국내외 공공임대주택 커뮤니티 시설의 사회통합적 계획 특성 - 영국, 싱가포르, 한국 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Social Integrative Planning Characteristics of Community Facility in Foreign and Domestic Public Rental Housings - In Cases of England, Singapore and Korea -)

  • This study is to analyze the social integration plan characteristics of public rental housing community facilities in England, Singapore and Korea. The purpose of this study is to present the direction of social integrated community facility planning and management system for the revitalization of the Korean public rental housing community. To this end, similarities and dissimilarities are derived by comparing cases of community facilities in apartments. Methods of this study include literature survey, analyzed government web sites in overseas cases. Also domestic cases are analyzed qualitatively through field visits, expert interviews, and internal data review. The results of this study are as follows: First, various community facilities plans are needed to accommodate the role of private and public spaces. Second, activate the professional community facilities operation system with public-private cooperation. Third, Community facilities should be planned as local infrastructure.

  • The aims of this study are to present the basic data of a school facilities complex and to analyze the necessity of a school facilities complex, school facilities characteristics and program characteristics. In the study, there can be found an analysis of the present conditions of the school facilities complex by literature research and the analysis of school facilities characteristics and program characteristics by case study. The results of this study are as follows: First, the elementary school facilities are mixed with the gym, swimming pool, culture center and convenient facility(parking lot). Second, the school facilities complex is not connected with the number of elementary school students. As the number of elementary school students decrease, it is possible to apply the generated surplus space of the school facilities to the community facility. Third, the school facilities complex is not connected to the reliance ratio of local finance. It is necessary for the central government to provide active financial and to build a financial support model. Fourth, most of the time, the entrance of the facility complex is divided from the entrance of the school facility. Fifth, the programs of many school facility complexes are composed of swimming and physical fitness programs.

도서관과 학생수련시설에 대한 교육시설 안전인증 요소의 확대적용 방안 연구 (A Study on the Expanded Application of the Educational Facility Safety Certification Toward Libraries and Student Training Facilities)

  • 안전하고 쾌적한 교육환경 조성 및 교육 질 향상을 위하여, 2021년 「교육시설 등의 안전 및 유지관리 등에 관한 법률」이 제정되었다. 이에 따라 「교육시설 안전 인증 운영 규정」이 수립되었으며, 유치원, 초·중·고등학교 및 특수학교, 대학 및 기타 교육시설의 특성에 따라 3가지 유형으로 분류되어 평가되어진다. 기타 교육시설에는 도서관, 학생수련원이 포함된다. 하지만, 학생수련원, 도서관은 수련, 독서 등의 특수 활동이 발생하는 시설로 학교와 차이점을 두고 있다. 때문에 학생수련원 도서관 시설만의 특수성이 「교육시설 안전 인증 운영 규정」에 반영될 필요가 있다. 이 연구는 기타시설에 해당되는 학생수련원과 도서관의 특수성을 「교육시설 안전 인증 운영 규정」이 어떻게 반영하고 있는지에 대한 분석이 수행되었다. 선행 인증제도 및 가이드라인과 비교 분석되었으며, 현장 조사방법이 이용되었다. 최종적으로 도서관과 학생수련원에 대하여 각각 9가지의 세부 기준 검토가 필요한 것으로 확인되었다.

한국중년층의 유료노인요양시설에 대한 견해 (The Opinions of Middle Aged Korean about User-Paid Long-Term Care Facilities for Frail Elderly)

  • Although the proportion of frail elderly among the elderly population has been rapidly increasing, there is little preparation to provide housing alternatives for them in Korean society. Long-term care facility a housing alternative for frail elderly that enables them to receive social and medical care services that enhance the quality of their life. This research was conducted to study the opinions of middle-aged Koreans about long-term care facilities for the frail elderly. This study provides useful suggestions for the development of user-paid long-term care facilities in the near future. A survey questionnaire was administered to 600 adults in their 50s to collect data. The sample was stratified according to region, gender, and housing structure type. The results showed that most of the respondents were aware of long-term care facilities for the frail elderly; but they were relatively unwilling to live in these facilities, as compared to other housing alternatives. However, a larger number of respondents said that as they became very frail, they would be willing to live in these facilities. The respondents expressed a high level of need for user-paid long-term care facilities as an alternative to hospitalization. Also, they wanted to have a variety of long-term care facilities that are designed for different levels of disability. The education level of respondents and their spouses, average monthly income, subjective economic level, and religion were major variables that differentiated significantly the opinions about long-term care facilities for the frail elderly.

주택가 밀집지역에서의 각종 시설물 관리를 위한 네트워크 DGPS 측위의 가용성 평가 (Availability Evaluation of Network DGPS Positioning for Various Facilities Management In Dense Housing Area)

  • 도시에 산재한 각종 시설물의 유지 관리는 대부분 측량지식이 부족한 일반 관리자에 의해 수행되므로, 기 구축된 GIS 도면만으로는 대상물의 정확한 위치를 신속히 찾아내기가 어렵다. 따라서 최근에는 GIS도면이 입력된 UMPC 또는 PDA 등의 단말기에 VRS-RTK 또는 SBAS DGPS 장비 등을 연결하여 대상물의 위치를 신속히 찾아가는 모바일현장시스템이 사용되고 있으나, 2~3층 규모의 주택이 밀집되어 있는 지역에서는 가시위성수의 부족과 위치보정신호의 단절 및 다중경로의 오차 등으로 인해 측위에 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 가시 위성수 증강을 위해 GLONASS 신호 수신이 가능한 휴대용 DGPS 장비를 사용하고, 이에 수신율이 양호한 국토지리정보원의 네트워크 DGPS 보정신호를 적용하여 현장 실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과 네트워크 DGPS 장비는 주택가 밀집지역에서도 0.3~0.84m 이내의 높은 정확도로 측위가 가능하고 측위율도 매우 높게 나타나 향후 골목길에서의 각종시설물 관리에 널리 적용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

노인의 연령 및 주거유형별 주택내 각 실의 불편사항 (The Inconvenient Details in Houses Pointed out by the Elderly)

  • By 2019, Korea is expected to be an aged society, age group of 65 and older being over $14\%$ of the total population, considering their rapid increase today. Also the phenomenon of population structure are accelerated by a low birth rate and long life span. This study was intended to find out the inconvenient details in houses pointed out by the elderly. This survey was taken by trained interviewers from the people of ages 65 and older living in Daejeon city. Statistical analysis was implemented from 583 appropriate data out of 624 questionnaires using (SPSS PC+ 10.0). The results were as follows. The elderly were put to inconvenience noises in room, old facility in living room and outmoded facility in kitchen and bathroom in detached house. And they were put to inconvenience the size of room, living room and bathroom and old-fashioned facility in kitchen in apartment. The stairway and bathroom in detached house and balcony, elevator and bathroom in apartment were pointed out dangerous spaces in house.

근린구매시설환경과 가정생산방식, 가정생산지지도와의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship of the Neighborhood Facility Environment with the Way of Homeproduction and Homeproduction Supportability)

  • This study is to analyze the effect of neighborhood commercial facilities on the homeproduction activities and the family expenditure(or household work time). For this purpose. data are collected by using questionnaires distributed to 522 housewives in Seoul. The results shows that in the highly goods-intensive environment. the way of homeproduction is goods-intensive. Market dependence of the family is affected by homeproduction predisposition. income. and husband's job. Household work dependence of the .family is affected by neighborhood facility environment. family type. income. and house value. Low home production supportability is apparent in the high family income. full-time housewives and low job status of housewife. On the other hand. high homeproduction supportability is apparent in the moderate income and high job status of housewife. As a result. housewives have much time and money resourses are not well supported by the neighborhood facility environment.

치매성 노인을 위한 물리적 환경에 관한 연구(II) -치매 전문 요양 시설 평가를 중심으로- (Physical Living Environment for the Elderly with Dementia-Type Problems -Focused on the Assessment of Two Dementia Care Facilities-)

  • The major purpose of this study was to assess the physical living environment of two dementia care facilities to provide the guidelines and/or basic data for planning the facility. The instrument used in this study was a 17 page-checklist including 10 dimensions with 183 specific items developed by the researcher. The results of the study revealed that the overall mean score for 10 dimensions was 1.13(JK facility: 1.16 and BL facility: 1.10) explaining a little higher than average level in physical features. Among 10 dimensions, toilet & bathroom arrangements showed the highest mean assessment score(1.28), while common area showed the lowest mean score(0.8). The general conclusions and implications were made based on the results of the assessment.

초고층 주상복합아파트 커뮤니티시설의 공간실태 및 평가에 관한 연구 (A Space Usage and User Evaluation of Community Facility in High rise Mixed-use Apartment)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze the space usage and user evaluation of community facility in High rise Mixed-use Apartment. This study was conducted case study and questionnaire survey. Four High rise Mixed-use Apartments built since 2000 were chosen for case study and 166 residents were collected for questionnaire survey. The frequency, percentage, mean, t-test and F-test were executed through SPSS for Win 12.0 statistics package program. The types of community facilities of High rise Mixed-use Apartments were consisted of sports, child care/study, information sharing, leisure/cultural facilities. The usage percentage of community facilities increased since the residents have moved to their current residence of High rise Mixed-use Apartments from their previous residence. The most satisfactory facility was sports facilities. The satisfaction of community facilities showed high in general. The satisfaction of community facilities was significant with gender and age.

  • Subscriber-Unit(SU) method in apartment-housing is used as the plan for the Cable-TV(CATV) receiving facility. But it is decided to apply Notification NO.1994-18 of the Ministry of Communications regulations starting in march, 10.1994. In this study, a new plan of CATV-receiving facility according to the Notification NO.1994-18 is suggested, and it is designed to apply lone-wire from an amplifier box to a SU or another amplifier box. Proposed results adopt the Head End(HE) to introduc Integrated Service Digital Network(ISDN) and to raise added-value of apartment-housing.
