Objective : Respiratory muscle weakness and decreased chest mobility has been suggested to result from the deconditioning that accompanied activity level in chronic elderly stokes. The benefits of respiratory exercise programmes on exercise capacity and muscle strength in hemiplegia. This study aimed to determine the effects of selective inspiratory and expiratory muscles training and chest mobility exercise on patients with strokes to establish if an improved exercise capacity can be obtained in patients that are not limited in their daily activities. Methods & Intervention : Twelve patients were assigned to the intensive respiratory exercise group participated in a measures design that evaluated the subjects with pre-treatment and post-treatment. Thirteen subjects who were assigned to a control group received training with breathing exercise and resistance exercise of skeletal muscles. The subjects performed spirometry then undertook a 6-week programme of respiratory muscle and chest mobility training. Training for the two groups was carried out 2 times a week for 6 weeks. Measurements and Results : Spirometry(Forced Vital Capacity: FVC and Closed Circuit Spiromety: CCS) and thoracic mobility were measured before and after the 6 weeks. The experimental group improved significantly compared to control group in FVC, $FEV_1$, MVV, IRV and ERV, and upper chest wall expansion(p<0.05). No significant improvement was seen in thoracic mobility or lung function in control group(p>0.05). Conclusion : The major findings in this study were that a intensive 6week exercise programme of resistive breathing and chest mobility in patients with hemiplegia led to an increase in lung capacity. The resistive breathing exercise programme used here resulted in a significant increase in the chest excursion during breathing.

Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the pain, static balance, and dynamic balance abilities of women with chronic low back pain by performing thoracic and hip joint mobility exercises and lumbar stability exercises. Methods: The subjects of this study were 20 adult women with low back pain who lived in C city for more than 12 weeks. The experimental group performed the thoracic and hip mobility exercises with lumbar stability exercises and the control group performed the lumbar stability exercise with general exercise program. Both groups participated in the exercise program three times a week for six weeks, from December 20, 2022 to March 7, 2023. The balance ability were measured using BT4, and pain was measured using visual analog scale (VAS). The collected data were analyzed by independent sample t-test and paired t-test using SPSS version 23.0 program. Results: After 6 weeks of intervention, there was a significant change in VAS between the experimental group and the control group, and there was no difference between the two groups (p>.05). In the case of balance ability, there was a no significant increase in the experimental group (p>.05). Conclusion: Thoracic and hip joint mobility exercises and lumbar stability exercises for adult female patients with chronic low back pain may be partially effective in static balance and dynamic balance.
In mobile ad hoc networks, an application scenario requires mostly group mobility behavior in the mix of group moving nodes and individually moving nodes. The nodes of those applications tend to belong to the movement group with similar movement behavior. Group mobility is one of the good methods to improve scalability, and reduces the protocol overhead. In this paper, we propose the multicast architecture which regards nodes that have equal group mobility in the heterogeneous group mobility network as the single entity with the multiple interfaces and composes multicast tree, The logical cooperative entity-based multicast architecture accommodates the scalability, the multicast tree simplification, and the protocol overhead reduction which arc obtained from the hierarchical multicast architecture, while it maintains the nat multicast architecture for the data transmission. It also prevents the concentration of the energy consumption dispersing data forwarding load into the several ingress/egress nodes. Results obtained through simulations show that logical cooperative entity based multicast protocol with multiple interfaces offers the protocol scalability and the efficient data transmission.
The demand for messenger service goes on growing rapidly with widespread use of smartphones. Generally, the smartphone messenger provides group communication functions in which users can make the group and communicate with each other. In the mobile meeting, the attendees can participate in the meeting with use of smartphone messengers wherever they are. To make the mobile meeting put to practical use, the mobility and privacy should be ensured to attendees. To satisfy the mobility requirement, the user which is not belong to the group members should not be able to participate in the meeting. To ensure the privacy requirement, the attendees should have not to repudiate the meeting results. In this study, the mobile meeting authentication scheme is proposed which provides mobility and privacy. The proposed scheme consists of meeting group creation, group key generation, group signature and verification protocols. All attendees should have to participate in the signature verification because it is based on the challenge-response type protocol. Thus, it's not possible to collude with malicious attendees to change the meeting results.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of administration of Zea Mays L. on the healing process after periodontal surgery as adjuntives. Authors used 3 kinds of different clinical criteria, depth of periodontal pocket by using the Goldman Fox periodontal probe, degree, of tooth mobility by Periotest, and amount of occlusal force with electronic device. In this comparative clinical study, 30 patients who were divided into two group, 15 ZML administrated group and 15 placebo adminstrated group, were participated. All the examined teeth were isolated with gauze and air spray, and measured each clinical critera on the day of before surgery, 1, 2, 4, 8 weeks after surgery. The results were as follows. 1. The changes of the periodontal pocket depth, on the both of Zea Mays L. administrated group and placebo adminstrated group, revealed the decreasing tendency, and it was shown the time dependent tendency. But there was no statistically significant differences between the two group. 2. In the case of tooth mobility, both group showed the highest severe mobility on the 1 week after surgery. It was observed that experimental group had more effects on decreasing the mobility. But there was no statistically significant differences between the two group. 3. In the case of experimental group, the recovery trend of occlusal forces after periodontal surgery on the molar teeth revealed higher than the control group. But there was no statistically significant differences between the two group. In conclusion, Zea Mays L. may play a favorable role in the healing process after periodontal surgery. It was suggested that further study to evaluate the effects of selective administration on the patient who have systemic diseases should be needed.

In 5G mobile communication, it is necessary to provide different mobility to user equipments(UE) that do not require mobility management or need limited mobility management. In this paper, we propose a two-layer mobility management system that classifies multiple MTC devices with similar mobility levels into c-MTC and m-MTC groups. In order to improve the energy efficiency and service life by reducing the number of control signals generated when TAU is performed, the group header typically performs a Tracking Area Update(TAU) request and adjusts the periodic TAU update period according to the mobility level. The TAU update period of the m-MTC is set to 54 minutes proposed by the 3GPP standard and the c-MTC is set to 12 minutes. Compared to when the UEs perform TAU individually, it is found that the number of control signals decreases by 33% when the MME is not changed and by 49% when the MME is not changed in the m-MTC or c-MTC group.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to compare differences in thoracolumbar ranges of motions by comparing ratios among 4 type diagnosis for patient with chronic low back pain. Methods : The subjects were 58 chronic low back pain patients. A motion analysis program (Global Postural System) was used after photography for posture measurement. To analyze differences in mobility percentages and ratios of thoracolumbar ranges of motion, one-way ANOVA was used. Results : Regional difference spinal posture and movement were found to diagnosis patients with chronic low back pain. Comparison of thoracolumbar ranges of motion revealed significant differences in the thoracic region during forward-bending of the trunk (p<.05). In the upper thoracic region, the herniated intervertebral lumbar disc (HILD) group was significantly larger than the spinal stenosis/herniated intervertebral lumbar disc (SS/HILD) group (p<.05). In the lower thoracic region, chronic sprains (CS) were significantly greater than in the spinal stenosis (SS) group and in the (SS/HJLD) group (p<.05). Comparative analysis of thoracic/lumbar mobility ratio showed the CS group's ratio during forward bending was largest: 1.66, while the HILD group's ratio was smallest: 84 a significant difference between the two groups (p<.01). Diagnosis was not associated with difference in thoracolumbar backward-bending range of motion (p>.05). Conclusion : Theses results indicate the clinical efficacy of diagnosing for chronic low back pain by evaluating spinal mobility.

Wireless mesh network (WMN) has recently emerged as a promising technology for tactical operation. If a platoon is organized with MPs, this system is suitable for tactical coverage is given for battle field where there is a shortage of wired infrastructure. However, MPs of typical WMN are generally fixed. This condition does not apply to diverse tactical scenarios. In this paper, it is considered that MPs have group mobility for flexible tactical networks. We propose cluster based multi-channel MAC scheme for mobilie WMN with single antenna condition. We have reduced the collision problems and message storming problems occur by mobility, so the reliability of WMN has been improved. Consequently, reliable communication is guaranteed by our framework in mobile WMN.
The purpose of this study is to develop an index for evaluating the function of a new motorway using the travel distance frequency distribution (TLFD) calculated using the vehicle travel route big data, and to overcome the limitations of the evaluation through the existing traffic volume. The mobility evaluation index of motorways was developed by applying it to the TLFD data table in 2019. The smaller the value of the mobility evaluation index of the link is calculated, the more it is a link with mainly short-distance travel, and the higher the value of the mobility evaluation index, the more it means a link with mainly long-distance travel. The accessibility evaluation index was calculated through the result of the mobility evaluation index of all motorways developed, and all motorways were grouped into three groups using K-means clustering. Group A was found to exist inside a large city and consisted of motorways with many short-distance traffic, Group B was investigated as acting as an arterial between groups, and Group C was classified as a motorway consisting mainly of long-distance traffic connecting large cities and large cities. This study is significant in developing a new motorway function evaluation index that can overcome the limitations of motorway function evaluation through the existing traffic volume. It is expected that this study can be a reasonable comprehensive indicator in the operation and planning process of motorways.
This study aims to compare chest mobility, diaphragm contraction, and lung capacity when wearing a bra and per breast size. The subjects of this study included 10 adult women who were attending Chungnam B University: 5 women who wear underwear size 75A (group A) and 5 who wear underwear size 85B (group B). The chest mobility using a tape measure, the diaphragm contraction using ultrasound, and the lung capacity was measured using a Pony FX before and after bra wear. The chest mobility and diaphragm contraction were significantly reduced when bras were worn in group A and B. Lung capacity was significantly decreased only in group A. There was no significant difference between the groups. This study suggests that women's bras can have a negative effect on diaphragm movement, chest mobility, and lung capacity.
