경북 문화콘텐츠산업의 현황과 육성 방향 (Present State and the Promotion Course of Culture Contents Industry in Gyeongbuk Province)

  • 경북 문화콘텐츠산업은 소비지향적 구조, 영세성, 부족한 인프라, 불균형, 전략 부재 등의 문제점을 안고 있다. 하지만, 경북 문화콘텐츠산업은 풍부한 문화자원, 문화콘텐츠산업의 전망, 미래의 효과적인 육성전략으로 인해서 그 가능성이 크다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 육성방안으로는 문화원형의 디지털화, 유교 문화의 에듀테인먼트, 전통문화디지털센터의 구축, 장소마케팅, 다큐영상원 건립, 문화 리터러시, 작은 영상 지향, 글로벌 도시와 문화거점 도시의 육성, 킬러 콘텐츠 개발, 관광자원 개발, 차별화 전략 등이 있다. 문화콘텐츠산업은 고부가가치, 관련 산업에 대한 영향력, 디지털문화콘텐츠의 효용성, 시장 규모의 확대, 빠른 성장속도 등의 측면에서 경북도 문화콘텐츠산업을 적극적으로 육성해야 할 필요성이 있다.

Scenedesmus dimorphus와 질산화 박테리아의 공배양이 하수고도처리능에 미치는 영향 (Effect of a co-culture of scenedesmus dimorphus and nitrifiers on advanced wastewater treatment capacity)

  • This study investigated the effect of a co-culture of Scenedesmus dimorphus and nitrifiers using artificial wastewater on the removal of ammonium, nitrate and phosphate in the advanced treatment. To test the synergistic effect of the co-culture, we compared the co-culture treatment with the cultures using S. dimorphus-only and nitrifiers-only treatment as controls. After 6 days of incubation, nitrate was removed only in the co-culture treatment and total amount of N removal was 1.3 times and 1.6 times higher in the co-culture treatment compared to those in the S. dimorphus- and nitrifiers-only treatments, respectively. In case of total amount of P, co-culture treatment removed 1.2 times and 12 times more P than the S. dimorphus -and nitrifiers-only conditions, respectively. This indicates that the co-culture improved removal rates for ammonium, nitrate, and phosphate. This further implies that there was no need for denitrification of nitrate and luxury uptake of P processes because nitrate and phosphate can be removed from the uptake by S. dimorphus. In addition, co-culture condition maintained high DO above 7 mg/L without artificial aeration, which is enough for nitrification, implying that co-culture has a potential to decrease or remove aeration cost in the wastewater treatment plants.

  • $\ulcorner$중원문화권$\urcorner$의 문화산업의 지역적 변화와 위상정립을 특산품과 지역축제, 문화산업을 대상으로 고찰한 결과 다음과 같은 점이 밝혀졌다. $\ulcorner$중원문화권$\urcorner$은 고구려, 백제, 신라 삼국의 접경지역으로서 독자적인 문화의 창조가 아직 이루어지지 않아 현대적인 의미에서 세 나라의 문화와 역사가 바탕이 된 문화상품을 개발하여야 할 것이다. 21세기 $\ulcorner$중원문화권$\urcorner$의 문화산업은 북한의 주요 문화가 고구려 문화에 바탕을 둔 점에서 볼 때 $\ulcorner$중원문화권$\urcorner$은 고구려 문화와의 연결지로서의 역할을 할 수 있다는 점을 강조하여야 한다고 생각한다. 장소 마케팅인 $\ulcorner$중원문화권$\urcorner$의 지역축제는 봄.가을에 집중되어 지역간에 네트워크를 형성하여 팩키지형 축제로 나아가도록 유도하여야 할 것이다. $\ulcorner$중원문화권$\urcorner$은 삼국이 접했던 지역으로 21세기에는 이 지역이 평화의 장소로 극대화 될 수 있는 곳이고 접근성이 높다는 이점을 살려 각종 문화산업을 유치하고, 또 지식.정보사회의 발달로 좁은 의미의 문화산업단지를 청주시를 중심으로 지역 네트워크화 하여 육성시켜야 할 것이다.

관광소비자들의 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 향토음식, 지역 농특산물에 대한 행동과 태도에 관한 연구 - 충남 예산지역을 중심으로 - (Study on Tourism Customers' Behaviors and Attitudes towards Local Food and Specialty Agricultural Products by Life-style Focus in the Yesan Region)

  • The purpose of this study was to categorize and comparatively analyze tourists of different life-style groups who visit Yesan according to their lifestyles as well as their consumption behaviors and attitudes towards local foods or specialty agricultural products in order to understand the various needs, attitudes, and behaviors of consumers in each life-style group. Group 1 had a high percentage of single people in their 20s and those who worked in technology. Group 2 had a high percentage of those in their 30s and 40s who were married and were professionals. Group 3 had a high percentage of men and those in their 40s and 50s, as well as a high percentage of high income, highly educated people. Group 4 had a high percentage of those in their 20s or those in their 60s or higher. Compared to other groups, group 4 had a larger percentage of lower income and less educated people. In verifying the difference between life-style groups in terms of their behaviors and attitudes toward local foods and specialty agricultural products, consumption and experience of regional specialty foods showed high average scores in groups 1, 2, and 3, with significant differences from group 4.

서목태(Rhynchosia nulubilis) 추출물이 고지방 및 고콜레스테롤 식이 급여 흰쥐의 혈청 지질 농도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Methanol Extracts from Rhynchosia nulubilis on serum Lipid Concentrations in Rats fed High Fat and High Cholesterol Diet)

  • The effects of the Rhynchosia nulubilis extracts on serum lipid concentrations were evaluated in rats. Forty-two male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing $100{\pm}10g$ were divided into six groups and fed high fat and high cholesterol diets for four weeks. Experimental groups were administered with following diets; basal fat diet(control) and basal and high fat diets with 1% cholesterol and Rhynchosia nulubilis extract(40mg/kg, 400mg/kg and 4000mg/kg). The concentrations of serum triglyceride in rats fed the Rhynchosis mulubilis extract, high fat, 1% cholesterol, and RN-HFC(-40, -400, -4000mg/kg) groups were lower than those in other groups. The concentrations of total cholesterol in the RN-HFC (-40, -400, -4000mg/kg) groups were lower than those in fat diet groups. The concentrations of HDL-cholesterol in serum of the RN-HFC(-40, -400, 4000mg/kg) groups were significantly higer than those of other groups. The levels of LDL-cholesterol in serum of the RN-HFC(-40, -400, -4000mg/kg) groups were tended to be lower than those of other groups. These results suggest that Rhynchosia nulubilis extract may reduce elevated levels of serum lipid concentrations in rats fed high fat diets.

식생활라이프스타일에 따른 소비자의 음료선택행동 - 서울, 경기지역을 중심으로 - (Study on Beverage Select Behavior according to the Food-related Lifestyle focused on Behaviors in Seoul, and Gyeonggi Province)

  • This study aimed to analyze the beverage usage behavior according to the food-related lifestyle in Seoul, Gyeonggi province area. Group 1, named 'health & safety seeking' group, consists of high percentage of women in their 40s, as well as a high percentage of high income and highly educated. Group 2, was group of 'high interest in dietary life', consists of a high percentage of women in their 30s, highly educated, earned 3~5 million won. Group 3, named 'convenience seeking' group, had a high percentage of men and of those in their 20s who earned less than 2 million won. In verifying the difference between food-related lifestyle groups in terms of their behaviors and attitudes towards the usage of beverage specialty shop, group 1 showed significantly high score in the number of visit beverage specialty shops, the intention to spend higher average expenditure per visit per person, importance of selection attributes of beverage specialty shop.

남자 중, 고등학생의 교복 치수 맞음새 및 만족도에 관한 연구 - 동복을 중심으로 - (Middle & High School Students' Fitness of Sizing System and Satisfaction for Fall and Winter School Uniform)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide information on how to improve both the satisfaction and the current sizing system for the school uniform focused on middle and high school boys' students. In order to collect the data, a questionnaire was administered to 451 middle and high school boy students. 228 middle school boys' and 223 high school boys' data were analyzed using the SPSS Win. 10.0 program. The results of this study were as follows : 1. For the satisfaction of their school uniform, there were statistical differences in mean of the group by the academic year in the jacket(color, textile, design, activity), shirt(color, design, activity), and pants(color, design, activity) in the case of middle school boys'. On the other hand, high school boys' evaluation of school uniform was significantly different in jacket(color), shirt(color, textile, design, activity), pants(design), and tie(color, textile, design) by the academic year. 2. For the evaluation of sizing fitness, the length of jacket and the breadth of sleeve in jacket, and the width of sleeve in blouse, the length of pants, and the width of pants were statistical differences in mean of the group in middle school boys' by the grade whereas there was no significant difference in high school students by the grade. 3. It was shown that more getting school uniform repaired after the point of purchase in both middle school and high school students was higher.

  • Generally speaking, the uniqueness of Korea for the high-speed railway rolling-stock is mainly perceived through the travel over the high-speed electric railway by passengers, which consists of the organization of space in the coach and its interior design. For such purpose, it is necessary to build a series of independent cultures with high-speed railway i.e. to have the development of design technologies oriented to harmonizing human beings, their society and culture with the systematic integration of production technologies to support the culture and its substructure foundation which constitute the frame of superstructure in the society, by defining the relationships with travelers on the high-speed railway as well as enhancing the comfort and convenience of high-speed railway through drawing up the development of links with the systematic integration among lines of technologies on the basis of 'User Train Interface. This thesis aims at introducing the study carried out to build the evaluation standards of performance outputs for 'HEMU-400X rolling-stock Design' derived from the performance for the first year in the research 'Development of Technologies for the Next-Generation High-Speed Railway' as part of "Development Project for the Future Railway Technologies" from 2007.

Latent Profile Analysis According to the Subject Selection Criteria of General High School Students

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the type of latent profile for general high school students' subject selection criteria and to identify the characteristics of the latent class. The survey data of 1072 general high school students (male; 648, female; 424) in G city, Jeollabuk-do and the scale composed of 8 sub-factors: 'SAT orientation', 'academic achievement', 'ability orientation', 'pursuit of interest', 'teacher orientation', 'career development', 'others' recommendation', and 'subject availability' were used for latent profile analysis and cross-analysis between potential layers. As a result of the analysis, high school students' perceptions of subject selection were classified into four latent profiles. The four groups were named 'High Perception Type', 'Low Perception Type', 'Self-Directed Type', and 'Stability-Oriented Type' according to their types. It was found that there was a difference between the latent classes in the importance and performance level of the subject selection criteria. These results can help identify the subject selection tendencies of latent groups in the operation of the 2015 revised curriculum and the 2025 high school credit system that emphasizes the student-centered course selection curriculum and they can also provide customized course selection guidance considering individual differences.

고농도 세포배양에서 Bacillus thuringiensis의 세포 성장과 포자 형성 속도 (Growth Kinetics and Sporulation of Bacillus thuringiensis in High Cell Density Culture)

  • 유가식배양과 세라믹 막을 장착한 생물반응기에서 운전인 TCRC 조업을 통해서 Bacillus thuringiensis의 고농도 세포배양을 실시하였다. 유가식 배양에서 B. thuringiensis의 세포 성장은 선형적으로 증가하였고, 이것은 세포성장 모델리의 결과와 잘 맞았다. 낮은 세포 성장속에도 불구하고 유가식 배양동안에 포자형성은 관찰할 수 없었고, 이것은 연속배양의 결과와는 반대였다. 유가식 조업 후에 회분식 배양으로 바꾸면 300 g/L의 포도당 공급 농도를 사용했을 때 2.7$\times$$10^9$ CFU/mL 의 포자농도를 얻었다. 생물반응기내에 세라믹 막을 장착한 TCRC 조업에서 포도당 공급 농도의 영향을 결정하였다. 50 g/L의 포도당 농도를 사용했을 때 TCRC 조업에서 82.5 g-cell/L에 해당하는 최대 세포농도 1.8$\times$$10^{10}$ CFU/mL 를 얻었다. TCRC에서 세포성장은 선형적으로 증가하였고 포도당 농도는 제한되었는데 이것은 세포성장은 모델링의 결과와 잘 일치하였다. 1 g/L의 포도당을 공급한 경우 이외에는 TCRC 조업 동안에 포자형성을 관찰할 수 없었다. 50 g/L의 포도당을 공급한 경우 TCRC조업 후에 회분식 배양으로 전환시키면 1.2$\times$$10^{10}$ CFU/mL 의 포자농도를 얻었고, 이것은 연구된 여러 배양형태 중에 가장 높은 포자농도이다. 이 때 최적의 포도당 공급속도는 0.55 g glucose/h로 공급하였을 때였다.
