Healthy living is an essential element of human happiness. Quality eating provides the basis for life, and the health of livestock, which provides meat and dairy products, has a direct impact on human health. In the case of calves, diarrhea is the cause of all diseases.In this paper, we use a sensor to measure calf 's biometric data to diagnose calf diarrhea. The collected biometric data is subjected to a preprocessing process for use as meaningful information. We measure calf birth history and calf biometrics. The ontology is constructed by inputting environmental information of housing and biochemistry, immunity, and measurement information of human body for disease management. We will build a knowledge base for predicting calf diarrhea by predicting calf diarrhea through logical reasoning. Predict diarrhea with the knowledge base on the name of the disease, cause, timing and symptoms of livestock diseases. These knowledge bases can be expressed as domain ontologies for parent ontology and prediction, and as a result, treatment and prevention methods can be suggested.
This study was conducted to lay the foundation for considering the qualitative aspects of environmental resources by calculating the weight of each environmental resource to calculate the total amount of environmental resources in Jeju. By comparing and analyzing the results of the expert survey conducted in 2011 and the results of the expert survey conducted in 2011 and 2022, changes in experts' perceptions and implications over time were derived. In addition, based on the results of the recent survey, the weight according to the relative importance was calculated to lay the foundation for calculating the total amount of environmental resources in Jeju. Over time, the importance of plants and wildlife increased, the importance of landscapes and topographic geology decreased, the importance of wetlands and caves increased, and the importance of Gotjawal, natural monuments, and cultural history decreased. In the living environment category, the importance of water pollution increased significantly, and in the humanities and social environment category, the importance of population increased and the importance of industry decreased. It is judged that most changes in item importance are largely influenced by changes in the background of the times and overall perception. It was confirmed that the importance of plants, wildlife, wetlands, and caves with relatively high awareness and the importance of water pollution, which is emerging as a regional problem, have all increased significantly due to structural problems of population age.
After launching its service in November 2022, ChatGPT has rapidly increased the number of users and is having a significant impact on all aspects of society, bringing a major turning point in the history of artificial intelligence. In particular, the inference ability of large language models such as ChatGPT is improving at a rapid pace through prompt engineering techniques. This reasoning ability can be considered as an important factor for companies that want to adopt artificial intelligence into their workflows or for individuals looking to utilize it. In this paper, we begin with an understanding of in-context learning that enables inference in large language models, explain the concept of prompt engineering, inference with in-context learning, and benchmark data. Moreover, we investigate the prompt engineering techniques that have rapidly improved the inference performance of large language models, and the relationship between the techniques.
The history of Social service is above 10 years. Owing to corresponding to the user's needs social services sector is expanding. And, to deal with them, the social delivery systems has been changed. Traditional social welfare delivery system is provided by public facilities and private facilities. On the other hand, Social Services is made up of the traditional social welfare delivery system and new delivery system which is composed of profit organizations and non-profit organizations. Considering this, Study attempted to compare the performance evaluation of supply type-profit and non-profit social service organizations. Performance evaluation method was applied to net income, except for expenditure in total revenue. Net income difference between profit organization non-profit organization was assessed by T-test. We conclude that the two population means are different at the 0.05 significance level. Looking in detail, the non-profit organizations were found to be higher than the non-profit organizations, labor costs, operating costs, facility cost and consumable costs, but part of the business expense costs, the non-profit organizations was higher than the profit organizations.

This is an analytical study on Munheongak (文獻閣) and it's catalogue. The major objective of the study is to get a recognition of Munheongak under the culture of Sukjong (肅宗) period in Korean library history. Most of early studies made on such a category have been concentrated on Jiphyunjeon (集賢殿), Hongmungwan (弘文館), Kyujanggak(奎章閣) and their backgrounds. In this study, the author has invest gated Kungwolji (宮闕志), Munheongakseomg (文獻閣書目) and other materials related to this subject. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. Munheongak was established by king Sukjong in the 26th year of his reign. According to some records of Kungkwolji, the reason of establishment of the library was to arrange the collection in the Sango (相庫) consisted of various kinds of materials. In case of books, most of them turned out to be Korean books. 2. Munheongak was sited to the estern side of Kyunghyundang (景賢堂), which was located on the Kyungdeokgung (慶德宮). After Youngjo (英祖) the place was called Kyungheuigung (慶熙宮) so as to avoid the name of the precedent king. But these days, both the buildings are not to be found. 3. After its establishment, the library could not play the role as a library because of the then political situation and sectionalism. During the period of the revival of the learning from Youngjo till Jeongjo(正祖) the function of the library was in a stagnant state. Kyujanggak played the part in its place. 4. Referring to the collection management, the Munheongakseomog is equipped with 101 titles, 2,525 volumes, which are arranged by means of the traditional Chinese classification system. 5. The classification scheme is based on the traditional Chinese classification system which might divide all subjects into four categories such as: Confucian classics division, Historical documents division, Master's division, and Collection of literature division. Some illustrations reveal that the classification system was directly influenced by Seogoseomg (書庫書目) : the influence reflected in the classes for the translated literature and writings, poems, genealogy about kings, etc. But some subdivisions such as a class of Annals, Historical Epcerpts were omitted in the classification scheme, which did not strike the balance in the system in terms of the present theory of classification. Most of bibliographical descriptions were also influenced by Seogoseomog but some elements were partly omitted. 6. The special feature of the collection building is the absence of books in Collection of literature division except only three kinds of books in examining the Munheongakseomog. Since this is rather a comprehensive study for such aspects as historical backround, catalogue, and cultural environment of Munheongak and its related record, it is advised that further and additional research should be made.
Purpose: Venous stasis ulcer is the most severe form of chronic venous insufficiency and this commonly appears in the lower limb. Pharmacological therapy, reconstruction of the venous system, surgical management, cellular therapy and compression therapy are known as the treatments of venous stasis ulcer, but relapses are common, which make it a typical chronic wound. We report here on a case of recurrent venous stasis ulcer that healed with compression therapy without any other treatment. Methods: A 35-year-old man with a 13 years history of venous stasis had developed an ulcer on the distal third portion of the lower left limb which was developed 12-year before enrollment in this study. He had been treated with vacuum assist closure, 2 times of cell therapy and 3 times of skin graft for 8 years, but the lesion recurred. From November, 2008 compression therapy was done with the 3M $Coban^{TM}$ 2 Layer Compression System (3M, St. Paul, USA). The ulcer at that time was oval shaped and $3{\times}4$ cm in size. A comfort layer bandage was applied from the proximal phalanx of the great toe to the knee. A compression layer bandage was applied on the previous layer with it being overlapped one half the width of the comfort layer bandage. The dressing was changed every 4 days and the change was recorded with photography. Results: A total of 12 $Coban^{TM}$ 2 Layer Compression Systems were used. The size of the ulcer decreased to $2.5{\times}2.5$ cm in one month, to $2{\times}2$ cm in 2 months, it was $1{\times}1.8$ cm in size at 3 months and it completely healed in 4 months. Conclusion: The venous stasis ulcer was completely healed using the 3M $Coban^{TM}$ 2 Layer Compression System. This method was easy to apply, made the patient comfortable and it provided an excellent compression effect. As in the previous studies, this compression therapy has been proven to play an important role for the treatment and prevention of venous stasis ulcer.
The recommendation system automatically provides the predicted items which are expected to be purchased by analyzing the previous customer behaviors. This recommendation system has been applied to many e-commerce businesses, and it is generating positive effects on user convenience as well as the company's revenue. However, there are several limitations of the existing recommendation systems. They do not reflect specific criteria for evaluating products or the factors that affect customer buying decisions. Thus, our research proposes a collaborative recommendation model algorithm that utilizes each customer's online product reviews. This study deploys topic modeling method for customer opinion mining. Also, it adopts a kernel-based machine learning concept by selecting kernels explaining individual similarities in accordance with customers' purchase history and online reviews. Our study further applies a multiple kernel learning algorithm to integrate the kernelsinto a combined model for predicting the product ratings, and it verifies its validity with a data set (including purchased item, product rating, and online review) of BestBuy, an online consumer electronics store. This study theoretically implicates by suggesting a new method for the online recommendation system, i.e., a collaborative recommendation method using topic modeling and kernel-based learning.
UNESCO World Heritage Programme was introduced following the adoption of Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage by the General Conference of UNESCO in 1972 in order to protect cultural and natural heritage with superb value for all mankind. Despite its short history of less than 40 years, it has been evaluated as one of the most successful of the cultural area projects of UNESCO with 890 world heritage registered worldwide. For systematic protection management of World Heritage, UNESCO, through systemization of registration, emphasis on the importance of preservation management plan, institutionalization of monitoring, and operation of World Heritage Fund, has utilized World Heritage Programme not just as a means of listing excellent cultural properties, but as a preservation planning tool, and accordingly, such policies have had a significant influence on the cultural heritage protection legislations of numerous nations. Korea has ratified World Heritage Convention in 1988, and with the registration of the Royal Tombs of the Joseon Dynasty in 2009, it has 9 World Heritage Sites. Twenty years have passed since Korea joined the World Heritage Programme. While World Heritage registration contributed to publicity of the uniqueness and excellence of Korean cultural properties and improvement of Korea's national culture status, it is now time to devise various legislative/systematic improvement means to reconsider the World Heritage registration strategy and establish a systematic preservation management system. While up until now, the Cultural Properties Protection Law has been amended to arrange for basic rules regarding registration and protection of World Heritage Sites, and some local governments have founded bodies exclusive for World Heritage Site management, a more fundamental and macroscopic plan for World Heritage policy improvement must be sought. Projects and programs in each area for reinforcement of World Heritage policy capacity such as: 1) Enactment of a special law for World Heritage Site preservation management; 2) enactment of ordinances for protection of World Heritage Sites per each local government; 3) reinforcement of policies and management functionality of Cultural Heritage Administration and local governments; 4) dramatic increase in the finances of World Heritage Site protection; 5) requirement to establish plan for World Heritage Site preservation protection; 6) increased support for utilization of World Heritage Sites; 7) substantiation and diversification of World Heritage registration; 8) sharing of information and experiences of World Heritage Sites management among local governments; 9) installation of World Heritage Sites integral archive; 10) revitalization of citizen cooperation and resident participation; 11) training specialized resources for World Heritage Sites protection; 12) revitalization of sustainable World Heritage Sites tourism, must be selected and promoted systematically. Regarding how World Heritage Programme should be domestically accepted and developed, the methods for systemization, scientific approach, and specialization of World Heritage policies were suggested per type. In the future, in-depth and specialized researches and studies should follow.

This study compared the characteristics of cultural heritage in China and Vietnam, which have developed in the relationship of mutual geopolitical and cultural influence in history, and the following conclusions were made. First, the definition of cultural heritage in China and Vietnam has similar meanings in both countries. In the case of cultural heritage classification, both countries introduced the legal concept of intangible cultural heritage through UNESCO, and have similarities in terms of intangible cultural heritage. Second, while China has separate laws for managing tangible and intangible cultural heritages, Vietnam integrally manages the two types of cultural heritages under a single law. Vietnam has a slower introduction of the concept of cultural heritage than China, but it shows high integration in terms of system. Third, cultural heritages in both China and Vietnam are graded, which is applied differently depending on the type of heritage. The designation method has a similarity in which the two countries have a vertical structure and pass through steps. By restoring the value of heritage and complementing integrity through such a step-by-step review, balanced development across the country is being sought through tourism to enjoy heritage and create economic effects. Fourth, it was confirmed that the cultural heritage management organization has a central government management agency in both countries, but in China, the authority of local governments is higher than that of Vietnam. In addition, unlike Vietnam, where tangible and intangible cultural heritage are managed by an integrated institution, China had a separate institution in charge of intangible cultural heritage. Fifth, China is establishing a conservation management policy focusing on sustainability that harmonizes the protection and utilization of heritage. Vietnam is making efforts to integrate the contents and spirit of the agreement into laws, programs, and projects related to cultural heritage, especially intangible heritage and economic and social as a whole. However, it is still dependent on the influence of international organizations. Sixth, China and Vietnam are now paying attention to intangible heritage recently introduced, breaking away from the cultural heritage protection policy centered on tangible heritage. In addition, they aim to unite the people through cultural heritage and achieve the nation's unified policy goals. The two countries need to use intangible heritage as an efficient means of preserving local communities or regions. A cultural heritage preservation network should be established for each subject that can integrate the components of intangible heritage into one unit to lay the foundation for the enjoyment of the people. This study has limitations as a research stage comparing the cultural heritage system and preservation management status in China and Vietnam, and the characteristic comparison of cultural heritage policies by type remains a future research task.
