This paper presents green sheet Properties of multilayer chip filter for mobile communication. The role of solid loading content and lamination conditions in determining some of the green sheet properties are present. The optimun conditions were obtained solid loading 62:38, lamination temperature 7$0^{\circ}C$, lamination press 300~400 Kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$.

A functionally graded material was produced by laminating green tapes. The lamination resulted in the formation of functionally graded structure and sintering of the materials resulted of FGM. This results demonstrated a possibility of using green tapes in the processing of functionally graded materials.
The effects of packaging materials on preserving the functional component of pine bud beverage stored under UV (ultraviolet) light exposure conditions were studied. The order of UV light blocking properties of the selected packages was: opaque can> opaque PET (polyethylene terepthalate) with green lamination=transparent PET with 10% PEN (polyethylene naphthalate) blending> transparent PET, and did not depend on film thickness in specified range. At 20${^{\circ}C}$, the order of preserving degree of original color and endobornyl acetate, which is quality index of pine bud beverage, was the same as above. Exposure to UV light can cause of deterioration of functional food components, but green color lamination and blending of PEN materials with transparent PET help to preserve the UV sensitive pine bud beverage components. However, the treated PET bottles have poorer preservation capabilities than the opaque cans. Transparent PET with PEN blending, in particular, will be very useful packaging material for colorful functional beverage preservation by helping to protect the ingredients while attracting consumer attention.
Green sheet was prepared by tape casting in the composition of (1-x)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 system using Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 and PbTiO3 synthesized with PbO, Nb2O5 MgO and TiO2 The densest green sheet was obtained in the weight ratio 70:30 of powder to binder. Green sheet wasmultilayered in metal mould and formed into lamination at 7$0^{\circ}C$, 300kg/cm2 The lamination was sintered at 110$0^{\circ}C$ 2hr, Dielectric constant and Curie temperature of disc type sintered body was highered with increasing the amount of PbTiO3 and was in the range of 19000-21000, -7~45$^{\circ}C$ respectively. Green and sintered relative density of lamination was 61% and 95% respectively.
In cofiring of multilayered alumina with tungsten, the change of camber with lamination condition was experimented and the effect of sintering shrinkage of alumina and tungsten was investigated. From the exact measurement of sintering shrinkage of tungsten thick film, as lamination pressure increased, the sintering shrinkage of alumina decreased but that of tungsten thick film was not changed. So it was though that the main factor which induced the sintering shrinkage difference between ceramics and metal with lamination condition was the change of sintering shrinkage of ceramics. In case of high lamination pressure, high green sheet density, the cofired specimen showed low camber due to low shrinkage difference between alumina and tungsten and there was a linear relation between camber and shrinkage difference. It was found that this shrinkage difference could change the thickness of tungsten film and the microstructure within via hole during cofiring.
The properties of LTCC green tape with addition of binder were investigated in order to understand an effects of binder on multilayer processing. A green sheet form was fabricated through tape casting method with the MLS-22 powder. The lamination density increased with increasing amount of binder and lamination pressure. With increasing amount of binder, the elongation of ceramic sheets increased but the tensile stress and air-permeability decreased. The addition of excessive binder is caused defects in the green sheet during via hole punching. The optimum condition of the via hole without defects was observed from amount of the binder 10 wt%.
LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) has been emerged as a promising technology in packaging industry. In this technology the lamination and the sintering process are very important because they change the permittivity of ceramics and the dimension of metal pattern which have influences on electric property. In this paper we studied on influence of the permittivity and the dimension change by lamination pressure and sintering temperature of LTCC process. As a results, permittivity increase along with increasing of lamination pressure and sintering temperature.
LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) which offers a good performance to produce multilayer structures with electronic circuits and components has emerged as an attractive technology in the electronic packaging industry. In LTCC module fabrication process, the lamination and the sintering are very important processes and affect the electrical characteristics of the final products because the processes change the permittivity of ceramics and the dimension of the circuit patterns which have influences on electronic properties. This paper discusses the influence of lamination pressure and sintering temperature on the permittivity and the dimensional change of LTCC products. In the present investigation, it is shown that the permittivity increases along with increasing of the lamination pressure and the sintering temperature.
MLCC (multi-layer ceramic capacitor) is usually fabricated by lamination of predetermined number of single layers. Often, the state of MLCC before sintering is called the green state, whose strength comes from the adhesion between the dielectric material and the polymer binder. Therefore the lamination of a single layer before sintering can be easily deformed by environment due to the relatively lower strength. After the compression process, which helps single sheets cohereto with adjacent sheets, the MLCC green bar is preheated to resolve the probable internal stress. Unfortunately, unexpected deformation after preheating resulted in problems during cutting of the MLCC green bar. In this study, one of 2 primary hypotheses which were proposed to resolve the unexpected deformation after preheating was examined by quantitative experiment with GC/MS (gas chromatograpy/mass spectrometer). The proportion of deformation caused by DOP evaporation, which was primarily evaporated componet during preheating, to the total deformation of the MLCC green bar was found to be 53%.
