduction methods by project type were examined through reviewing the guide to natural landscape rating and the importance of development project impacts on natural landscape by type of reduction was evaluated through questionnaire for experts. Evaluated types of reduction are classified and presented by characteristics of each development project and content of reduction type.

Objective: The purpose of the study was to compare the acceleration and shock attenuation (SA) of the runners with/without low back pain (LBG vs. NLBG) while running at 2.5 m/s, 3.0 m/s, 3.5 m/s and 4.0 m/s. Method: 15 adults without low back pain (age: 23.13±3.46 years, body weight: 70.13±8.94 kg, height: 176.79±3.68 cm, NLBG) and 7 adults with low back pain (age: 27.14±5.81 years, body weight: 73.10±10.74 kg, height: 176.41±3.13 cm, LBG) participated in this study. LBG was recruited through the VAS pain rating scale. All participants ran on an instrumented treadmill (Bertec, USA). Results: The LBG shows statistically greater vertical acceleration at the distal tibia during running at 3.5 m/s and 4.0 m/s and greater shock attenuation from the distal tibia to the head during running at 3.5 m/s compared with the NLBG during running (p<.05). As the speed increased, there was a statistically significant increase in vertical/resultant acceleration and shock attenuation for both groups. Conclusion: The findings indicated that the runners with low back pain (LBG) experience greater impact and shock attenuation compared with non-low back pain group (NLBG) during fast running. However, it is still inconclusive whether high impact on the lower extremity during running is the main cause of low back pain in the population. Thus, it is suggested that the study on low back pain should observe the characteristics of impact during running with individuals' low back pain experience and clinical symptoms.

This study is aiming to analyze the relevance of rating criteria and these criteria may have effects on policy purpose of 'Construction Skilled Workers' Rank System', that are inflow of new comer, improvement of job performance, and decrease job-change. Closely related systems, electronic card system and prevailing wage system, are considered by assuming three scenarios, although they are not introduced yet. Empirical survey shows that the relevance is above average. The empirical result of regression also predicts that policy target might be mostly satisfied. Policy purpose is regressed on rating criteria, they are career, qualification, education and training, award. Career and award have positive impact on inflow of new comer. All four criteria have significant impacts on improvement of job performance. Award has strong effects on decreasing job-change. Especially, when electronic card system and prevailing wage system are adopted simultaneously with 'Construction Skilled Workers' Rank System', the level of satisfaction of policy purpose would be higher.

Information transparency ensures that market players all have the opportunity to access the same information to come up with their assessment of the banks' financial situation, performance and risks to reach effective investment decisions. This research is conducted to investigate the levels of impact of determinants on information transparency by examining the case studies of Vietnamese commercial banks. This study combines both qualitative and quantitative research methods, based on interviews of 32 specialists in banking, accounting and auditing fields, which were conducted to explore determinants influencing information transparency and to develop measurement scales. Then, a survey of 160 managers of commercial banks, audit firms, and accounting managers of firms who frequently had transactions with banks was carried out to investigate the statistical significance of these determinants. The results show that, out of seven determinants that have significant impacts on the banks' information transparency, commitment from banks' senior management regarding transparency in information disclosure has the highest impact, followed by state governance, auditing, information infrastructure, credit rating agencies, personnel and bank performance. Accordingly, we provide some recommendations for improving information transparency in the Vietnamese banking industry context as a case study and in emerging countries context in general.
Integrated stream naturalness based on abiotic and biotic factors were developed. Abiotic factors considered in this study were types of land use in the riparian area, river bank and high water bed streamside, revetment, bed substrate and artificial construction of streamside. Biotic factors included types of vegetation, assemblages of fish, macroinvertebrate, bird and mammal(Otter) in streams. The presence/absence of legal species and biological assessment index were also weighted as important parameters in this study. Scoring criteria selected for each matrix was five rating system; 1=poor, 2=moderate, 3=fair, 4=good, 5=excellent. Numerical ratings for the matrix were then summed. This resulted in a minimum score of 13 if all matrix at a site were poor, and a maximum score of 65 if all matrix were excellent. Five grade system from poor(I) to excellent condition(V) was employed. To verify its validity in natural environment, the evaluation system was applied to the Gapchun stream which is a test bed selected. Our result showed that stream naturalness of each reach was clearly distinguished by biotic and abiotic characteristics. Determination of correlation coefficient between abiotic and biotic factors was also high ($R^2=0.96$, p<0.05). In conclusion, assessment for stream naturalness reflecting abiotic and biotic factors was useful method representing stream integrated.
The purpose of this study is to explore the mediator effect of the presidential candidate brand affiliated to the certain party toward enhancing the party brand equity and the presidential candidate brand value. In detail, firstly, the study attempts to identify the determinants of the party brand equity. Secondly, we clarify the factors of presidential candidate brand value. Finally, the paper testifies the proposed mediator model of the presidential candidate brand with respect to the impact of the belonging party brand equity in voting intention. Results show that the mediator effect of candidate brand exists between the affiliated party and the voting intention. In voting intention, the perceived quality of the party brand equity significantly influences on the candidate brand. Brand loyalty and Brand association of the party brand equity don't impact on the candidate brand significantly. In addition, the result proposes the all components of candidate brand value have significant impacts on voting intention. This paper is an initial attempts to regard the political parties and affiliated candidates in terms of brand marketing as the party brand equity and the candidate brand value respectively. With respect to better enhancing an approval rating, the study is proposed to the parties and candidates to-do list and direction of brand equity management.
Visitor's impact on environmental deterioration of and around trail was studied in Hallasan National Park, Korea in 1990. Width of tread and width of bareland beside trail were correlative positively to user's density, negatively to height of vegetation and slope, respectively. Depth of tread was correlative highly to width of tread and width of bareland beside trail. Areal deterioration by visitors almost took place on subalpine zone. Total damaged area was kestimated to be 121, 000$m^2$ and the damaged area more severe than impact rating class 4 reached about 72.000$m^2$, respectively. Ten types of deterioration of and around trail were discovered and total volume of erosion to be recovered was estimated to be about 62.000$m^2$.

The focus of the research is to determine the amount of financial information disclosure and the factors that influence it for non-financial enterprises listed on Vietnam's stock exchange. To evaluate the level of financial information disclosure, the study uses a set of disclosure indexes from the world's leading credit rating agency, Standard and Poor's (S&P). It makes some revisions in compliance with regulations for information disclosure on the Vietnam stock market. The study collects data in the form of annual reports for the year 2017-2020 from 350 non-financial firms listed on Vietnam's stock exchange and then uses a multivariate regression model to assess the effects of factors on the amount of financial information disclosure. The findings show that the size of the firm, the size of the board of directors, and foreign ownership all have a positive impact on financial transparency; however, the number of years the company has a negative impact. According to the findings of this study, companies with more total assets, a larger board of directors, and a higher rate of foreign ownership publish more financial information. Still, long-term listed companies on the stock exchange tend to disclose less.
Purpose Online reviews are critical for sales of online shopping platforms because they provide useful information to consumers. As the eCommerce market grows rapidly, the role of online reviews is becoming more important. The purpose of this study is to analyze how online reviews written by domestic consumers affect product sales by classifying the types of products. Design/methodology/approach This study analyzed how the effects of review characteristics(reviewer reputation, reviewer exposure, review length, time, rating, image, and emotional score) on the usefulness of online reviews differ depending on the product types. Subsequently, how the impact of review attributes (review usefulness, number of reviews, ratings, and emotional scores) on product sales differs according to each product type was compared. Based on the FCB Grid model, the product type was classified into high involvement-rational, high involvement-emotional, low involvement -rational, and low involvement-emotional product types. Findings According to the analysis result, the characteristics of reviews useful to consumers were different for each product type, and the review attributes affecting product sales were also different for each product type. This study confirmed that it revealed that product characteristics are major consideration in evaluating the review usefulness and the factors affecting product sales.
The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of Korean speakers' English stop pronunciation on their general pronunciation proficiency. For these purposes, 20 Korean speakers read English sentences and their pronunciations were rated by native English speakers. The Korean speakers' VOT values of English stops in sentences were then measured and the relation between the VOT values and native speakers' pronunciation rating was compared. Here, the relation between (1) the proficiency score of each speaker and VOT values; and (2) the proficiency score of each sentence and VOT values were analyzed. The results show that there is a relation between the proficiency score of each sentence and VOT values of /t, b, d, g/; and there is a relation between VOT values of /t, b, d, g/ and proficiency scores of each speaker while these is a weak relation between VOT values of /p, k/ and proficiency scores of each speaker.
