The purpose of this project is to greatly elevate the image of a high-technology wireless communication company by improving its office space environment through remodeling techniques. In order to accomplish this goal, the design concept was established in the direction of harmonious beauty with maximized functionality and aesthetics. Specifically, an efficient traffic line was planned in consideration of the connectivity between mutual spaces, and smooth yet strong formal aesthetics was given to such things as planes, frontal surfaces, and ceiling design, so as to do away with the existing authoritarian atmosphere and create an image of a futuristic company.

The aviation industry is expected to grow faster and the role of it is expected to be bigger as time goes by. Airport operating company is a major part of the aviation industry. For an airport operating company to be successful, strong relationship with customers is essential. One of the methods to acquire the customer loyalty is establishing a brand. For KAC, 'Skycity' should be chosen as the main brand. And along with it, harmonious modeling of a of KAC and BI of Skycity should be devised. By doing this, KAC can gain customers' affection and loyalty.

Natural resources managers have considered the landscape without detailed consideration of aesthetic values of the landscape and geomorphological significance of unique landforms. Since EIA system was introduced in 1981, values associated with landscape protection have been neglected at best compared with those values traditionally attributed to environmental protection, including clean air, water quality and species protection. Black top highways are being built without consideration of harmful effects to the sea cliffs. Sea walls and tetrapod are being installed to protect the coastal towns and fish markets for tourist. However, beach itself are experiencing accelerated erosion due to the shortage of proper coastal engineering expertise. Hotels and condominiums are under construction on a massive scale around the national parks, which substitute the scenic ridges with concrete profiles. To protect the scenic beauty of national parks, their design and construction material should be more harmonious with the surroundings. Therefore, visual impact assessment should be applied both within the national park boundary and beyond to enhance the aesthetic values of national parks.

In this paper, we address the problem of bandwidth sharing among multiple primary users and multiple secondary users in a cognitive radio network. In cognitive radio networks, effective spectrum assignment for primary and secondary users is a challenge due to the available broad range of radio frequency spectrum as well as the requisition of harmonious coexistence of both users. To handle this problem, firstly, Bertrand game model is used to analyze a spectrum pricing in which multiple primary users emulate with each other to acquire maximal profit. After that, we employ Cournot game to model the spectrum sharing of secondary users to obtain optimal profit for each user also. Simulation results show that our scheme obtains optimal solution at Nash equilibrium.

The study intends to find out contents and impacts of rural development projects implemented by government in Ucheon myon-center village (Hoingseong-county) between 1989-1995. The projects in concern are Rural Industrial Estate Project(1989-90) and Rural Collective Village Project(1992-93), The restructuring of village plan introduced new construction and renewal of buildings that are required for a myon-center in general has to be. The study reveals some morphological patterns the village has and needs to be adjusted. As a conclusion, it proposes a conception of self-containment for a myon-center development. It is necessary that a project plan strategy should be based upon harmonious exploitation between old and new, flexible planning, and sense of technological alternatives.

The education, examination and qualification systems around the world are now changing rapidly and unifying as one system. The Korean national system should be harmonious with this international tendency, in order to overcome the high degree of international economic competition. In this article, the current state of the international and national systems are critically compared and discussed with the intention of proposing improvements to the Korean national system. The Korean Welding Society has revamped its system so that its certificates might be recognized by the welding institutions in foreign countries such as the European Welding Federation (EWF) and still be recognized by the Korean Government. Their desire to join the system of International Institute of Welding (IIW) was also a factor in the restructuring.

This study explored and described the living spiritual experience and was attempted to gain an understanding of spirituality. This was done by eliciting participants′ verbal descriptions of their experiences. Method: Data was obtained from in-depth interviews with one cancer patient, one pastor, and three missionaries after obtaining informed consent from each. Interviews were tape recorded and transcribed verbatim. The transcripts were analyzed using Colaizzi′s phenomenological method. Sandelowski′s evaluation criteria for qualitative research, such as reliability, suitability and auditability, were also used to establish reliability and validity of this study. Result: The five major theme clusters that designated the essence of the spiritual experience, "spiritual awareness," "interconnectedness," "love," "tran- scendent energy," "purpose and meaning in life," emerged from the analysis. Conclusion: This study revealed that spirituality was activated by awareness through introspection and interconnectedness with a Supreme Being. The interconnectedness with a Supreme Being played an important role in harmonious relationships with others and self. It also resulted in revealing the other beneticial attributes of spirituality. Love, the core concept of the interconnectedness, worked as a transcendent energy. Also, the ability to see beyond reality and resulted in finding meaning in life and accomplishing well being.

Purpose: Nowadays nursing is facing a constantly increasing shortage of employees. While there are many causes for the present nursing shortage, a major contributing factor is the revolution in fundamental values what we expect in life. An understanding of the change can assist in identifying interventions that can be used to address this crisis in healthcare. The purpose of this study is to identify the features they look for in work and the underlying factors of the work values domain. Methods: Using Q methodology, 37 nurses rated 34 selected Q-statements on a scale of 1-9. The collected data were analyzed using pc-QUNAL software. Results: The results showed that work values, which nurses indicate as most important through working, were perceived as 4 factors; 'compensation oriented', 'security oriented', 'professional role oriented' and 'freedom oriented' work value. Conclusion: Providing for these findings will result in greater job satisfaction among nurses, better nurse retention and enhanced patient care within a supportive and harmonious organization.

Research relevant to the electronic commerce tends to either overestimate or underrate the role of Information and Communication Technology (lCT). There is both technological skepticism within the social science circles and technical optimism within the engineering and computing field. Each perspective seems to have a limitation in adequately explaining the phenomenon of electronic commerce diffusion. Therefore, this research attempts to explore major characteristics of Web-based shopping systems as enablers of new business, concerning both the technical and business aspects in contemporary electronic commerce settings. On this basis, this paper addresses a configuration model of WBSS on the harmonious perspective concerning both the technical and business issues. It is our hope that both technical perspective and business perspective for exploring WBSS's configuration model presented in this paper can be an initial step towards a more balanced debate of ICT role, for electronic commerce.

Noncircular gears have been used for obtaining the modified anglualr velocity ratio between parallel axes. The elliptical gear, which is a kind of noncircular gears, makes use of ellipse as a pitch curve, and is applied for the measurement of the discharge of liquid. The applications of an elliptical gear are more advantageous than any other mechanism as like a crank-slider linkage or a cam mechanism in view of the accuracy and the reliability to transmit the prescribed motion. In this paper, acceding to the theoretical involute tooth profile, two pairs of the elliptical gears were manufactured by using CNC wire electronic discharge machine. The proper ranges of the operating pressure angle and of module not to generate under cutting are studied on the change of the eccentricity, because it is the eccentricity of the pitch curve that determines most of the characteristics of the elliptical gear and then the vibration analysis is executed for the verification of harmonious rotating.
