본 연구는 중소기업 대상의 정부지원 융복합컨설팅에 있어 경영자몰입이 지각된 컨설팅 과정품질 및 결과 품질에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 진행하였다. 정부지원 컨설팅을 경험한 중소기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경영자몰입은 컨설턴트수행품질지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경영자몰입은 정부지원품질지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경영자몰입은 컨설팅결과품질지각에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 컨설턴트수행품질지각은 컨설팅결과품질지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 정부지원품질지각은 컨설팅결과품질지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 컨설팅에 대한 경영자몰입과 컨설턴트역량 및 정부의 제도적 지원을 강화할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있으며, 중소기업에 대한 정부의 컨설팅지원 사업에 있어 수요자 및 공급자 측면을 고려한 정책적 방향성을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 중소기업을 대상으로 하는 정부지원 컨설팅에 있어 수요자 및 공급자 특성 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 진행하였다. 정부지원 컨설팅을 경험한 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 분석하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수요자인 중소기업의 컨설팅에 대한 인지도는 컨설팅결과활용도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 조직문화는 컨설팅결과활용도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공급자 특성인 컨설턴트역량은 컨설팅서비스품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 정부지원정책은 컨설팅서비스품질에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수요자 특성인 컨설팅결과활용도와 공급자 특성인 컨설팅서비스품질은 모두 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 정부의 중소기업 컨설팅지원 사업에 있어 컨설팅에 대한 이해도 및 컨설팅 결과물의 활용도 향상과 컨설턴트역량 강화를 위한 제도적 지원을 추진할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있으며, 중소기업에 대한 컨설팅지원 사업에 있어 공급자 측면 뿐 아니라 수요자 측면을 고려한 정책 방향성을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

As the competitiveness of SMEs (small and medium enterprises) is getting more and more improved and globalized, the government provides various consulting services to secure the competitiveness of small and medium firms and support stable growth. However, the assessment of the result from the government's support is generally focused on non-financial factors, such as customer satisfaction and analysis of improvement effect. This paper is in regards to the statistical analysis of how much the government's support in the form of providing consulting services contributes to financial outcomes in terms of profitability and growth. ROA (return on asset) and ROS (return on sales), which are investment profitability and sales profitability respectively, are chosen as an indicator of profitability. For analysis of growth, sales revenue and total asset growth are used. The samples are 44 corporations which are supported by government, and 150 corporations which are selected for comparison, with corporate growth support center program by the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy chosen as the consulting model. After gathering the yearly balance sheets and income statements of the samples from CRETOP, Korea Enterprise Data, the analysis is conducted in the way of identifying the statistical significance of financial difference in the same period between corporates taking consulting services and corporates which have not, and the difference of financial outcomes from the corporates taking consulting services before and after consulting services. As a result, in terms of business growth, it is turned out to have positive difference both in growth ratio and profitability compared to the compared corporations at the significant level. Therefore, it is obvious that the consulting program which government provides to SMEs have direct influence practically to the corporates' management performance.

본 연구는 혁신클러스터 지역의 전문인력 상주에 의한 정부지원 컨설팅 기업에 대하여 컨설팅 만족도와 BSC 성과요인과의 관계에 대하여 성과만족도 측면에서 어떠한 차이가 나타나는 지를 다양한 변수를 적용하여 실증적인 연구를 통해 고찰하였다. 연구에 의하면, 최근에 새로이 산업클러스터 지역에 적용하고 있는 현지의 전문인력 상주에 의한 정부지원 컨설팅이 컨설팅 만족도가 높고 실제적인 컨설팅으로 이어지고, 기업의 실질적 성과에도 상당한 보탬을 주는 것으로 평가되고 있었다. 따라서, 전국 주요공단지역의 클러스터에 우선적으로 전문인력 상주 컨설팅을 확대 지원하고, 나아가서는 주요 거점지역에 까지도 중소벤처기업에 대하여는 전문인력 상주에 의한 컨설팅 지원시스템을 구축하여 실시 적용을 확산하여야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 정부지원 중소기업 융복합 컨설팅에 있어 컨설팅 신청동기가 품질지각과 결과활용도간의 경로에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 진행하였다. 정부지원 컨설팅을 경험한 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 구조방정식모형분석 등을 실시하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 컨설턴트수행품질과 정부지원품질에 대한 지각은 컨설팅결과품질에 대한 지각에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 컨설턴트수행품질에 대한 지각은 컨설팅결과활용도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정부지원품질에 대한 지각은 컨설팅결과활용도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 컨설팅결과품질에 대한 지각은 컨설팅결과활용도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 컨설팅에 대한 비자발적 신청집단과 자발적 신청집단간의 경로에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 컨설턴트역량, 정부지원제도, 컨설팅에 대한 자발적 신청을 강화할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구는 창업가 개인적 특성 요인, 경영 관리적 요인, 자본적 요인, 점포요인이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 통하여 미용서비스업 분야의 소상공인지원정책이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 미용서비스업체의 창업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 경영 관리적 요인의 하위변수인 인적자원관리와 창업초기 자본적 요인 그리고 점포요인이 창업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 미용서비스업체의 창업성과에 정부지원정책인 자금지원정책, 교육지원정책, 컨설팅지원정책이 조절효과가 있는가에 관한 연구내용은 다음과 같다. 정부자금지원정책, 교육지원정책, 컨설팅지원정책은 창업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 인적자원관리, 창업초기 자본금, 점포요인에 조절효과는 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 자금지원이 정책적 효과를 입증하기 위한 제도적 지원이 아니라 창업자의 창업성과를 만들어가는 실효성 있는 지원방안이 필요로 하며, 교육지원정책과 컨설팅지원정책은 미용서비스업체의 특성을 고려한 정책적인 반영과 현실적인 교육지원과 컨설팅지원이 필요로 하다고 본다. 특히, 기존의 소상공인의 정책적 지원과는 다른 미용서비스업체의 실질적인 경영활동과 성과창출 과정을 반영하는 방향으로 확대될 필요가 있다고 하겠다.

According to the increase of the proportion of aged people, the medical demand for a senile chronic disease has been increased; therefore, aged people call for a geriatric hospital for special geriatric medical service. The main purpose of this study was to analyze the general characteristics and financial status of geriatric hospitals. For the study, a questionnaire was designed and sent to the geriatric hospitals to fill out the patient statistics, number of headcount by department, etc. to find out the stability, profitability, activity and so on financial statements of the hospitals were analyzed. The major findings of this study were as belows. 1. The ratio of the medical expenses to the revenue of the geriatric hospitals is much lower than acute care hospitals. But the probability of bankruptcy is higher due to the high ratio of the liabilities therefore it is required to stabilize the financial position by donating more money. 2. Government budget for the elderly people is not enough. To support the geriatric hospitals by going subsides, government should increase the budget. 3. Portion's of the patient of the geriatric hospitals are government support patient. Since the government doesn't pay the medical charges quickly, geriatric hospitals have a serious cash flow problem. Therefore, it is required that government is to prepay the bill. 4. Since geriatric hospitals treat elderly patient and most patients are government support patients, geriatric hospitals can be said to operate under the strict. 5. When we introduce the daily medical charge, the self-liability will be reduced on approximately 50% of current. This affection will bring a huge progressing financial structure to the medical profit of the geriatric hospital, and also patient family will feel less economical burden.

본 논문은 스타트업의 경영성과(생존과 성장)에 대한 보다 효과적인 이해를 제공하고 향후 스타트업과 관련된 실증적 연구에 적용할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업가 정신, 트랜드분석, 정부지원이 경영성과(비재무적 및 재무적)에 미치는 영향을 연구한다. 총 220개의 설문을 수령하였고 불성실한 설문 5개를 제외하고 215개를 채택하였다. 그리하여, 스타트업 관계자가 설문한 215개사를 대상으로 한 통계자료를 토대로 평가했다. 설문 조사는 SPSS 28.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 가설의 3가지 항목 모두 스타트업의 정부 지원, 기업가 정신, 트랜드분석은 재무 및 비재무의 경영성과의 차이와 상관없이 모두 긍정적인 역할을 한다는 것을 확인하였다.

In this era of information, the public library takes a important role in the local community. In several years, public libraries have been proliferated in our society. However, there have not been specific planning standards of space size for construction of public library. The situation has lead the local governments to the need of consulting for the construction and management of library in search of appropriate guideline. The research paper focuses on the result of consulting support project for construction and management of public library. It examines total 11 libraries which were consulted from 2009 to 2011. It examines the configurational differences between the first scheme from the local government and the final scheme after the consulting, and the percentages of gross areas of each parts of library, reference and reading area, office area, education and cultural area, and public common use area. The analysis concludes that reference and reading area increased by 6.4% from 34.1% to 40.5%, and public common use area reduced by 6.1% from 30.2% to 24.1%, which represents a certain tendency of the configuration ratio of the each parts. Thus, the paper could be a starting point of establishing planning standard of space size for public library.

Purpose - It is necessary to identify the level of marketing activities of the businesses that are recognized and carried out by the small and midsize businesses that have been supported by the government's small-business policy Research design, data, and methodology - The method of data analysis of this study was conducted by the researcher's acquaintances and center staffs who visited small business owners in a small - scale company operating a business. Results - It is found that the financial support part of the support programs for the small business owners is not related to the center affection among the support programs for the small business owners of the government. This is a fact-finding process that can be regarded as a forming process that has a significant effect on. As a result of the analysis, both marketing activity and center attachment were found to be possible parameters which have significant influence on business performance. Conclusions - Developing a variety of contact and customer management programs with small business owners in the field has enabled the government's policies to effectively penetrate the site, and these efforts eventually resulted in more business results for small business owners.
