사이클 검출 문제에 대해, 단일 출발(SS)을 갖는 단일 연결 리스트(SLL)에 한해 O(n) 복잡도의 거북이와 토끼 경주법(HTA)이 제안되었으며, 다중 출발지-다중 종착지, 다중 분기(MSMDMB)를 갖는 일반 그래프에 대해서는 빠른 방법이 알려져 있지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MSMDMB를 갖는 주어진 무 방향과 방향 그래프의 최대 사이클을 선형시간 복잡도로 검출할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 주어진 원 그래프 G에는 사이클 형성 조건을 충족시키지 못하는 다수의 정점(또는 노드)가 존재한다는 사실에 기반하여 이들 정점(또는 노드)들을 제거한 축소된 그래프 G'를 얻었다. 이 축소된 그래프에 대해 선형시간 복잡도인 선형탐색으로 사이클 집합 C와 사이클 길이 λ를 찾았다. 제안된 알고리즘을 실험 데이터에 적용한 결과 모든 데이터들에 대해 최대 사이클을 찾을 수 있음을 보였다.

이 논문은 2003년에 개발된 SPDA(A Screening Scale For Potential Drug-use Adolescents)의 타당성검증을 위한 2차년도 연구결과이다. SPDA는 청소년들의 약물사용에 대한 조기 예방적 개입을 위한 선별도구로서 활동을 그 목적으로 한다. 연구를 위한 조사대상자는 전국에 재학중인 중 고등학생(n=4,307)으로서 층화표집과 할당표집으로 선발되어 SPDA와 관련척도에 대하여 응답하였으며, 비교집단으로 전국 보호관찰청소년(n=305)들도 동일한 조사에 참여케 하였다. 타당화의 주요한 내용은 신뢰도, 내용타당도, 구성타당도, 기준관련타당도, 동시타당도 등을 검증하는 것이었다. 연구 결과, 척도의 신뢰도는 Cronbach 알파계수 0.914를 나타냈다. 구성타당성을 위한 탐색적 요인분석 결과 SPDA는 개인특성, 문제행동, 부모의 문제와 약물경험, 부모와의 관계, 음주환경과 태도, 약물사용환경과 태도 등 7가지 요인으로 나뉘었고, 확인적 요인분석결과는 모형적합도 지수, 요인부하량을 검토할 때 SPDA의 각 요인구조가 적합도가 높은 측정모델로 입증되었다. 그리고 기준관련 타당도를 검증하기 위한 판별분석에서는 본 척도의 분류 적중률이 86.6%(중학생 78.8%, 고등학생 87.4%)로 나타나 적절한 예측타당도를 가지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 동시타당도에서는 "Hare Home Self-Esteem Scale", "Hare School Self-Esteem", "Zuckerman-Kuhlman Sensation-seeking scale" 세 척도와 모든 영역의 상관계수가 유의미한 값을 보여주었다. 또한 SPDA 총 약물사용에 대한 잠재군과 비잠재군(일반중고생)에 대해 유의미한 변별력을 가지고 있었다. 실제적 활용을 위해 잠재군을 분류할 수 있는 절단점으로 T-점수(+0.5SD)를 이용하였으며 잠재 약물사용군으로 분류될 수 있는 대상은 총 점수 77점 이상일 경우였다.

This study aims at monitoring the efficiency of wildlife corridor in the city of Sungnam, Gyunggi Province. During 2008-2010 for 13 months the CCTV in the city office followed number and population density using the wildlife corridor. Based on the monitoring Korean raccoon dog(Nyctereutes procyonoides) and water deer(Hydropotes inermis), Korean hare(Lepus coreanus), Korean yellow-weasel(Mustela sibirica), Korean squirrels(Sciurus vulgaris) used most often and counting 884 individuals.. This counts over 73% of targeted species and also verifies the project objectives. In future the monitoring should be increased and identify behavioral patterns focusing on ecological networks of previously fragmented habitats.

Autonomic dysreflexia is a clinical emergency syndrome of uncontrolled sympathetic output that can occur in patients who have a history of spinal cord injury. Despite its frequency in spinal cord injury patients, central nervous system complications are very rare. We report a man with traumatic high level incomplete spinal cord injury who suffered hypertensive right thalamic hemorrhage secondary to an episode of autonomic dysreflexia. Prompt recognition and removal of the triggering factor, the suprapubic catheter obstruction which led to hypertensive attack, the patient had a favorable functional outcome after the resorption of the hematoma and effective rehabilitation programme.

Pancoast tumor was specific lung carcinoma that has been symptoms and signs according to locations. It was located in peripheral,and involved the extrathoracic structures more than parenchyme of the lung. At 1838, Hare reported it, and at 1932 Pancoast was first described it. Prior to 1950,superior sulcus tumor was considered uniformly fatal, but at 1961 Paulson and Shaw advocated the use of preoperative irradiation therapy and followed by an extended en bloc resection. Recently we were experienced 2 cases of pancoast tumor managed with same method. One was 60-years old man that has been recommended preoperative radiation therapy with dose of 3000 cGy to 20 fractions and followed resection after 4 weeks, the other was 53-years old man that has been recommended a dose of 4000 cGy to 20 fractions and followed resection after 4 weeks. On tumor histology first case was large cell carcinoma and second case was squamous cell carcinoma. all patients was complicated atelectasis. First patient was expired with brain metastasis after 17 months, second was expired after 6 months.

This paper describes a new pwm scheme of variable speed control for induction motor. The proposed scheme have the programmed pwm switching pattern which have the doninant harmonic elimination over the wide range of output speed in induction motor. Experimental results of proposed scheme hare high quality output current, voltage and torque than that of conventional pwm scheme. Therefore proposed scheme have the smooth operation and suitable for variable speed control in induction motor.

The fiber morphologies of the textiles from the burials of the Seip group of Ohio Hopewell (ca. 100 B.C. to A.D. 500)mounds were examined using light and scanning electron microscopy. A theoretical model was proposed which delineates the rate of morphological change in fibers through time and the cultural activities which occur during the life of a textile element. The Seip textiles were categorized according to their visual and structural characteristics. The microscopic examination of the Seip textiles yielded the evidence of animal hair fibers and bast fibers. The animal hair fibers of the seip textiles were identified as the hair of rabbit or hare. The bast fibers of the Seip textiles exhibited variation in morphological features such as the degree of bundle separation and the presence of transverse striations, fibrillations, or trans-verse cracks.

국내상황을 볼 때 수입화장품의 점유율 상승으로 인해 국내시장 잠식이 확대되고 있으며, 기능성 화장품의 성장 가능성에 대한 제도적 뒷받침이 미비하고, 천연소재를 사용한 고기능성 화장품 시장규모가 확대 추세에 있다. 외부적 환경으로는 무역역조가 심화되는 추세이며 해외 수출기반이 취약한 상태이어서 제외국과 비교하여 기능성 화장품 개발 촉진을 위한 제도가 미비한 상태이다. 따라서 화장품 산업의 진흥을 위하여 기본방향으로 고품질 신제품 개발을 촉진하고, 세계 시장으로의 수출을 확대하며 화장품법령의 합리적 개선을 추구하여야 한다.

Nitric oxide (NO) is a critical biological mediator involved in numerous diseases. However, the short lifetime of this molecule in biological conditions can make its study in situ complicated. Here, we review some recent results on the role of NO in angiogenesis, obtained using a biocompatible microelectrode array. This simple system allowed for the quick and easy quantification of NO released from cells grown directly on the surface of the sensor. We have used this technology to demonstrate that angiogenin induces NO release, and to partially elucidate its intracellular transduction pathway.

국립중앙박물관 보존과학실은 소장품의 유물상태에 따라 보존처리 우선순위 등급을 작성하였고, 2006년부터 연차적인 보존처리를 수행해오고 있다. 본 논문은 그 중 천목다완(신도1961)의 결손된 부분을 새로이 개발한 신복원재료를 사용하여 복원하는 과정을 소개하고 일부 박락된 유약층은 LIBS와 SEM-EDS분석기기를 사용하여 천목다완의 독특한 문양을 나타내는 유약성분을 분석하였다.
