  • This study was conducted to investigate whether WGB (Work-Growth Balance), an area of WLB (Work-Life Balance) improves Interpersonal Harmony, Creative Effort and Innovative Behavior in the organization, and whether Interpersonal Harmony and Creative Efforts have indirect effects on the relationship between WGB and Innovative Behavior. To test the hypothesis of this study, PROCESS Macro by Hayes (2013) was used. The results showed that WGB, Interpersonal Harmony, and Creative Effort influenced Innovative Behavior and WGB were variables that influenced Interpersonal Harmony. The variables influencing Creative Effort turned out to be WGB and Interpersonal Harmony. The indirect effect of Interpersonal Harmony and Creative Efforts was also confirmed in the relationship between WGB and Innovative Behavior. In addition, the magnitude of the effect between parameters was examined through Process Macro analysis. It turned out that there is a synergy relationship between WGB, Interpersonal Harmony, Creative Efforts and Innovative Behaviors. In future, more researches on WGB among various industries as well as mediating variables are expected. Further research is needed to study the various parameters of WGB and innovation behavior, and to Balance of Work-Family and Balance of Work-Leisure.

  • The color harmony in video was no way to know for giving pleasure. By identifying these color harmony, it gives order, clarity, similarity, contrast, etc. Therefore, to identify the color balance is very important. Color Harmony identify the color is whether the harmony by color harmony theory of Munsell, Ostwald, Firren, Moon & Spenser, Itten, Chevreul, and Judd etc. One of these methods, we identify color harmonies of 2 colors, 3 colors, 4 colors, 5 colors and 6 colors using Itten's color balance. Identification is using by Canny edge extraction, labeling and clustering, and color extraction and harmony etc. By identifying this color harmonies, we have laid the foundation of emotional database construction and emotional recognition.

  • Modern medical science tends to categorize addiction as a kind of disease, but a Taoist world-view would not consider addiction to be a disease. Taoists do not have a concept of addiction as an eternal substance. Within the Taoist world-view, human beings are meant to live in harmony with the transformative cycles of nature. Human beings achieve self-realization through balancing themselves with nature. This is what is meant by Self-Realization in Harmony with Nature. There is no disease known as addiction when one's life is in harmony with nature. There are two main principles in the Taoist medical worldview. First, is the theory of correspondences. This theory of correspondences is the foundational to Taoism's value-neutral world-view wherein humans are seen as working together with Heaven and Earth in correlative relationships to create harmonious societies. Second, is the principle of harmony and balance in the Universe. One creature can be in harmony with other creatures and learn to appreciate the interconnectedness of all living beings. Survival of the forest is vital to the survival of natural harmony, balance, morality, and environment. The vitality of the human body depends on the movement of Qi energy. According to the principles of Korean traditional medicine, all human problems stem from the mind. There is no madness, no illness, no tempting fate, and even no death outside of what stems from the mind. Within the human body, there are two principles behind energy systems: harmony and balance. When human beings achieve the state of homeostasis, they obtain Qi flows which are associated with the various organs. In doing so, they can always maintain a healthy state of life in accordance with the cosmic rhythm. Taoist philosophy contains advice that prevents addiction. Empty your mind of all thought. Let your heart be peaceful. Finally, all worries are washed away by the cosmic wave.

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of abdominal-compression belt in one leg standing on balance in normal adult. Background: With the effects of increased intra-abdominal pressure, the abdominal-compression belt is contributing to a static balance control. However, specific study is still insufficient. Method: Forty subjects were randomly allocated to two groups: control(n=20) and experimental group(n=20), respectively. The experimental group used an abdominal-compression belt, whereas the control group did not that. All subjects were educated using pressure biofeedback unit and ultrasound imaging for exact application by abdominal-compression belt. Main outcome measurement was used a general stability index, fourier harmony index, weight distribution index, and fall index in tetrax balance system. Results: Experimental group improved significantly on general stability, only 2 factors(eyes closed with head turned forward and eyes closed with head turned backward) among fourier harmony index, and fall index, However, weight distribution index did not revealed significant difference. Conclusion: The findings suggest that application of abdominal-compression belt could be effective on improving balance ability in one leg standing of normal adults. Application: The results of the abdominal-compression belt might help to control balance in workers.

  • Cleft lip lower-lip deformity is a secondary deformity in patients who underwent primary cheiloplasty of the upper lip, characterized by an enlarged and anteriorly rotated lower lip. In these cases, soft-tissue imbalances remain even after skeletal correction with orthognathic surgery, and additional soft tissue treatment is required for lip harmony and esthetic facial balance in CLP (cleft lip palate) patients. This study describes three cases of transverse myomucosal excision of the lower lip for correction of cleft lip lower-lip deformity to restore facial esthetic balance. Each patient underwent orthognathic surgery, rhinoplasty, or upper lip revision cheiloplasty according to condition. Postoperatively, volume of the lower lip decreased and lip harmony was improved in all three patients. The surgeon should fully understand the anatomical structure around the lips and be able to evaluate overall harmony of the soft tissue. When a lower lip deformity is present, careful surgical planning and execution are important for each patient.

  • In the Nei Ching. the interrelation of Yin and Yang within the human body. based upon a perfect balance and a perfect mutual control. The affinity of Yin and Yang to each other was held to have a decisive influence upon man's health. Perfect harmony between the two primogenial elements meant health. Disharmony or undue preponderance of one element brought disease and death. The interrelation of Yin and Yang in the Nei Ching, had the organic view of the life. The world view of the harmony and balance in Nei Ching shows a unified world view that is symmetrical and in equibrilium in unity and conflict of opposite elements instead of combining with the closely related elements, namely, it is a fact that the life principle of the theory of Yin and Yang in Nei Ching is not the object of the killing and destroying for unity and conflict of opposite elements but the life cycle and life rule for the purpose of achieving the world of harmony, coexistence, and engendering via check and balance as well as confrontation between the opposite elements. In Nei Ching, like this, in the case where all of the antagonistic elements including the antagonism between You and Me, Yin and Yang affirm and tolerate each other, the organic view of the life in which the life of You and Me and the macrocosm is able to be maintained is suggested to the human being at a whole crisis.
