최근 대내외적인 건설환경의 급격한 변화와 건설공사의 대형화${\cdot}$복잡화 추세는 내외부적으로 많은 리스크 요인을 증대시키고 있기 때문에, 이에 대한 합리적이고 효율적인 관리방안의 중요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 리스크 관리방안의 하나로서, 사업추진과정에서의 공사비 증액이 매우 제한되어 있어 입찰단계에서 견적금액의 불확실성 요소(예비비)를 고려해야만 하는 턴키공사 등 대형 건설공사를 대상으로, 이에 내재된 리스크요인의 정량화를 통해 합리적이고 적절한 예비비를 산정할 수 있는 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 예비비 산정모델의 개발을 위하여 실제 수행된 프로젝트를 선정하여 각 공사의 예비비 집행현황, 공사비 현황 등의 자료를 토대로 공사비에 영향을 미치는 인자를 도출하였으며, 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션(Monte Carlo Simulation)과 영향도(Influence Diagram), 의사결정 수형도(Decision Tree)를 혼합한 CRM(Cost Risk Model)을 적용하여 이러한 리스크 인자의 영향을 구조화하였다. 또한 구축된 모델을 기 완료된 대형공사에 적용하여 그 타당성을 검증하고자 하였다.

The writer has worked out his original philosophy both scientific and religious, which he calls "Knownism" The new thought states; the word "known" in "knownism" means "already well-informed in the providence" about the essence of the things, and the true state of the reality, hence the knownism, as the existence of God is set forth as a premise. The knownism is a philosophy unified reasonably the science and the faith into one, for the humans can perceive and realize the essence and the true state, and authorize the truth transcending the experience by the scientific method. The new thought of the knownism is a bridge-building between the natural science and the religious faith. The idea explains that the life is the process to pursue the essence of the things and the god, and the truth is immanent in the original nature of things and in God′s sphere. This thought is a philorophy of possibility to solve the paradigms-to-be such as thinking, faith experience, and supernatural power, so that it presents a vision in the human life as a profitable religious science philosophy. The knownism is much different from agnosticism, skepticism, empiricism, and agnosticism. The grace of God may be detected differently from the supernatural power. The new dark clouds overspread abruptly the summer sky are not new ones but originally derived frosm worn-out water drops. Thus those are called the old clouds. The Korean word "known"(노운) of which pronunciation is same with the English "known" means the old clouds, hence also the name, Knownism. The root of the new clouds is detectable from the preserved old clouds. The old clouds symbolized in the paper indicate the essence and the principles of the things and the fittest, or the key for the solution of the problem in the epistemology, believing that everything has its own, proper nature, the writer sums up his theory by insisting that the humans have to find out the "old clouds" or the "known" in knownism to live eternally either in this world or in other dimensions, though the human beings are transformed into the other phases of life. The writer proclaims through the ideas for the United Nations to fortify the Confederate System of World Nations in order to ensure the world peace and the future of the humans.

In the early 20st century, created distrust on the mechanistic and dualistic view based on the world of Descartes and Newton. As the features of this new science cannot be explained by the existing Western philosophy but can be explained by the thinking system immanent in the Oriental traditional thought, many scientists and philosophers are concentrating their interests on the Oriental philosophy. In addition, some have been making efforts to find solutions needed for a new paradigm from the thinking system of the Orient. A variety of discussions have also been raised in connection with architecture due to this philosophical change. It has now become possible to conduct free creative acts, staying away from physical limitations, including gravity by diversified simulations through a computer. This physical liberation in turn has caused new changes to the spatial concept of architecture, thereby granting the freedom of the expression that could not be even imagined before and opening a possibility of new architecture and space. At the same time, the digital space architecture actively accommodating this technology is generating a phenomenon that the existing physical and realistic things are rapidly being changed gradually to immaterial and unrealistic ones. This study has analyzed the properties of digital architectural space as the immateriality of our traditional architectural space. The results are as follows: It can be seen that the immaterial features exhibited in the digital architectural space and the traditional architectural one are not just interconnected with specific features, but they are correlated to all immaterial features. Thus, immateriality that are common in the traditional and digital architectural spaces is complementary organic, which is contained in the ambiguity of boundary between other spaces. It is regarded to the architecture as a living things in space diversity based on ideological similarities.

본 논문은 알고리즘이 물질성과 표현성을 획득할 수 있음을 라이브 코딩을 통해 연구한다. 라이브 코딩은 실시간으로 코드를 작성하면서 소리를 생성하고, 코드를 스크린에 투사하는 즉흥 음악 장르이다. 기존의 라이브 코딩 연구는 공연을 효과적으로 뒷받침할 수 있는 개발 환경에 초점을 맞추어 왔다. 그러나 본 연구는 라이브 코딩에서 주로 활용되는 ChucK, Impromptu, 라이브 코드의 시각화의 언어적 특성 분석과 "aa-cell"과 "slub"의 실제 공연 사례 분석을 통해 알고리즘 구현에 내재된 미학적 태도를 연구한다. 라이브 코딩의 미학적 태도는 대수적 태도와 기하학적 태도로 나눌 수 있다. 대수적 태도는 시간상에 순차적인 개념의 전개에 초점을 맞추고, 기하학적 태도는 개념의 구조를 공간상에 시각적 구조로 물질화하는데 중심을 둔다. 이러한 태도의 차이는 개념시와 구체시를 통해 표명된 개념과 물질 사이의 긴장 관계가 라이브 코딩에서 유사하게 반복된다는 것을 의미한다. 라이브 코딩에서 언어에 대한 입장이 개념과 물질 중에서 무엇을 강조하는가에 따라 알고리즘의 표현성이 규정된다.

본 논문은 인간이 동물로 혹은 동물이 인간으로 변신한 작품을 중심으로 애니메이션의 변신 모티프에 내재된 사상적 토대는 무엇인지, 그리고 변신 모티프가 서사에 어떤 의미와 기능을 부여하는지를 살펴보았다. 변신 모티프를 중심으로 한 애니메이션 텍스트 분석의 결과 <브라더 베어>는 동물로의 변신이 징벌의 개념으로 작용하고 있으며 동물이란 인간이 돌봐야 할 대상, 즉 정복과 극복의 대상으로 보는 인간 중심적 관점이 강하게 작용하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 반면, <곰이 되고 싶어요>는 소년이 곰이 되어가는 과정을 통해 자연(동물)을 정복의 대상이 아니라 대자연의 순리를 겸허한 시선으로 바라봄으로써 삶과 자연, 자연과 인간에 대한 깊은 성찰을, <천년여우 여우비>는 금지된 것에 대한 경계를 넘고자 하는 주체적 존재에 대한 시선을 견지하는 등 각 작품마다 인간과 자연(동물)의 관계를 다양한 관점으로 표현하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Our nation has a problem with discrimination of income distribution and inefficient of resources distribution caused by real estate price rising from a sudden economy growth and industrialization. Specially, in recent years, there is a great disparity of apartment price between the north and south of the Han river. Because the housing price is decided by the immanent value of a house and neighborhood effects of the regional where the house is situated, the housing price is occurred difference. The purpose of study was to analyze the influence of various factors of housing price. Also, this study tried to predict real estate market and to establish previous effective real estate policy. In this study, we analyzed the differences of housing price determinants about apartment developments between the north and south of the Han river, and found the important factors that affect the housing price using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). As a result of this study, the older the buildings are, the more the housing price and the housing price rising ratio have increased, in Gang Nam area. This reason is that these have large possibility to be reconstructed and many convenient facilities, in this area. In the case of Kang Buk area, the increase rate of housing price are so low that they couldn't take effect on the housing price and they were declined. So to speak, constructing the infrastructure which takes effect on the increase rate of housing price is very urgent.

The methodology of the Oriental philosophy is deductive and that of the of Occidental philosophy is inductive. Therefore study on the Oriental philosophy must start from right comprehension of fundamental premise before detailed analysis. The writer studied the meaning of the cosmology which forms the basis of Sa-sang constitutional philosophy and the propriety of visceral assignment by Sa-sang constitution which forms the theoletiacal basis of Sa-sang constitutional medicine. The results are following ; 1. The cosmology of Lee jae-ma has the existent principle but don't have the side of the formative principie. 2. The cosmology of Lee jae-ma is not that searchs for the objective rule of nature but that centers around a human being by subjective understanding system. 3. The cosmology consists of four elements, that is mind(心), body(身), events(事), and nature(物). Among them mind and body means a human being, nature means the natural environment containing time and space, events means not that of nature but that of human being. 4. The mind and body as Yin-yang(陰陽) means the state which objects and self become one. 5. The mind as the Great-Absolute(太極) has the possibility of two interpretation, Firstly it means the state of the source of life which nature and human being become one, and secondly it means that the mind of a human being becomes the cosmos or the center of the cosmos. 6. In the visceral assignment by Sa-sang constitution the position of heart, the Great-Absolute in center is immanent within four viscera and the function of it is that the undifferentiated unitary organic body, after it is diffrentiated still serves as the unitary organic whole by mutual connection, adjustment, unification and supervision. 7. The Great-Absolute in center is divided into the Great-Absolute of mind and that of body. And the Great-Absolute of body consists of the heart and the system of blood vessel, that of mind means the self-consciousness(自我).

The purpose of this study was to research into TV makeup types focusing on Korean aesthetics with recognizing importance of Korean thought amid what the global interest pays attention to South Korea thanks to the recent influence of Hanryu(Korean wave). The following are summary and result of this study. The non-dual beauty is an integrative concept of including ambivalence on the categorical difference in sex, culture and class by transcending the extreme binary division. As this is what reflected the open thought of pursuing balance of yin and yang in Korean people, it is being shown in the form of transcendence and far-outness through TV entertainment programs. Transcendence coexisted with maintaining relative relationship beyond separation in sex. Far-outness was pursuing free sensitivity immanent in the non-separated thought of transcending the past, the present and future. This trend is being indicated similarly to a change in its paradigm from separation to convergence these days. Accordingly, even makeup was showing similarity to the recent trend with being paid attention to the makeup of focusing on identity in sex and to the makeup of being coexisted the past, the present and future with the aspect of being mixed space time. The Korean aesthetics has been feeble in its influence compared to the Oriental image of focusing on China and Japan in the meantime. Hence, this study can be said to have significance in a sense of being the first consideration that compared TV makeup types of focusing on Korean aesthetics and suggested its developmental direction.

Fashion have been expressed by a face through various a period, social change, and various culture changing. Human expresses as "Transformation" by applying these needs of changing to the fashion. A origin tribe expressed its own self by using direct body transformation and extreme decorations in the past. However, human express creative and esthetic desire based on shape, material, and transformation method in the present time characteristics of the body. Exceptional transformation breaking a existing fixed idea appeared frequently due to dissolution through transformation which is positive expression method in the fashion from 20th century. As a results, followings are obtained in this study. First, human body transforms by using a tool or intermediation in investigation of aesthetic meaning for human body. The object, Transformation, is stably transformed by disintegration, distortion, exaggeration and simplification reduction, as design's sensitivity. Second, transformation from relation of clothing composition is expressed by extension, reduction, simplification, and dissolution. In transformation from original tribe's sensitivity, past decorative desire lead to transformation of human body. To give variable change from past to present fashion, external formative will is introduced. Then, extreme expression is made by direct transformation of clothing type. It seems to be accomplished that human body's expression method is continuously changed into extension, exaggeration, reduction, and dissolution from transformation method as described before. Transformation of modem fashion is expression method by creative supervision. Extreme transformation substituted body's each part is based on immanent play and representative satisfaction. Through these transformation, it is judged that variety of creative type is achieved.

Since the emergence of postmodernism, as interest in human has increased, human face image is being highlighted as one of the themes that are addressed the most. Making the images of faces and individuals shown in costumes the subject matter, this thesis examines the internal values immanent in the images in more depth and understands them based on the Panofsky's iconological interpretation scheme. This study aims to identify designer's purposes and even their unconscious intention through iconological interpretation of faces shown in the fashion and images shown in human image, and further to present basic materials in the fashion design. This research used literature reviews and case studies, and used Panofsky's iconological interpretation theory as the scheme in order to interpret the symbolic significance implied in the images. The images of faces and individuals shown in costumes were classified into six types through historical reviews, and based on the types the images of faces and individuals shown in the fashion since the 20th century were examined. The iconological analysis of the images of faces and individuals shown in costumes based on the classification of types according to historical reviews showed parodies, cultural identity, commercial use, eroticism, respect for heros and its fiction. This study has found that all such things finally return to humanism that humans should be valued and loved the most.
