  • In this paper, we investigate exchange ideals and get some new characterization of exchange rings. It is shown that an ideal I of a ring R is an exchange ideal if and only if so is $QM_2$(I). Also we observe that every exchange ideal can be characterized by exchange elements.

  • In [K. J. Lee and C. H. Park, Some questions on fuzzifications of ideals in subtraction algebras, Commun. Korean Math. Soc. 22 (2007), no. 3, 359-363], Lee and Park posed three questions. In this paper, the affirmative answers to their questions are provided, and characterizations of fuzzy ideals are investigated.

  • The fuzzification of (Positive implicative) pseudo-ideals in a pseudo-BCK algebra is discussed, and several properties are investigated. Characterizations of a fuzzy pseudo-ideal are displayed.

  • In this paper we introduce the notion of quotient Boolean algebra and study the relation between the ideals of Boolean algebra ${\wp}(S)$ and the ideals of quotient Boolean algebra ${\wp}(S)/I$.

  • The concept of ideals has played an important role as an inception of the structural approach to algebra. As a sequel to [51], we first deal with the gradual emergence of tile abstract concepts of fields and rings, and study the history of ideals initiated fly Dedekind and then formalized by Noether for the structural research.

  • The biideal structure in BCK/BCI-bialgebras is discussed. Relationships between sub-bialgebras, biideals and IC-ideals (and/or CI-ideals) are considered. Conditions for a biideal to be a sub-bialgebra are provided, and conditions for a subset to be a biideal (resp. IC-ideal, CI-ideal) are given.
