투자 및 육성지원이 지역내총생산에 미치는 영향에 관한 빅 데이터 실증분석 (Big Data Empirical Analysis on the Impact of Investment and Nurturing Support on Gross Regional Product)

  • 본 연구는 빅데이터를 활용하여 투자 및 육성지원이 지역내총생산에 미치는 영향력을 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 지역내총생산(GRDP)은 각 지역의 생산규모·지출수준·소득수준·산업구조 등을 집약적으로 내포하고 있는 지수로써, 지역경제 분석 및 국가의 정책수립에 활용하는 중요한 자료이다. 국가의 주요 국정과제를 올바르게 수행하기 위해서는 지역경제를 정확히 파악하는 것이 선행되어야 하는데, 이로 인해 최근 지역내총생산에 대한 관심이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 특히 해외투자는 투자유치국의 경제에 미치는 영향력이 상당하여, 이에 대한 많은 실증분석이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해외투자 및 국내육성지원이 지역내총생산에 미치는 영향력을 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 전체적으로 투자와 지원이 지역내총생산에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결론을 도출하였다.

현수보조장치를 이용한 과제 지향적 훈련이 경직형 양하지 뇌성마비아동의 체간 안정성과 대동작기능에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Task Oriented Training with Suspension Device on Trunk Stability and Gross Motor Function of Children with Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy)

  • PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of using a suspension device for arm reaching activity on trunk stability and gross motor function of children with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy. METHODS: The subject in this study consisted of 11, GMFCS(Gross Motor Function Classification System) III~IV children with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy, all of whom agreed to participate in the study. All subjects were divided into two groups: the experimental group using a suspension device, and the control group using no suspension device. For each group, a thirty-minute intervention was done twice per week during 8 weeks. Before and after intervention, each test was measured using TIS(Trunk Impairment Scale), GMFM (Gross Motor Function Measure) and PRT(Pediatric Reaching Test) to change trunk stability, gross motor function and arm reaching activity. The data were analyzed with the Wilcoxon signed rank test. RESULT: All two groups had a meaningful increase in GMFM-Sit data measured before and after intervention. The experimental group had a significant increase from an average of 78.83 to an average of 84.83 in GMFM-Crawling. For both groups, there was a substantial increase in the change in sitting position and arm reaching. CONCLUSION: According to the results of this study, the arm reaching activity using suspension device had an effect on trunk stability and gross motor function and it changed arm reaching activity.

Relationships between Gross Motor Capacity and Neuromusculoskeletal Function in Children with Cerebral Palsy after Short-Term Intensive Therapy

  • Purpose: To investigate the relationship between gross motor capacity and neuromuscular function in children with cerebral palsy (CP) through a short-term intensive intervention. Methods: Twenty-four children younger than 6 years of age (17 boys, 7 girls, mean $age{\pm}standard$ deviation, $42.71{\pm}14.43months$) who were diagnosed with CP underwent short-term intensive treatment for 8 weeks. An evaluation of gross motor function capacity using the gross motor function measure (GMFM-66 and GMFM-88) was performed to measure muscle strength, selective motor control (SMC), and spasticity, factors related to neuromusculoskeletal function. Changes in spasticity, strength, range of motion, selective motor function, and exercise intensity scores were evaluated in terms of the gross motor function classification system (GMFCS) and ages. Results: The GMFM-88 and GMFM-66 scores significantly increased, by $4.32{\pm}4.04$ and $2.41{\pm}1.51%$, respectively, following the 8-week intervention. The change in the GMFM-66 score did not reflect a statistically significant difference in the GMFCS level. However, there was a statistically significant difference in the GMFM-88 score change in individuals at GMFCS Level III, the strength and spasticity of subjects at GMFCS Levels I-II did not significantly differ (p<0.05). The changes in the GMFM-66 scores for strength, SMC, range of motion (ROM), and spasticity significantly differed according to age (p<0.05) in children aged 36 months and older. Overall, there was a statistically significant difference in strength, SMC, and spasticity (p<0.05) before and after intensive short-term treatment. Conclusion: The 8-week short-term intensive care intervention improved the motor function score of study participants, emphasizing the need for early intervention and additional research in this area.

Frequent Genetic Defects in the HIV-1 5'LTR/gag Gene in Hemophiliacs Treated with Korean Red Ginseng: Decreased Detection of Genetic Defects by Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy

  • We investigated whether Korean red ginseng (KRG) and highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) affect the frequency of gross deletion in 5'LTR/gag in 20 hemophiliacs. This study is a prospective study in 20 hemophiliacs who were infected with Korean subclade B of HIV-1 from two cash-paid plasma donors in 1990. Over a 13-year period, we obtained 436 amplicons of 5'LTR/gag genes by nested polymerase chain reaction using 147 peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Of the 436 amplicons, 92 (21.1%) showed gross deletion in 5'LTR/gag. Despite of a 2.3-fold higher monthly dose of KRG intake, the frequency of gross deletion in 5'LTR/gag (16.4%) was significantly decreased during HAART compared with 28.1% prior to HAART (p<0.01). Gross deletion in 5'LTR/gag was 10% more detected on KRG-therapy than prior to KRG-therapy (p<0.05). In addition, we also obtained 28 amplicons containing premature stop codon or isoleucine at initiation codon of 254 amplicons sequenced on KRG intake (7.5%) or HAART (13.6%) compared with 0% before KRG intake. These findings indicate that high frequency of gross deletion in 5'LTR/gag and genetic defects prior to HAART are significantly associated with KRG intake and the detection of gross deletion in 5'LTR/gag is decreased by HAART.

뇌성마비 아동의 가족중심중재 프로그램이 대동작 기능과 수행력 및 균형에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Family-Centered Intervention on Gross Motor Function and Performance, Balance in Children with Cerebral Palsy)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was conducted to examine the effects of application family-centered intervention, by acknowledging the families of disabled children as experts and maintaining mutually cooperative relation throughout the entire processes of treatment and rehabilitation, on gross motor and balance in children with cerebral palsy. Methods : This study was executed with two group, pre-post test quasi-experimental study design. Among the 24 children with cerebral palsy as the subjects were allocated to the experimental and control group. Both groups were subjected to neuro-developmental treatment, with the experimental group performing family-centered intervention program for 40 minutes, 3 times a week for 12 weeks. Assessments were conducted before intervention, after 6 weeks and 12 weeks of intervention on gross motor function and performance, static and dynamic balance. Results : Although there was significant difference in the gross motor function and performance after 12 weeks of intervention, the mean scores of the experimental group increased more after 12 weeks of intervention than those of the control group with significant difference between the groups. Although there was significant difference in the static and dynamic balance after 12 weeks of intervention, the mean values of the experimental group decreased more after 12 weeks of intervention than those of the control group with significant difference between the groups. Conclusion : Therefore, these results suggest that on family-centered intervention on children with cerebral palsy can be provided as an beneficial and reliable clinical intervention program in development on gross motor and balance.

농업용 저수지의 소수력 개발을 위한 경제성 분석 (Economic Feasibility Analysis for Development of Small Hydropower Using Agricultural Reservoirs)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of hydropower factors (watershed, gross head), operation ratio and unit electricity cost on the benefit-cost ratio (B/C ratio) of small hydropower using agricultural reservoirs. The equation of B/C ratio was expressed as a function of watershed area, gross head, operation ratio and unit electricity cost. The benefit increased with watershed area, gross head and unit electricity cost, while the cost increased with watershed area and gross head but decreased with operation ratio. The B/C ratio increased with watershed area, gross head, operation ratio and unit electricity cost. While the effect of gross head on the B/C ratio decreased with watershed area, the effect of operation ratio and unit electricity cost on the B/C ratio increased with watershed area. The operation ratio is an important factor to affect the B/C ratio and therefore we need to develop hydropower for the heightened dams to expect high operation ratio due to continuous water release. The unit electricity cost is also an important factor to affect the B/C ratio and the B/C ratio was always below 1 unless unit electricity cost is over 60 Won/kWh under given conditions. The reservoirs with economic feasibility for small hydropower development were three in 21 when the equation of B/C ratio was appled to the study reservoirs. The results can be used to choose the appropriate reservoir with economic feasibility for development of small hydropower.

재활 낮병동 프로그램이 뇌성마비아동의 대동작기능에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Day-Hospital Rehabilitation Program on Gross Motor Function for Children with Cerebral Palsy)

  • 본 연구에서는 뇌성마비아동의 대동작기능이 재활 낮병동 프로그램을 통한 효과를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 경직성 뇌성마비아동 57명으로 최근 6개월 사이에 보톨리눔 독소나 수술적 병력이 없는 아동을 대상으로 하였다. 대동작기능 측정(GMFM)와 대동작기능 분류체계(GMFCS)를 기능적 변화와 기능적 수순에 대한 평가를 실시하였으며, 낮병동 프로그램은 8주로 이루어졌다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 낮병동 프로그램 적용을 통한 치료 전 후 대동작기능의 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.001). 둘째, 연령별 운동발달은 1-2세, 3-4세 뇌성마비아동이 5-6세 뇌성마비아동보다 사후검정 결과 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 대동작기능 분류체계(GMFCS) 수준l에 따른 대동작기능 측정(GMFM)의 유의한 차이를 보였는데(p<.05), 특히 경도와 중등도 뇌성마비아동이 중증도 뇌성마비아동보다 유의한 차이를 보였다. 낮병동 프로그램은 뇌성마비아동의 대동작기능의 운동발달에 효과적이며, 경도, 중등도와 4세 이하의 뇌성마비아동에게 조기 중재가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Uniqueness of Meromorphic Functions and a Question of Gross

치과용 세라믹 재료의 전β 방사능 준위 (Gross-β Level in Dental Ceramic Materials)

  • 치과 진료에 사용되는 세라믹 재료들은 고유존재비에 따라 자연방사성 핵종을 포함하고 있다. 이 방사성 핵종들은 치과 진료를 통하여 세라믹 재료들이 인체에 시술됨에 따라 구강 내에서 내부 방사선 피폭을 일으키게 된다. 본 연구에서는 치과재료 속에 포함된 방사성 핵종에 의해 인체에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 치과 재료용으로 흔히 사용되는 22종류의 세라믹 재료와 1종류의 temporary resin 및 2종류의 glass ionomer cement에 대하여 전$\beta$ 방사능을 측정하였다. 측정 결과 치과 세라믹 재료의 전$\beta$ 방사능은 1.317 ~ 2.935 Bq/g 이었으며, 세라믹 재료 평균 전$\beta$ 방사능 농도는 2.379 Bq/g이었다. 세라믹 재료 중 전$\beta$ 방사능이 가장 높은 것은 opacious dentine의 code OD-A4로 2.935 Bq/g이었다. Dentine, opacious dentine, translucent 및 enamel의 평균 전$\beta$ 방사능은 각각 2.479 Bq/g, 2.491 Bq/g, 2.470 Bq/g 및 2.069 Bq/g 이었다. Temporary resin과 glass ionomer cement의 전$\beta$ 방사능 농도는 세라믹 재료에 비하여 측정오차범위 내의 무시할 만한 값이었으며, 전$\beta$ 방사능의 준위에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 방사선동위원소는 40K으로 판단된다. 치과 재료의 방사선 준위에 추가적인 조사와 치과용 재료 내의 방사능 준위를 줄이기 위하여 이에 대한 기준이나 개선방안이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
