고령자의 생활가전제품 조작행동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Home Appliance Control Characteristics of the Elderly)

  • 인구 구성층의 고령화가 급진전되고 있는 현 상황에서 고령 사용자를 배려한 사용 편리성이 제고된 제품개발의 필요성이 중요시 되고 있다. 본 연구는 고령자가 일상생활을 유지하는데 있어서 사용 의존도가 높은 가전제품과 기본 기능의 원만한 조작에 불편함을 느끼는 가전제품들을 중심으로 고령자의 사용행동 정황을 분석하고 사용행동순서를 도식화하였다. 그리고 도식화된 순서에 본 조사 대상에 포함되지 않은 다양한 생활가전제품을 대입시켜 최종적으로 4가지 유형의 가전제품 사용자행동모델을 도출하였다. 유니버설디자인 개념과 마찬가지로 신체적 기능능력 특성이 저하된 고령자들도 사용이 편리한 제품 디자인은 그 외 폭넓은 다양한 사용자층에게도 수용될 것으로 기대된다. 도출되어진 사용자행동모델은 제품기획 및 디자인 문제 해결안 탐색을 위한 디자인 프로세스에서 레퍼런스 제공을 목적으로 하고 있다.

  • 초고속 통신망과 인터넷정보가전기기의 개발로 인해 사이버 아파트를 중심으로 홈네트워크 환경을 빠르게 갖추게 되었다. 홈 네트워크 환경은 가정내의 수많은 가전기기들이 네트워크로 연결되어 윤택한 가정 내의 환경을 제공해 준다. 그러므로, 최근 네트워크로 연결된 인터넷 정보가전의 등장으로 인하여 해킹, 오동작 및 고장과 홈 오토메이션에서의 방범, 화재, 침입 등을 통합 관리하는 서비스 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 홈 네트워크 정보가전기기 환경에서의 통합위기관리 서비스 모델을 설계 제안한다. 즉, 정보가전 위기관리 서비스를 분류하고 XML로 위기관리 메시지를 정의한다. 위기상황이 발생된 메시지는 무선단말기인 PDA나 휴대폰 또는 관련기관에 통보되어 처리된다.

Research on Purchase Decision Factors to TV Home Shopping Product: Digital·Home Appliance

  • Purpose - The purpose of this research was to suggest purchasing decision factors through understanding the context of purchasing behavior and to figure out variables related to purchasing decision, purchasing cognition, and attitude. Research design / data / methodology - By random sampling, 200 consumers who are over 20, have purchased Digital·home appliance on TV home shopping, and have lived in the Seoul area were chosen as sample subjects. Questionnaires data were obtained from all subjects by self-administration method. Results - Result of analysis could be summarized as following. Analysis of the cognition of digital/home appliance product features, and influence of digital/home appliance product feature to purchasing intention are presented in the following order; price (3.50), diversity (3.10), brand (3.00). Also, analysis of the cognition of TV home shopping feature and influence of TV home shopping feature to purchasing of digital/home appliance are presented in the following order; awareness (3.63), safety of delivery (3.38), safety of transaction (3.28), product test (3.27). Conclusions - Purchasing attention of TV home shopping features presented difference in awareness, safety of delivery, safety of transaction, and product testing factors. In order to vitalize home shopping, impossibility of quality confirmation should be overcome and reinforcement of brand power should be considered.

  • Recently, the interior design of electric home appliance stores requires comprehensive image management with systemic marketing strategies and consistence in order to attract consumers to purchase products. However, the environment of domestic electric home appliance stores is complex and confused by indiscreet design factors and operation. Despite of the fact that company costs a lot of money to manage each store, consumers are not provided with selling environment with high quality. On the other hand, it is inevitable to compete with foreign specialized stores and discount malls due to opening distribution market. Besides, company has faced to attract customers with distinct strategies in order to survive in various competition system. In this sense, in store environment, there should be consistent image in interior design of the store based on management ideology of the company for the successful management of electric home appliance stores. The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the case of Samsung Electronics's electric home appliance stores among domestic electric home appliance stores that is applied with Store Identity Program (hereafter SIP) and to suggest solutions for the problems. Therefore, it is purposed to use as references for the stores that has the similar interior design plan. The result of this study is to upgrade the store image through providing basic data about role of data and distinct factors for competitive design as a part of Store Identity Strategy. Furthermore, it can be important data to optimize the profits and to make positive space for both consumer and company as company and products are credible with mental satisfaction of consumers if there is enough study on SIP and process and symbol of company and products to consumers, enough recognition and improvement on problems.

  • In this paper, we analyzed the characteristics of the detected EMF signals used to detect the rotor position in the IPM(Interior Permanent Magnet) BLDC motor and SPM (Surface Permanent Magnet) BLDC motor. The position sensing signal, in the IPM BLDC motors, advances the real rotor position due to the variation of the rotor inductances. This fact was verified by the simulation and experiment.

  • 스마트 홈은 집에서 사용하는 가전기기를 집 밖에 있는 사람이 원격으로 제어할 수 있는 기술 및 서비스로서 사용자에게 편의성을 제공한다. 사람과 가장 밀접한 장소인 집 내부에 서비스를 제공하기 때문에 공격자에 의한 악의적인 기기제어, 사생활 침해와 같은 보안 사고가 있는 경우 피해 규모가 클 것으로 예상된다. 현재 해외 제품의 경우 가전기기의 취약점들이 매년 지속적으로 발표되고 있으며 이러한 취약점들은 사용자의 안전과 개인 자산에 심각한 문제를 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 국내의 스마트 홈 서비스를 안전하게 이용하기 위해서는 스마트 홈 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 전체적인 위협을 체계적으로 식별하고 분석하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 위협 모델링을 사용하여 스마트 홈 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 위협을 체계적으로 식별하고 스마트 홈 환경의 보안을 분석하기 위한 체크리스트를 제안한다. 제안한 체크리스트의 실효성을 위해 실제 서비스에 적용하여 스마트 홈을 분석한다.

Robust Safety Circuits for DC Powered Home Appliances in Transient State

  • In this paper, for the development of a safe and reliable DC home appliance suitable for DC home power supply system, we classified a number of inherent problems with help of the comparative analysis of existing AC and new DC home appliance. Several new technical problems of DC home appliances are mainly linked to the DC transient state. Among them, this paper concentrates on start-up inrush current problem, uni-polarity problem, and heavy DC load control problem. And to address these problems, we herein present an implementation of robust safety circuits for DC home appliances. Specifically, we investigate several multi-circuit countermeasures and select the best among them through comparative evaluation, based on theoretical, simulational, and experimental results.

  • This paper describes an advanced prototype of voltage-fed zero voltage soft-switching PWM resonant inverter with an active voltage clamped capacitor, which is put into practice for high-frequency high-power induction-heated appliances. This application-specific quasi-resonant inverter using the latest generation IGBTs for soft-switching can regulate its output power under a principle of a fixed frequency ZVS-PWM strategy. Its operating principle and unique features are presented as compared with a conventional quasi-resonant ZVS inverter for induction-heated cooker, together with its power regulation characteristics on the basis of its simulation and experimental results. The steady-state performances of this inverter developed for multi-burner type induction-heated food cooking appliance are evaluated and discussed from a practical point of view.

  • This paper introduces the controller development of booster multi-pump system with constantly estimated control algorithm. Through analyzing by the experiment of optimal pressure with a certain flow rate. The larger pressure processing apparatus in microprocessor makes optimal water-supplying. This method is implemented with the only pure control algorithm without any other mechanical or circuitry apparatus. Also, Pump's life is lengthened by exchanging simple on, off and rotational inverter control. Optimal condition for pump is adjusted by the inverter control, and compact control panel helps the booster system install in real field.

구매후 A/S 품질이 재구매 및 구전효과에 미치는 영향 - 가전제품을 중심으로 (The Influence of After Sales Services Quality on the Repurchase and Word-of-Mouth Effect - Korean Home Appliance)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of after sales service quality in the Korean home appliance. This study is assumed that after sales service quality is composed of prices of service and corporate image as well as technical quality and functional quality. Also, this study examined that how after sales service quality have influence on the repurchase and word-of-mouth effect, and the relationship between the repurchase and word-of-mouth effect was identified in this research. To perform the empirical study, 204 questionnaires from persons who experience taking after sales services with charge for their home appliance are gathered and analyzed. The results make contribution to the Korean home appliance manufacturing company to newly recognize about the factors of after sales services quality. Further empirical or theoretical study for finding the factors of after sales services quality can be recommended in the presence of competitive service industry.
