So the District Standard Planning had many problems. And also by the problems here, as a immoderate volition and stiffen about the operation, the system and equipment lack about the environment improving work, problems with areas by the exciting plannings, the attitude of the executive agency that can't accept the inhabitants will. From these backgrounds we thought the research has not to be standardize in only newtown concept, but has to breath with the exciting towns and the rural areas that the District Planning has been applied. And to revive the special quality of the area and local government by a positive and logical research. Consequently in this study, we researched about the problems of architectures that had issues with the District Standard Planning of architectural part of operation guide which has been assisted form Single-Detached House in Eomsa District Dooma-Myun Nonsan which is located in Chungnam province.

Most variables about satisfaction with the interior environment in dwelling have a significant influence on a detached house, apartment, row and multi-family house. The following factors played a significant role: accessibility to commercial facilities, neighborhood relationship and natural environment in the satisfaction with the exterior environment in dwelling about most types. Specifically, from an institutional perspective of housing welfare policy, the effect of the housing expenses support and the intention about remodeling were factors influencing residential satisfaction in cheonsei and monthly rent, free of a detached house and free of an apartment. These results will utilize preliminary data to establish housing welfare policy for low-income households.

  • In this study, we would like to suggest a virtual model house where the users participate in the planning of the apartment directly in order to supply the apartment which is suitable for the fast change of the resident's characterization, multiplication, and preference in this like high-speed information society. The users have various preferences and demands in the high level information society. It is necessary for the architect to communicate with the users in order to suggest the various styles of habitats that one can treat various life style and life cycle which reflects the demand. In addition, the object of this paper is the construction and using of the participating virtual model house that the resident can plan the preferred space design of the main house before moving Into the apartment and change space design of the main house after moving into the apartment following the variety of life style and the changing of life cycle. Regarding the effect of this study, firstly, it is possible to supply the plate type following the user's preference in order to enhance the quality of uniformed type apartment. Secondly, it is possible to maintain and control the high quality building using sharing the building information with planning, construction, maintain, interior, and related company by constructing the database. Thirdly, the unified database which is constructed by XML can supply the effective environment of apartment information exchange between other companies.

  • Purpose: Planning for radiotherapy relies on implicit estimation of the probability of tumor control and the probability of complications in adjacent normal tissues for a given dose distribution. Methods: The aim of this pilot study was to reconstruct dose-volume histograms (DVHs) from text files generated by the Eclipse treatment planning system developed by Varian Medical Systems and to verify the integrity and accuracy of the dose statistics. Results: We further compared dose statistics for intensity-modulated radiotherapy of the head and neck between the Eclipse software and software developed in-house. The dose statistics data obtained from the Python software were consistent, with deviations from the Eclipse treatment planning system found to be within acceptable limits. Conclusions: The in-house software was able to provide indices of hotness and coldness for treatment planning and store statistical data generated by the software in Oracle databases. We believe the findings of this pilot study may lead to more accurate evaluations in planning for radiotherapy.

According to the analysis the following proposals are shown as a space safety planning: First : To establish the space allotment based on which the role behavior among family members are smoothly executed, . Second In the apartment house it is important to install a common space or a "Helping Neighbot" -route to the adjoining dwelling unit which is safe for residents' activities and effective for the improvement of the earthquake-resistant structure of the building. building.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide information needed to the construction of the co-housing in the urban area. This study focused on the characteristics of co-housing in its planning process of private house & common space; 'economy', 'creativity' & 'sociality'. The object of this study is co-housing in 'Seongmi-san Village' in Seoul, which was built by a coordination company with residents' participation. The methods are investigating interview materials, floor plans of 9 households, & common space plans produced in the coordination process from the basic plan of private house & common space to the final plan. The results are as follows. 1) The size and plan of private house differed from each other. The water pipe location differed from each floor, so that there were difficulties in construction. In conclusion, these made no 'economy', but brought high 'creativity'. 2) The 'sociality' would be estimated as high because there were various types of resident participation; resident interviews on the planning, workshops for private housing plan, and workshops for common space.
