  • 온실가스 저감에 필요한 기술에는 온실가스 배출량 관리를 비롯하여 배출권 할당, 인증, 거래, 분석, 계획 등의 기술들이 있다. 본 논문은 유통 물류 부문 기업 들이 배출하는 온실가스를 체계적으로 관리 하기 위해 필요한 온실가스 관리 시스템 구현에 관한 연구로서 온실가스 벤토리를 포함한 통합관리 시스템 구현에 대해 설명하고 있다. 구현된 온실가스 관리 시스템은 최신의 웹어플리케이션 개발 방법론에 따라 기능 및 서비스를 SaaS 방식으로 제공할 수 있도록 설계 되었다. 기능별로 서비스 관리와 사용자 관리 그리고 온실가스 인벤토리 기능으로 나누었으며 유통 물류 분야에 적합하도록 데이터 수집에 있어서 편리성을 제공하도록 설계하였다.

  • 최근 짧아진 전자 기기의 수명에 따른 전자 폐기물이 환경에 미치는 부정적인 영향이 세계적인 문제점으로 주목받고 있다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여 전자 제품에 사용되는 생분해성, 안정성 및 무독성이 입증된 유기 재료 개발에 대한 다양한 방법이 검토되고 있으며 이러한 유기 재료의 특징들은 생체 전자 기기에도 유용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 기고문에서는 전자 폐기물로부터 야기되는 여러 문제를 해결하기 위해 생분해성, 안정성 및 무독성의 특성을 갖는 친환경 전자 기기 소재기술 개발 동향에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

The Fabrication an dCharacteristic Analysis with Novel High Efficiency Organic Polymer Green Electroluminescence (새로운 고효울 유기 폴리머 녹색발광소자의 제작 및 특성 분석)

  • Single-layer polymer green electroluminescent devices were fabricated with novel material synthesis by using moleculely-dispersed TTA and NIDI into the polymer PC(B79) emitter layer doped with C6 fluorescent dye which has low operating voltage and high quantum efficiency. A EL cell structure of glass substrate/indium-tin-oxide/PC:TTA:NIDI:C6/Ca/Al was employed and compared with various low work function cathode electrodes Ca and Mg metals. By adjusting the concentration of the fluorescent dye C6, low turn-on voltage of 2.4V was obtained, maximum quantum efficiency of 0.52% at 0.08mole% has been improved by about a factor of ~50 times in comparison with the undoped cell. The PL and EL colors can't be turned by changing the concentration of the C6 dopant. PL emission peaking was obtained at 495nm and EL emission peaking at 520nm with FWHM ~70nm

  • This paper proposes a color sample selection method that produces a uniform distribution in the display gamut plus a color reproduction method for using a uniform color sample In contrast to the conventional method, the proposed uniform color samples are selected m CIELAB, a device-independent color space, instead of RGB (red, green, and yellow) or CMY (cyan, magenta, and yellow) space, device-dependent color spaces To evaluate the performance of the proposed color samples, they were applied to color space conversion using both a regression model and neural network As a result, in the case of a color sample of the same size, the color space conversion method using the proposed samples showed a lower color difference for color conversions using either neural or regression.

  • As increasing the use of smart phones, the interest of iOS and Android operating system is growing up. In this paper, a novel steganographic method based on Android platform is proposed. Firstly, we analyze the skia based image format that is supporting 2D graphic libraries in Android operating system. Then, we propose a new data hiding method based on the Android bitmap image format. The proposed method hides the secret data on the four true color areas which include Alpha, Red, Green, Blue. In especial, we increase the embedding capacity of the secret data on the Alpha area with a less image distortion. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a higher embedding capacity and less distortion by changing the size of the secret bits on the Alpha area.

  • The green displays are the human friendly displays, the nature friendly displays, and the economical displays. Electrochromic displays are low cost and environmental devices because they do have more choice of colours and use much less power. The elements of the electrochromic devices consist of at least two conductors, an electrochromic material and an electrolyte. The optical properties were obtained using the optical contrast between the transparency of the substrate and the coloured state of the electrochromic materials. These devices can be fully flexible and printable. Due to the characteristics of the high coloration efficiency and memory effects, the electrochromic devices have been used in various applications such as information displays, smart windows, light shutters and electronic papers. Among these technical fields switchable mirrors have been received much attention in the applicative point of view of various electronic devices production. We have developed a novel silver (Ag) deposition-based electrochromic device for the reversible electrodeposition (RED) system. The electrochromic device can switch between transparent states and mirror states in response to a change in the applied voltage. The dynamic range of transmittance percent (%) for the fabricated device is about 90% at 550 nm wavelength. Also, we successfully fabricated the large area RED display system using the parted electrochromic cells of the honey comb structure.

  • In the fabrication of high performance red organic light emitting diode, 2-TNA TA [4,4',4" -tris (2-naphthylphenyl- phenylamino)-triphenylamine] as hole injection material and N PH [N,N'-bis (1-naphthyl) -N,N' -diphenyl-1, 1'-biphenyl-4,4'- diamine] as hole transport material were deposited on the ITO (indium tin oxide)/glass substrate by vacuum evaporation, And then, red color emission layer was deposited using Alq3 as a host material and Rubrene (5,6,11,12- tetraphenylnaphthacene) and GDI 4234 as dopants. Finally, small molecular weight OLED with the structure of ITO/2-TNATA/ NPB/Alq3+Rubrene+GDI4234/Alq3/LiF/Al was obtained by in-situ deposition of Alq3, LiF and Al as electron transport material, electron injection material and cathode. respectively. Green OLED fabricated in our experiments showed the color coordinate of CIE(0.65,0.35) and the maximum luminescence efficiency of 2.1 lm/W at 7 V with the peak emission wavelength of 632 nm.

Cathode Luminescence Characteristics of $ZnGa_2O_4$ Phosphors with the doped molar ratio of Mn (Mn 첨가에 따른 $ZnGa_2O_4$ 형광체의 발광특성)

  • The $ZnGa_2O_4$:Mn phosphor was synthesized through solid-state reactions at the various molar ratio of Mn from 0.002 % to 0.01 %. Structural and optical properties of the $ZnGa_2O_4$:Mn phosphor was investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), and cathodoluminescence (CL) measurements. The XRD patterns show that the Mn-doped $ZnGa_2O_4$ has a (311) main peak and a spinel phase. Also the emission wavelength shifts from 420 to 510 nm in comparison with $ZnGa_2O_4$ when Mn is doped in $ZnGa_2O_4$. These results indicate that $ZnGa_2O_4$:Mn phosphors hold promise for potential applications in field-emission display devices with high brightness operating in green spectral regions.

  • Recently, the automobile industry is rapidly changing due to technological development. Next-generation cars with high technology and new functions are on the market. It is essential to develop electronic devices to meet the condition of next-generation cars. In this study, the authors have reviewed recent trends of automotive electronics and packaging technology. Automotive electronics are used in harsh environments compared with other industries. Thus, it is important to improve the reliability of device junctions that directly affect electronics performance. Soldering, TLP (transient liquid phase bonding), and sintering are introduced for the bonding methods in car electronics.

Prevention of Collision with Other Vessels Using Camera Sensors with Kalman Filter (칼만 필터가 적용된 카메라 센서를 이용한 타 선박과의 충돌 예방)

  • In this paper, we present a method of applying the kalman filter to control and correct errors in camera sensor recognition depending on the sea state environment. First, the specifications of the ship were described and the degree of error due to rolling was measured. After presenting the distance from the surface of the water to the sidelight required for simulation through PKMR-211, the ship selected as the model, error correction was performed using the camera error value as a variable in the feedback control system. In the experiment, the degree of rolling of the ship was expressed as variables 𝛼 and 𝛽, expressed in angles, and the angle change according to distance was compared. When comparing the error before and after applying the kalman filter in sea state 4, it decreased from +1.5556° to -1.1544° in red light regardless of distance, and the same result was confirmed in green light. Through this, calculations were performed considering the movement of the ship according to the maritime environment, and the future maneuverability of the ship was presented after error correction.
