The purpose of this thesis is to explain the difference between Heidegger's hermeneutical philosophy and Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics. The difference is to say that Heidegger's philosophy begins with Aristotle's theory of category and transcendental philosophy. On the other hand, the beginning of Gadamer's philosophical research is Plato's dialog, philosophy and Hegels dialectic. 2. Heidegger regards humanism as a variant of the modern ideal of human beings. On the contrary, Gadamer understands humanism as a place where romantism leads to the ideals of human education. 3. Heidegger says that the hermeneutical circle is still a logical and existential structure of the circle. On the contrary, Gadamer understands the circle as a circle between the whole and the part. This circle is the law of traditional hermeneutics derived from the tradition of rhetoric. 4. Heidegger says Plato's philosophy is the first beginning of the substance metaphysic, Hegel's philosophy the end of the subject metaphysic. On the contrary, Gadamer says the hermeneutical understanding and the hermeneutical interpretation is endless. 5. Heidegger's ontology is as Sein zum Tode a future oriented and eschatological. On the contrary, Gadamer's hermeneutic is as Sein zum Text always the way to a past, the infinite openness.

Feminism on the theme of gender equality is emerging as an important issue in the overall Korean culture. Feminism is not only a level of claiming or advocating women's rights, but an essential subject of gaze and thought, not a distorted, artificially portrayed image of women distorted or typified in a story created by men in the past It is a film that explores the problem of the individual's life in society fundamentally. Jun Koeun's movie' 'micro-habitat'(2018) 'expresses a feminist theme that shows a strong self - selection and transcendental thinking in male - oriented stereotypes and inequal social structure. The film, which focuses on the public insight into society and the enhancement of the ideal human being from the viewpoint that the public film should lead the educated enlightenment character that raises the broad insight into the world and lead the mature social culture, I think it will play a big role.

This paper aims to reconstruct the theme of the crisis of modernity and its overcoming possibility as one of the most intense implications of Nietzsche philosophy on the theme of "love". It analyses Nietzsche's statements about love, from the onset of physical desire for the opposite sex, through the forms of religiously distorted love, such as compassion and charity, to the amor fati as the positive affirmation of life. For Nietzsche, love is basically an urge to grow out of the possessive craving for power. The impulse of love is part of life, because it is willpower that makes man. Christianity, which linked sexual impulses to sin, made eros immoral. Nietzsche says we must overcome Christian love, which intends to deny human nature and reality and superimpose other ideals, and learn to love beyond itself. In the Nietzsche philosophy, it is the love of one's fate.

The purpose of this study was to understand what orientations elementary school teachers have related to their science classes, what realities they encounter in real classes, how they overcome their frustrations and failures they experience. We employed a narrative inquiry method and analyzed the experiences of two early career elementary school teachers (Miss Park and Mr. Choi). Miss Park wanted to conduct students-driven inquiry classes, in which students become active investigators, but in reality, she faced herself who conducted teacher-driven classes. Mr. Choi wanted to conduct science classes based on constructivism, but in reality, he encountered himself as a knowledge giver rather than scaffolder. However, rather than giving up their orientations, the two teachers tried to keep them in their own way. It was expected that by understanding what strategies beginner teachers take when their theoretical orientation and ideals are not well implemented in actual educational reality, we could find a clue that will lead to a more successful transition from pre-service teacher to teacher.

Let D be an integral domain with quotient field K, Pic(D) be the ideal class group of D, and X be an indeterminate. A polynomial overring of D means a subring of K[X] containing D[X]. In this paper, we study almost Dedekind domains which are polynomial overrings of a principal ideal domain D, defined by the intersection of K[X] and rank-one discrete valuation rings with quotient field K(X), and their ideal class groups. Next, let ℤ be the ring of integers, ℚ be the field of rational numbers, and 𝔊f be the set of finitely generated abelian groups (up to isomorphism). As an application, among other things, we show that there exists an overring R of ℤ[X] such that (i) R is a Bezout domain, (ii) R∩ℚ[X] is an almost Dedekind domain, (iii) Pic(R∩ℚ[X]) = $\oplus_{G{\in}G_{f}}$ G, (iv) for each G ∈ 𝔊f, there is a multiplicative subset S of ℤ such that RS ∩ ℚ[X] is a Dedekind domain with Pic(RS ∩ ℚ[X]) = G, and (v) every invertible integral ideal I of R ∩ ℚ[X] can be written uniquely as I = XnQe11···Qekk for some integer n ≥ 0, maximal ideals Qi of R∩ℚ[X], and integers ei ≠ 0. We also completely characterize the almost Dedekind polynomial overrings of ℤ containing Int(ℤ).

Society's emphasis on a thin body ideal may intensify an individual's negative perceptions of fatness. The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship between sociocultural attitudes toward appearance (awareness and internalization of the female ideal) and anti-fat attitudes among middle-aged Korean women. In addition, the aim was to examine whether the body internalization of female ideals was a mediator in the proposed model. Participants included a sample of 264 middle-aged Korean women who completed a series of measures online. The following information was collected through online questionnaires: awareness and internalization of the female ideal, attitudes toward fat, body weight perception, and demographics. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The measurement model and the structural model testing provided an acceptable fit to the data, and all proposed pathways in the research model were statistically significant. Awareness of the female ideal was significantly and positively associated with internalization, and it significantly and positively predicted both constructs of anti-fat attitudes. Additionally, awareness of the female ideal was significantly and positively indirectly associated with attitudes toward fat people-dislike and willpower mediated by internalization. Overall, these findings suggest that society's emphasis on female appearance and a thin body can ultimately result in significant stigmatization of overweight/obese individuals. This study emphasizes the importance of establishing a healthy appearance standard to reduce anti-fat prejudice.

In this note we prove the following result: Let A be a complex Banach *-algebra with continuous involution and let B be an $A^{*}$-algebra./T(A) = B. Then T is continuous (Theorem 2). From above theorem some others results of special interest and some well-known results follow. (Corollaries 3,4,5,6 and 7). We close this note with some generalizations and some remarks (Theorems 8.9.10 and question). Throughout this note we consider only complex algebras. Let A and B be complex algebras. A linear mapping T from A into B is called jordan homomorphism if T( $x^{1}$) = (Tx)$^{2}$ for all x in A. A linear mapping T : A .rarw. B is called spectrally-contractive mapping if .rho.(Tx).leq..rho.(x) for all x in A, where .rho.(x) denotes spectral radius of element x. Any homomorphism algebra is a spectrally-contractive mapping. If A and B are *-algebras, then a homomorphism T : A.rarw.B is called *-homomorphism if (Th)$^{*}$=Th for all self-adjoint element h in A. Recall that a Banach *-algebras is a complex Banach algebra with an involution *. Also, $A^{*}$-algebras include $B^{*}$-algebras ( $C^{*}$-algebras). Recall that a semi-prime algebra is an algebra without nilpotents two-sided ideals non-zero. The class of semi-prime algebras includes the class of semi-prime algebras and the class of prime algebras. Copyright law has functioned to certify the authorship and artistic identity of an artist as well as to remunerate the artist's labor in monetary terms. However, the legal stability of copyright law may be questioned and even challenged because it shares the ground with unfixed notions of the concept of art. This study is an attempt to find theoretical argument where such instability of copyright law stems from, by looking into the theories of Aesthetics and history of arts. The first argument builds up on the ambiguity of discriminating between the Aesthetic concept of expression and idea. The second argument illuminates how new conventions of creating art work and emerging ideals of making art prevents to accommodate copyright law in the fields of art. New art forms such as conceptual art and place specific art are such examples. Increasing role of public arts projects also questions the conventional adoptions of copyright law. Arts management is closely related with this phenomena since their job is to administer the complex situation of introducing artists to the knowledge of copyright law.

This study analyzed the characteristics of masculineness reproduced in Korean cop films and their deep meaning, mainly in the 2010s. This analysis work will be a work that embodies the masculine ideal type and true masculinity recognized in Korean society. Also, through this, we will be able to approach the ideals and operations of Korean society. As a result, Korean cop films are mysteriously obsessed with masculinity and masculinity behavior through the main character in the film, which shows off masculinity with mental and physical superiority. Korean cop films also show a desire for patriarchal normality through an ending that shows the moment of masculine recovery through the physical victory of a rough and strong man. And the Korean cop film includes the claim that the implementation of social justice requires the existence of masculineness, which is essential, and that the implementation of social justice must be sacrificed to some extent.

This paper examines the British imperialism found in Edith Nesbit's fantasy stories by looking at the function of magic and of the hierarchical relationships seen in the books. Although Edith Nesbit is relatively unknown in Korea, she is widely recognized as having had a great influence on the 20th century British literary world, and is also well-known for her political position as a socialist. Nesbit's fantasy books are commonly differentiated from other Victorian children's books written before her in that she created realistic and liberal children characters and rejected the adult didactic tone. While Nesbit's books have been recognized as revolutionary and being distinguished from other Victorian children's books, I suggest that the ideas found in her fantasy novels largely include the dominant Victorian message of British imperialism. This imperial ideology is delivered by the logic of magic and the multilateral hierarchies. The two magic creatures (The Psammead and the Phoenix) and the two magic items from an Oriental background (the Carpet and the Amulet) all have a magic power to grant people's wishes, wholeheartedly exercising their power and knowledge for the sake of the British characters. While the magic agents serve to fulfill the children's wishes, the children aim to please their parents and to benefit their family, showing layered hierarchies among the characters. Also, there is a hierarchical distinction between the magic items and the magic creatures in that the magic items have no voice to express themselves but only serve and obey the British children. The foreign characters that the children encounter in their adventures also cooperate with the British characters to help them to fulfill their goals. In short, magic frees the children from the adult-centered world but ultimately their free adventures serve their parents and other adults, and represent the ideals and hierarchical concepts of British imperialism. Thus, Nesbit's position as a modern writer seems to be ambiguous, switching between modern characterization and style, and the old Victorian imperial messages that also exist in her fantasy novels.
