Many of Korea major companies have appled as strategy of management innovation Six Sigma, Lean and Theory of Constraints. Six Sigma has mainly focused to reduce variation. Lean has mainly focused to reduce wastes and Theory of Constraints has mainly focused that bottleneck of constrains production and sales. This bottleneck is caused by constraint resources and it should be the main role of manager to explore constraint resource. Although their mainly focus are different, they are used to improve productivity and quality. In this paper, as strategy of management innovation, study on analysis and comparison plan of Six Sigma, Lean and Theory of Constraints. From the literature survey and application cases, it is suggested and discussed that how to plan of application as strategy of management innovation successfully. The suggested plan of application could be a good guideline that it could be a apply of companies.

Lean construction researchers and practitioners have established a new paradigm for managing construction projects. This paradigm stems from insights gained by viewing project delivery as one kind of production and, inspired by the success of the Toyota Production System, leveraging Toyota's 'lean thinking' in the context of such one-of production. Premises of lean construction are that (1) production systems are riddled with variation, (2) variation can be good or bad, but most of it is bad, (3) most of this variation-good or bad-is self-inflicted; consequently 'lean' passionately promotes good- and relentlessly eradicates bad variation. This paper surveys a few of many lean construction means to manage variation. Lean thinking encompasses a lot more than thinking about variation, but that is the lens used here through which construction project management is viewed. Pairing these premises with lean variation-management tools may help readers broaden the insights they can gain from reading the lean construction literature.

The purpose of this study is to map mineral and coal (Minerba) policies by analyzing the law and producing research novelty on mineral and coal governance policies in Indonesia with the Theory U approach. This study uses a qualitative research with the U theory approach. The results of the SNA analysis indicate that good mineral and coal governance must be carried out at various levels, from micro to macro. First, related to regulations on mineral and coal governance at the macro level. Regulations regarding the management of mineral and coal need to be carried out with a deeper evaluation related to the tax system, licensing system, increased value added and downstreaming and mineral and coal funds. The second is related to the regulation of mining management in the meso level. Third, related to the management of mineral and coal at the micro level, it is necessary to conduct more stringent supervision of the impacts caused by the mining sector of the Minerba. In addition, surveillance is also carried out as per law in order to avoid harmful behavior for both the company and the state. The originality of this research is the theory of U in the Mining Law research.

This paper presents a fuzzy set theory based formulation and heuristic which will allow plant layout problems to be solved for more than two input goals with different weights. The heuristic combines a construction and improvement procedure to generate a good layout from the formulation. To test the effectiveness of the heuristic, a set of examples previously used by various authors is solved and the results are compared to those from other known heuristics. The comparison indicates that the proposed method performs well for each of seventeen classical test problems.

Contemporary organizations strive for customer agility through the deployment of digital technologies on customer-focused operations to build enduring customer relationships, with mobile apps being one of its prominent examples. Drawing on prior agility and ECT literature, this study proposes a model to examine customers' view of a firm's customer agility. Our empirical test of conceptual model from data collected in a field study from 128 customers demonstrated that the conceptual model offers good explanation for customers' view of a firm's customer agility through relationships among customer expectations-customer perceived firm's responsiveness-satisfaction. Data were analyzed using PLS, polynomial modeling, and response surface methodology to examine the relationships between customers' digital interactions with the firm, influence of digitized interactions on customer expectations, customers' evaluation of firm's responsiveness, and subsequent customer satisfaction.

The study was done to improve the job training course for Community Health Practioners (CHPs) by evaluating the level of help that the training provided to the CHPs in carrying out their work and to analyze the management activities of the CHPs in order to develop a more effective CHP training program. The methodologies used in the study were a questionnaire survey. The survey results were analyzed using SPSS Windows. The study results are as follows. 1. The total average level of help from the job training(Theory. Practice and Field Practice) for carrying out the CHP work was found to be $3.04\pm.53$ (of a possible 4), which indicates a high level of help. The average for clinical practices was $3.16\pm.60$. for theory. $3.11\pm.40$ and for field practice. $2.84\pm.60$. 2. For the theory content of the job training courses. the help level was low in the area of mother and child health management/family planning with an average of $2.65\pm.62$ and in the area of health information system development with an average of $2.62\pm.83$. The reason for these deficiencies were. in order of frequency. few opportunities to apply learning. training content that was inadequate. training methodologies which were incongruent with content. improper training items and insufficient class hours. For the practice. the clinical work in rehabilitation/orthopedics departments and in ENT/Opthalmology departments had averages of $2.96\pm.86$ and $2.97\pm.80$ respectively. This low level resulted from the lack of direct experience. lack of sincerity during the practice time. lack of practice guidance. insufficient time and lack of practice equipment. in that order. For the field practice. the delivery management averaged $2.06\pm.90$ as the lowest help level. In this case 68% of respondents replied that there were no relevant reasons for this deficiency. 21% responsed that there was a lack of direct experience, 7%, a lack of practice guidance and 4.8%, insufficient time. 3. There were significant differences for several demographic variables when comparing the help level of the clinical courses (practice and Field Practice). A higher help level was reported by older nurses as compared to younger ones, experienced nurses as compared to scholarship nurses, and married over single. Also for nurses who had finished more other programs and were qualified or licensed in several areas the level was high. Although it was not statistically significant the level was higher if the work area was in a rural county, not a city, and if one had more recently completed the job training(P<,05). 4. Of the respondents 58.6% replies stated the period of job training for the CHP was adequate, but 51.7% reported that the period for theory courses was too short while an other 48.3% responded that it was sufficient. For practice locations, 50% responsed that it was good to practice in medical institutions(primary, secondary and tertiary) at the same time. While 48.3% agreed that doing theory and practice simultaneously was good, and 56.9% agreed that field practice should be done after completing theory and practice training. Hence, the development of new field practice guidelines suitable for changing environments of health management are required in place of the existing ones which were considered low in help level to the practical work of the CHPs.

The purpose of this study was to explore the component factors on images of good elementary teacher. 579 elementary teachers in Busan were sampled to be surveyed. The subjects answered open-ended questionnaire related to characteristics of good teacher. The number of items obtained from the questionnaire is 79. The exploratory factor analysis was applied to the data. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, the components of good teacher are classified into five factors : fairness, enthusiasm, commitment, warmth, self-management. All such factors might be related to the personality in common. It shows that teachers think the personality important as a characteristic of good teacher. On the basis of this result we offer a suggestion to the teacher education.

The purpose of this study was to verify a Structural Equation Model that constructed the causations among the leisure constraints, leisure. motivation, and leisure participation. This model posits that constraints determine motivation to participation. Concretely, structural and interpersonal leisure constraints(contextual factors) will affect interpersonal leisure constraints in the light of ecological perspective. Also, leisure constraints will affect leisure motivation based on self-determination theory that may influence leisure participation indirectly. A survey questionnaire was administered to 301 elderly in an institution for the elderly. A measurement model and a structural equation model estimates by Maximum Likelihood method(ML method) utilizing LISREL 8.0 ver. The analysis showed that a goodness of fit is good of structural equation model presented in the study. And, all hypothesis adopted about causations among the leisure constraints, leisure motivation, leisure participation.

This paper attempts to apply Markove chain theory to literary works. the objective of this paper is to show the trend of authors and his works by way of Markovian Models. In this introductory research, it is useful to make simple criteria as virtue and evil, good and bad, justice and injustice, positive and negative, man and woman, etc. Markovian transition matrixes which are derived by M.L.E. and A.U.E are almost same. In case of Hamlet, we are able to know the author of Hamlet or his works are inconsistent and fickle.
