  • Recently, due to the increase of high-rise buildings construction, many researches for making harden of concrete earlier and remove of forms faster are being performed to reduce construction period. In this study, we compared and analysed the early strength properties of mortar according to the kinds and replacement ratio of mineral admixture to select the kinds and replacement ratio of mineral admixture of high early strength concrete. For this purpose, mortar mixtures according to the kinds(FA, MK, ZR, BFS, DM) and replacement ratio(0, 2, 4% by volume of sand) of mineral admixture were selected. From our test data, early-age compressive strength decreased in accordance with the increase of replacement ratio of fly-ash(FA) & blast furnace slag powder(BSF) and, in case of addition admixture, early-age compressive strength of with containing 4% appeared higher compared with containing 2%.

  • In this study, it is contents to application on AE water reducing admixture for high early strength, which reduce to construction period for cost down in construction. In experiment result on the kinds of AE water reducing admixture for concrete strength promotion, when passed 60 minutes, while it was happened on lignin and naphthalene system about $30\∼35\%$ that loss related to slump, slump flow and air, but happened about $8\∼10\%$ on polycarboxylic system. And the result of compressive strength tests, when 32 hours passed in polycarboxylic system than lignin and naphthalene system, was showing an increase of 10$\%$. Accordingly, concrete properties was measured to condition change by the addition amount and curing temperature of polycarboxylic system. The required curing temperature to gain 5MPa of compressive strength, which is capable of side form stripping, must keep more than smallest 12. 5$^{circ}C$ when polycarboxylic system is used. As a result, AE water reducing admixture of polycarboxylic system may apply effectively to high early strength concrete

  • This study reports the properties of high early strength of concrete using PC admixture. To apply these data to construction site, we did the lab tests and mock-up test. The target of this study is to accomplish early strength of concrete(5 MPa/18 hr), and we tested by the different factors, such as the type of admixtures, curing temperature, the amount of binder, etc. Through the test of concrete using the different type of admixture, PC type was more excellent than PNS type admixture. According to these tests, we concluded that we can apply this type of PC Admixture to the civil & construction site, and we can reduce the term of works and finally we can accomplish the economical construction.

  • In this study, the experiment was conducted in the level of mortar as one of the basic studies on pre-cast concrete which acceleration curing is not done. This study has the purpose to develop the strength of mortar into 20MPa within 6 hours in the condition of room temperature using admixtures which can accelerate C3S hydration reaction. In this experiment, W/C was fixed into 20%, PCE which can stimulate C3S was used as an accelerating admixture. From the results of this experiment, maximum content of accelerating admixture was 1%. Also, as more than 20MPa was measured through 6-hour compressive strength, it can be known that strength can be developed without steam-curing.

  • The purpose of the study was to analyze dry shrinkage of HVFAC (high volume fly ash concrete) with admixture to improve early strength. The results were as follows. In dry shrinkage of HVFAC with admixture to improve early strength, F3 had the lowest amount of dry shrinkage. The next is in order of Plain, F3-f15 and F3-f15r5. The study used index function modelfor analysis on dry shrinkage. Coefficient of determination was more than 0.97 in all mix, which made it possible to have a good estimation.

  • Amount used of admixture fare is increasing for concrete economic efficiency and ability security. Security of economic efficiency and ability can expect by use of this admixture fare but is displaying a lot of problems on early age strength hold by hydrate delay relatively. Specially, in the case of construction site, concrete strength can speak that interrelation is high with mold removal of forms time. Therefore, is economical and need examination of plan that can secure robber within 3 days using admixture fare such as fly ash and blast furnace slage differential speech to secure function. In this study, adding liquid admixture within 1% of a binding agent quantity to examine these problem with physical characteristic after hardening ago specially, strength change at standard and air dry curing of observed change in priority. Air dried and water curing total strength enhancement effects appeared by thing which is in case of add test result liquid admixture by below 1% and strength deputy by passage of age could know is not big.

  • This study is intended to investigate the properties of concrete using AE Water Reducing Agent of Early-Strength Type. According to the results, as for the replacing method of mineral admixture, setting time is shortened faster in order of replacement for fine aggregate, combination and replacement for cement, and when AE Water Reducing Agent of Early-Strength Type is used, it is shortened by about 4 hours, compared with normal AE Water Reducing Agent Compressive strength is lower in the case of replacement for fine aggregate, but higher in the other case than that of plain concrete. And When AE Water Reducing Agent of Early-Strength Type is used, early compressive strength is very high in comparison to normal AE Water Reducing Agent. Early strength development is very favorable by the use of AE Water Reducing Agent of Early-Strength Type regardless of the replacing method of mineral admixture at $20^{\circ}C$, but at $l0^{\circ}C$, it is effective for Early strength development that W/B is lowered to below 45%, BS of 20% is replaced for fine aggregate, and AE Water Reducing Agent of Early-Strength Type is used.

  • In this study, 150MPa ultra-high-strength concrete was manufactured, and its performance was reviewed. As technically meaningful autogenous shrinkage reportedly occurs at a W/B ratio of 40% or less, although it occurs in all concrete regardless of the W/B ratio, the effects of the use of expansive admixture and shrinkage reducer, or of the friction and restraint of forms that may result in the effective reduction of autogenous shrinkage, were reviewed. As a result, considering the flow and strength characteristics, it was found that the slump flow time was shorter with expansive admixture, and shortest with shrinkage reducer. All specimens with $30kg/m^3$ expansive admixture showed high strength at early material age. Their strength decreased due to the expansion cracks when there was excessive use of expansive admixture, and the use of shrinkage reducer did not influence the change in the strength according to the material age. The expansive admixture had a shrinkage reduction effect of 80%, while the shrinkage reducer had a shrinkage reduction effect of 30%, indicating that the expansive admixture had a stronger effect. It seems that mixing the two will have a synergistic effect. The shrinkage reduction rate was highest when the W/B ratio was 20%. The form suppressed the expansion and shrinkage at the early period, and the demolding time did not significantly influence the shrinkage. The results of the study showed that the excessive addition of expansive admixture leads to expansion cracks, and the expansive admixture and shrinkage reducer have the highest shrinkage reduction effect when they are mixed.
