A hybrid version of the Hadamard and center Line Symmetric Haar Transform called H-CLSH is defined and developed. Efficient algorithms for fast computation of the H-CLSH and its inverse are developed. The H-CLSH is applied to digital signal and image processing and its utility and image processing and its utility and effectiveness are compared with Hadamard-Haar discrete transforms on the basis of some standard performance criteria.

The main result of this paper is to construct the derivative twisted p-adic (h, q)-L-functions at s = 0. We obtain twisted version of Theorem 4 in [17]. We also obtain twisted (h, q)-extension of Proposition 1 in [3].

This holistic research focused on the interactive relationship of different factors with a unique relationship with the dependent variable. The first research objective of the study was to identify the most significant factor that has an impact on Job performance while being mediated. The second objective was to see the moderating effect of gender on the relationship between transformation leadership and innovation on job performance. This research followed a purely quantitative research paradigm with a structured questionnaire to quantify the information collected from 96 respondents for the empirical analysis. For testing the research hypotheses, IBM SPSS version 24 and SmartPLS version 3.2.8 softwares were used to run the structural equation modeling to establish the causal relationship between the study variables. Most of the variables were found with a significant impact on job performance. Further, the hypotheses H³, H⁶, and H¹⁰ were rejected as these contributed insignificant towards the research model. This research was limited to specific educational institutions and businesses, and the timeframe was restrictive. The findings of this research can benefit policymakers and the operational side of various industries. Future research may consider the difference in gender in predicting employee engagement through leadership and innovation.

한정된 대역폭의 통신망에서 다른 매체에 비해 자료량이 많은 화상의 압축은 중요한 문제로 떠올랐다. 대표적인 영상 압축방법으로 MPEG 시리즈와 H.26x 시리즈가 있다. 그중 H.263은 화상회의 표준안인 H.323와 최근 진행중인 차세대 이동통신이라 일컬어지는 IMT-2000에서 영상압축방법중의 하나로 채택되었다. 또한 현대에 이르러 Desktop상에서의 영상회의구축은 더 이상 불가능한 일이 아니며, 또 하나의 영상회의 활용분야로 급속히 떠오르고 있다. 이는 internet의 보급과 함께 internet방송, 다대다 화상회의, 원격 의료 진료 등, 수없이 많은 분야에 활용될 수 있는 계기가 마련되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 H.261과 H.263, 그리고 H.263 version 2의 Desktop상에서의 실제적인 구현 및 비교를 기술한다.

In this paper, we study more general version of the paper [J. H. Lee, I. S. Kong, H. S. Kim and J. U. Jung, Generalized int-soft subsemigroups, Ann. Fuzzy Math. Inform. 8(6) (2014) 869-887]. We introduce the notion of int-soft semigroup with two thresholds ${\varepsilon}$ and ${\delta}$ (briefly, (${\varepsilon}$, ${\delta}$)-int-soft semigroup) of a semigroup S, and investigate several related properties.

In this numerical study, characteristics of swirl generation by the fan and selection of the location of the fan was studied theoretically by the modified TEACH code. The governing equations for the system are solved by means of the k dimensional version of the SIMPLE method and STAGGERED grid. From the present results, the optimal position of the fm is 0.625(h/H).

By using O(m+n, 1)/$O(m){\times}O(n,1)-system$, we give an analytic version of Ribaucour transformation for flat m-dimensional submanifolds in $\mathbb{H}^{m+n}$ with flat, non-degenerate normal bundle and free of weak umbilics, where $n{\geq}m-1$.

In this paper, we consider countable version of star covering properties to get interesting results about the relationship between starcompactness and countable pracompactness. We also construct examples related to countable pracompactness and H-closedness.
