In the present context of systemic global crisis, this paper focuses on a sustainable society. Throughout the World there are vast members of the unemployes. A secure job lasting a lifetime has become more and more rare. Nowadays majority of jobs are part-time or temporary. $Andr{\acute{e}}$ Gorz found a solution in a policy of the progessive reduction in labor time. This is the potential which automated production opens up for a culture society. Nevertheless, Gorz's proposal is based on utopion ideals. This paper focuses on a dynamic force for a culture society, especially art, learning and the third sector. Adrienne Goehler underlines that a culture in the broad sense of the word produces economical and social productivity. In this connection Goehler give attention to 'Cultrual Creatives' and the Creative Class. Cultural creatives are comprised of people who have participated in the process of creating a new culture with enlightened creativity. The Creative Class is a class of workers whose job is to create economic growth through innovation. Creativity is important for a sustainable society. Gore and Rifkin both come close to the ecological thinking. Gore claims that ecosystem of nature have a self-organizing capacity. In this context tried to prove this article that ecosystem is closely connected with a creative environment.

The Maa speaking Torobo people inhabiting the southern portion of the Mau Escarpment in Kenya approach both individual and community survival from a relational orientation focused on ethnic identity and responsibility. This social responsibility to the tribe is in stark contrast to Torobo relationships with other ethnic groups. The purpose of the research is twofold. First, the paper explores how folkloric language through a trickster image reflects important cultural and social ideals, understandings, and patterns of thought in Torobo world view. A second purpose is to offer ethnographic information to scholars and students' alike necessary for world view studies of eastern Africa specifically focused on the interplay between anthropomorphic tales and the social context in which these stories are utilized. The key research question for this analysis asks how the trickster image in Torobo folklore conceptualize the life experience. A Torobo folktale entitled, The Clever Hare, is the text chosen for analysis with the hare character as the protagonist. A second query explores the importance of the trickster image in understanding Torobo world view categories of Self and Other. The analysis contributes an ethnographic perspective for the world view categories of Self and Other as well as trickster folklore by examining the nature of Torobo-ness using the tale of the cunning hare as a research tool.

Let K be a field of characteristic zero. We first show that images of the linear derivations and the linear 𝓔-derivations of the polynomial algebra K[x] = K[x₁, x₂, …, x_n] are ideals if the products of any power of eigenvalues of the matrices according to the linear derivations and the linear 𝓔-derivations are not unity. In addition, we prove that the images of D and 𝛿 are Mathieu-Zhao spaces of the polynomial algebra K[x] if D = ∑ⁿ_i=1 (a_ix_i + b_i)∂_i and 𝛿 = I - 𝜙, 𝜙(x_i) = λ_ix_i + 𝜇_i for a_i, b_i, λ_i, 𝜇_i ∈ K for 1 ≤ i ≤ n. Finally, we prove that the image of an affine 𝓔-derivation of the polynomial algebra K[x₁, x₂] is a Mathieu-Zhao space of the polynomial algebra K[x₁, x₂]. Hence we give an affirmative answer to the LFED Conjecture for the affine 𝓔-derivations of the polynomial algebra K[x₁, x₂].

Objectives : This paper intends to examine the essence of Joseon's cultivation techniques as written in the vast encyclopedia Imwon-gyeongje-ji. Methods : Items related to cultivation techniques in the Imwon-gyeongje-ji were brought together and analyzed through various cases that match the theme and structure of this paper, focusing on the relationship of Body-Environment-Society Results & Conclusions : Based on the contents of the Imwon-gyeongje-ji, it could be said that Seo Yu-gu consistently attempted to secure and improve health, well-being, and welfare in all levels of an individual's body, environment, and society while stating to have integrated Buddhist and Daoist methods based on Confucius cultivation. This thought is linked to the ideals of Zhongyong, one of the main scriptures of Confucianism, which could be summarized by the concept of the Heaven-Earth Cultivation. In specific, contents within the 16 treaties of the Imwon-gyeongje-ji such as the Boyang-ji, Inje-ji, Jeongjo-ji, Yewon-ji, Yiwun-ji, Yuye-ji, Yegyu-ji, etc., that could be categorized as personal, environmental and societal cultivation has great implications for people today in that it could lead us to an integrated path of cultivation through the inter-connection of body, environment, and society.

Let R denote a commutative noetherian ring, and let 𝐱 := x1, …, xd be an R-regular sequence. Suppose that 𝖆 denotes a monomial ideal with respect to 𝐱. The first purpose of this article is to show that 𝖆 is irreducible if and only if 𝖆 is a generalized-parametric ideal. Next, it is shown that, for any integer n ≥ 1, (x1, …, xd)n = ⋂P(f), where the intersection (irredundant) is taken over all monomials f = xe11 ⋯ xedd such that deg(f) = n - 1 and P(f) := (xe1+11, ⋯, xed+1d). The second main result of this paper shows that if 𝖖 := (𝐱) is a prime ideal of R which is contained in the Jacobson radical of R and R is 𝖖-adically complete, then 𝖆 is a parameter ideal if and only if 𝖆 is a monomial irreducible ideal and Rad(𝖆) = 𝖖. In addition, if a is generated by monomials m1, …, mr, then Rad(𝖆), the radical of a, is also monomial and Rad(𝖆) = (ω1, …, ωr), where ωi = rad(mi) for all i = 1, …, r.

Modern Bulgarian nationalists aspired towards incorporating the self-identified Bulgarian lands into the Bulgarian state. The Treaty of San Stefano ending the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-78 tantalizingly achieved these so-called national ideals. Great Power diplomacy quickly diminished Bulgaria's borders and international legal status with the 1878 Treaty of Berlin, exacerbating nationalist grievances. Bulgaria would expand vast resources to restore the San Stefano borders until Balkan Communist authoritarian regimes eventually suppressed the Macedonian issue as a foreign policy subject. Sofia's policy towards its neighbor has been overdetermined by the efforts of successive Bulgarian governments to institutionalize post-communist Bulgaria's own national identity. Bulgaria's integration into so-called Euro-Atlantic structures, i.e., NATO and the EU, had been the primary strategic objective of the Bulgarian authorities since the end of the Zhivkov regime. North Atlantic community security policy aims in response to the earliest post-Cold War foreign policy crises in the Western Balkans framed the parameters of Bulgarian diplomacy. The stabilization of FYROM in 2001, followed by Bulgaria's 2007 EU accession, led to Bulgarian nationalist values become more salient in Bulgarian politics and foreign policy. Sofia-Skopje relations are a test case for the effects of Europeanization on interdependent Balkan ethno-sectarian nationalisms and state territorial institutional development.

Let R be a commutative ring with identity and S be a multiplicatively closed subset of R. In this article we introduce a new class of ring, called S-multiplication rings which are S-versions of multiplication rings. An R-module M is said to be S-multiplication if for each submodule N of M, sN ⊆ JM ⊆ N for some s ∈ S and ideal J of R (see for instance [4, Definition 1]). An ideal I of R is called S-multiplication if I is an S-multiplication R-module. A commutative ring R is called an S-multiplication ring if each ideal of R is S-multiplication. We characterize some special rings such as multiplication rings, almost multiplication rings, arithmetical ring, and S-P IR. Moreover, we generalize some properties of multiplication rings to S-multiplication rings and we study the transfer of this notion to various context of commutative ring extensions such as trivial ring extensions and amalgamated algebras along an ideal.

To make a critical revision on the inherited social problems throughout the time in Mexico, not always turns out to be easy task, especially when the subject is lent to approach it from diverse perspective, one of them, the educative one. To analyze the low quality of the educative supply is complex subject. One of the maximum profits of institutional revolutionary Mexico was the creation of the Public Education Ministry in 1921. In the post-revolutionary and modern period, the seventies were characterized to be applied to the growth the infrastructure and the fortification of the educative system following the policy of "modernization and development". From the eighties, to lift the quality of the education was considered like one of the specific rules in the strategy of the call "educative revolution". In the nineties, through political programs and agreements, structural changes within the educative system were carried out with the intention to lift the quality of the services. In synthesis, the perspective in the educative policy of Mexico during the last thirty years of century xx, or post-revolutionary period, can be understood, from at least five specific conditions: educative profits in cover, modifications in the educational programs and contents, profits in the political agreements between the agents who take part within the educative system, changes and modifications to the laws applicable to the education, and; the search of the fairness through the compensatory programs. This paper tries to give answer to questions such as: The educative system reflects the ideals of the revolution? The present educative system is the product of a truncated revolution or the fruit of an untimely democracy?

The purpose of this article is to examine how Byron's Don Juan VII-VIII depicts the various facets of characters' minds and actions in taking attitude toward glory during wartime in Ismail, Turkey. It explores the multifaceted sides of their hidden intentions and military activities in the self-centered and ruthless battle. Byron investigates their diverse and unreasonable causes, which drive them to undertake their particular deeds while participating in the combat. He unfolds the complex, dark layers of man's motivations and acts in responding to such martial ideals as fame, honor, success, or triumph. By making an effective characterization of four major figures such as Suwarrow, Juan, Johnson, and the Turkish Khan, Byron, indeed, enriches the poem with a variety of their different conceptions and stances toward these remarkable achievements. While fighting in the same battle, they, interestingly, reveal strikingly different attitudes, especially in responding to the complex aspects of reputation, glory, war, manliness or fate. The article also considers how the two Cantos of Don Juan feature the ironic results of the characters' quest for glory, which bring about an extensive range of inhuman consequences. The poet accentuates the diverse, negative aftermaths of their illusionary, abusive pursuit of fame and honor. In doing so, he effectively utilizes figurative portrayals of brutal pictures to highlight the unanticipated boundaries and dreadful outcomes, which have been caused by the undesirable or irrational exercises of their freedom of choice in pursuing such self-centered desires and renown.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to develop and validate a Korean-adapted version of the job expectations scale for dental hygienists. Methods: To achieve this goal, a comprehensive methodology was employed, including frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis (maximum likelihood, direct oblimin rotation), confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach's α reliability, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA (Duncan post-hoc test) were performed. Results: The Korean version of job expectations scale for dental hygienists comprised 21 items in the personal domain and 5 items in the social domain. The scale demonstrated high construct validity, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability were found. While dental hygienists were found to have higher expectations in the their personal domain than the social domain, expectations in the social domain were higher among male hygienists, those with a bachelor's degree or higher, those in regular permanent employment, and those working in hospital-level or higher facilities. Conclusions: Job expectations is a more comprehensive construct than job roles or professional identity. We anticipate that the instrument will be widely used to analyze trends in job expectations in response to changes in societal values regarding to dental hygienists, the gap between realities and ideals within the dental hygiene profession, and policy considerations.
