본 논문에서는 무인기에 탑재되는 장비간의 EMI(Electromagnetic Interference)를 고려한 효율적인 안테나의 배치방법을 제안하였다. 분석은 무인기에 사용되는 장비 중에서 인접한 주파수 대역을 사용하는 음성통신 무전기, 제어용 데이터링크, TCAS(Traffic Alert Collision & Avoidance System)와 GPS(Global Positioning System)에 대하여 이루어졌다. 분석 방법은 두 단계로 구성되며, 첫 번째 단계는 안테나 장착 시 무인기 구조물에 의한 안테나 복사패턴과 반사손실 특성 변화를 관찰하여 양호한 특성을 나타내는 지점을 선정하는 것이며, 두번째 단계는 안테나간의 결합특성과 장비의 송신 스펙트럼을 고려하여 장비간의 간섭 정도를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 분석 과정은 개발단계에서 장비 간 EMI를 예측하여 대책을 수립할 수 있는 도구로 사용될 수 있다.

With the limited frequency spectrum and an increasing demand for cellular communication services, the problem of channel assignment becomes increasingly important. However, finding a conflict free channel assignment with the minimum channel span is NP hard. As demand for services has expanded in the cellular segment, sever innovations have been made in order to increase the utilization of bandwidth. The innovations are cellular concept, dynamic channel assignment and hierarchical network design. Hierarchical network design holds the public eye because of increasing demand and quality of service to mobile users. We consider the frequency assignment problem and the base station placement simultaneously. Our model takes the candidate locations emanating from this process and the cost of assigning a frequency, operating and maintaining equipment as an input. In addition, we know the avenue and demand as an assumption. We propose the network about the profit maximization. This study can apply to GSM(Global System for Mobile Communication) which has 70% portion in the world. Hierarchical network design using GA(Genetic Algorithm) is the first three-tier (Macro, Micro, Pico) model, We increase the reality through applying to EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility Constraints). Computational experiments on 72 problem instances which have 15${\sim}$40 candidate locations demonstrate the computational viability of our procedure. The result of experiments increases the reality and covers more than 90% of the demand.

Essure (Bayer) received approval from the U.S. Food and Drugs Administration as a permanent non-hormonal contraceptive implant in November 2002. While the use of Essure in the management of hydrosalpinx prior to in vitro fertilization (IVF) remains off-label, it has been used specifically for this purpose since at least 2007. Although most published reports on Essure placement before IVF have been reassuring, clinical experience remains limited, and no randomized studies have demonstrated the safety or efficacy of Essure in this context. In fact, no published guidelines deal with patient selection or counseling regarding the Essure procedure specifically in the context of IVF. Although Essure is an irreversible birth control option, some patients request the surgical removal of the implants for various reasons. While these patients could eventually undergo hysterectomy, at present no standardized technique exists for simple Essure removal with conservation of the uterus. This article emphasizes new aspects of the Essure procedure, as we describe the first known association between the placement of Essure implants and the subsequent development of fluid within the uterine cavity, which resolved after the surgical removal of both devices.

원전 구조물의 실시간 모니터링 기술이 요구되고 있지만, 현재 운영 중인 지진 감시계통으로는 동특성 추출 등 시스템 식별이 제한된다. 전역적인 거동 데이터 및 동특성 추출을 위해서는 다수의 센서를 최적 배치하여야 한다. 최적 센서배치 연구는 많이 진행되어 왔지만 주로 토목, 기계 구조물이 대상이었으며 원전 구조물 대상으로 수행된 연구는 없었다. 원전 구조물은 미미한 신호대잡음비에도 강건한 신호를 획득하여야 하며, 모드 기여도가 저차 모드에 집중되어 있어 모드별 잡음 영향을 고려해야 하는 등 구조물 특성을 고려해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 잡음에 대한 강건도와 모드별 영향을 평가할 수 있는 최적 센서배치 방법론을 제시하였다. 활용한 지표로서 auto MAC(Modal Assurance Criterion), cross MAC, 노드별 모드형상 분포를 분석하였으며, 잡음에 대한 강건도 평가의 적합성을 수치해석으로 검증하였다.

The particle swarm optimization(PSO) has been shown to converge rapidly during the initial stages of a global search, but around global optimum, the search process becomes very slow. On the other hand, the genetic algorithm is very sensitive to the initial population. In fact, the random nature of the GA operators makes the algorithm sensitive to initial population. This dependence to the initial population is in such a manner that the algorithm may not converge if the initial population is not well selected. In this paper, we have proposed a new algorithm which combines PSO and GA in such a way that the new algorithm is more effective and efficient and can find the optimal solution more accurately and with less computational time. Optimal location of SVC using this hybrid PSO-GA algorithm is found. We have also found the optimal place of SVC using GA and PSO separately and have compared the results. It has been shown that the new algorithm is more effective and efficient. An IEEE 68 bus test system is used for simulation.

Even though digital video coding techniques have been developed very rapidly, rate controlling is still an unsolved problem. This paper presents a new scene adaptive video encoding scheme for MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video encoders. Degradation of picture quality at scene changes due to poor prediction of global complexity measure is addressed. The proposed scheme determines the picture types adaptively based on scene contents of each video frame. The effective placement of reference and inter-reference frames is studied at sudden scene changes and gradual scene changes respectively. Results show that the proposed scheme demonstrates a significant improvement in performance compared to TM5〔1〕.

Price skimming practices, false claim on products, false information/communication, marketing overseas, and deception on products in marketing have received significant attention by the researchers of ethics in marketing studies. This research considers these phenomena as marketing instruments that grossly violate the practice of ethics in this domain. The two most crucial parts in marketing that have received greater attention are product safety and advertising. The paper also examines Ethical Marketing as the ability to make marketing decisions that are morally right and acceptable to all. In order words, ethics in marketing explains how moral standards can be applied in marketing decisions. It seeks to answer the research question by looking at some fundamental business ethics theories, namely, Virtue ethics, Utilitarian, and Deontological approaches to business ethics. Nevertheless, ethics in business is very controversial as many hold different view about what makes up the standard morals that corporations should take and so it is necessary for any organization to formulate its ethical codes to follow.

In this study, active muffler was designed and was manufactured for exhaust noise reduction of commercial vehicle, then experiment of real vehicle was conducted. In a manufactured active muffler, because the flow of exhaust noise in tail pope outlet are become a plane wave, the global reduction if radiation noise from outlet and the placement of error microphone to avoid the exhaust gas of high temperature could be implemented. In control algorithm, reduction of noise of engine driving frequency and harmonic frequency can be archieved using proposed reference signal including a fixed speed state(2,000rpm, 3,000rpm, 4,000rpm) and a run-up speed state(2,000rpm$\rightarrow$4,000rpm) is accomplished with the active muffler installed in vehicle.

POSCO 글로벌 R&D 센터 구조실험동에 시공되는 반력상 및 반력벽은 구조실험을 수행하여야하기 때문에 구조물의 균열이나 손상은 치명적이다. 따라서 매스콘크리트 타설시 발생할 수 있는 온도균열을 최소화하기 위하여 수화열 해석을 시행하였다. 수화열 저감을 위해 몇가지 방법이 제안되었으며, 해석의 주요 변수는 타설 콘크리트의 종류, 타설 주기가 검토되었다.

Most important to financial institutions is to provide well designed and built services to the customers by accessing their core bank systems and affiliated systems in their partners. This will be essential to introduce new products and services and still be able to count on legacy and collaborative affiliated systems. Winning the war on such service competitions among financial institutions is attainable by seizing the "e-bank" opportunities in B2Bi and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Such application integrations among systems and "e-bank" services need to be available in the new IT environment. In this article, an If and service architecture adopting unified e-business services platform is proposed. This architecture is able to achieve application integrations among legacy, affiliated, and e-business systems and services. We derive an architecture in unified e-business services platform by investigating current and future e-business services platforms involved in domestic and global international banks. Several financial interchange standards which are involved in B2B business of e-procurement, e-placement, e-payment are also investigated.
