Purpose - The purpose of this study is to find out how shipping company recognizes making partnership with the third party logistics provider and to give implication. Research design, data and methodology - Personal interview and questionnaire by E-mail, Fax, Mail, and telephone were used. 700 copies of the questionnaires were distributed and 155 copied were returned. Among collected questionnaires, 20 copies were excluded because of insufficient content, and therefore 135 copies were used. Results - Korea should change into new paradigm from old one based on current economic and social systems which has stemmed from bureaucracy, inflexibility chauvinism and equalitarianism. Flexible policies, administration and systems will be needed for better business practices. The Domestic logistics corporation needs to preoccupy strategic logistics hub and network. Conclusions - To be a center of North East Logistics, Korea needs more reasonable business law, systems and policies. Social norms and orders should be established to accomplish political and social security. A paradigm of the policy ruling over development of capital city and satellite cities shall make change.

The network structures of a hyperlinked environment can be a rich source of information about the contents of the environment and it provides effective means for understanding it. Recently, there have been a number of algorithms proposed analyzing hypertext link structure so as to determine the best authorities for a given topic or query. In this paper, we review the algorithm of mutual reinforcement relationship for finding hubs and authorities from World Wide Web, and suggest SHA, a new approach for link-structure analysis, which uses the relationships among a set of relative authoritative pages, a set of hub pages, and a set of super hub pages.

Fleet sizing and empty equipment redistribution are two of the most critical problems in managing a fleet of equipment over a transportation network. Where the demand pattern followed the compound Poisson process(CPP) which can be generated one or more at a time under homogeneous Poisson process(HPP), this paper presented a mathematical model to determine control parameters of a decentralized distribution policy and fleet size in case of the pure hub-and-spoke system, a popular form of a logistics system. and validated this model by simulation. That is, where the number of demanded equipments followed geometric and binomial distributions, respectively, cost models on the pure hub-and-spoke logistics system with deterministic trans-portation times, which could be solved analytically, were established and analyzed. We also compared the deterministic case with stochastic one that the transportation time follows some probability distributions.

연안해운은 국가 기간 운송망으로서 중추적인 역할을 수행하고 있으며, 도로운송에 비해 저렴한 비용으로 경제적인 운송이 가능하다는 측면에서 가치가 높다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 국내 연안해운 중심성 분석을 통해 연안해운 항로 네트워크의 특성 및 중심성 변화를 살펴보는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 연안해운의 네트워크의 특성을 분석할 수 있는 SNA(Social Network Analysis) 분석방법을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 전라남도가 In-Degree 및 Out-Degree 모두 가장 높은 순위를 기록하며 연결 중심성이 제일 높은 것을 확인하였다. 매개 중심성은 전남이 가장 높은 순위를 보였으며, 근접 중심성의 경우 강원이 가장 높은 순위를 보였다. 허브와 권위 중심성 결과 전남이 가장 높은 순위를 기록했고, 경남, 강원 등의 순으로 높은 중심성이 도출됐다. 마지막으로, 허브 인덱스(Hub Index) 결과, 전남이 1순위로 도출됐으며, 인천, 기타지역, 강원 순으로 순위를 기록했다. 본 연구는 연안해운의 중추적인 역할을 맡고 있는 시·도 및 관련 품목을 제시하였다는 시사점이 있다. 향후 연구에서는 시·도에 속한 항만별 연구를 통해 연안해운의 흐름을 파악할 필요가 있다.

전체문서(Corpus)에서의 두 단어 간 연결 상태를 파악하여 앞 단어 다음에 오는 단어의 빈도수를 기반으로 여러 형태의 그룹을 분류하여 단어 간 다양성과 긴밀성을 살펴보았다. 기존의 연구에서 Zipf's Power Law는 Chinese Restaurant Process로 설명되었고 Scale Free Network에서는 edged의 수에 따른 노드의 profile을 조사하여 hub들을 찾는 연구가 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 단어 간 연결의 유일성과 다양성을 조사하여 Zipf's Power Law와 hub profile을 동시에 살펴보았다. 데이타 분석 결과 단어 간 연결의 긴밀성과 다양성 사이에서 대칭성으로 함축되는 유의한 결과를 얻었으며 이는 소위 'exploitation'과 'exploration'의 관점에서 설명될 수 있다. 또한 분석 자료인 TIPSTER에서 관찰된 약간의 대칭성 깨짐(symmetry breaking)에 대해서도 논한다.

이산화탄소 포집 및 저장 / 격리 (CCS) 기술은 많은 이산화탄소 저감 방법 중 이상적인 방법으로 주목 받고 있다. 이산화탄소를 포집해서 파이프라인을 통해 저장소까지 수송할 때, 저장소가 가까운 경우 직접 수송할 수도 있지만, 중간 저장의 역할을 하는 허브를 거쳐 수송할 수도 있다. 허브의 수와 위치를 결정하는 것은 중요한 문제이다. 다목적 의사 결정을 위한 수학 모델은 많은 제약식과 목적식을 수반하는데, 문제의 계산 복잡도가 증가하지만 항상 최적을 보장하지 않는다. 본 연구에서는, 이산화탄소 수송망에서 중간 저장 허브의 위치와 수를 결정하는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 이를 활용하여 이산화탄소 발생지의 연결 네트워크 시뮬레이터를 개발한다. 시뮬레이터에서는 또한 이산화탄소의 수송 경로를 제공한다. 사례 연구로 한국에 모델을 적용한다.

본 논문에서는 콘포머 기반 한국어 음성인식 시스템을 제안한다. 콘포머는 트랜스포머 모델에 콘볼루션신경망(Convolution Neural Network, CNN) 기능을 보강한 구조이며 광역 정보를 잘 표현할 수 있는 트랜스포머와 지역 정보를 잘 표현할 수 있는 CNN을 결합한 신경망이다. 음성인식 기본 시스템으로 트랜스포모에 기반한 음성인식시스템을 개발하였으며 언어모델로는 Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)을 사용하였다. 콘포머 기반 음성인식시스템은 트랜스포머 대신에 콘포머를 사용하였고 언어모델로는 트랜스포머를 이용하였다. 성능 평가를 위해 AI-hub에 있는 Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute(ETRI) 음성코퍼스를 활용하였으며 트랜스포머 기반 음성인식 시스템은 오인식률이 11.8 %이 되었으며 콘포머 기반 음성인식시스템은 오인식률이 5.7 %가 되었다. AI-hub에 있는 다른 영역의 NHN다이퀘스트 음성 코퍼스를 추가해도 유사한 성능이 유지가 되어 제안된 콘포머 음성인식시스템의 유효성을 입증하였다.

The role that English currently plays is undeniable. It has become the most common means of communication among native speakers of several languages around the world. English penetrates into all areas of people's daily lives. In the field of Information Technology (IT), English has taken a dominant position, as many of the terms used on a daily basis are written in English. The purpose of the article is to analyze the linguistic features of anglicisms in the field of Information Technology. Methods. The research is based on systematic and comparative analysis, dialectical method, as well as methods of classification and generalization. Results. This study presents the results of compiling a multilingual glossary with anglicisms used in the GitHub and 3D Slicer fields. Despite the limited number of terms included in the glossary, the article provides a lot of evidence for the influence of the English language in the areas of Information Technology, GitHub and 3D Slicer under consideration. The types of anglicisms used in the 3D Slicer area seem to be more diverse than in the GitHub area. This study found that five European languages use language strategies to solve any communication problem. The multilingual glossary showed that in some cases there is a coexistence between Anglicism and the native term. In other cases, the English term is the only one used in different languages. There are cases when only the native language is used. Conclusions. This study is a useful tool that helps to improve the efficiency of communication between engineers and technicians who speak different native languages. The ultimate goal of this research will be to create a multilingual glossary that is still under development and is likely to cover other IT areas such as Python and VTK.

This thesis examines the problems faced in the electronic trade platform for which improvements are necessary, and suggests various ways of overcoming those problems. Practical implications regarding the advancement of Korea's u-TradeHub system are as follows. First, from the technical and legal aspects, to make up for a lack of support systems for spread of users, it is required to promote customized advertising strategies through Ministry of Knowledge Economy and establish a global certification system. Second, document standardization and digitalization should be achieved in advance to make the documents distributed through the e-Trade platform in a seamless manner. Furthermore, an ongoing global network development project should be promoted through the e-Trade platform to achieve standardization. Third, from the operational aspect, it is important to maintain an integrated and systematic relationship with related organizations. Because vertical integration among logistics service providers and GSCM are enabled through the e-Trade platform, it is necessary to standardize global network-based linkage and operating systems.

In this paper, the design problem of local area networks is defined as finding the network topology minimizing cost subject to reliability constraint. The design problem includes issues such as multiple choices of link type for each possible link, multiple choices of hub type for each hub, and allocation of the users to the hubs. To efficiently solve the problem, a genetic approach is suggested. According to the experiments, the proposed approach improves search performance.
