Purpose: The study aim was to examine the home healthcare system and relevant education, as well as the special certification examination, and propose a plan to increase the supply of home health nurses. Methods: A narrative literature review was conducted using data from research articles, Korean and U.S. educational institutes and organizations, Korean national statistical data, government press releases, and related medical legislation. Results: Between 2005 and 2006, 763 home health nurses were certified through the special qualification examination; however, in the 16 years from 2007 to 2023 (after the graduate-level program was established), a total of 555 home health nurses were certified, with an average of approximately 35 per year. Currently, 790 home health nurses are working at 194 medical institutions nationwide. Relatively few institutions exist in rural areas, and the supply of home health nurses is low. Only seven educational institutions offer home health nurse certification programs, with a total of 77 designated students. In contrast to Korea, post-master's certification courses are offered in the U.S.. Conclusion: To expand the supply of home health nurses, we recommend revising the rules for the special qualification examination and introducing a post-master's certification program for home health nurses. Future studies should provide additional education for applicants from other specialties in post-master's certification programs.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the organizational culture atpreschool institutes and management styles on job satisfaction levels among teachers. For this study, 256 teachers responded to questionnaires dealing with the following topics: the organization culture and the management styles of administrators at schools they work in and job satisfaction. The results were as follows: First, there was a significant positive correlation between organizational culture and job satisfaction. Second, there was a significant positive correlation between several sub-factors of job satisfaction and management styles. Third, in multiple regression analysis of variables, innovativeness in the organizational culturehad the most significant influence on job satisfaction. Also sub-factors of organizational culture and management styles of administrators that influenced teachers'job satisfaction ratings included collegiality, supervisory support, physical settings, reward systemsand task-centered management styles.

Purpose: This study examined the legal basis related to a physical therapist's home-based rehabilitation. Methods: The policy data were referenced to the comprehensive plan for national health promotion and the guidebook Community Health Promotion Project issued by the Korea Health Promotion Institute and other institutes. The legal data were referenced to the Bill information system on the National Assembly website. Results: The physical therapist's home-based rehabilitation did not have a legal basis in the community-based rehabilitation project (CBR) of the HP 2020 project. On the other hand, according to the Home health care part of the community health promotion project that began in 2013, physical therapists were allowed to play a role from 2020 under Article 16-2 (Public Officials in Exclusive Charge of Visiting Health Management) of the REGIONAL PUBLIC HEALTH ACT. Conclusion: Policies and laws are being developed in the field of healthcare, but the necessary policies and laws in the field of rehabilitation are still insufficient. A bill to rehabilitate in a variety of fields and spaces by modifying the scope of work of physical therapists will be needed.

A well designed disabled home needs to consider various design principles and variables. It should consider not only physical accessibility but also psychological aspects. Previous research studies have shown that barrier-free/universal designs which were primarily focused on physical access and usage of facilities and building operations. This research paper will examine, a selection of refurbished disabled homes, introduced by the Korean Disabled People's Development Institutes in 2013. The plan samples are to be analyzed using the Visual Access and Exposure spatial analysis program coupled with supporting information extracted from consultations and feedback from experienced professional disabled home staff members. This research paper aims to propose the usage and viability of VAE Analysis in the design and planning of disabled home layouts. The purpose of this study is to specify the differences in visual spatial relationships between the plans before and after refurbishment in accordance to staff and user requirements. This will ensure a bettered environment for the users and ensuring an optimized of spatial programming and building operation and usage.

In 1990 Home Care Education Programs started when legislation established certification for Home Care Nurses. The Ministry of Health and Welfare proposed a home care education curriculum which has 352 class hours and 248 hours of 'family nursing and practice'. Though Home Care Education Programs have been offered in 11 home care educational institutes, there has been no formal revision for the home care education programs. Also a first and second home care demonstration projects have been carried out, but there has been no research on outcomes for home care education as applied in home care practice. The purposes of this study were to identify the important content areas for home care nursing as perceived by home care nurses, and to identify their clinical competence in each of these areas, and from these to identify the education needs. The sample was 107 home care nurses who were working in home care demonstration hospitals and community-based institutions which have been offering home care services. Responses were received from 88 nurses, comprising a 82.2% return rate, and 86 were included in the final analysis. The instrument used was a modification of the instrument developed by Caie-Lawrence et(1995) and Moon's(1991) instrument on home care knowledge. The instrument's Cronbach's coefficient was 0.982. Among the respondents, 64% were working at home care demonstration hospitals and 36% were working at community-based institutions. Their home care experiences were from one month to six years, with a mean of 20.6 months. The importance rating for home care education content was 3.42 0.325, which means importance was rated relatively high. Technical aspects of home care were identified the most important. Five items 'education skill', 'counseling skill', 'interview skill', 'wound care skill', 'bed sore care skill' received 100% importance ratings. The competency rating was 2.87 0.367 and 'technical aspects of home care' was the highest, and 'application to home care skill' was the lowest. Home care nurses' education needs were identified and compared to the importance ratings and competency ratings. Eleven items were identified as the highest in the importance areas and eleven items were in the lowest competency areas. High importance ratings matched with low competency ratings determined training needs, but there was no matching items in this study. In the lowest competency areas four items were excluded, because of not being applicable in current home care practice. Therefore total eighteen items were identified as home care education needs. These items are 'bed sore care skill', 'malpractice', 'wound care skill', 'general infection control', 'change and management of tracheostomy tubes', 'CVA patient care', 'Hospice care', 'pain management', 'urinary catheterization and management', 'L-tube insertion and managements', 'Respirator use and management skill', 'infant care', 'prevention to burnout', 'child assessment', 'CAPD', 'infant assessment', 'computer literacy', and 'psychiatry patient care'.

본 논문에서는 DIA.METER AAA(Authentication, Authorization and Accounting) 하부 구조를 가지고 Mobile IP 액세스 기법을 사용하는 cdma2000 패킷 데이터 서비스에서 MN(mobile node)와 AAAH(home AAA server)간의 상호 인증과 Mobile IP 개체들간에 안전한 세션키 분배를 위한 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 프로토콜은 DIAMETER AAA 하부 구조론 가정하며 DIAMETER AAA의 비효율성을 개선하고, 인증과 키 분배 프로토콜의 시큐리티 요구 사항들을 모두 만족한다.

본 논문에서는 이동 단말기를 이용해 외부 네트워크에서 홈 네트워크로 안전하게 접근을 하기 위한 방법을 제시한다. PDA(Personal Digital Assistants)와 같은 이동 단말기가 발달함에 따라 외부 네트워크에서 흠 네트워크에 접속하여 가전 장비들을 제어하는 연구가 매우 중요하다. 그러나 방화벽만으로 홈 네트워크의 장비에 안전하게 접속하여 제어하기에는 많은 문제점을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 외부네트워크에서 흠 네트워크로의 안전한 접근을 위해서 가상 사설망(Virtual Private Network)을 홈 네트워크에 적용하는 방법을 제시한다.

최근 새로운 형태의 네트워크 환경인 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 특히 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에서 중요한 요소중의 하나는 센서 네트워크로써, 저전력 Ad-hoc 네트워크에 기반한 센서와 센서노드들로 구성되며, 실제의 환경과 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과의 매개 역할을 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 홈네트워크에 센서 네트워크가 구성되어 사용자가 센서 네트워크 기반의 지불 서비스를 제공받고자 할 경우 안전한 무선 지불 방식을 제안한다. 제안방식은 센서 네트워크의 특성인 자동 서비스 등록 과정을 거쳐 사용자의 프라이버시 정보에 대한 안전성을 유지하면서도 다양한 서비스의 등록이 가능한 확장성을 제공한다.

This study investigated the leadership skills of directors in addition to empowerment and Job satisfaction of teachers in Child Care Centers. The participants were 446 teachers who worked in early childhood educational institutes across Jeju province. The results were as following.: Firstly, transformational leadership significantly affected empowerment. However, individual consideration and transactional leadership from transformational leadership did not significantly affect empowerment. Secondly, individual consideration and intellectual stimulation from transformational leadership had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Also, reward for performance and exceptional management from transactional leadership had a significant effect on the job itself, the relationship, the working environment, and salary package among sub-variables in job satisfaction.

To identify the actual situation of financial information disclosure, a content analysis was performed on pamphlets of a time deposit and a new reserve trust offered by banks and other financial institutes. Although consumers required information on interest rate, tax favor, loan service, protection of brink depositors and bank security to select a financial service account, informations offered on pamphlets are not sufficient. Therefore concrete way of information offer system shoed be developed. In offering interest rate, interest rate after tax deduction or payment at maturity should be also mentioned. Information on tax favor, protection of bank depositors and bank security should be contained in pamphlets as well. Use of easy terms and notes are recommended for developing pamphlets for financial products.
