  • 광고에서 가장 중요한 크레이티브 창출을 위한 광고 전략에 따른 시리즈 광고에서의 빈도별 축적에 의한 것이 어떠한 경우에 수요자들이 선호하느냐에 대한 따른 전략이 필요할때이다. 또한 소구방식에 따른 광고의 단발적 광고와 시리즈 광고마다의 메시지의 이해도나 구매 의욕도가 높아지는가를 측정하여 일회성의 광고와 연속적인 광고에서의 효과 적성을 각각 분류하여 연구한 이 논문은 광고의 제작을 함에 있어서의 더욱 효과적인 개선안을 참아 광고 효과를 높이는데에 이 논문의 연구목적을 둔다.

A Study on the Increased Relability of Al Thin Film Metallizations (Al 박막 금속화의 신뢰성 향상에 관한 연구)

  • 알루미늄 박막 stripe에 d.c. 전류를 인가하여 electromigration에 의한 결함을 분 석하였다. 6 $\times$ 10-8Torr의 진공동에서 전자빔 증착기를 사용하여 현미경을 유리기판에 $1000AA$의 두께로 알루미늄 박막을 증착하였다. Al/glass 박막의 초기 비저항은 2.7 $\pm$ 0.15($\mu$$\Omega$cm)이였다. 알루미늄 stripe에 electromigration에 의해 양극쪽에 물질 축적영역 (hillocks)과 음극쪽에는 물질 고갈영역(voids)이 형성되었다. SEM, EDAX와 Optical microscope로 hillocks과 voids를 분석하였다. 또한 결함에 대한 SiO2 보호막효과에 대하여 도 분석하였으며, SiO2 보호막에 의하여 Al 박막의 신뢰성은 향상되었다.

  • This work presents a simple and cost-effective approach for maskless fabrication of positive-tone silicon master for the replica molding of hyperfine elastomeric channel. Positive-tone silicon masters were fabricated by a maskless fabrication technique using the combination of nanoscratch by Nanoindenter ⓡ XP and XOH wet etching. Grooves were machined on a silicon surface coated with native oxide by ductile-regime nanoscratch, and they were etched in a 20 wt% KOH solution. After the KOH etching process, positive-tone structures resulted because of the etch-mask effect of the amorphous oxide layer generated by nanoscratch. The size and shape of the positive-tone structures were controlled by varying the etching time (5, 15, 18, 20, 25, 30 min) and the normal loads (1, 5 mN) during nanoscratch. Moreover, the effects of the Berkovich tip alignment (0, 45$^{\circ}$) on the deformation behavior and etching characteristic of silicon material were investigated.

Growth of Large Scale CdTe(400) Thin Films by MOCVD (MOCVD를 이용한 대면적 CdTe 단결정 박막성장)

  • We have investigated growth of CdTe thin films by using (As, GaAs) buffer layers for application of large scale IR focal plane arrays(IFPAs). Buffer layers were grown by molecular beam epitaxy(MBE), which reduced the lattice mismatch of CdTe/Si and prevented native oxide on Si substrates. CdTe thin films were grown by metal organic chemical deposition system(MOCVD). As a result, polycrystalline CdTe films were grown on Si(100) and arsenic coated-Si(100) substrate. In other case, single crystalline CdTe(400) thin film was grown on GaAs coated-Si(100) substrate. Moreover, we observed hillock structure and mirror like surface on the (400) orientated epitaxial CdTe thin film.

Effects of sputtering conditions on the growth behavior of TiN thin films on SKD 61 steel substrates (스퍼터링 증착변수에 따른 SKD 61강 기판상 TiN 박막의 증착거동 변화)

  • TiN thin films were deposited on SKD 61 steel substrates by reactive sputtering under various deposition conditions, and subsequently their growth characteristics and properties were studied. Deposition rate was proportionally increased with total gas pressure as well as RF input power, while the increase of nitrogen in the reaction gas induced a significant suppression of deposition rate. The resulted films exhibited hillocks on the surface. The TiN film prepared using a typical deposition condition showed a (111) preferred orientation and maintained the stoichiometry of pure TiN.

Formation of SOG Film between Al Metal Layers for Double metal Process (2중 Al 배선을 위한 금속층간 SOG 박막의 형성)

  • Intermetallic dielectric layer was formed by using SiO$_2$/SOG/SiO$_2$ for aluminum based dual-metal interconnection process and its electric characteristics were evaluated. The dielectric layer was in the cost and facility point of view more useful than the insulator that was formed by etch-back process. The planarity by using SOG process was about 40% higher than that of the insulator by the CVD process. When SiO$_2$ films were deposited by the PECVD process the Al hillock formation during the next process was restrained bucause the intermetalic insulator was made at low temperature. The leakage current was 1${\times}10^{7}~1{\times}10^{-8}A/cm^{2}$ at the electric field of 10$^{5}$V/cm and breakdown filed was 4.5${\times}10^{6}~7{\times}10^{6}A/cm$. So we had confirmed that siloxane SOG was very useful for intermetallic layer material.

  • A novel semiconductor device is proposed to be used as a processing element for the implementation of pulse-mode neural networks which consists of alternating n' GaAs quantum wells and undoped AlGaAs barriers sandwitched between n' GaAs cathode and P' GaAs anode and in simple circuit in conjunction with a parallel capacitive and resistive load the trigger circuit generates neuron-like pulse train output mimicking the function of axon hillock of biological neuron. It showed the sigmoidal relationship between the frequency of the pulse-train and the applied input DC voltage. In conjunction with MQWIMD the various neural circuits are proposed especially a neural chip monolithically integrated with photodetectors in order to perfrom the pattern recognition.

  • 본 연구에서는 전해 구리도금막과 SiN 피복층 사이의 힐락 (Hillock) 및 보이드 (Void) 결함에 미치는 전해 구리도금 공정 및 CVD SiN 피복층 증착 전 NH3 플라즈마 처리 효과에 대해 연구하였다. SiN 피복층 증착전 NH3 플라즈마 효과를 정량화하기 위해 실험계획법을 이용해 NH3 플라즈마 공정 인자가 힐락 결함의 밀도에 미치는 영향에 대해 고찰하였다. 실험결과, 힐락 결함의 밀도는 NH3 플라즈마 인가 시간에 비례한다는 것을 알았다. 보이드 결함의 경우, 구리 씨앗층 및 NH3 플라즈마 조건의 최적화를 통해 구리 씨앗층의 표면 조도를 최소화할 경우 보이드 결함이 최소화된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 구리 씨앗층의 표면 조도를 최소화함에 따라 전해 구리도금막의 결정립 크기가 커져 결정립 계면에 존재하는 불순물 양이 줄어들었기 때문인 것으로 사료된다.

압력센서용 다이아프램 제작을 위한 TMAH 의 식각특성 연구

  • 본 논문에서는 MEMS 공정기술을 이용하는 압저항(piezoresistive) 압력센서용 다이아프램의 최적구조 제작을 위한 TMAH(Tetramethyl Ammonium Hydroxide)의 식각특성을 연구하였다. KOH, EDP 등 기존의 공정 수행에 있어서 부딪치게 되는 환경적 요인을 개선하고, 생산성 향상을 위해 독성이 없고 CMOS 집적회로 공정과 호환성이 높은 TMAH를 사용하여, 식각온도와 TMAH 농도 및 식각시간에 따른 에칭률 변화를 측정하였다. 식각온도가 증가 함에 따라, 그리고 TMAH 농도가 감소함에 따라, Si 에칭률은 증가하였으나 hillock 발생률이 증가하여 식각표면의 평탄화 정도가 나빠졌다. 이러한 단점을 AP(Ammonium Persulfate) 첨가제를 이용하여 해결하였다. l5wt% 농도의 TMAH 800ml 용액을 가지고 매 10분당 같은 양의 AP를 1시간당 5g이 되도록 첨가하여, 한변의 길이가 100~400 $\mu\textrm{m}$인 정사각형 모양을 가진 우수한 이방성 다이아프램을 성공적으로 제작하였다.

Four New Species of the Genus Alloclubionoides (Araneae: Agelenidae) from Korea

  • Four new species of the genus Alloclubionoides collected from mountain litter and hillock litter around the agricultural ecosystem of Korea are described in the present work with appropriate body measurements and morphological illustrations; A. hwaseongensis sp. nov., A. imi sp. nov., A. namhansanensis sp. nov. and A. nasuta sp. nov. Females of A. hwaseongensis sp. nov., A. namhansanensis sp. nov. and A. nasuta sp. nov. can be distinguished based on the epigyne shape and structure of internal genitalia from previously described species. Males of A. imi sp. nov. can also be distinguished based on the shapes of retrolateral tibial apophysis, embolus tip and conductor from previously described species. Also, a key to the Korean Alloclubionoides spiders is provided. Alloclubionoides gajiensis Seo, 2014 is newly synonymized with Alloclubionoides cochlea (Kim et al. 2007).
