The aim of this interdisciplinary study is to understand the relationship between the social behavior patterns and space elements, specially micro-housing sociological point of view. It analyzed korean typical floorplans in the apartment housing, focused on the 4-criteria contact or isolation between the individual persons, communication between the generations, hierarchy of the gender and socialization with neighbourhood. It determinate concrete space elements involved correspondent factors with users' social behavior. By reviewing those factors found, it is suggested also the planning concept, that response users' social orientation. As the practical alternatives, some prototypes have been developed not only for improvement of housing plans, but also for resonable housing supply and sustainable usage.

This study analyzed the effects of fashion companies' organizational types on job satisfaction and organization commitment of fashion designer. As well as this study analyzed the differences the organizational types, job satisfaction and organization commitment by the gender and age of fashion designer. A survey was conducted from January 5 to 30 in 2015, among fashion companies' designer of Seoul metropolitan area. And 238 responses were used in the data analysis. As a result, fashion companies' organizational types was composed of five factors(coordinating leader organization, group creative organization, external innovators' collaborative organization, bureaucratic hierarchy organization, integrative thinking leader organization). Job satisfaction of fashion designer was composed of three factors(work satisfaction, employment satisfaction, relationship satisfaction), and organization commitment was composed of two factors(affective commitment, calculative commitment). The coordinating leader organization and integrative thinking leader organization positively influenced the work satisfaction, but the bureaucratic hierarchy organization negatively influenced the work satisfaction. The coordinating leader organization and group creative organization positively influenced the employment and relationship satisfaction. The group creative organization and external innovators' collaborative organization positively influenced the affective and calculative commitment, but the bureaucratic hierarchy organization negatively influenced the affective commitment. In addition, there were significant differences in the coordinating leader organization, integrative thinking leader organization, employment and relationship satisfaction by the gender. And there were significant differences in the group creative organization, bureaucratic hierarchy organization, affective and calculative commitment by the age.
This study examined the knowledge structure constructed by children before formal instruction, and successive changes in the structural complexity of knowledge during the learning of the 'Structure and Function of Plants' unit. The researchers let the 5th graders draw the first draft of their concept maps in order to examine the pre-existing knowledge structure concerned with the unit and also four concept maps after completing every fourth lesson. Each concept map drawn by children on the basis of the previous one showed the degree of their current understanding on the structure and function of plants. The results revealed that only two levels of hierarchy and five relationships among the components of the first concept map(relationship, hierarchy, cross link and example) were proven to be valid in terms of conceptual relevance. According to the standard map, there was no change in hierarchy from the 2nd to the 3rd map, and in example from the 2nd to the 4th map. However, the gradual and successive increases of the scores in all components appeared in the children's maps throughout the unit. Knowledge restructuring occurred strongly in the early periods from the 1st to the 6th lesson, and the significant stable changes in tuning and accretion appeared throughout the whole lessons. The results also showed that there were no significant gender differences on the 5th grader's knowledge structuring.

In this study, we derived selection factors for OTT services based on previous studies and presented an hierarchy process analysis model to calculate the weights for each evaluation. To evaluate the OTT selection factors, OTT customer data was used for the analysis. The results showed that of the first stage factors of economic feasibility, system excellence, convenience, diversity, playfulness, and responsiveness, diversity is the most important. When the weights for first stage and second stage factors were synthesized, entertainment was the most important factor. Lastly, this study analyzed whether there is a difference in the weight of the selection factor for the first stage of OTT service according to gender and age. This study shows which factors consumers prioritize when using OTT services.
The sewing machine was the most widely-advertised item in mid-Victorian English periodicals. However, no historians have so far analyzed how English advertisers created the link between the domestic sewing machine and middle-class women, or what impact they may have had on gender relations. This paper treats sewing machines as a medium to enhance our view of gender and social history, consumer culture as well as material culture studies. Studying the advertisements of sewing machines reveals the traditional values and modern consumer culture of mid-nineteenth England, and also offers a sense for how advertisers expected people to react. Sewing machines could not only offer women aspiration and authority, but could also function as a timesaver through which a woman could attain a truly modern lifestyle. Buying a sewing machine for their wives symbolized their status as a breadwinner and a caring husband, as well as serving as an appreciation of their wives' domesticity. Sewing machines also provoked anxiety for both sexes because some believed that women would lose their morality and gender identity, whereas others believed that if relieved of domestic drudgery women would have time to educate themselves, which threatened to men and the gender hierarchy.
We investigated interventions by mother Jeju ponies on Jeju Island, Korea, to determine whether mothers assisted their offspring to attain higher status within the dominance hierarchy. Because dominance rank is important within each gender, we predicted that mothers would be more likely to intervene when their foals were play-fighting with foals of the same gender. A total of 173 play-fighting events were recorded from March to October 1998 and from April to October 1999. Of these, foals were more likely to play-fight with a foal of the same gender as with a foal of the opposite gender (120 versus 53 occurrences, respectively). A mother of one of the foals that were play-fighting intervened in 17 of these interactions. Contrary to the prediction, a mare was more likely to intervene when opposite genders interacted than when the same gender interacted. Analyzing interactions between the opposite genders further, mothers were equally likely to intervene when a daughter was play-fighting with a male foal as when a son was play-fighting with a female foal. Hence, mothers were not more protective of daughters than sons. Mothers that were in the younger age class ($2\sim11$ years old) were as likely to intervene as those in the elder age class ($17\sim25$ years old). However, all foals that were harassed were offspring of mothers in the younger, more subordinate age class. intervention directly maintains the dominance rank of the intervening mother, and may indirectly assist the intervening mother's foal to achieve a higher dominance rank. By discouraging their foals from play-fighting with the opposite genders, dominant mothers may be encouraging their foals to play-fight with the same gender and participate in establishing its own dominance rank.
Request expressions can be defined as expressions that demand or ask the other person to do certain movements. "Toseishoseikatagi"in Meiji 10s,"Ukigumo""Natsukodachi""Tajotakon"in Meiji 20s,"Hakai""Botchan"in Meiji 30s,"Huton""Inakakyoshi" in Meiji 40s and "Aruonna"in the Taisho Period were analyzed for the study. 'kure' was used more by male speakers than female speakers. Examples by female speakers were shown on the novels after Meji 30s. In case of male speakers, they often used it to listeners with an equitable relationship at "Toseishoseikatagi"in Meiji 10s but they often used it to younger listeners at "Hakai"in Meiji 30s. 'okure' was used more by female speakers than male speakers. Listeners were varied from older ones to younger ones. In case of female speakers, 'okure' was used more often at "Aruonna"in the Taisho Period than the other novels. In case of male speakers, 'okure' was used only at "Ukigumo""Natsukodachi"and "Hakai". 'Okurenasai' was used outstandingly by female speakers on the form of 'okun_'. In case of 'kudasai', female speakers used it more than male speakers at "Toseishoseikatagi" and "Aruonna"but male speakers used it more than female speakers at "Tajotakon"and "Hakai". Listeners were varied from older ones to younger ones. 'o~kudasai' was not shown until Meiji 20s but shown after Meiji 30s among the analyzed novels. According to gender, it was used a little bit more often by female speakers than male speakers. According to hierarchy, listeners were usually older than speakers. 'o~nasatekudasai' was used more often by male speakers than female speakers. Listeners were also usually older than speakers.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing nursing work performance among clinical nurses in the hospital. Methods: This descriptive correlational study collected data from 122 clinical nurses who were working in three tertiary referral hospitals in Busan. The data were collected, using self-reported questionnaires, from September 2 to October 14, 2019. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: Nursing work performance was significantly associated with resilience, innovation oriented culture, relationship oriented culture, and hierarchy oriented culture. The factors significantly influencing nursing work performance of the participants included relationship oriented culture (β=.27, p=.015), hierarchy oriented culture (β=.25, p=.003), resilience (β=.19, p=.035), and total clinical career (β=.18, p=.030), which explained 27.3% of nursing work performance (F=8.59, p<.001). Conclusion: The results indicate that there is a need to improve communication skills among multidisciplinary team members and to harmonize hierarchical and relational cultures in order to enhance nursing work performance. In addition, this study suggests developing interventions for enhancing the resilience of clinical nurses.

The research was conducted on 238 marine sports participants by clarifying the relationship among self-efficacy, sociality, and organization culture, to eliminate the organizational(home, school, club, workplace, etc.) culture maladjustment phenomenon which is caused by personal stress, the lack of physical activity, and the lack of sociality due to the rapid change of modern society and enhance sociality, adjustment to society and the lack of creativity due to the rigid hierarchy and contribute to organization culture through marine sports among sports which we enjoy with nature. Firstly, according to general self-efficacy, and social characteristics of the organizational culture and the gender differences in higher than women in all sub-variables of the sub-factors of self-efficacy and self-regulation, sociability, organizational culture, sub-culture and develop cultural factors agreed man showed that in the sub-factors of organization culture showed that the development of high culture and hierarchical culture in the age of 20s. Secondly, in terms of the effect of self-efficacy of marine sports participants on sociality, it is found that self-regulation and level of difficulty positively influence on the culture of agreement, the culture of development and the culture of hierarchy. Lastly, in terms of the effect of self-efficacy of marine sports participants on organizational culture, it is shown that self-regulation has positive influence on the culture of agreement, the culture of development and the culture of hierarchy.
The purpose of this study is to measure the relative importance of the factors that affect school to work transition that food service-related majors and workers recognize. To this end, this study composed such factors into a second hierarchy level of individual background, educational background, and preparation effort to enter labor market. The study made us of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), which calculates the importance of each factor through the relative evaluation of each factor in the hierarchy. The results of analysis are as follows. First, in the second hierarchy level, effort to enter the labor market exhibited the highest relative importance. In the case of four-year college students, educational background had the highest relative importance. Second, in case of third hierarchy level factors relating to personal background, gender had the highest relative importance. As for educational background, the type of college had the highest relative importance. As to the effort to enter labor market, overseas working experience while in college and job searching channels had high relative importance, while vocational training experience had the lowest relative importance. Third, the analysis result of complex weighted value showed that the type of college had the highest complex weighted value. In future studies, the type of businesses and business conditions in the food service industry should be subdivided for an analysis of influential factors, and, based on this, customized career guidance should be made for specific career paths of each student.
