This thesis aims to research ways for the regional balanced development of cartoon creation & production environment being centered in metropolitan area in Korean cartoon industry which has rapidly changed since 2013. As a cartoon can not only be produced with relative lower production cost comparing to those of other cultural contents industries, but also can be produced only if the minimal requirements for cartoon production is prepared, so the cartoon is a field that the decentralization can be accomplished very easily. Currently, most cartoon-relevant companies and cartoon promotion institutions are located in Seoul an Bucheon, etc. However, cartoon artists live nationwide, and even cartoon artists producing their works abroad are reached to a significant number. In some regions like Daejeon, Busan, Suncheon and Gyeongbuk (Gyeongsangbuk-do), there have been appeared full-scale movement to construct regional cartoon creation & production centers since 2015. This thesis aimed to investigate each region's movement to construct cartoon creation & production center with oversea cases, and to check how such movement could be balanced and harmonized with each region's unique features. First of all, this thesis analyzed the status quo of government's policy nurturing the cartoon industry. Korean government's cartoon-promotion policy around the axis of the Cartoon Industry's Mid.Long-Term Development Plan has been developed around the Korea Creative Content Agency and the Korea Manwha(cartoon) Contents Agency in Bucheon, but as the webtoon industry has rapidly grown up, the necessity for building a cartoon promotion institution in each region has been raised since 2015. With the establishment of 4th Cartoon Industry Mid.Long-Term Development Plan to be executed from 2019, it seems that full-scaled support framework for cartoon regional balanced development should be occupied. For the case of foreign countries, cartoon promotion institutions and relevant events have been developed around regions from early times like San-Diego, USA(Comicon), Angouleme, France(National Image Center), Kyoto (Cartoon Museum), Sakaiminato(Misuki Sigeru Road), Japan gave a lot of implications. In the section of conclusion, this study aimed to suggest the importance of and necessity for establishing a cartoon creation & production center in each region appropriately for the region's identity and characteristics with specific plans. Based on that, this thesis aimed to suggest a vision for cartoon & webtoon industry that regional creation & production system can be settled almost only in the cultural contents industry.

Recently, BIM (Building Information Modeling) are widely being utilized in Construction industry. However, most structures that have been constructed in the past do not have BIM. For structures without BIM, the use of SfM (Structure from Motion) techniques in the 2D image obtained from the camera allows the generation of 3D model point cloud data and BIM to be established. However, since these generated point cloud data do not contain semantic information, it is necessary to manually classify what elements of the structure. Therefore, in this study, deep learning was applied to automate the process of classifying structural components. In the establishment of deep learning network, Inception-ResNet-v2 of CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) structure was used, and the components of bridge structure were learned through transfer learning. As a result of classifying components using the data collected to verify the developed system, the components of the bridge were classified with an accuracy of 96.13 %.

The purpose of our study is to design datasets for Artificial Intelligence learning for cold sea fish farming. Salmon is considered one of the most popular fish species among men and women of all ages, but most supplies depend on imports. Recently, salmon farming, which is rapidly emerging as a specialized industry in Gangwon-do, has attracted attention. Therefore, in order to successfully develop salmon farming, the need to systematically build data related to salmon and salmon farming and use it to develop aquaculture techniques is raised. Meanwhile, the catch of pollack continues to decrease. Efforts should be made to improve the major factors affecting pollack survival based on data, as well as increasing the discharge volume for resource recovery. To this end, it is necessary to systematically collect and analyze data related to pollack catch and ecology to prepare a sustainable resource management strategy. Image data was obtained using CCTV and underwater cameras to establish an intelligent aquaculture strategy for salmon and pollock, which are considered representative fish species in Gangwon-do. Using these data, we built learning data suitable for AI analysis and prediction. Such data construction can be used to develop models for predicting the growth of salmon and pollack, and to develop algorithms for AI services that can predict water temperature, one of the key variables that determine the survival rate of pollack. This in turn will enable intelligent aquaculture and resource management taking into account the ecological characteristics of fish species. These studies look forward to achievements on an important level for sustainable fisheries and fisheries resource management.
E-commerce is gradually upgrading from traditional text and image formats to short video and livestreaming formats. Livestreaming e-commerce enriches the content and forms of information dissemination and product display, enhances the consumer's shopping experience, and gradually becomes the mainstream new consumer scene. However, there are many negative phenomena in the development of livestreaming e-commerce, such as false propaganda, counterfeit goods, and various negative events, which seriously affect the level of consumer trust in livestreaming e-commerce. Trust is the core competitive factor of livestreaming e-commerce. Based on previous research on trust theory and combined with the characteristic elements of "people, goods, and scenes" of livestreaming e-commerce, this article constructs a trust model for livestreaming e-commerce, proposes hypotheses, and proves through empirical research that factors such as store characteristics, livestream host characteristics, brand image, product information, platform reputation, livestreaming situation, and trust tendency have a significant positive impact on consumer trust. Based on the research conclusions, this article provides insights and management suggestions, such as emphasizing the construction of store characteristic indicators, creating desirable livestream host characteristics, focusing on product brand building and selection, maintaining the display of product information, selecting suitable livestreaming platforms, and creating rich content for livestreaming situations.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the elements and meanings of the performative scenography which has been revealed through the new directorial interpretation and deconstruction process of the musical 『All Shook Up』. The performative scenography characteristics after postmodernism aim to create individual active perceptions and various social meanings through audience's voluntary and particular emergence. To this end, the theoretical foundation of scenography was examined by periods in advance. Based on this, I attempted to establish performative scenography for synthesized scenic and media design through the reconstruction process for the 『All Shook Up Travelers』. As a result, I set up visual narrative based world of 『All Shook Up Travelers』 which was produced by text-based intense images for a direct medium in order to expand actors' inner narrative and established unique performative scenography of its own: 1. enhancing the adapted one's narratives for the actors' and audience's co-existence and detachment, 2. delivering its own independent meanings which have double meanings, 3. encouraging audience's critical and active perception experiences through collage and montage of media.
The purpose of this research is the activation proposal about the local design innovation center that was established as a national design policy For this proposal, I have to research about the established process of local design innovation center and then, I analyzed the present condition of local design innovation center for the promoting plan. As a result, we must establish three basic elements to activate the local design center. the first, we have to know the local characteristic. the second, we have to make up the management direction of local design center the third, we have to get the sympathy from the local administration and local people for the positive support. In response to the recent 4th industrial revolution, the demand for 3D object models in the latest fields of digital twin, autonomous driving, and VR/AR, as well as the existing fields such as city, construction, transportation, and energy has increased significantly. It is expected that the demand for 3D object models with various precision from LOD1 to LOD4 will increase more and more in various industry fields. However, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and the local government and the private sector have partially built 3D object models of different precisions for some specific regions because of the huge cost. Therefore, this study proposes a feasible plan that can solve the cost problem in generating 3D object models for the whole territory. For our purpose, we first analyzed usage, demand, generation technology and generation cost for 3D object models. Afterwards, we proposed LOD3 model generation plan for all territory using automatic 3D object model generation technology based on image matching. Additionally, we supplemented the proposed plan by using LOD4 generation plan for landmarks and LOD2 generation plan non-urban area. In the near future, we expect this would be a great help in establishing a feasible and effective 3D object model generation plan for the whole country.
The aim of this research is to suggest the model of reconstruction and remodelling of S high school of broadcast for converting into a specialized one in the section of broadcast industry. The method of reconstruction of the laboratories by each department is as follows. First, the names of laboratories, ground plans, and perspective drawings are designed according to the principle of constructionism. Second, each department is recommended to install 7 laboratories. For the department of broadcasting facilities, a laboratory of processing broadcasting machines, a laboratory of broadcasting machines, and a laboratory of screen picture machines are needed. For the department of broadcasting, electricity, and communication, a laboratory of image and sound edition, a laboratory of broadcasting and communication, a laboratory of broadcasting system, and a laboratory of stage illumination. For the department of broadcasting stage construction, a laboratory of broadcasting stage building, a laboratory of broadcasting stage design, a laboratory of broadcasting stage decoration and etc. Third, an office room is designed by department in the form of seminar room and places for practice is formed by department to be a laboratory. Fourth, a room for industrial-educational cooperation is installed by department, by which education of industrial-educational cooperation is carried out harmoniously. And one example of a remodeled laboratory by one department is shown with laboratory name, ground plan, perspective drawing, and running method. Especially employment of teachers working both school and business, professional club which is concerned with broadcasting technique, and attraction of enterprise in school is suggested as important elements to manage broadcasting laboratories efficiently. Finally, it is desirable for us to attract private capital, that is, Build-Transfer-Lease(BTL) because much budget is required for purchasing the broadcasting equipments and remodelling the laboratories to succeed as specialized high school on broadcasting section.
With the development of deep learning technologies, Artificial Intelligence powered Optical Character Recognition (AI-OCR) has evolved to read multiple languages from various forms of images accurately. For the financial industry, where a large number of diverse documents are processed through manpower, the potential for using AI-OCR is great. In this study, we present a configuration and a design of an AI-OCR modality for use in the financial industry and discuss the platform construction with application cases. Since the use of financial domain data is prohibited under the Personal Information Protection Act, we developed a deep learning-based data generation approach and used it to train the AI-OCR models. The AI-OCR models are trained for image preprocessing, text recognition, and language processing and are configured as a microservice architected platform to process a broad variety of documents. We have demonstrated the AI-OCR platform by applying it to financial domain tasks of document sorting, document verification, and typing assistance The demonstrations confirm the increasing work efficiency and conveniences.
