A 6-year-old male domestic shorthair cat was referred to Gyeongsang National University Animal Medical Center for labored breathing. According to the patient's history, the client had fed him commercial dog foods. The patient's hematological, radiographic, and echocardiographic examinations were evaluated for diagnosis. Echocardiography results showed marked dilations of ventricles and atriums and mitral regurgitation. A systolic dysfunction was detected. Plasma taurine concentration was lower than the reference range. Based on these results, the patient was diagnosed with feline dilated cardiomyopathy associated with taurine deficiency. Treatment included feline commercial foods, taurine, digoxin, furosemide, and clopidogrel. Digoxin was changed to pimobendan when normal blood pressure was achieved. Clinical signs improved gradually and no abnormalities were detected on echocardiograms at 10 weeks following onset of treatment.

The purpose of this study was to examine how children perceive their mothers' employment. The subjects were 471 elementary school children(4th. 5th. and 6th graders) of working mothers. The instrument used in the present study was a questionnaire consisting of sociodemographic variables and 5 indices. The data were analyzed with multiple regression and stepwise multiple regression. It was found that the child's knowledge about mothers employment, the child's perception of how he/she is affected by having a working mother, the child s perception of mothers feelings about her employment. and the child's perception of mother's interest in him/her predicted the child's attitude toward his/her mother's employment.

Chang Hyon-Gwang(1554-1637) compared the relationship between Ipam and the 28 places with that of the Polestar and 28 constellations. And he considered the ipam to be the core of the universe. This paper aims to identify the meaning of christening to the places for him. I analyzed contents of Chang's , and which preserved the traditional view of the site and writings. As a result, christening to the natural places mean that promote the environment for housing. It is a architecture by itself.

God, existing in the Tabernacle was designed not by man but was designed by Him Personally. The LORD said to Moses..... 'Then have them make a sanctuary for me, and I will dwell among them. Make this tabernacle and all its furnishings exactly like the pattern I will show you(Exodus25:1-9). These words represent the Godly Origin of the Tabernacle. He referred to it as'A copy and shadow of what is in heaven' (Hebrews8:5) , Furthermore, The Tabernacle, a copy and shadow of what is in heaven, used in the Old Times, was his body(John2:21). Therefore The Lord is the true designer of the Tabernacle(Exodus25:8-9), and is where He dwells(Exodus29:46), and is where the sinful man meets the Lord(Exodus30:6). It is where the Lord dwells(Exodus29:46) and where Forgiving takes place(Leviticus4:20,26,31). Because of this, The Tabernacle is the most important out of any piece of architecture designed by man.

Objectives : Cho Wonhui published his book "Ounyukgi-Uihakbogam", in which Ungi was used for clinical purposes, but his life is hardly known. Conclusions & Conclusions : Cho Wonhui passed the Jinsa exam in 1894 and entered Seonggyungwan. Gojong recommended him to study medicine, and in 1907, he treated a person (later Taisho Emperor) who visited the Korea Empire and achieved his reputation. He was invited to Japan with this opportunity and received a degree from Meiji Emperor, a philosophical doctor of medicine. He passed the medical intern examination in 1923, and in 1938, he published the book "Ounyukgi-Uihakbogam". After 6 25, the Ceonundang oriental medicine clinic was opened in Busan and patients were treated. In 1963, he died at the age of 90.: This study met Cho Wonhui's descendants and talked about the life of Cho Wonhui and comprehensively summarized the related data.

Objectve: To inform a clinical usefulness of Nangan-geon (暖肝煎) decoction to treat a refractory abdominal pain especially in eldery. Methods: This case report presents an 85-year old male patient who had been suffered with a refractory abdominal pain without any abnormality in laboratory test and radiological examination for 5-years. The clinical outcome was observed by numerical rating scale (NRS) of self-reporting method. Results: Based on his previous multiple normal examination results from Western hospitals and clinical features including thin body (19.6 BMI), nocturnal pain around lower abdomen and cold-sensitivity, author diagnosed him as "deficiency and cold of liver-Qi (肝氣虛寒)" similar to intestinal spasm. After prescription with Nangan-geon (暖肝煎) for one month, all symptoms became improved notably (NRS 5), and almost completely recovered as a level of normal condition in 3 months (NRS 1). Conclusion: This study would show the potential of traditional Korean medicine (TKM) therapies for a refractory functional abdominal pain, and especially efficacy of Nangan-geon against cold-pattern of nonspecific abdominal pain in elderly patients.

As the number of sensors in a ship has increased, studies have been actively conducted to efficiently manage a large amount of data. Sensors in a ship follow the NMEA (National Marine Electronics Association) data format. In particular, NMEA0183 standardized as IEC 61162-1 and NMEA2000 standardized as IEC 61162-3 are widely used. NMEA0183 is a protocol based on serial communication and NMEA2000 is a protocol based on CAN (Controller Area Network) communication. We implemented a gateway that receives data from NMEA0183 sensors and NMEA2000 sensors and then transmits them to the server on TCP/IP network. By using the NMEA2000 0183/2000 gateway to receive the sensor data and manage it through the ship's preventive maintenance system, the sensor data can be utilized efficiently and promptly. This management can reduce crew's daily tasks and reduce the number of accidents.

Current crown law punishes crime related to unborn child with abortion crime. So we might think that any infringement on unborn child is pretty well protected. But, in terms of illegal abortion, a charge of injuring person and homicide, there are lots blind spots in punishing criminals. Especially, there are numerous unclear cases in illegal abortion. If a doctor killed an unborn child by accident in medical operations, we can't punish him because it was an accident. There still exist controversial cases such as, if an unborn child was somehow damaged and was dead after birth, or was born with disabilities, how are we supposed to punish that? Recently, in a case where a doctor left alone a mother who had a baby and the baby died, our Supreme Court of Korea (Supreme Court of Korea 2007.6.29 2005do 3832) had given a verdict of "not guilty". It looked like they were very fair with current crime law. But, we want this case to be investigated if there weren't any logical contradictions as well as concurrent translation within Constitution Law.

There are so many kind of a control program that is applied in various process fields such as power generation plant, water treatment plant, incinerator plant, chemical plant, cement plant etc.. Because an engineer in field edits and changes and debugs and tests properly control programs using text-based control language, it is very hard for the him to apply to plant. Therefore, this research implemented a graphical tool for control program builder that is applicable to various plants and usable engineers having a little knowledge for control language. I wish to run more efficiently precision process control offering function that can see visual expression about flow of control signal and intermediate output values of control program displayed in screen using this implemented function block builder.
