I got the following result from the bibliographic study of disease in relation to sexual psychology. The results are follows. 1. Sexual disorder is divided sexual disfunction, paraphilias, gender identity disorder, homosexuality and that is subdivided fetishism, transvestic fetishism, pedophilia, exhibitionism, voyerism, sexual masochism, sexual sadism, frotteurism, gender identity disorder of childhood, gender identity disorder of youth and adult, intersexual disorders. 2. In korean oriental medicine mainly refer to sexual disfunction, and sexual psychological disorder include Hwajeon(花癲), Buinmongio(婦人夢交), Guabusani disease(寡婦師尼病). 3. Social psychologic cause and, oedipus complex, sexual hormone induce sexual psychological disorder but in korean oriental medicine, recognized sexual psychological disorder place under the category of sexual disfunction. 4. The latest medicine has various medical treatment in sexual disorder as avoidence conditioning, medication, role playing, behavior modification, psychoanalysis theraphy but in korean oriental medicine has only medication theraphy, so need more introduction of medical treatment.

The purpose of this research is to understand the gender identity expressed in Madonna music video texts and performances. Madonna has reconstructed the fluid identities through the variations of body, images, costumes, and attitudes . The results are as fellows; ① Her punky sexuality is to be seen the flash trash look, kitsch fashion, which reconstructs a good/bad taste, modesty/immodesty, the relations of under/outer wear using bawdy sexuality through her early Virgin tour. ② Her Heterosexuality is to be seen the glamourous look, traditional images of women, which represents the passive feminity of patriarch. ③ Her sadomasochism sexuality is to be seen the bondage look of dominatrix image, which deconstructs sexual taboos; represents sexual power. ④ Her bisexuality is to be seen androgynous look, the 3rd species look using masculinity/feminity signifier, which deconstructs the stereotypes of gender roles. ⑤ Her homosexuality is to be seen the fetish fashion by drag and lesbian, which deconstructs the dichotomy of normality/perversion; opens a possibility of women subjectivity of sexual desires.

The purpose of this study is considering about drag queen's costume in the point of view of anthropology and psychoanalysis. The contents are the meaning of drag queen by theoretical research and the characteristics of drag queen's costume. The results of characteristics of drag queen's costume are summerized as following. 1. Sexual originality is related with homosexuality. Costume express character of gay not as a transsexual or cross-dresser. 2. Imitation is related with identification of drag queen and famous star like actress, pop singer and historical heroine. 3. Amusement is related with drag queen's life style. There are two kinds of character in amusement. One is humour. Another is an exaggeration. 4. Commercialism is related with mass-media culture. Drag queen's costume have an influence with movie, advertisement and modern fashion.

This paper is an effort to critique the heteronormative interpretations of Kate Chopin's The Awakening and to examine the relationships of three women-Edna Pontellier, Adele Ratignolle, Mademoiselle Reisz-in the homosocial climate of the Grand Isle. Through the disclosure of erotic encounters between these women and their deferred gratification, Chopin reveals the social imperative which suppresses and fixates female desire on a male object choice. Chopin also sheds light upon the masculine language appropriating romance and chivalry that renders it impossible for Edna to articulate her sexuality within the matrix of the phallocentric society. The Awakening is not a conventionalized plot which ends in Edna's subordination to the patriarchal order; rather, the story demonstrates the "process" of how her sexual awakening becomes negotiated under the patriarchal system and exposes the excess of desire that fails to be subsumed under the hegemonic discourse.

When sensitive topics such as gambling habits, drug addiction, alcoholism, tax evasion tendencies, induced abortions, drunk driving, past criminal involvement, and homosexuality are the focus of open or direct surveys, it becomes challenging to obtain accurate information due to nonresponse bias and response bias. People often hesitate to provide truthful answers. Warner introduced an ingenious method to address this issue. In this study, a new and unrelated randomized response model is proposed to eliminate misleading responses and nonresponses caused by the stigma associated with the attribute being investigated. The proposed randomized response model allows for the estimation of the population percentage with the sensitive characteristic in an unbiased manner. The characteristics and recommendations of the proposed randomized response model are examined, and numerical examples are provided to support the findings of this study.

본 연구는 50대 레즈비언의 생애사연구로서, 연구참여자가 '지식의 주체'라는 페미니스트 인식론적 입장으로부터 '레즈비언 정체성'과 '레즈비언의 삶'에 관한 지식을 생산하고자 하였다. 구술자는 동성애 섹슈얼리티가 본질적이고 태생적인 것이 아니라 "만들어진 것"이라는 생애사적 관점을 견지했으며, 구술자가 들려준 생애이야기는 동성애에 할당된 사회적 의미를 체현하고 '순응하는 몸'인 동시에 억압과 차별을 인식하고 타개하고자 실천하는 '저항하는 몸'에 관한 것이었다. 이 생애이야기에는 섹스-젠더-섹슈얼리티의 자연화된 고리를 끊어낼 만큼 고통스러웠던 화상과 '불완전한 몸'이라는 자의식으로부터 상처받은 삶의 굴곡뿐만 아니라, 이를 넘어 타자에게 진정으로 공감하고 위로하는 "복받은 몸"으로 의미를 재구성하는 놀라운 탄력성까지 오롯이 담겨져 있었다. 이렇게 연구참여자를 비정상과 병리 등의 의미가 부착된 이분법적 구분의 '성적 소수자'가 아니라, 사회적 불평등과 억압에서도 자신의 삶을 탄력적으로 살아가며 일상의 실천으로 변화를 만들어내는 주체적인 행위자로서 이해하는 것은 사회복지 이론과 실천에서 전혀 다른 전망을 요구한다. "젠더와 섹슈얼리티를 어떻게 배치해할 것인가?"에 대한 전환적인 모색은 새로운 시대에 당면한 사회복지학이 제시해야 하는 중대한 전망이며, 이는 '성적 소수자'에게만 할당된 이슈가 아니라, 사회의 권력관계와 위계구조를 조직하고 억압과 불평등을 영속화하는 섹슈얼리티와 이에 연동하는 젠더에 관한 '우리 모두'의 아젠다인 것이다.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between sexual consciousness and attitude among male university students. Methods: Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires from 235 male university students at two universities located in Busan. SPSS 12.0 using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation coefficient was used for data analysis. Results: In the area of sexual consciousness, sexual male chauvinism appeared to be strongest in the area of gender ($2.60{\pm}0.57$). In the area of sexual attitude, abortion appeared to be the most opened area ($2.36{\pm}0.54$) among all areas. Religion, pleasure attitude, premarital virginity, sex admissibility and homosexuality were found to be factors affecting overall sexual consciousness. On the other hand, religion, sexuality, and gender appeared to be the factors that affected overall sexual attitude. In addition, the result of this study demonstrated a positive correlation between sexual consciousness and attitude. Conclusion: Development of various sex education programs reflecting the liberal sexual attitudes of university students, and provision of opportunities for establishment of healthy sexual consciousness and sexual attitude among university students accordingly are needed.

The purpose of this thesis is to study the aspects of sex identity in the contemporary mens fashion expressed through sexual image and taste in the half of twentieth century. The aspects of sex identity expression in the contemporary mens fashion can be classified by image, that is, homosexual, heroic, bisexual, and fetish. 1. The homosexual image has shown the tendency to emphasize the masculinity since 1950.60s. It can be found in \"Cowboys costume\" which is typical of American traditional fashion, and jeans and underwear fashion expressed by muscular men has homosexual characteristics which contain narcissism. 2. Based on mens traditional gender role, the heroic image emphasizes mens physical characteristics and expresses tough and offensive masculine beauty in mens suit which is free from the authority and formality. 3. The bisexual image denied the division of gender role by costume and destroyed the traditional sex model by resolutely applying womens costume such as skirts to mens fashion. 4. The fetish image is similar to bisexual image in that they wear womens costume, but different in that it expresses sexual desire or fantasy. It is expressed through brilliant color, leather and metal ornaments, and sensual element of women which emphasizes \"body\". This shows the sex identity of contemporary men who want more sensible and free life.sible and free life.

Purpose: This study aims to identify factors influencing the stigma communication concerning HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus)/AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) patients between health and medical college students. Methods: In this descriptive study, the participants were 158 college students from a certain university. Data were collected from September 18 to September 30, 2018. Self-reported questionnaires were used to measure AIDS-related knowledge, homosexual awareness, fear of HIV/AIDS patients and stigma communication. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, one way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation and a stepwise multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 23.0 program. Results: The factors influencing the stigma communication between health and medical college students were a fear of HIV/AIDS patients (β=.47, p<.001) and homosexual awareness (β=-.15, p=.040), which together explained 28.0% of the variance in the model. Conclusion: The study findings suggest that an education program for health and medical college students should be developed. Additionally, when designing the education program, it is recommended that the contents for inducing attitude changes should include affective areas as well as knowledge-oriented contents. The study suggests that it is necessary to provide a systematic education program to decrease the stigma for HIV/AIDS patients before health care providers enter clinical practice.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the nature of life among homosexuals in Korea. Method: Phenomenological methodology was used for the study. From February 2015 to January 2016, data were collected from 8 homosexuals through in-depth interviews and analyzed using Colaizzi's framework. Result: Five theme clusters and fourteen themes were identified for the life experiences of homosexuals. The five theme clusters were 'alien in an intolerant society', 'a fateful gender that can't be denied', 'process of coming out', 'endure as a homosexual', and 'future perspectives where expectation and anxiety coexist'. Conclusion: This study provides deep insight into the experience of homosexuals's lives in changing society and culture of Korea. Nursing practices should be improved for supportive attitudes.
