The study aims to examine the impact of Start-Up Business Incubator System on Performance of the Start-up Graduated from the Business Incubator. This has analyzed 813 startups which had supported by Seoul Metropolitan City in particular from 2009 to 2010. Empirical analysis has choosed business room for free, startup grant for operation, education & coaching support, consulting support by practitioner, promotion & new market opening support and collaboration support among startups in the business incubator as independent variables and also implemented startup success satisfaction degree as a depentent variable. The results shows that the degree of satisfaction on start-up activity support fund for entrepreneur and the degree of satisfaction on collaboration support among firms in the business incubator have statistical significant impact on start-up success satisfaction degree. The study has an implication that it provides a basic data on policy support strategies by central and local autonomous governments that facilitate entrepreneurs to achieve start-up business goals by understanding the factors that affect the business performance of entrepreneurs. In addition, the study offers new directions for entrepreneurs in a way that promotes the start-up performance by business room for free, education & coaching support, consulting support by practitioner, promotion & new market opening support which were investigated as statistical insignificant constructs, so that the author expects new studies about more effective business incubator system to enhance the performanc of start-up in business incubator.
Objectives : For the screening of neuroprotective effects of medicinal herbs, the complex system of animal models suffer some disadvantages in controlling critical parameters such as blood pressure and body temperature. Additionally, application of drugs to the appropriate brain area sometimes is difficult, due to poor permeability though the blood brain barrier, and so potential protective effects might be masked. Methods : Organotypic hippocampal slice culture (OHSC) method has the advantages of being relatively easy to prepare and of maintaining the general structure, including tissue integrity and the connections between cells. Drugs can easily be applied and neuronal damage can easily be quantified by using tissues and culture media. This study demonstrates neuroprotective effects of Puerariae radix (葛根, PR), Salviae miltiorrhizae radix (丹蔘, SR), Rhei rhizoma (大黃, RR), and Bupleuri radix (柴胡, BR). These were screenedand compared to MK-801, antagonist of NMDA receptors, by using OHSC of 1 week-old Sprague-Dawley rats. Oxygen/glucose deprivation (OGD) were conducted in an anaerobic chamber $(85%\;N_2,\;10%\;CO_2\;and\;5%\;H_2)$ in a deoxygenated glucose-free medium for 60 minutes. Water extracts of each herbs were treated to culture media with $5\;{\mu}g/ml$ for 48 hours. Results : Neuronal cell death in the cultures was monitored by densitometric measurements of the cellular uptake of propidium iodide (PI). PI fluorescence images were obtained at 48 hours after the OGD and medicinal herb treatment. Also TUNEL-positive cells in the CAI and DG regions and LDH concentrations in culture media were measured at 48 hours after the OGD. According to measured data, MK-801, PR, SR and BR demonstrated significant neuroprotective effect against excessive neuronal cell death and apoptosis induced by the OGD insult. Especially, PR revealed similar neuroprotective effect to MK-801 and RR demonstrated weak neuroprotective effect. Conclusions : These results suggest that OHSC can be a suitable method for screening of neuroprotective effects of medicinal herbs. "Wrongful conception" is a medical malpractice claim in which the plaintiff is the parent of a normal, healthy infant whose conception was unplanned and unwanted. Medical malpractice in wrongful conception can be the result of a failure to provide informed consent to a patient, failure to properly perform a surgery, or a physician's negligent handling of a patient's problems. In the concrete, wrongful conception cases fall into two categories; those involving pre-conception negligence, such as a failed contraceptive, sterilization or failing of the controlling of embryo-number on the IVF, and those involving post-conception negligence, such as a failure to diagnose a pregnancy or to perform an abortion procedure. In addition, Medical malpractice can be the result of a failure to provide informed consent to a patient. When bad results occur by medical malpractice or failure to provide informed consent to a patient, the range of recovery of damages is decided by a traditional civil liability law. However the calculation of damages for wrongful conception is not easy because the high value of life is included in that case. So many courts opinions in foreign country and Seoul High Court decision in 1996 allow damages for the pregnancy, birthing process and sterilization costs, but refuses to allow damages for child rearing expenses. As to the range of recovery of damages for wrongful conception, one approach says that to allow damages in a suit such as this would mean that the physician would have to pay for the fun, joy and affection which plaintiff will have in the rearing and educating of the plaintiff's baby. To allow such damages would be against the dignity of the baby based on article 10 of the Constitution. However another approach says that damages are recoverable for all expenses related to child birth as well as for child rearing costs. Because the damages that the parents should bear a burden to the tort damage done is not a baby itself but child rearing costs. In other words, although the baby is healthy or not, economic burden of the parents can not be disregard. And denial of compensation for costs of child rearing may invalidate the role of liability law, grant the physician with a exemption certificate of liability. As a result, the medical field of procreation can be easily isolated from a liability of reparation. Therefore, on the liability law like the other medical malpractice action, parents who became pregnant or gave a birth by physician, wrongfully performed sterilization operation, etc. should be compensated for all damages relevant to unplanned and unwanted conception or birth as well as costs of child rearing.
As the usuage of tempered glass for touch panel increased rapidly with the development of industry, the amount of UV curable coating solution used to protect glass surfaces during a tempered glass manufacturing process increased as well. The UV curable coating has advantages compared to thermal curing such as shortened curing time and non-solvent. Appropriated polymer and monomer were used as an acid polymer to grant an alkali peeling ability. The monomers were 2-hydroxyl methylacrylate, 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate and dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate which have acryl groups of 1, 2, and 6, respectively. The combination of three different types of photoinhibitors were used and bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate was used as an oligomer. In this study, experiments were carried out by controlling the amount of photoinitiator, oligomer, and additive while maintaining the constant content of the acid polymer and the acrylic monomer. The changes in physical properties according to the additive content were investigated. It was found that the combination of photoinitiators was necessary to achieve the hardness above 4H and it was possible to control the delamination type of the coating film from a sheet to pieces by the addition of TPO as an initiator. The increase in oligomer contents increased the hardness and adhesiveness alongside dissection time. Talc content of 20 wt% showed the best results.
The general tendency of approach to Korean Design History has been focusing its primary interest on the grand story in relation to the problems of modernization in political, economical and social aspects of Korea. In the discourse of modernization, however, there are two sides immanent in the modernization: there is the formal, institutional and authoritative modernization developed inside the capitalistic mode of production and the informal, individual and cultural modernization manifested in the mode of everyday lives. Especially, despite the viewpoint of the latter being embossed as an alternative approach in various areas including the academic world of history since the collapse of socialism, the historical recognition of the phenomena of modern design by the Korean design historians is more like the 'history from the above' that exists at the level of the discourse outside the reality rather than the 'history from the below' that exists within the ordinary life. To grant a sense of balance in such frame of historical understanding, it requires the restructuring the design history of Korea through the cultural perspectives from having the representation of mundane lives realized by the voluntary design activity of the common people as research subjects. One of the methods to acquire an answer to such problem is decoding, in the manner of 'cultural history', the life-long domestic artifact made by Madame Yang, Gap Jo (currently 87 years of age) who is a model of typical Korean mother. Through the historical rumination on the traces of unpretentious lives of the people that has been buried under the grand narrative of the Korean Design History, a new era aimed for the historical prospect of Korean design as cultural history will be possible by excavating the petit yet multi-layered meaning of Korean designs.

The traditional village forests in Korea such as Dangsan forests and Bibo forests form unique cultural landscape and they are national cultural assets with histories of more than several hundred years. It is important to have sustainable right to enjoy cultural heritage as well as maintaining its authenticity. Cultural assets are meaningful only when they are managed to succeed to next generations. Dangsan forests and Bibo forests need to be named properly and recognized by society as a precious cultural heritage for many generations to come in order to claim the value as traditional cultural landscapes in Korea. The traditional village forest in Dangin-ri, Wando-gun was composed of a Dangsan forest and five Bibo forests. Although this traditional village forest is large in size, it was not on the report of Cultural Heritage Administration(2005) investigated for 'Village forest of island region in Jeollanam-do'. The objective of this study was to investigate the characteristics of the traditional village forest in Dangin-ri to grant correct name and to enhance its value. In this study the characteristics of a Dangsan forest and five Bibo forests were investigated from 2006 to 2013 for physical features such as size, shape, location, tree species composition, and diameter at breast height(DBH), as well as cultural aspects and tradition. Currently the naming and designation of natural monuments by the cultural heritage administration(CHA) is based on the rule enacted in 1934. Many Dangsan forests were named as evergreen forests. This type of names does not represent the meaning of traditional village forest. It was suggested that this traditional village forest is to be named as 'Dangsan Forest and Bibo Forests at Dangin-ri, Wando-gun'. This traditional village forest needs to reclaim authenticity and rebuild its original appearance by restoration of the disturbed areas, especially in Bibo forest I.

The Water Erosion Prediction Project (WEPP) was initiated in August 1985 to develop new generation water erosion prediction technology for federal agencies involved in soil and water conservation and environmental planning and assessment. Developed by USDA-ARS as a replacement for empirical erosion prediction technologies, the WEPP model simulates many of the physical processes important in soil erosion, including infiltration, runoff, raindrop detachment, flow detachment, sediment transport, deposition, plant growth and residue decomposition. The WEPP included an extensive field experimental program conducted on cropland, rangeland, and disturbed forest sites to obtain data required to parameterize and test the model. A large team effort at numerous research locations, ARS laboratories, and cooperating land-grant universities was needed to develop this state-of-the-art simulation model. The WEPP model is used for hillslope applications or on small watersheds. Because it is physically based, the model has been successfully used in the evaluation of important natural resources issues throughout the United State and in several other countries. Recent model enhancements include a graphical Windows interface and integration of WEPP with GIS software. A combined wind and water erosion prediction system with easily accessible databases and a common interface is planned for the future.

Plan S is a policy that mandates research papers supported by specific funders such as the European Community be published in open access journals. The funder supports APC to researchers, providing a chance to advance the era of gold open access, and is expected to bring significant changes to the scholarly publishing ecosystem. This study explored the impact of Plan S from the perspective of each stakeholder of the scholarly publishing ecosystem, such as funders, academic societies or publishers, authors, and libraries, through a review of previous studies. In addition, the status of Korean gold open access publishing and position for each stakeholder were identified through the collected data analysis. As a result of the analysis, the share of publishing gold open access journals in Korea was 22%, which was less than 26% worldwide. Korean funding agencies were predicting and preparing for the impact of Plan S. On the other hand, Korean academic societies produce about 70% of all papers, but there are not many open access papers except medicine (51%). The response of the Korean library was not sufficient, and it contrasted with the activities of librarians in the U.S. that actively provide research support services based on the research lifecycle. It was suggested that Korean libraries should also actively try to change the role of librarians; advising researchers to plan open access publishing in grant project applications, consulting on copyrights, and so on. This study identified the background, principles, and impact of Plan S policy that would be effective in 2021 and examined the response situation in Korea. This study is valuable in that it served as the necessary basis for revitalizing the academic publishing ecosystem in Korea.

This study attempts to analyze research Quality about home economics and education, based on the studies in the Journal of Korean Home Ecomics Education. The purpose of this study is to investigate the recent studies in hem economics and find out the desirable direction of it. The findings of study are as follow: While the numbers of articles appeared in The Korea Association of Practical Arts Education and Korean Home Economics Education Association are increasing, The Korean Home economics Association does not show the increase the number of articles. According to the historical changes and distribution, the majority was teaching-learning method and teaching materials. Also, from the point of view in research thesis, there were more articles in home economics and education than any others, In addition, among the various types of research, survey was most frequently used. There was significant differences of the sizes of groups according to the different journals, but the one group research was most frequent and one certain research area was dominant. The teams consist of two people showed the highest ratio, and junior high and high school were the most frequently researched institutions. Generally, it is hard to find research grant. Though there is much difference in numbers of references based upon various journals, almost all articles cited reference date not only from Korean articles, but also from international articles.
Article 77 sets forth the principle of prevention applied in several legal systems. Under this principle the party threatened by ooss as a consequence of a breach of contract by the other party is not permitted to await passively incurrence of the loss and then sue for damages. He is obliged to take adequate preventive measures to mitigate his loss. If the injured party abstains from taking such excessive measures he will not be considered to have failed to mitigate the loss under Article 77. The sanction provided in Article 77 against a party who fails to mitigate his loss only enables the other party to claim reduction in the damages. The reduction in damages under Article 77 is equal to the amount by which the loss should have been mitigated if the injured party had taken reasonable measures to avert or to lessen it. The aim of Article 77 is to encourage mitigation of the loss. The duty to mitigate the loss applies not only to a breach of contract in respect of an obligation whose performance is currently due. but also to an anticipatory breach of contract under Article 71. Article 85 contemplates that the buyer is in delay in fulfilling the latter obligation, or else that he fails to pay the price when payment is to be made concurrently with delivery of the goods by the seller. In both these situations of default, the seller who is either in possession of the goods or otherwise able to control their disposition must take measures, reasonable in the circumstances, to preserve them. The right of retention of the goods y the seller exists until he is reimbursed by the other party for the reasonable expenses incurred. Article 87 and Article 88 of the Convention grant different rights to the party obligated to take steps to preserve the goods; Article 87 allows him to deposit them in the warehouse of a third person, and Article 88 to sell them by whatever means appropriate. A difference exists between paragraph Article 88 (1) which grants the right to sell, and paragraph (2) which imposes the duty to take reasonable measures to sell the goods.
