철근콘크리트 깊은 보에서 수평 전단철근의 전단저항에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Shear Resistance of Horizontal Shear Reinforcement in R.C. Deep Beams)

  • The objective of this experimental study was to understand the effect of horizontal shear bar on the shear behavior of R.C. deep beams. Therefore, in the test program, the horizontal shear bar ratio($\rho_{sh}$) and shear span-to-overall depth ratio(a/h) are considered as two main variables. Test results indicate that for deep beams with a/h equal to 1.0, horizontal shear bar is less efficient in restricting the diagonal crack width development and enhancing the ultimate shear strength. So, it can be concluded that shear resistance of horizontal shear bar is related to a/h rather than clear span-to-effective depth ratio($l_{n}$/d) recommended in ACI code.

  • 도로의 평면 선형은 도로의 안정성과 교통 용량과 관계가 깊다. 도로의 효율적인 유지 관리와 기준에 대한 적합성 평가를 위해서는 도로의 평면 선형을 정확하게 분석하는 방법이 필요하다. 최근 Lidar자료나 GPS를 이용한 도로의 평면 선형 연구가 진행되고 있으나 넓은 지역에서의 평면 선형 곡선 반경을 분석하기에는 여러 가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수치지형도의 도로중심선을 이용하여 곡선 반경이 도로 구조 시설기준에 적합한지 여부를 평가하는 도구를 GIS 상에서 구현하고자 한다. 또한 $ESRI^{(R)}$ $ArcObject^{TM}$와 프로그래밍 언어인 비주얼 베이직(Visual Basic)을 사용해 도로의 평면선형을 자동적으로 산정할 수 있는 인터페이스를 설계 구현하였다.

  • 저자는 경북대학교 치과대학 학생중 악관절의 기능장애의 병력 및 현증이 없고 안모가 단정한 정상인 56명을 대상으로 시상정중면에서 양측의 하악우각부사이의 각도와 하악과두장축의 수평경사도를 계측하여 통계학적으로 분석한 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 시상정중면에서 하악우각부 사이의 각도는 우측이 18.50±1.48°, 좌측이 19.30±1.55°였다. 2. 하악과두장축의 수평경사도는 우측이 19.25±7.56°, 좌측이 20.27±7.05°였다. 3. 두 각도간의 관계는 우측의 경우 y=20. 31-0.0094×(r=-0 482, p<0.01), 좌측의 경우 y=20.64-0.066×(r=-0.301, p<0.05)인 것으로 나타났다(y : 하악과두장축의 수평경사도, x : 시상정중면에서 하악우각부 사이의 각도).

수평관내 R-290과 R-600a의 증발 열전달 특성 (Evaporation kent transfer characteristics of R-290 and R-600a in the horizontal tubes)

  • 본 논문은 수평 이중관식 열교환기 내 프레온계 냉매의 대체냉매인 탄화수소계 냉매(R-290과 R-600a)의 증발 열전달 계수에 대한 실험적 결과를 나타내었다. 증발기의 내관 내경은 각각 10.07 mm와 6.54 mm의 2가지를 사용하였다. 증발실험은 질량유속 $35.5{\sim}210.4\;kg/m^2s$이고, 냉각용량 $0.95{\sim}10.1\;kW$인 조건에서 수행하였다. 실험결과를 요약하면, 탄화수소계 냉매 R-290과 R-600a의 증발 열전달 계수가 프레온계 냉매 R-22보다 높았다. 즉, R-22의 증발 열전달 계수에 비해, R-290와 R600a는 각각 $56.7{\sim}70.1%$$46.9{\sim}59.7%$ 정도 높았다. 실험데이터와 종래의 상관식을 비교한 결과, 모든 냉매와 관경에 대해서 Kandlikar상관식이 가장 좋은 일치를 보였다.

  • Characteristics of R-22 and R-134a two-phase vaporization in horizontal small tubes were investigated experimentally. In order to obtain the local heat transfer coefficients, the test was ran under heat flux range of 10 to $40\;kW/m^2$, mass flux range of 200 to $600\;kg/m^2s$, saturation temperature range of 5 to $10^{\circ}C$, and quality up to 1.0. The test section, which was made of stainless steel tube and heated uniformly by applying an electric current to the tube directly, have inner tube diameters of 0.5, 1.5 and 3.0 mm, and lengths of 0.33 and 2.0 m. The effects on heat transfer coefficient of mass flux, heat flux and inner tube diameter were presented. The experimental heat transfer coefficients were compared with the predictions using existing heat transfer coefficient correlations. A new boiling heat transfer coefficient correlation based on the superposition model, with considering the laminar flow, was developed.

  • Experimental investigation on two-phase flow boiling heat transfer of R-410A and R-134a in horizontal small tubes is reported. The pressure drop and local heat transfer coefficients were obtained over heat flux range of 5 to $40\;kW/m^2$, mass flux range of 70 to $600\;kg/m^2s$, saturation temperature range of 2 to $12^{\circ}C$, and quality up to 1.0 in test section with inner tube diameters of 3.0 and 0.5 mm, and lengths of 2000 and 330 mm, respectively. The section was heated uniformly by applying a direct electric current to the tubes. The effects of mass flux, heat flux, and inner tube diameter, on pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient are presented. The experimental results are compared against several existing correlations. A new boiling heat transfer coefficient correlation based on the superposition model for refrigerants in small tubes is developed.

An Experimental Investigation of Heat Transfer in Forced Convective Boiling of R 134a, R 123 and R 134a/R 123 in a Horizontal Tube

  • This paper reports an experimental study on flow boiling of pure refrigerants R l34a and R l23 and their mixtures in a uniformly heated horizontal tube. The flow pattern was observed through tubular sight glasses with an internal diameter of 10㎜ located at the inlet and outlet of the test section. Tests were run at a pressure of 0.6 MPa in the heat flux ranges of 5-50㎾/㎡, vapor quality 0-100 percent and mass velocity of 150-600㎏/㎡s. Both in the nucleate boiling-dominant region at low quality and in the two-phase convective evaporation region at higher quality where nucleation is supposed to be fully suppressed, the heat transfer coefficient for the mixture was lower than that for an equivalent pure component with the same physical properties as the mixture. The reduction of the heat transfer coefficient in mixture is explained by such mechanisms as mass transfer resistance and non-linear variation in physical properties etc. In this study, the contribution of convective evaporation, which is obtained for pure refrigerants under the suppression of nucleate boiling, is multiplied by the composition factor by Singal et al. (1984). On the basis of Chen's superposition model, a new correlation is presented for heat transfer coefficients of mixture.

수평평활관내 탄화수소계 냉매의 응축전열 특성에 관한 연구 (Condensation heat transfer characteristics of hydrocarbon. refrigerants inside horizontal tubes)

  • This study investigated the condensation heat transfer coefficients of R-22, R-290 and R-600a inside horizontal tube. Heat transfer measurements were peformed for smooth tube with outside diameter of 12.7 mm Condensation temperatures and mass velocity were ranged from 308 K to 323 K and $51kg/\textrm{m}^2s$s to $250kg/\textrm{m}^2s$, respectively. The test results showed that the local condensation heat transfer coefficients increased as the mass flux increased, and also the effects of mass velocity on heat transfer coefficients of R-290 and R-600a were less than R-22. Average condensation heat transfer coefficients of natural refrigerants were superior to that of R-22. The present results had a good agreement with Haraguchi's correlation.

냉매 R-22, R-407C의 수평평활관내 응축압력강하에 관한 연구 (Pressure drop of R-22 and R-407C during condensation in horizontal smooth tubes)

  • Experimental results for forced convection condensation of R-22 and R-407C inside 7.5mm ID and 4000mm length of horizontal tubes are presented. The experimental data covered total flow rate from 114.3 to 267.1kg/($m^2$.s) and quality from 0 to 1. The vapor temperature and pressure drop along the tube were measured. The pressure drop for R-407C increased with flow rate similar to that of R-22. The experimental data compared with the available perdictions for pressure drop. Based on the data a prediction method was presented for the calculation of pressure drop of R-22 alternative refrigerants.
