본 논문의 목적은 하이데거의 해석학적 철학과 가다머 철학적 해석학 사이의 철학사상적 차이를 밝히는 것이다. 이들 두 사람의 해석학 사상의 차이는 1. 하이데거 철학의 출발점이 아리스토텔레스의 범주론 연구와 초월철학이었던 데 반해 가다머 철학의 출발점은 플라톤의 대화철학과 헤겔의 변증법이라는 사실에 있다. 2. 하이데거는 인문주의를 인간에 대한 근대적 이상의 변형이라 간주하는 반면, 가다머는 인문주의를 낭만주의의 인간 교육이상을 구체화하는 장소라고 이해한다. 3. 하이데거가 해석학적 순환을 논리적 순환구조와 실존적 순환구조로 이해한데 반해 가다머는 순환을 수사학적 전통으로부터 기인한 전통 해석학의 법칙으로서 전체와 부분사이의 순환으로 간주한다. 4. 하이데거가 플라톤 철학을 서양 실체 형이상학의 시작이며, 헤겔 철학을 주체 형이상학의 완성으로 간주하여 철학의 끝을 선언한데 반해, 가다머는 이해와 해석의 무한성을 주장한다. 5. 하이데거 존재론이 '죽음을 향해 있음'으로서 미래 지향적이고, 또한 종말론적이라면, 가다머 해석학은 언제나 그리고 이미 '텍스트를 향해 있음'으로서 과거 지향적이며, 무한 개방적이다.

한국 문화 전반에 성 평등을 주제로 한 페미니즘이 중요한 이슈로 연구 대상적 가치가 급상승하였다. 페미니즘 영화란 단지 여성의 권익을 주장하거나 옹호하는 차원의 수준이 아닌 과거 남성들이 창조한 스토리 속에서 대상화되거나 타자화 된 인물로 왜곡, 인위적으로 묘사되던 그릇된 여성의 모습이 아닌 시선과 사고의 본질적 주체로서 사회 속 개인의 삶의 문제를 근원적으로 탐구하는 영화라고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 전고운 감독의 영화 '소공녀(2018)'를 분석하였으며 영화 속에는 남성 편향적 고정관념과 불평등적 사회구조에도 주인공의 꿋꿋한 자기 선택과 초월적 사고를 보여주는 페미니즘 적인 주제를 표현하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 대중영화가 세상에 대한 넓은 식견을 키우는 교육 계몽적 성격을 견지하고 성숙한 사회문화를 선도해야 한다는 관점에서 이와 같은 사회에 대한 전지적 통찰과 이상적 인간관에 대한 제고 등을 다룬 영화는 사회를 긍정적이고 이상적으로 바꾸는 데 큰 역할을 할 것이라고 생각된다.

니체 철학이 갖는 가장 강렬한 함의 중의 하나인 현대성의 위기와 그 극복 가능성이라는 주제를 '사랑'이라는 화두를 가지고 재구성해보는 것이 본고의 목적이다. 이성에 대한 육체적 욕망의 발로인 성애(性愛)에서부터 동정심이나 이웃사랑 같은 종교적으로 왜곡된 사랑의 형태를 넘어 가장 먼 것에 대한 사랑과 생명의 적극적인 긍정양식인 운명애에 이르기까지 니체 철학 전반에 걸쳐 산재된 사랑에 대한 진술들을 분석해 본다. 니체에게 사랑은 기본적으로 힘의 확장을 목표로 하는 소유욕으로부터 자라난 충동이다. 그것이 인간을 구성하는 힘에의 의지이므로 사랑의 충동은 생명에 속하는 것이다. 그러나 성 충동을 죄와 결부시킨 기독교를 통해 에로스는 부도덕 해졌다. 니체는 인간의 자연과 실재를 부인하고 거기에 다른 이상을 덧씌우려는 기독교적 사랑을 극복하고 자신을 뛰어넘는 사랑을 배워야 한다고 말한다. 니체 철학에서 그것은 가장 먼 것에 대한 사랑이자 운명애로 불린다.

본 연구의 목적은 초등교사가 과학 수업과 관련하여 어떠한 지향을 추구하는지, 실제로 마주한 현실은 무엇이며, 그 속에서 어떻게 좌절과 실패를 극복해 나가는지 이해하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 두 초임교사인 박 교사와 최 교사의 과학 수업 실천 경험을 내러티브 탐구를 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. 박교사는 학습자 중심의 탐구 수업을 실천하길 원했지만, 현실에서는 교사 주도로 수업을 하게 되는 자신의 모습을 마주하였다. 최 교사는 구성주의에 바탕을 둔 과학 수업을 실천하길 원했지만, 현실에서는 스캐폴더가 아닌 지식 전달자로서의 자신의 모습을 마주하였다. 그러나 그들은 과학 수업에 대한 자신의 지향을 포기하거나 좌절에 머물기보다는 각자가 생각하는 방식으로 자신의 지향에 다가가려고 노력하였다. 본 연구는 자신의 과학 수업 지향이 잘 구현되지 않을 때 초임교사가 어떠한 전략을 만들어 가는지 이해함으로써 예비교사에서 교사로의 성공적인 전환을 이끌 단서를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Let D be an integral domain with quotient field K, Pic(D) be the ideal class group of D, and X be an indeterminate. A polynomial overring of D means a subring of K[X] containing D[X]. In this paper, we study almost Dedekind domains which are polynomial overrings of a principal ideal domain D, defined by the intersection of K[X] and rank-one discrete valuation rings with quotient field K(X), and their ideal class groups. Next, let ℤ be the ring of integers, ℚ be the field of rational numbers, and 𝔊f be the set of finitely generated abelian groups (up to isomorphism). As an application, among other things, we show that there exists an overring R of ℤ[X] such that (i) R is a Bezout domain, (ii) R∩ℚ[X] is an almost Dedekind domain, (iii) Pic(R∩ℚ[X]) = $\oplus_{G{\in}G_{f}}$ G, (iv) for each G ∈ 𝔊f, there is a multiplicative subset S of ℤ such that RS ∩ ℚ[X] is a Dedekind domain with Pic(RS ∩ ℚ[X]) = G, and (v) every invertible integral ideal I of R ∩ ℚ[X] can be written uniquely as I = XnQe11···Qekk for some integer n ≥ 0, maximal ideals Qi of R∩ℚ[X], and integers ei ≠ 0. We also completely characterize the almost Dedekind polynomial overrings of ℤ containing Int(ℤ).

Society's emphasis on a thin body ideal may intensify an individual's negative perceptions of fatness. The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship between sociocultural attitudes toward appearance (awareness and internalization of the female ideal) and anti-fat attitudes among middle-aged Korean women. In addition, the aim was to examine whether the body internalization of female ideals was a mediator in the proposed model. Participants included a sample of 264 middle-aged Korean women who completed a series of measures online. The following information was collected through online questionnaires: awareness and internalization of the female ideal, attitudes toward fat, body weight perception, and demographics. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The measurement model and the structural model testing provided an acceptable fit to the data, and all proposed pathways in the research model were statistically significant. Awareness of the female ideal was significantly and positively associated with internalization, and it significantly and positively predicted both constructs of anti-fat attitudes. Additionally, awareness of the female ideal was significantly and positively indirectly associated with attitudes toward fat people-dislike and willpower mediated by internalization. Overall, these findings suggest that society's emphasis on female appearance and a thin body can ultimately result in significant stigmatization of overweight/obese individuals. This study emphasizes the importance of establishing a healthy appearance standard to reduce anti-fat prejudice.

In this note we prove the following result: Let A be a complex Banach *-algebra with continuous involution and let B be an $A^{*}$-algebra./T(A) = B. Then T is continuous (Theorem 2). From above theorem some others results of special interest and some well-known results follow. (Corollaries 3,4,5,6 and 7). We close this note with some generalizations and some remarks (Theorems 8.9.10 and question). Throughout this note we consider only complex algebras. Let A and B be complex algebras. A linear mapping T from A into B is called jordan homomorphism if T( $x^{1}$) = (Tx)$^{2}$ for all x in A. A linear mapping T : A .rarw. B is called spectrally-contractive mapping if .rho.(Tx).leq..rho.(x) for all x in A, where .rho.(x) denotes spectral radius of element x. Any homomorphism algebra is a spectrally-contractive mapping. If A and B are *-algebras, then a homomorphism T : A.rarw.B is called *-homomorphism if (Th)$^{*}$=Th for all self-adjoint element h in A. Recall that a Banach *-algebras is a complex Banach algebra with an involution *. An $A^{*}$-algebra A is a Banach *-algebra having anauxiliary norm vertical bar . vertical bar which satisfies $B^{*}$-condition vertical bar $x^{*}$x vertical bar = vertical bar x vertical ba $r^{2}$(x in A). A Banach *-algebra whose norm is an algebra $B^{*}$-norm is called $B^{*}$-algebra. The *-semi-simple Banach *-algebras and the semi-simple hermitian Banach *-algebras are $A^{*}$-algebras. Also, $A^{*}$-algebras include $B^{*}$-algebras ( $C^{*}$-algebras). Recall that a semi-prime algebra is an algebra without nilpotents two-sided ideals non-zero. The class of semi-prime algebras includes the class of semi-prime algebras and the class of prime algebras. 예술가에게 있어 저작권은 자신의 창작성을 공식적·법률적으로 확정하는 것과 창작에 대한 경제적 가치를 담보하는 제도로서의 유용성이 있다. 그러나 예술 개념의 불확정성은 저작권의 법률로서의 안정성을 취약하게 만드는 원인이 된다. 본 논문은 저작권이 순수예술분야, 특히 현대 시각예술의 분야에 적용될 때 어떤 한계가 있는가를 이론적으로 분석한다. 저작권법의 한계는 근본적으로는 예술 정의의 불확정성에 있는데 다음과 같은 두 개의 차원에서 문제가 된다. 첫 번째는 예술의 정의와 저작권법의 정의에 있어서 공히 문제가 되는 표현과 아이디어의 이분법이다. 표현과 아이디어의 개념적 구분이 실제로 가능한가의 문제를 예술철학의 차원에서 고찰해본다. 두번째는 예술에 대한 새로운 정의가 문제가 될 때이다. 개념예술은 표현와 아이디어의 이분법이 불가능하다는 연장 선상에서 발생하는 것으로서 개념이 예술이 될 때 발생하는 문제를 지적한다. 공공예술이나 참여예술은 예술창작의 결과물보다는 창작의 과정에서 발생하는 예술작품에 대한 관점과 태도를 변화가 초래하는 저작권의 문제를 제기한다. 이러한 분석은 예술가의 경제적 권리확보 수단으로서의 저작권의 불완전성을 성찰하고 이를 보완하기 위한 제도적 방안을 탐색하는 근거가 된다는 점을 제시한다.

본 연구는 한국 경찰영화에 재현된 남성성의 특성과 그 심층적 의미를 2010년대를 중심으로 분석하였다. 이러한 분석 작업은 한국 사회에서 인식하고 있는 남성적인 이상형과 진정한 남성다움을 형상화하는 작업이 될 것이다. 그리고 이를 통해 한국 사회의 이상과 작동에 대해 접근할 수 있을 것이다. 그 결과 한국 경찰영화들은 정신적, 육체적 우월함으로 남성성을 과시하는 영화 속 주인공들을 통해 이상할 정도로 남성다움에 집착하는 한국 사회가 그리는 '남성 이상형'과 '무엇이 남성다운 행동인가'에 대한 기준을 제시한다. 그리고 거칠고 강한 남성의 육체적 승리를 통한 남성성 회복의 순간을 보여주는 결말을 통해 가부장제적 정상성에 대한 욕망을 드러내고 있다. 그 바탕에는 사회정의의 구현을 내세우면서 이를 위해서는 동원되어줄 필수적인 남성성의 존재가 필요하다는 것과 어느 정도의 희생을 감수해야 한다는 주장이 담겨있다.

This paper examines the British imperialism found in Edith Nesbit's fantasy stories by looking at the function of magic and of the hierarchical relationships seen in the books. Although Edith Nesbit is relatively unknown in Korea, she is widely recognized as having had a great influence on the 20th century British literary world, and is also well-known for her political position as a socialist. Nesbit's fantasy books are commonly differentiated from other Victorian children's books written before her in that she created realistic and liberal children characters and rejected the adult didactic tone. While Nesbit's books have been recognized as revolutionary and being distinguished from other Victorian children's books, I suggest that the ideas found in her fantasy novels largely include the dominant Victorian message of British imperialism. This imperial ideology is delivered by the logic of magic and the multilateral hierarchies. The two magic creatures (The Psammead and the Phoenix) and the two magic items from an Oriental background (the Carpet and the Amulet) all have a magic power to grant people's wishes, wholeheartedly exercising their power and knowledge for the sake of the British characters. While the magic agents serve to fulfill the children's wishes, the children aim to please their parents and to benefit their family, showing layered hierarchies among the characters. Also, there is a hierarchical distinction between the magic items and the magic creatures in that the magic items have no voice to express themselves but only serve and obey the British children. The foreign characters that the children encounter in their adventures also cooperate with the British characters to help them to fulfill their goals. In short, magic frees the children from the adult-centered world but ultimately their free adventures serve their parents and other adults, and represent the ideals and hierarchical concepts of British imperialism. Thus, Nesbit's position as a modern writer seems to be ambiguous, switching between modern characterization and style, and the old Victorian imperial messages that also exist in her fantasy novels.
