복합순환모델에 의한 가족체계유형과 청년기 자아정체감발달과의 관계 (The Family System Types of Circumplex Model and Ego Identity Development in Adolescence)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the family system types of circumplex model and ego identity development in adolescence. The subjects of this study were 115 middle school students, 116 high school students, and 120 college students in Seoul. The types of family system were assessed by FACES II and the ego identity of adolescents was assessed by Ego Identity Scale. The major findings of this study were as follows : A significant difference among family system types was found with the adolescents of‘balanced families’reporting higher ego identity than the other three family system types. College students reported the highest ego identity, followed by high school students, and middle school students. Females demonstrated higher ego identity than males.

  • 최근 도시발전 전략으로 정체성의 형성이 강조되고 있다. 이는 한편으로 인간의 존재론적 안전감을 위해 상실된 전통적 정체성의 규범적 복원, 다른 한편으로 도시들 간 경쟁에서 우위를 점하기 위한 도시 이미지의 전략적 제고라는 이중성을 가진다. 이러한 이중성은 근대적 정체성에 대한 포스트모던 이론가들(라캉, 푸코, 들뢰즈 등)의 비판과 이에 대한 대안으로 공적 공간을 통한 정체성을 강조하는 아렌트나 하버마스의 논쟁 속에 반영되어 있다. 이 논문은 정체성 개념이 담고 있는 도시 정책적 함의를 고찰하는 한편, 이 개념이 실제 정체성 고양을 명분으로 한 도시 발전 전략에서 어떻게 왜곡되게 원용되고 있는가를 비판하고자 한다. 특히 이 논문은 포스트모던 이론가들의 입장을 현실의 의사적 정체성에 대한 비판과 관련시키는 한편, 공적 공간을 통한 진정한 정체성의 형성을 강조하는 비판이론가들의 주장을 도시발전 정책의 규범적 대안으로 이해하고자 한다.

A Study on Effects of Franchise Distribution Employees on Occupational Identity

  • Purpose - This research is to verify job fitness, empowerment, and recognition of career development support having the influence on formation of occupational identity in Korean food franchise distribution company. Research design, data, and methodology - Total 600 copies have been distributed and 394 copies have been collected, the covariance structure analysis has been implemented to verify the presented research hypothesis. Results - Demand fit and competency fit being the lower level of job fitness appeared not to have significant influence on occupational identity, and also these do not have the significant influence on the empowerment. Even though formal career development support being lower level of career development recognition appeared to have significant influence on empowerment, nonformal career development support appeared not to have significant influence on empowerment. Formal career development support and nonformal career development support appeared to have significant influence on occupational identity. Finally, empowerment appeared to have significant influence on occupational identity. Conclusions - It is implied that the psychological and subjective success felt in employee's career course may be improved by the job related job fitness, the initiative being individual characteristic and formal and formless career development support being organizational characteristic.

Identity Formation and Self-Reflection Strategies in the Development of Apparel Design ePortfolios

  • Visual literacy, a key element of a design portfolio, is achieved by communicating a consistent visual aesthetic with respect to design elements, design principles and individual style. Yet, students often feel challenged in articulating their personal aesthetic or design philosophy in order to create a unifying design identity within a body of artifacts. This paper shares some best practices on overcoming this challenge through students' engagement in self-reflection and identity formation processes. The implemented innovative strategy in a senior-level portfolio development course for apparel designers involved four different phases: 1) one-on-one meetings to self-reflect on previous design work, 2) selection and revision of artifacts, 3) peer-review and critiques of revised portfolio artifacts, and 4) development of a final ePortfolio to showcase a unified design identity. It was evident that recording students' initial self-reflection in the form of a metacognitive oral report encouraged and motivated identity development in their portfolio. Further, students expressed their satisfaction in the ability to participate in the selection process of artifacts by self-reflecting about what they wanted to highlight about themselves and why. Overall, student outcomes from this strategy exceeded expectations and the portfolios developed were successful in creating a cohesive design identity.

자아정체감 형성을 돕는 교수 - 학습 과정안 개발과 수업 적용 효과 : 중학교 1학년 기술.가정교과'자아정체감의 발달'영역을 중심으로 (Research on the Application and Effectiveness of a Teaching and Learning Curriculum Fostering the Development of Self-Identity: With a Focus on the 'Self-Identity Development' Units in Technology and Home Economics Textbooks)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the development of a teaching and learning curriculum contributing to the development of self-identity, one of the most important developmental tasks during adolescence, and its effectiveness. This research analyzed the contents concerning self-identity and its subordinate concepts in 12 different technology and home economics textbooks for 7th graders. Based on the analysis, a teaching and learning curriculum contributing to the development of adolescents’' self-identity was developed and applied to classes through discretional creative activities. The effectiveness of the curriculum was analyzed by conducting a survey on the students before and after its application. Assessments were also conducted on the lessons applied. As a result, the lessons designed to help the development of self-identity increased the scores of self-identity, as well as all subordinate concepts, including subjectivity, self-acceptance, future planning, intimacy, stability and uniqueness. An ANCOVA analysis was conducted in order to determine whether the enhanced results of the survey after the classes were due to the application of the curriculum. It was found that the classes proved helpful to the students as the application of the curriculum remained effective even after the other influencing factors affecting selfidentity were controlled.

지각된 부모의 학업성취압력과 정신건강 간의 관계에서 정체성 발달의 매개효과 (The Mediation Effect of Identity Development between Perceived Parental Academic Achievement Pressures and Mental Health)

  • 본 연구는 지각된 부모의 학업성취압력과 자녀의 정신건강의 관계에서 정체성 발달의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 구체적으로, 지각된 부모의 학업성취압력과 자녀의 정신건강 간의 관계가 정체성 발달의 긍정적 측면과 부정적 측면 중 어느 측면을 통해 매개되는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 한국 대학생 110명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 진행하였다. 참여자들은 지각된 부모의 학업성취압력과 정체성 발달, 웰빙, 우울을 묻는 설문지에 응답하였다. 분석 결과, 지각된 부모의 학업성취압력은 참여자의 웰빙과는 부적, 우울과는 정적 상관관계에 있었다. 다음으로, 학업성취압력과 정신건강 관계에서 정체성 발달의 매개효과를 알아본 결과, 정체성 발달의 부정적 측면만이 유의하게 나타났다. 즉, 부모로부터 학업성취압력을 높게 지각한 참여자의 정체성은 제대로 발달하지 않았는데, 이는 곧 낮은 정신건강으로 이어졌다. 본 연구는 자녀가 지각한 부모의 학업성취압력과 자녀의 정신건강 간의 매개변인으로 정체성 발달을 제시하며 정체성 발달의 긍정적 측면과 부정적 측면 중 부정적 측면이 두 변인의 관계를 매개한다는 것을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 입시 경쟁이 치열한 한국사회에서 정체성 형성 과정에 대한 개입이 부모의 학업성취압력과 자녀의 정신건강 간의 관계에서 부정적 영향력을 상쇄할 수 있는 방안이 될 수 있음을 시사하며 본 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

자기개발 훈련이 수간호사의 자아정체감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self-Development training on the self-identity of the head nurses)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was examine the effects of Self-Development training on the Self-Identity for head nurses. Methods : The sample consisted of 24 head nurses in one university hospital in Seoul. The subjects were divided into two groups for the training. Self-Development training was developed by the researcher for during 4 sessions in two weeks that is, 2 hours a day/ 2 times a weeks / two weeks / each group. Self-Development training program consists of identification of self-development elements, self-identification I, self-identification II, and human relationship. Two-weeks before and 4-weeks after the training, subjects completed the questionnaires. Analysis was done by SPSS PC 10.0 for percentile, mean, standard deviation, paired t-test and correlation. Results : The results of this study showed that the Self-Identity had not significant differences before and after Self-Development Training. When compared 5 subscales, self-assertiveness is significant difference, and goal-directedness has the lowest score before and after training. 11(46%) of head nurses mean scores at the 4 weeks after training were slight higher. Conclusion: On the basis of the finding, the researcher makes the following conclusion. This study is one step towards understanding the impact of Self-Identity for the head nurses. It would be beneficial to replicate this study with larger, more diverse samples.

  • 정보 매체로서 자리잡은 인터넷은 초고속정보통신망을 통한 종합정보통신망이 된다는 것은 이제 기정 사실이 되었다. 교육 분야에서도 많은 변화를 가져왔고, 점차 가르치는 교수중심에서 배우는 학습자 중심으로 변모해가고 있으며 전통적인 교실에서의 수업보다도 공간과 거리감에 구애를 받지 않는 가상공간(cyberspace)이라는 인터넷을 통하여 가상대학(cyber university)을 설립하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 급속히 변화되는 교육환경에서 교육정보서비스의 개선과 사용자중심의 디자인을 제공하기 위한 방법으로서 WDS (Web Identity Development System)을 적용한 웹사이트디자인을 개발하였다. 그리하여 WDS 적용한 웹사이트 개발 모델를 통하여 가상공간에서 보다 개선된 홈페이지디자인 개발을 위한 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

A Study on Improvement of the Military IdAM Using Edge-Sovereign Identity (ESI)

  • A framework-level IdAM integration approach requires a stable network infrastructure. Information framework's operation may be significantly restricted when the network is disconnected from the remote IdAM service. Moreover, military networks, especially tactical networks, are volatile, and network disconnection is also high. In this paper, we proposed an Edge-Sovereign Identity (ESI) that expanded the concept of SSI for use in the military field, designed the structure and function of the proposed concept, and demonstrated its usefulness and validity through examples and prototypes.

  • This study aims at advancing waterfront of Pusan Port and attempting to establish an identity through studying characteristics of place in Pusan Port. The place is consisted of two elements ; orientation and identity, which is expressed clearly the environmental totality including the character and space. The urban waterfront is also one of the place pattern, and that is consist of land area, water area, and transit zone combining two areas. Although there are a lot of primary factors to be able to make the most of the character and identity in Pusan port, badly planned development prevents the plan promoting the sense of place in urban waterfront. The point in the waterfront development plan of Pusan Port is how to secure aminities based on Identity and Orientation; node, landmark, edge, path, district. The result of this study is for planners to develop more and systematic approaches which could utilize waterfront.
