그린인프라 구축을 위한 개발제한구역의 활용가치: 대전광역시를 중심으로 (The Utilization Value of Greenbelts as Green Infrastructure: A Case Study of the Daejeon Metropolitan Area)

  • 본 연구는 지리정보시스템(GIS)을 이용한 분석 결과를 기존의 방식이 아닌 그린인프라적 관점에서 해석하여 결과를 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 개발제한구역을 그린인프라 네트워크에 어떻게 활용하여 연결시키는 것이 바람직한지 알아봄으로써 개발제한구역의 활용가치를 밝혀보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과로 개발제한구역에 대한 그린인프라 네트워크 구성의 적정성 측면에서, 공간구조와 주변지역과의 광역적 연결성 등을 바탕으로 한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대전권 개발제한구역에서 가장 이슈가 되는 공간은 유성구에 존재하며, 이는 2000년대 초부터 시작된 주택개발을 위해 개발구역을 해제하면서 발생한 문제이다. 따라서 정확한 환경평가를 통해 개발제한구역을 추가로 해제할 것인지 아니면 녹지를 복원하여 그린인프라 네트워크 구성에 대한 새로운 방향을 제시할 것인지 정책적 판단이 필요하다. 둘째, 남북으로 연결되고 있는 대도시들의 축이 전체 충청권의 녹지축뿐만 아니라 대전권 개발제한구역과 주변지자체의 개발에도 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단되므로 이러한 경향을 반영한 개발제한구역 조정안을 마련할 필요성 있다. 셋째, 개발제한구역의 강력한 집행으로 인해 주변 도시들의 인접부에 개발 압력이 증가하는 추세이고, 이중 북쪽으로는 세종시 남쪽으로는 논산 쪽이 주요 개발 타겟이 될 것으로 판단되므로 이에 대한 대책을 수립할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 개발제한구역을 해제하거나 보전하는 양면적 접근보다 기존의 평가기준에 그린인프라적 가치를 추가하여 종합적인 광역계획과 연동된 방향설정이 필요할 것이다.

친환경자동차의 인체 안전을 위한 전기적 연속성 측정 연구 (Study on the Electric Continuity Measurements of Green Car for Human Body Safety)

  • In this study, we analyzed and experimented about electric continuity for human body safety from green cars. And we compared power systems of HEV and examined about human body effect of current and time. We investigated internal and external standards and regulations for human body safety from high voltage electrical equipments. Indirect contact refers to contact between the human body and exposed conductive parts. According to UNECE R100, ISO 23273-3, ISO 6469-3 and Japanese Regulation Attachment 101, electric continuity between any two exposed conductive parts shall not exceed $0.1{\Omega}$. The value of electric continuity was measured below $0.1{\Omega}$ at the actual condition of green car. We expected that the results of these experiments can utilize to data for electrical safety of green car.

그린홈사업을 위한 신재생에너지 기술의 경제적 타당성 평가 (Economic Feasibiltiy Analysis of Renewable Energy of Green Home Policy)

  • Korean government decided to give a subsidy for renewable energy system of green home. This policy will make an appeal to consumers. But For success of this policy, Economic benefit of consumer is essential. In this study, benefit and cost is seperated to consumer part and government part, respectively. consumer's benefit is energy saving and asset value increment. Consumer's cost is real input money except government's subsidy. Government's benefit is consist of energy import reduction, carbon discharge reduction and new production increment, As a result, the government subsidy will not so enough to activate the green home. PV system for the korean general apartment has the payback period of 19 years. So, For the dissemination of renewable energy of green home, more strong subsidy policy and more economic technoloy development is requested.

  • This study is designed to provide a facilitation program of the railroad tourist business that the bicycle is connected with the railroad. The sustainable growth will be achieved thorough the green growth being able to coexist with environment. To deal with the transportation problems -the environmental pollution caused by a large number of cars and the energy depletion, the traffic congestion- in our society is the prerequisites for the green growth. There is the need focusing on the expansion of the green network and the policy implementation of utilizing the bicycle, the formulation of the social consensus for environmental preservation. This provides the opportunity that we create the customer values and reinforce the firm's competitiveness. This study is to propose the plan for accelerating the tourism business connected to the bicycle, and to contribute to the government policy, to boost the green image of the railroad. Approaching in the strategic way to increase the customer's value and environmental preservation, this study will contribute to providing high quality customer service for both of the business performance and the customer satisfaction.

대청호의 식물플랑크톤 군집 변화 (Community Dynamics of Phytoplankton in Lake Daecheong)

  • Temporal variability in lake phytoplankton is controlled by a complex between hydrological and chemical factors, and biological interactions. We explored annual change of phytoplankton in Lake Daecheong, using phytoplankton analysis data from 1997 to 2002 (except 2000). The standing crop of phytoplankton was ranged from 3.5 x 10 to 1.5 x 106 cells mL$^{-1}$ and the highest mean value was at site 1. The class composition ratios of phytoplankton standing crop were divided into three classes. From January to March, diatoms showed a dominance (68.1-77.7%). From April to June, diatoms were mixed with cryptomonad etc. or blue-green algae. From July to October, blue-green algae showed a dominance (54.7-84.0%). In the case of green algae, the class composition ratios were below 10%. But green algae appeared all the year round.

  • The purpose of this study is introduction of social and economic benefits of environmental improvements of Korea green road certification system. Focus of Evaluation Criteria is possibility of quantification on environmental improvements. Proposed evaluation items is noise, air pollution, water quality, ecological and green spaces, waste, and space resistance. The results of this study is expected to be used to support of Green Roads Rating System in korea.

고로(高爐)슬래그로 부터 제조(製造)된 용융(溶融)클링커의 광물조성(鑛物組成)과 색도특성(色度特性) (Mineral Composition and Color Properties of Molten Clinker made from Blast Furnace Slag)

  • 용융클링커 제조용 혼합원료 중의 하나로 고로슬래그를 사용하였다. 고로슬래그를 사용한 혼합원료는 용융클링커 제조를 위해 1620에서 용융하였다. 냉각된 클링커는 XRD 패턴으로 클링커 광물의 생성여부를, 색도분석기로 색도를 분석하였다. 용융클링커는 XRD 분석을 통해 OPC 광물과 동등의 클링커 광물을 포함하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 용융시멘트는 OPC보다 백색도가 높아, 색상이 OPC보다 옅게 관찰되었다. 용융시멘트의 LSF 및 SM이 높아짐에 따라 백색도는 낮아졌다. 또한 슬래그를 용융시켜 제조한 시멘트 클링커는 고로 슬래그시멘트보다 백색도가 높았다.

녹차 물추출물의 조미오징어 갈변억제 효과 (Anti-browning Activities of Green Tea Water Extracts on Seasoned Squid)

  • 항산화작용 및 항균작용이 있다고 알려져 있는 녹차 물추출물을 이용하여 조미오징어의 품질을 개선하기 위하여 분무하여 수분함량을 조정한 후 $30^{\circ}C$에서 보관하면서 저장중 갈색도의 변화를 측정하였다. 갈색도의 측정으로는 물추출색소, 5% KOH-methanol 추출색소, 색차계 등의 방법을 사용하였다. 물추출색소 및 5% KOH-methanol 추출색소를 이용하여 측정하였을 경우 처리구간의 높은 상관관계를 나타내어 적절한 갈색도 측정방법으로 생각되었다. 녹차의 물추출물을 분무한 처리구의 경우 저장기간에 따라 TBA가의 변화속도가 대조구보다 다소 느리게 측정되었으며 총미생물수도 낮게 측정되어 조미오징어 제조시에도 항산화작용 및 항균작용이 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 녹차 물추출물을 분무하여 조미오징어를 제조할 경우 수분함량을 다소 높여 조직감 개선에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 생각되었으며 갈변도 억제하므로 품질개선에 유효함을 알 수 있었다.

  • To ensure the frequency stability of wind power generation, we analyzedd the existing technology and proposedd a method for changing the gain value with respect to to the rotor speed by adding the MPPT reference value and output reference value that reflect the system frequency. The MPPT control and output were compared and calculated for performance verification. Subsequently, the application of the proposed algorithm led to an increased output when compared with that of the existing control method.

친환경 패션제품에 대한 소비자 혼란과 가치, 가격민감성 연구 (A study on consumer confusion, value, and price sensitivity of eco-friendly fashion product)

  • Eco-friendly consumption is a prominent trend in the fashion industry, by which many firms attract the interest of consumers using a green marketing strategy. However, "greenwashing" (caused by distorted, exaggerated, and false information) gives rise to consumer confusion. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of consumer confusion and value on price sensitivity and purchase intention. Data was collected from 228 respondents using a questionnaire that was distributed to consumers living in Seoul and Kyunggi, South Korea. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, regression analysis, and Cronbach's alpha using SPSS 23.0. The results were as follows: First, factor analysis showed the consumer value variable was significantly categorized in altruistic and self-expressive values. All variables (altruism, selfexpression, consumer confusion, price sensitivity, and purchase intention) were shown to have significantly good internal validity. Second, altruistic consumer value was shown to positively affect the purchase intention of eco-friendly fashion products, but self-expressive consumer value had no significant effect. Third, consumer confusion on eco-friendly fashion products had a negative effect on purchase intention. Fourth, altruistic and self-expressive consumer values had no effect on price sensitivity. Fifth, consumer confusion on eco-friendly fashion products positively affect price sensitivity. Sixth, price sensitivity on eco-friendly fashion products had a negative effect on purchase intention. Therefore, fashion firms should provide a certified green mark to consumers to eliminate confusion and deliver the right message without greenwashing. Moreover, fashion firms should develop green marketing strategies that are more focused on altruistic consumers.
