일본에 있어서의 파종공에 의한 법면녹화와 자연회복녹화 (Slope Revegetation by Seeding works and Resent Nature Restoration in Japan)

  • The historical changes of seeding work in Japan, the typical slope revegetation method, is possible to divide into five periods as follows; 1) The early period after creation(1927-1948) 2) The spreading period of modern revegetation work with manpower(1947-1958) 3) The spreading period of rapid revegetation technique using exotic grasses with machineries(1959-1985${\dots}$) 4) The spreading period of rapid reforestation technique by fast growing species mainly using leguminous shrub species(1986-1995${\dots}$) 5)The developing period of nature restoration technique using endemic arborous species(1996-) The evaluation basis of vegetated condition after slope seeding has been described to a official guide book, "The Standards of Slope Stabilizing Works" It was mainly revised three times after first edition in 1972, and also the point of evaluation basis changed from the vegetation coverage to the density of woody plant through the 3rd period and the 4th period Recently main purpose of slope seeding has been developing from the erosion protection to the nature restoration in the current of the 5th period, and "The tentative guidelines of slope nature restoration" was announced by The Slope Revegetation Section of Japanese Society of Revegetation Technology in 2004. It was proposed the planning techniques of using suitable seeds/plants based on the preservation level at the real each construction sites Consequently, at present the importance of advanced monitoring methods for vegetation maintenance and plant sociologic survey to evaluate the plant succession is increasing.

Virtual Walkthrough를 이용한 경주 대릉원지구의 경관이미지 및 시각적 특성 분석 (An Image and Visual Characteristics Analysis of Gyeongju Daereungwon Area Using Virtual Walkthrough)

  • 본 연구는 경주시 역사유적지구 대릉원지구를 대상으로 Virtual Walkthrough 기법을 이용하여 가상체험한 후 평가를 통해 경관 시각적 특성을 분석하고 이미지 요인과 시각적 선호도 간의 관계를 파악하기 위해 분산분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과, 대릉원지구에 대한 선호도 분석으로 노서리 고분군 서쪽 경계에 위치하는 경관3이 선호도가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 대릉원 서쪽 경계에 위치하는 경관5는 3점 미만의 낮은 점수로 분석되었다. 시각적 특성에 관한 요인분석 결과로 특이성, 공간성, 역사성 3가지의 요인을 도출하였으며, 요인점수와 시각적 선호도에 대한 분산분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 특이성이 역사문화경관 대릉원지구의 시각적 선호도에 영향을 미치는 가장 큰 요인으로 분석되었다. 또한 Virtual Walkthrough 기법은 입체성이 강하고 실재 경관에 대한 재현 정도가 높으며, 경관분석에 효율적인 기법으로 분석되었다. 연구를 통하여 도출된 결과로 역사문화경관 시각적 질의 향상에 자료 및 정보를 제공하고 앞으로 경관계획에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

  • In Korea, most of the historic city became a deteriorated area with low-rise settlement. It is revaluated as a s great potential in spite of slum clearance and redevelopment for a long while after 1970s. A great achievement for low rise multi family housing, in spite of these social change, is not easy to find the cases and social commonness. In the view points, this article deals a ideal model in historic areas, and the model should be get the understanding from the people, because acceptance from people is the beginning for making historic housing areas. The facade model for evaluation prepared as three types, and responses for the models processed by AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process).

철도사상 사고위험도 평가 모델 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of Risk Evaluation Models for Railway Casualty Accidents)

  • This study shows risk-based evaluation results of casualty accidents for passengers, railway staffs and MOP(Member of public) on the national railway in South Korea. To evaluate risk of these accidents, the hazardous events and the hazardous factors were identified by the review of the accident history and engineering interpretation of the accident behavior. A probability evaluation model for each hazardous event which was based on the accident appearance scenario was developed by using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) technique. The probability for each hazardous event was evaluated from the historical data and structured expert judgment. In addition, the severity assessment model utilized by the Event Tree Analysis (ETA) technique was composed of the accident progress scenarios. And the severity for the hazardous events was estimated using fatalities and weighted injuries. The risk assessment model developed can be effectively utilized in defining the risk reduction measures in connection with the option analysis.

  • This article reviews a wide range of literature on the standards and process of child custody evaluation in the US, and proposes custody evaluation standards appropriate to Korea. Custody evaluation refers to the process of making psychiatric and psychological evaluations of each parent and the child during a custody dispute and presenting to the family court a report of custody evaluation with the aim of safeguarding the best interests of the child. In the past, it was thought that children arethe fathers' possessions or that younger children should be raised by the mother; however, currently, custody rights are evaluated in accordance with the principle of the best interests of the child. The principle is all-encompassing and vague and hence, the court makes increasingly more requests to mental health professionals for custody evaluation. Since the Seoul Family Court introduced the expert consultation system in 2017, the involvement of mental health professionals in child custody decisions has increased in Korea. Custody evaluators should try to be neutral and find the objective facts, keeping in mind that their role is to aid the court in making a custody decision.

아시아 몬순특성을 고려한 다중 GCMs 선정방법 개발 및 평가 (Development and assessment of framework for selecting multi-GCMs considering Asia monsoon characteristics)

  • 본 연구에서는 아시아 몬순특성을 고려한 전지구모형(General Circulation model, GCM) 선정방법을 개발하고 방법의 적정성을 평가하였다. 몬순기후와 연관된 12개의 기후변수를 선정하였으며, GCM의 과거 기후재현성을 기준으로 모의성능 평가 매트릭스 및 평가체계를 구성하였다. 19개 GCM으로부터 아시아 몬순지역 및 과거(1976 ~ 2005년) 몬순기간에 대한 12개 기후변수를 관측자료와 비교하여 GCM의 기후모의 성능을 평가하였다. GCM의 평가순위 및 강수량 모의성능을 고려하여 적정 5개 GCM (NorESM1-M, bcc-csm1-1-m, CNRM-CM5, CMCC-CMS, CanESM2)을 선정하였다. 과거 몬순계절 및 월 평균 기후에 대하여 선정된 GCM의 기후재현성을 검증하였다. 선정된 5개 GCM은 12개 기후변수에 대한 아시아 지역의 관측 기후특성을 잘 재현하였으며, 전체 GCM을 사용하는 경우에 비해 모의값과 관측값 간의 오차를 줄일 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

  • Many uncertainties are found in the evaluation of historical eatrhquake records. The seismic response characteristics of a three-bay-straw-roof house which is a typical from of residence in ancient period is quantitatively estimated. Two 1:4 scaled models are used in the test Real earthquake time histories for rock and competent soil conditions are used.

한반도 주요 지체구조구별 지진학적 특성 (Seismic characteristics of Tectonic Provinces of The Korean Peninsula)

  • Seismicity of the Korean Peninsula shows intraplate seismicity that has irregular pattern in both time and space. Seismic data of the Korean peninsula consists of historical earthquakes and instrumental earthquakes. In this study we devide these data into complete part and incomplete part and considering earthquake size uncertainty estimate seismic hazard parameters - activity rate λ, b value of Gutenberg-Richter relation and maximum possible earthquake IMAX by statistical method in each major tectonic provinces. These estimated values are expected to be important input parameters in probabilistic seismic hazard analysis and evaluation of design earthquake.

국내 거주 후 평가(POE) 연구동향분석과 발전방안 연구 (An Analysis of the Research Trends and Improvement of Post-Occupancy Evaluation)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze research trends in post-occupancy evaluation and to explore Improvement Directions. Also this study investigated historical development of domestic POE researches and current discussions to POE in architecture and interior design fields. The results were as follows. For the purpose of this study, 55 articles from 3 journals were selected and analyzed. 55 articles analyzing POE methodology and applying POE method were published from 1990 to 2010. In the 1990s, studies on introduction of POE method, potential and limitation were conducted. In the 2000s, the research theme showed the study for evaluation of apartment measuring the residents satisfaction. Gathering the opinions of designers and people in architecture field, they have recognized the need to perform POE, indeed it has been difficult to find POE researchers and utilized POE data. Nevertheless, some of them have performed POE of their building and got feedback from residents. In conclusion, to apply POE method and develop its potential, it is necessary to minimize the barriers. It should Therefore, be performed POE by stakeholders who are designers, builders and residents and POE data would be provided a variety of types. Furthermore, POE certification system should be designed at the government level and basically, POE courses must be included in the architectural curriculum.

중국 구이저우성(貴州) 자오싱(肇兴) 촌락(侗寨) 경관문맥 평가 (Evaluation of the Landscape Context of Zhaoxing Dong Village, Guizhou Province, China)

  • This paper takes Zhaoxing Dong village in Guizhou Province as the research object. The purpose is to study the continuity of landscape context in Dong Village. The research process includes specification on the evaluation system of Dong village landscape context by AHP method, and use of the questionnaire survey method in sequence, according to the specific situation of Zhaoxing Dong village, and this study develops a specific questionnaire that modifies the evaluation system suited to reflect specific problems. Through the analysis of the specific questionnaire and recycling in Zhaoxing Dong village, this study found that Zhaoxing Dong village as a whole is over commercialized due to the vigorous development of tourism service industry. As a result, whether it is experts, foreign tourists or local villagers, the rating of the village landscape is low. There are three problems in the village landscape context: historical continuity, invisible cultural heritage and contradiction in protection and development. The results of this paper provides a future direction for the protection and inheritance of Zhaoxing Dong village.
